We hired Renee (Rose & Calla Event Planning & Design Co.) for full service planning. As stated in our review on WeddingWire (we wanted to review her twice, because she deserves it), Renee was so nice, so professional, so easy to work with. We struggled with a few things like our budget, prioritizing items etc., and having Renee solved those issues. We were still able to have our vision for our wedding come to life. It was nice voicing my concerns and Renee listening and helping me fine tune what I wanted. I did not feel out of control either. I made all the final decisions. She was so wonderful. Even our families adored her. She may be planning my sister's wedding too!
Hiring Renee for full service planning was the best decision we made for our wedding. We literally needed her in all areas. We eloped, but still wanted someone to help us with all the "stuff". We found Renee, and we are so happy we did. Renee did our wedding a couple years ago, and we then decided to hire her again for our baby shower. It's all in the details with Renee. Our theme was woodland theme. We hired Renee for Month of Coordination, and she went way above and beyond. Renee did a fabulous job putting in all the details for our micro wedding. It was so elegant, you wouldn't be able to tell we had a small budget. The details were amazing and looked like we spent so much more. Candles and flowy fabrics made the look spectacular. I recently attended a wedding and Renee was the coordinator. I watched her and her team do an amazing job. The ceremony actually started on time. She and her team were always busy doing whatever they had to. I couldn't tell you if any problems happened, because it looked like everything happened the way it was supposed to. So, if anything was wrong I didn't notice. I will be hiring Renee for my daughter's wedding. Great job Renee and team!
I was a guest at a wedding and Renee was the wedding coordinator. I watched her and her team do an amazing job and I had to go up to her to ask her name. She was so kind to me, and did an amazing job coordinating the wedding the whole day. I never once saw her not smile. She was always smiling handling things that needed to be handled. The bride and groom seemed happy all day.

We hired Renee for Wedding Weekend Management (aka coordination). We did postpone our wedding, but we were able to have it a month later than our original date. We hired Renee for coordination only. Then COVID happened. Our venue canceled on us and we then had to cancel our wedding. We had no idea what to do. Renee was there helping us figure it out. And, although this was unchartered waters for her too, she was so calm and got us through it. We are planning a new celebration hopefully in 2021, and so far we are so happy we hired Renee.

We hired Renee for full service planning. We both were super busy with our jobs and we were truly clueless in planning. We were supposed to get married in June of 2020, but we have called off the wedding. We wanted to write a review anyway because Renee deserves the shout out. She is great to work with. I hired Renee for full service planning. My husband and I both work and travel with our jobs so hiring Renee was the best decision we made. At first we only wanted her for coordination for the day of, but we quickly realized that we were just too busy that we needed her to do more. She has an online cloud based system that allowed us to keep up with everything right along side her. Even while we were traveling we were able to check out our check list and other planning stuff we had to do.
Our wedding day was amazing. Renee has an amazing staff to also help on the wedding day. They are all so helpful and awesome. We had literally the best day ever.

We hired Renee for full service. I was overwhelmed right away so I needed to hire someone to help me along the way. Renee was a godsend to me. My husband (fiance at the time) was constantly traveling for his job, so he wasn't always around, and then I did a lot of traveling for work as well, so we definitely needed someone to help us and keep us on track. Renee coordinated our wedding. and then helped us with the design some. She was awesome! She always made me feel at ease. She helped me narrow down my ideas, I literally had too many and couldn't decide. Together we came up with a simple but elegant design for our wedding. She went way above and beyond. So, since we hired her only for coordination, and then she helped with design anyway, we ended up paying extra for her design skills. She was worth every single penny we spent.
We hired Renee for coordination and design services. My wife and I are both busy with work, and we didn't want the stress of designing and logistics of the wedding day. We also didn't want our house filled with wedding decor and then worry about how to transport it and then sell it.

I hired Renee from the beginning. My wife and I had just moved to Winchester, Virginia from other areas. We knew no one. Renee helped us with all aspects of planning and designing. She was such a help and life saver. Even our families appreciated all of her hard work.
I'm the groom and wanted to give a review for Renee as well. I was hesitant to hire her because we had a bad experience with the previous wedding planner. She was well worth it though. She was very professional and so were her two assistants Andrea and Jillian. Our guests enjoyed them and told me that they thought Renee, Andrea and Jillian were awesome and helpful
We hired Renee at the very last minute. Our other wedding planner ditched us and she stepped in. She took over and did a fantastic job. There was a lot of miscommunication on some areas due to the switch over, but she handled all of that very well. Renee and her team were there and were very professional, and very helpful. Renee and her team were such a wonderful help to us! As Mother of the Bride, I chose to hire a 'Day of Coordinator' just to help with the wedding day logistics, but we got so much more than I could have dreamed. Renee met with us, sent us to do lists, and responded to our email/text questions promptly and professionally for many months prior to our daughter's big day! She even helped us think of ideas, sharing traditions and ideas from other weddings she has helped with. Then on wedding day, Renee and her team did everything we thought to ask and more that we didn't expect. After we were all under the tent, it began to rain very hard during the ceremony. They held umbrellas for the wedding party as we dashed to shelter for after ceremony photos and then cleaned up everything in the pouring rain at the ceremony site. Then went to our reception site and not only helped with all the expected tasks, but stepped in to assist the banquet staff as needed too. Renee even came back to the hotel the next day to return a couple of items we left in her car. I could write pages and pages of details, but in summary, Renee and her team are truly 'wedding angels' that help bring a sense of calm and joy to planning and executing the details of your special day. I'm VERY glad I invested in RCK Weddings fantastic services. Thank you, Renee!
I hired Renee for decor/design mainly, but ended up adding coordination as well. WIth her check lists, we were able to stay on track with our "to do" lists. Renee really helped with our design concept. She helped bring all of our ideas and streamline them into one cohesive working design. On our wedding day, it turned out exactly as we planned and envisioned. Renee and her team did a fabulous job setting up and bringing our vision to life.

I attended a wedding a couple of weeks ago. I was able to watch Renee in action. I saw compassion from her and her one assistant. Her assistant was young but seemed to know what her job was. The ceremony went so smooth. I talked with Renee after the ceremony and she was so friendly. I am definitely hiring her for my daughter's wedding in 2015. I can only imagine how nice my daughter's wedding will be.
