ough, Ian helped me figure out a layout that would flow nicely and best utilize the space. We ended up going with a Tidewater tent which was the show stopper of our wedding, 100% worth the upgrade. From a cost perspective, RC events blew the other quotes I received out of the water and I didn't feel like quality or service was compromised at any point.

set up the chairs ourselves. Then they surprised us after the wedding with a setup and take-down charge and didn't send us word about it (or a receipt). They didn't seem to care that we had to set up the chairs ourselves, so after a fruitless conversation where I asked them to refund the surprise charge, we successfully disputed the extra charge on our credit card. I'm still giving 3 stars because at least the chairs showed up on time and in good condition, and they gave us a decent price, surprise charges notwithstanding.

ust the right items. The delivery was exact and I was able to get my items easily the morning before my back yard event. Everything I needed was there without a problem. And the pick up was also perfect. The delivery and pick up fellows were so helpful and friendly. I didn't need a huge amount of items, tables, cloths, napkins and chairs mainly. I was worried that my event wasn't huge and maybe I wasn't worth dealing with, absolutely wrong on that one! I was treated as if I had a huge cooperate event! The Bridal Shower went off exactly as I had hoped it would and RC Special Events, Melissa and the others I worked with when I called in to make a change or add something to my order made it all happen. Thanks RC and staff!

walk through with me to make sure that we were all on the same page. I met with her several times after that and before the wedding. She even made time for me to come and double check on the linen colors in person because I was freaking out about them. She wanted to make sure that I was happy with absolutely everything. I never waited longer than 24 hours to hear from her if I had any questions or concerns. They were prompt and quick with set up and tear down. Everything looked beautiful and I would definitely recommend them! Oh we also used them for my bridal shower and the only problem I had then was that a couple of the chairs were broken but they were extra anyways. Otherwise for the wedding they provided a pole tent, lighting package, tables, linens, chairs, and a cake stand. It was a very large wedding so we had a lot coming from them. All of those things were in good condition.

They also did not pick up the items when they said they would - they were three days late picking up the rental items that we had rented for one day! We were concerned they would never show up and then we would be charged for extra time! When we called about it, every time the dispatcher said they would send someone and didn't. Finally, they picked up the items after making people wait for days and not following through with what they had initially promised, much to the chagrin of the venue and everyone who took turns checking on the items.
