Renee is the best! From the beginning, she said that we did not need to worry about the coordination of our wedding day. It was hard to not be at least a little skeptical. Renee delivered on this and more. On top of seamless execution, Renee provided us newlyweds with great opinions on all the little aspects about a wedding we didn’t think of! Not only was the event seamless, but you could tell Renee actually cared about us and our event. She went above and beyond to handle all of our vendors. Without no hesitation at all, I would highly recommend Renee for all of your events.

We do not know how we would have planned the wedding and handled the day of the ceremony without Renee. We hired Renee for day of coordination but she was helpful through every step of the planning process. She was very organized and her Timeline became the guide we used to make sure we had every detail covered including things we did not even think about like what drink we wanted when we first walked into the Cocktail Hour. We did not have to worry about vendor arrivals, setting up and taking down decor, or anything the day of the wedding because Renee had it covered. Renee, Krista and Steph were all great. We met with Renee and Krista in the lead up, and Steph assisted on the day of. RCC was great throughout the process. They were professional, organized, timely, and reassuring It was great to meet with them a couple of times before our wedding to gauge our progress and plan out every detail. At each meeting RCC made us feel confident and ready (despite going in to each meeting nervous and daunted). RCC develops a timeline for the even that is completely all-encompassing and detailed that worked to ensure a seamless ceremony into reception. We wouldn't change a detail about our wedding and have RCC to thank for that!

The RCC team did an amazing job assisting with our wedding. The first meetings were set up to get to know us and that made their process feel super personal and tailored. They understood our vibe and didn't push any type of agenda, they wanted what we wanted :) Communication and meetings up to the event were timely and effective. We can't say enough good things about Renee and her team at RCC Weddings & Events. We purchased DOC services and are so thankful we did. Meeting with Renee was like meeting up with an old friend. She is easy to talk to, organized, and detail-oriented, which made the planning process much less overwhelming. On the day of the event, Renee was receptive and provided guidance as we had to switch to an indoor ceremony. Despite the weather-related change in plans, everything was still seamless and perfect (no doubt because she was there)!

Renee was SO on top of every detail, highly organized, and a dream to work with. As someone who is a little obsessive over logistics and a data scientist by trade, I was definitely at risk for overthinking the details on the big day. However, knowing we had Renee and her capable team to take care of everything allowed us to fully relax and be in the moment the day-of, knowing they pulled the vision together so perfectly!! In areas where we gave her creative license with arranging the decor, we were also completely blown away and wildly impressed. She made sure every vendor knew what was going on and had the information they needed to execute flawlessly. I especially appreciated the extra time Renee took to walk us through our options when the timeline felt complex in order to help relieve stress, and the vast experience, wise advice, and professionalism she brought to every meeting. We would HIGHLY recommend Renee as an expert coordinator!!

There are truly no words to describe how grateful my husband and I are for Renee and her team. From the very beginning, Renee made us feel so comfortable and we just knew she was going to help us have our dream wedding. She was flexible with scheduling meetings, responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Hiring Renee as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have made. She put together an entire plan, helped us find vendors and then executed all of our contracts to ensure everything came together perfectly. She stayed through the event and monitored everything and everyone to keep things on task so I didn't worry about a thing. The wedding turned out beautiful and I didn't have to stress at all! I can't say enough amazing things about RCC. From the first meeting with Renee & Krista, I knew we made the right decision. My husband and I were skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator in general, just thinking we were pretty Type A & organized and wouldn't need it. The hundred extra things Renee had on her checklists and timelines were things we just didn't even think to discuss 2 months out. Our meetings were so detailed (and in person, which was amazing) and Renee calmed my every nerve. On the day of, Krista KILLED IT. I cannot say enough how seamless our wedding day was, how the execution of the timeline was perfect, and how much care Krista and her assistant took in setting up all our personal decor items. She seemed to be in a million places at once but was never disorganized or lost. She stayed til the end and made sure cleanup was a breeze and we received back all our gifts & personal decor items. Krista also took some photos / videos of our last private dance since the photographer had already left. Again, we are so happy we hired RCC, I cannot imagine what our day would've been like without them.

