RaynerShine Events is a wedding planning company based in New Orleans, LA. Our team creates colorful and customized events according to couples' visions. Whether it's an intimate dinner or a large-scale event with over 300 guests, RaynerShine Events covers all the bases.
We love working with couples who really enjoy the wedding planning process, such as choosing colors, venues, florals, etc. We organize your selections by timeline development, communication with your chosen vendors, and complete event management. While we focus on month and day-of coordination, we are happy to do as much as needed including sourcing vendors on your behalf, easing the weight off your shoulders. Upon an initial meeting, discussing your big (or even little!) day, vision etc, we'll provide you with some tools to assist you on your planning journey. We'll check in periodically as the big day approaches and then meet to go over finite details, timing, special instructions, and more. We have worked in a multitude of venues throughout New Orleans, and in addition, we understand space, venue infrastructure, and how it relates to the setup and flow of your event. We know what questions to ask, how to organize details, and how to troubleshoot without you ever knowing to make your special day an utmost success.
No two weddings are alike, and we LOVE that. We will advocate for you every step of the way and aim to make your visions achievable, affordable, and organized. We can't wait to hear from you!

ood vibes. She's also very well connected in the wedding industry in New Orleans and gave us great recommendations for vendors we were having trouble finding. Her greatest introduction was to our officient - a very cool guy who was also a member of the Krewe of the Rolling Elvi. Yes, friends, Kelly helped us fulfill our dream of being married by an Elvis and then second lining with 10 of his brethren who were riding bedazzled scooters down the streets of New Orleans. It was the literal best!
And when it came to the weeks leading up to our wedding day, Kelly was on top of every single detail. She kept our vendors organized, made sure we knew where to be when, and always had our best interests in mind. On the day of our wedding, she and her team executed every single detail flawlessly and made sure that my partner and I were fed, always had a drink (and then a water) in our hand, and could truly focus on our friends, family, and dancing!
Full transparency, I work in events and I had a very clear vision for what our wedding would be. But none of it would've been possible without the love and support (and hard work) of RaynerShine Events. Kelly is a gem and I would encourage anyone thinking of hiring her to just go ahead and do it! You won't regret it and she'll be the MVP of your wedding day.

What impressed me most was how personalized and thoughtful her timeline was. Kelly anticipated things I didn’t even think of and was always one step ahead. She also fully managed vendor arrivals, setup, and coordination at the venue, so I never had to worry about logistics or timing. Because of her, the entire day ran so smoothly and seamlessly. I genuinely can’t imagine not having her there.

itional wedding. Everything from the decor to her communication exceeded my expectations, all within my limited budget. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my wedding day!
Overall:
-Amazing communication and follow through. When the team said they were going to do something, they did it well and on time. I never had to chase anyone down for answers.
-I appreciated how transparent the team was about costs, plus the guidance on where I should spend the bulk of my budget to create the experience I wanted for my guests.
-Kelly has worked with just about every vendor in New Orleans and was able to steer me to the right people with the decor I was looking for.
-The level of creativity and eye for design is 10/10. I am a creative person and didn't think I needed help in this department, but when it came to decor on a budget without breaking venue guidelines, this service was one I'm so so glad I paid for.

On the wedding weekend, it was immensely helpful to have her there to keep everything on time and organized. Overall, I wouldn’t change anything about my wedding including the fact that Kelly was our day of coordinator.
