Oh my gosh, I'm slow at getting this review out. Rebekah is kind, experienced, and organized!
We reached out to Rebekah in Dec 2021 for our June 2023 wedding and have NEVER regretted the decision. She is worth every single penny!
We live in Sydney, Australia and Rebekah worked with our insane time zone changes to help us with everything from booking vendors, deciding on decor, and helping us make so many decisions my husband and I never knew were even available.
All this planning of course leads to the day of where Rebekah hit it out of the park. She handled some excited family members, coordinated vendor drop offs, venue setup, venue mid ceremony changes, provided GORGEOUS flower displays/bouquets, and all while following a tight wedding day schedule.
She is incredible and we will never regret hiring her, and neither will you!
Totally recommend Rebekah Dani Events to every bride! Our Day of Coordinator was Sarah and she was so on top of everything.
Her team of ladies did a fantastic job setting up the tables exactly how we wanted and then improvised where we didn’t provide clear guidance.
Sarah was at our wedding rehearsal and provided great backup to the church’s planner and instruction.
During the wedding and reception Sarah ran the show. No one in our family had to do or think about anything - we all just enjoyed ourselves. We found out later that during the reception there were issues with one of the vendors but Sarah and her staff dealt with it and we never noticed.
Sarah and her staff were so professional in both their appearance and demeanor. They kept it all together. Highly recommend!!
My wedding was absolutely PERFECT and I couldn't have achieved such an outcome on my own. Rebekah Dani Events helped organize my thoughts, asked thorough questions I hadn't considered, planned a solution for every potential problem, and kept me on-track to meet all of my deadlines leading up to the big day. Sarah Royal was my coordinator and she. was. BRILLIANT. She arrived at the rehearsal dinner, met all of the key players, asked me a few more clarifying questions, and assured me that the wedding would be smooth. The weather was the wild card as we had rain for the five days leading up to the wedding, and we weren't sure if we'd be smooshing everyone into the dance hall for the ceremony, or if my dream of marrying outside in the sunshine by the river would come true. Sarah said she felt optimistic and lo and behold! Even though it rained the morning of the wedding (hey, it's good luck, and in parched, wildfire-prone California, clearly life-giving water is always welcome and needed), by afternoon it cleared up, the sun came out, and there wasn't a cloud in the sky! Sarah surprised me by having her team set up the arch and chairs by the river, and I teared up with joy and gratitude at the overwhelming beauty and delightful surprise of it all. I was completely free to enjoy myself, and I never once had to wonder what was next or where I was supposed to be. Sarah kept track of me, the groom, our families, our six bridesmaids and six groomsmen, and she absolutely nailed the timeline, hitting every key event at exactly the right time: the ceremony was gorgeous, the transition up to the dance hall was flawless, the flow of people grabbing food was easy and stress-free even though there was no assigned seating, and the first dance, parent dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and cake-cutting all happened exactly at the right time, with no clunkiness or interruptions in the party. The flow of it all was . . . *chef's kiss*. Sarah even carried my train and veil and expertly kept pace; I forgot she was behind me as I walked toward the aisle! She really made me feel like a queen every time she spoke with me. I've never smiled so hard! I've never seen so many smiling, grinning faces all assembled in the same place before. It was magical. The logistics and coordination were perfect. I can't sing the team's praises enough! I wish I could re-live this day in a time-loop indefinitely, but I will treasure the memories for the rest of my life. Hire Rebekah Dani Events for your big day. It is SO WORTH IT. Every member of the company I interacted with was friendly, fun, professional, and singularly focused on making this the best day ever. Hire them! You will love every second of your special day.
Rebekah and her team did an excellent job for our wedding. From the time we first spoke up until the very end, Rebekah was organized, kind, efficient and creative! She helped us finish last minute details on the day of and everyone who attended our wedding had nice things to say about her and her team. Thanks so much again Rebekah!
Rebecca and team were so wonderful. About a month before the wedding I lost my little brother. I wanted to just cancel the wedding. She was there for me for everything, including emotional support when I was falling apart. They went above and beyond and I’m so thankful. If there were any hiccups that day I was not even aware. My only regret was that I didn’t hire them from the beginning to do everything! I’m certain it would have saved a lot of time and money. Thank you again Rebecca for making my day so special. There is literally no way it would have happened without you. I’m forever grateful!
We are extremely glad we hired Rebekah for our wedding welcome party! She was a great communicator, very organized, and the party was a major success. Not only was the decor gorgeous (everybody commented on the flower color scheme and balloon arch), but she was able to help us manage pulling off a smooth and fun party during a stressful and busy time. Highly recommend her services and we would work with her again for another event!
My experience with Rebekah Dani events was incredible. We hired her for Day Of coordination, wedding planning (by the hour), and for floral design. Throughout the whole planning process, she was thoughtful, proficient and reassuring. She has loads of knowledge and experience.
She is a great communicator, professional and fun! We felt so taken care of and that we could trust her ability to perform the tasks we asked her. She helped us talk and plan through things we would never have never thought about, which therefore made the planning and wedding day stress free and run so smoothy! As for floral design, she KILLED IT. The flowers were absolutely stunning!! Rebekah is SOO creative. She was able to hear and see my vision for the day and truly made the venue looking so beautiful and exactly what I have envisioned! Overall, we are so grateful that we chose to hire a professional in the wedding industry because it gave us the ability to really focus on our relationship and not stress about the wedding and most importantly be 100% present on the day knowing you have professionals taking care of the whole event! I’m so grateful for Rebekah and her whole team. HIGHLY recommend hiring her. You won’t regret it.