Hiring RCC was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We got married at the American Visionary Art Museum in September 2023 and hired Renee initially because of all of RCC’s glowing reviews and the fact that her team was familiar with our venue & had experience with Indian weddings. From the moment we hired them, we knew we had made the right decision and were in the best hands we could be in. It was immediately apparent that RCC is well-established in the Baltimore wedding industry and it is very comforting to work with a coordinator that is familiar with/has worked with many of your vendors. For the ~8 months we worked with them prior to our wedding day, they were quick to respond, provided excellent suggestions for every question we had, and were tremendously professional in every interaction. The timeline Renee put together was outstanding and the level of detail that went into it calmed our nerves. We are a pretty Type A couple and we hired exactly the right team to plan our dream wedding day. Leading up to our wedding day, we mostly worked with Renee, who was extremely detail-oriented and guided us expertly through every planning and timeline decision we had to make. On the day of, Krista and Jess executed our absolute dream wedding. We were told, unprompted, by multiple guests that the day was well-organized and ran smoothly. That was entirely the work of Krista and Jess. They went above and beyond in every element of their day-of-coordination, which is most exemplified by the fact that if anything didn’t go according to plan, we and the guests truly had no idea - the ultimate sign of a well-run day! Our only regret is that we didn’t get a photo with the RCC team, but that’s the price of working tirelessly behind-the-scenes!! We are so grateful to the RCC team and could not recommend them more!

We really couldn’t have done it without Renee and her team. Myself being rather Type A with a need for clear organization, Renee was incredibly collaborative in making sure the timeline and such all made sense! She even answered questions around best practices, but still gave us the autonomy to make our own decisions. Her patience, professionalism, eye for detail, and all around positive energy were instrumental to making us feel so taken care of leading up to and on our special day. We highly recommend RCC Wedding and Events. Renee was exceptionally professional, organized, patient, and all-around an amazing wedding coordinator for us. As our month-of coordinator, Renee really went above and beyond anything we had expected. She gave us reminders throughout our booking process, recommended various vendors, and of course, ran the perfect wedding day for us. She coordinated with all of the vendors in the weeks leading up to the day and designed and facilitated the wedding schedule during the event. She read all of our contracts to make sure we didn't miss anything, attended our rehearsal, and did our set up on the day of. We had a 170 person outdoor wedding, so running a tight a ship as she did was no easy task! We went into the wedding day so calm all due to her hard work and coordination. My fiancé and I first reached out to RCC for a professional opinion on how much day of coordination we may need for our wedding day. We went into our first call not entirely expecting to book RCC, as our venue provided a vendor coordinator to begin with. Within just a few minutes of speaking to Renee, we were antsy to book her for our big day. She is truly an expert in her field, incredibly detail oriented and organized, and what really sold us was her honesty! She actually talked us out of booking her services for more time than we needed — which was an extremely welcome and refreshing change from what we had experienced with others we inquired with. While we technically booked her for day of coordination, she played a very active role leading up to the wedding, always keeping our planning on track by highlighting any outstanding items and providing guidance when we needed it. The week of our wedding, my fiancé and I were relaxing poolside, because RCC had us covered. Every detail of our wedding went off without a hitch and we felt we could be truly in the present thanks to her and her assistant. Renee was such a big help with organizing all of our vendors and making sure every task we needed to complete was addressed. Words can’t describe how invaluable Renee and her entire team were to our wedding planning process and day of. RCC does not charge nearly enough for their incredible services!! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Renee!! Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT!!! Renee communicated with all of our vendors for us, she met with us regularly, she emailed us and used an online portal to keep us on track, she had experience with several of our vendors and was able to guide us better and work with them better with that knowledge...the list goes on!! Hiring Renee and the RCC team was the best wedding investment my husband and I made - we can genuinely say our wedding was perfect, and if there were any hiccups the day of, we never found out about them. Even though we hired Renee for Day-of-coordinator services, Renee met with us SIX months ahead of time to make sure we were on the right track. No other DoC we met with offered that unless we booked wedding planning services. Renee is highly organized, quick to respond, and meticulous in every aspect. The timeline she created was so thorough and organized it helped the wedding day run very smoothly. My husband and I were fully able to enjoy the wedding week but, most importantly, the wedding day! We were so confident in the RCC team that we weren't concerned at all about what was happening while we were getting ready or even concerned that we would miss anything during the actual wedding. Renee was absolutely an invaluable asset on our wedding day. We hired her as our day of coordinator but the support she offered went way past that. We spoke so highly of her after one meeting that my mother-in-law also decided to have her help out with the rehearsal dinner/welcome party. HIRE RENEE!! RCC was hands down the best vendor on our wedding team. I don't think I would have made it without Renee. Renee is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. About six months out, we started tackling our "to-do" list and timeline. Renee kept us on track and made recommendations to maximize our dancing time at the reception, yet allowed us to move through the day calmly and efficiently. As a type-A person, I live for Renee's day-of timeline. We were able to collaborate on the timeline's software, and make notes for the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Renee coordinated with our other vendors and ran our rehearsal with ease. The day-of, Renee and Rachel were supportive, kind, and handled everything. If something went wrong, I didn't know that it did. We love, love, love Renee and are so happy that she was such a big part of our planning experience and day. You will not regret hiring RCC!

From the first time we met Renee I could tell she was the person for the job! Like many I had a venue that touted “oh we have a planner for you that is provided at no extra cost and they will help you with everything”. Having never planned a wedding before at first I thought okay I don’t need my own planner. Then I started talking to people and reading reviews and I decided to take the route of hiring my own planner and I am so glad I did! The venue provided planner actually ended up changing people several times and this person was extremely overloaded as they were the planner for hundreds of weddings. Renee was everything we needed and wanted. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. I found her prices to be very reasonable. We hired her as a month of planner but she was so much more than that. She helped us navigate a postponement. She was always super responsive and helpful. There were so many logistics of the day that I hadn’t even thought of and wouldn’t have thought of without her. Her day-of timeline was a piece of art by the end of it. There was no detail left out! It was just so nice to really turn everything over to her the last month which is the most stressful month of planning and know it would be taken care of. On the day of Renee and her assistant were life savers. They made sure everything went perfectly. Hire her you will be so glad you did!

I wish I could give Renee a hundred stars, she was absolutely amazing!! I honestly don’t think our wedding would have been as great and stress free as it was without all she did for us. She was super responsive at all hours and very organized. I’m the type of person who likes to do everything herself so I know it’s done how I want so it was hard to release control but Renee really listened to what I wanted and made everything perfect! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Let me start with this: I postponed my wedding not 3, but 4 times. Renee stayed by my side for over 2 years while wedding planning, and I don't think I would have made it through planning a covid wedding without her. Renee was extremely responsive, organized, kind and patient. All of my vendors loved working with her, and knowing she had things under control allowed me and my husband to fully enjoy our day. After "I Do" our two favorite words were "ask Renee". I cannot recommend RCC events enough!

We met Renee about two years ago, we need it a Wedding Day Coordinator for my daughter's wedding. Since the very beginning we loved Renee bubbly personality, and how professional she was. She helped my daughter and I throughout the pandemic, and gave us support and new suggestions in re-planning the wedding. We finally celebrated their wedding a few weeks ago, and it was worry free!! Renee and her team took care of everything, communicated and coordinated with our vendors, and we were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding throughout the day.

If you are thinking of hiring a day of coordinator- DO IT!! Renee is amazing!! We had Renee as our day of coordinator and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She eased so much stress and answered every question/ worry that I had! We got married at Linganore winery in Frederick and Renee made the day (and the weeks before) so much smoother! Especially with navigating ever changing COVID restrictions. She asked questions and helped to plan things I didn’t even think of. The timeline she created was perfect and reaching out the vendors before made my life soooo much easier and eased a lot of stress! She did an amazing job setting up our venue and making the day absolutely perfect. I couldn’t recommend her any more!! She was absolutely amazing!!

If you’re looking for a day of coordinator, please do yourself a favor and look no further. Hands down, Renee is the absolute best! My husband and I didn’t necessarily know what all to expect with wedding planning but we knew we needed some direction and guidance. From our very first phone call with Renee, we were sold! Working with Renee was honestly so wonderful. I had most of the wedding planning down but I wanted the extra help so I decided to hire her for day of services. Planning a wedding during Covid was one of the hardest things to do but Renee made the whole experience so much easier. From answering my millions of questions to throwing in suggestions when I was lost to just being so upbeat and positive about the whole situation. She kept me on my toes and made sure I wasn’t missing anything. She was so responsive and was always checking in with me. On my wedding day I had absolutely no worries. Anything small that did come up Renee and her assistant Rachel were on top of it before I could even say anything. It truly was the best day and I can’t thank them enough!

If I could give Renee (RCC Weddings & Events) 10 stars, I would! While my now husband and I went into the wedding planning process with the mindset that we were going to keep things simple, we knew that we still wanted a day-of coordinator for our wedding so that we could be hands off the day of and just enjoy our time with our guests and with each other. And funnily enough, we also had in mind a different wedding coordinator just from reading reviews online and logistics! However, when we met Renee at a Wedding Expo, we knew that we wanted to work with her and scrapped our previous ideas aside. From Day 1, Renee has been a joy to work with. She is always so positive, so organized and really brought a fresh perspective to our planning process. No matter how organized I thought that I was, Renee definitely has me beat! And while we hired Renee for the full day-of coordination, the service that she provided went way above and beyond just the day-of and we couldn’t have pulled off such a lovely wedding without her. We met in person and via video chat several times before the wedding and Renee was always prepared. Each meeting went seamlessly and was both collaborative and educational. She made sure to learn exactly what our vision was for the wedding, what was important to us no matter how big or small, and was always full of ideas and advice on how to execute. When we had questions or concerns, we would be able to contact her and could always count on getting a prompt response back. The timeline that she created for us (and that we were able to share with the wedding party/family) was incredibly detailed and indispensable to our planning process. The fact that Renee took care of all communication and coordinating with all our other vendors weeks before the wedding was great and took a load off our plates. Not to mention that having to plan a wedding during this pandemic is a challenge within itself! And Renee did not shy away – we worked together and learned together how to navigate these new waters and tackle each new challenge in a way that seemed effortless. And while I can continue to go on and on about how great her services are and how meticulous and organized she is, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how incredibly caring Renee is herself. We consider her a friend -- she really cares about you, the wedding and your family! She is easy to talk to and took the time to answer everyone’s questions at the rehearsal with a smile on her face and the utmost patience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names and made sure that everyone felt at ease. We had zero hesitation with putting our trust in Renee and would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the area!

My fiance and I hired RCC for day-of coordination but they have been SO much more than that. Not only do they offer incredible services for a reasonable price, but they care about what is important to their clients (the names of friends and family, where your personal items are placed and kept safe, etc.). Because of the pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding and they were the easiest part of postponing, hands down. We were a month and a half out and our wedding was already planned down to the minute! We are so excited to continue planning with Renee and Rachel.

Renee has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We'd gotten vendors and were fairly confident we would be able to handle the majority of our wedding planning, but Renee brought up so many things we hadn't thought of and was always helpful and attentive. Our wedding was scheduled for the end of March 2020, and it's now been rescheduled multiple times. Renee has been unfailingly helpful throughout this entire tangled process, and I'm so glad to be working with her as we look into rescheduling yet again.

From the quality of service, professionalism and flexibility, there isn't anything more I could ask for. As a detailed oriented person, I had many questions and concerns while going through all my initial planning but Renee just made it so much easier for me. My now husband and I decided we needed a partial planner about 6 months out from our wedding day. After stress consumed a few nights of sleep from me, we decided to hire someone to help us. I felt that I had the major items taken care of but was having trouble putting all of my ideas together and couldn't figure out how to execute all of the moving pieces. I found Renee with RCC Weddings on Wedding Wire after looking through many planners, she was someone that seemed flexible, organized and experienced. After our initial consult call, I learned that Renee was all of these aspects and more! She quickly assured us that she would be able to assist us in our unique situatoin. We had already hired all of our vendors and had most of the major items completed, and our venue came with a day of coordinator. Renee worked to create us a unique and custom package to consist of vendor coordination, a custom morning of timeline creation and several remote planning calls. She also worked with us to stay within our budget since this was an unplanned vendor we were adding late to the process (this was a huge help!) However, if you are looking for a full planner/coordinator, I can attest that she is more than equipped for the job! In our handful of planning calls, she helped me get all my thoughts organized, make a plan of attack for the items I still needed to get sorted out and made a very detailed timeline for how the morning before the wedding needed to flow. The most helpful part of working with Renee was that she confirmed the time, place of service and items all of our vendors needed to bring and sent them each their own timeline for the day. This was a huge weight off of my back, because I was clueless as to how these things normally ran! Renee was kind, efficient, organized and always quick to remind us to take a deep breath and enjoy this special time! The only thing I would change would be to have hired RCC Weddings sooner in our planning process! Thank you Renee with RCC Weddings!!!

There are not enough stars to give Renee! She is absolutely the best!! We were getting so mired down with the details and really becoming stressed out. We decided to reach out to her about halfway through planning and really we could not have made a better decision. She saved our wedding. She expertly handled all the details and vendors and completely put us at ease . Thanks to her impeccable organizational skills and the meetings beforehand, we felt completely comfortable going into the day and everything went off without a hitch! I initially was hesitant to hire a coordinator, thinking that’d my wife and I would be able to take care of our wedding’s logistics ourselves. But after seeing the extent of Renee and the RCC team’s work and effort, I am so glad my wife convinced me otherwise. Renee is more than a day-of coordinator; she’s a true partner. She met with us in person multiple times before the wedding to make sure she knew exactly what our vision for the wedding was and how we wanted it to be executed. When we didn’t know how something should be done, Renee offered us advice and helped us arrive at the best decision for us and our guests. When unexpected challenges arose (like when we realized our DJ requested a covered station, which we weren’t able to provide), Renee reassured us and worked tirelessly to resolve them. When we had questions, we would be able to call or email her at nearly all hours of the day and get a prompt and detailed response. No matter how stressful wedding planning got (and, boy, did it get stressful!), we always knew we had someone in our corner who we can trust completely and without hesitation. It is a true testament to Renee’s meticulousness, attentiveness, enthusiasm, and vast experience that my wife and I were able to breathe a little easier knowing that Renee’s got it covered. Needless to say, Renee is a consummate professional. Based on our conversations, she created an incredibly detailed, minute-by-minute schedule and made sure all of our vendors received, read, understood, and followed it to a tee. Renee also directed our final walkthrough with the venue and our rehearsal, ensuring every member of the bridal party knows exactly what they’re supposed to do on the big day. Two weeks before the wedding, she also took over all communication with our vendors so that they had one point of contact and so that we didn’t have to be overwhelmed with a million questions. And—perhaps most impressively—Renee was able to adjust course without a hitch and move our entire ceremony indoors when an unexpected flash thunderstorm started 30 minutes before the ceremony was set to begin. It is in those situations, when you realize you have no idea what to do, that having Renee on your team means the most. Finally, Renee is exceptionally friendly and caring. It is readily apparent that she cares about the couples she works with and wants them to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A few weeks before the wedding, she sent us a care package filled with relaxation essentials (i.e. wine) and a card reminding us to take care of ourselves. She’d also make sure to check in with us every few days by phone, text, or email to see how we’re doing. At the rehearsal, she patiently answered questions from anxious family members so they, too, can feel at ease. It is this kind of support that differentiate Renee and RCC from other coordinators. As you can see, we have nothing but kind words to say about Renee and RCC. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have worked with Renee, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone getting married in the DMV.

We are SO HAPPY that we hired Renee as our Day of Coordinator! It was clear from our very first meeting that she was right for the job – she was genuinely excited for us, meticulously organized, she was always to get in touch with, and it was a joy just chatting with her! Renee of RCC immediately put us at ease and gave us a new excitement about our upcoming wedding plans rather than the stress that we had previously felt before meeting with her. Very quickly she came to feel like a close friend because she took the time to get to know us and what and who were important to us so that our day could be unique and very personal. As an Event Manager for corporate events, I knew going into wedding planning that I wanted to handle the planning leading up to our wedding day, but needed someone to handle the day of coordination so I could relax. From the first few emails with Renee, I felt entirely comfortable and confident in hiring her as our day of coordinator. Being a bit of a control freak when it comes to planning events, I was surprised how willing I was to hand the reins over to Renee when it came to our day-of needs, which speaks to how amazing she is. Renee was always incredibly organized at our meetings and truly covered everything from A-Z for our wedding day. She put together a very thorough timeline for our day and was extremely helpful in offering suggestions for the flow for our wedding day. Prior to the wedding, she reached out to our wedding vendors and many of our vendors even mentioned how on top of things and organized Renee was. I was able to enjoy every aspect of my wedding day because I knew Renee was onsite to handle all the “heavy lifting” of the day. She was there to meet all the vendors and get our ceremony and reception space set and ready to go, she truly brought my vision for my wedding day to life. As a relatively type A person/bride who was having a fairly laid back wedding I was initially conflicted about the need for a day of coordinator. All I can say is I AM SO GLAD WE HIRED RENEE! We purchased the full DOC Package and it was worth every penny and then some. During our meetings with Renee she took in our vision and request, made excellent suggestions, answered every questions and calmed all of my anxieties. We had NOTHING to worry about the day of because Renee already had all of our items, had communicated with all of our vendors and had laid out a clear and detailed plan! When we arrived at the venue everything was exactly as I imagined it would be and Renee, and her assistant, were able to take care of all of our requests immediately. When we forgot to grab the extra food our catering company packed, Renee showed up at our hotel to hand deliver it! Brides, Grooms and Party People no matter how organized you are, no matter how many lists you have already created Renee will take them to the next level and leave you with nothing to do but have the time of your life at your event.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Renee and RCC Weddings & Events! Renee stood out from the very beginning. At our first consultation, she was prompt, friendly, extremely organized, straight-forward and able to answer all my questions. I researched and interviewed many local coordinators, but it ended up being a no-brainer for me -- I went with RCC to help us with our *extremely* DIY wedding at the Baltimore Streetcar Museum, and I am so glad I did. Renee always went above and beyond. We had multiple meetings together, which she followed up with a thank you and a summary, and she was always available to chat if we had questions or concerns or just needed a little pep talk. We chose a very nontraditional venue and all our DIY projects added an extra level of difficulty, but she had spreadsheets and questionnaires and templates to make the planning process so much easier. Our wedding day was better than we could have imagined, and Renee played a huge part in helping it all come together. We had originally planned to have an outside ceremony and ended up needing to go with our rain plan because of thunderstorms. She made that transition smooth and painless and even found a way to incorporate all the paper items I'd made to be used outside - it was so nice to see them re-purposed! Most importantly, she made sure we were able to fully enjoy our day and took care of all the logistics. I could say so many more great things about RCC - Renee is a lovely person and is FANTASTIC at her job. Go with her, and don't look back!
