While the flip flops are great and come in an assortment of colors, their customer service is subpar. I ordered 20 white flips which are supposed to come in 3 small, 14 medium and 3 larges. I got 17 mediums, and 3 larges — no smalls which is what I wear and I'm the bride. When I asked to be able to send them back 3 medium and get the 3 smalls I was promised, they asked for a picture of what I received. I easily provided the evidence of the sizes I received and then was told sorry we can't send you any smalls. When I asked for a small refund or a discount so that I could order another batch to get the smalls I needed and were supposed to get the first time around, they went radio silent.
It also clearly states on their refund/return policy "We offer full refunds and free exchanges if any issue is our fault." What a crock... Buyer beware, if they screw up, they won't fix it.

I love these pashmina scarves to use as a wedding favor. Our son’s wedding is in the mountains so these will be perfect as a favor. They are soft and of high quality.
Purchased 80 pairs of flip flops in nude, pink and champagne pink for my daughter's wedding reception. The female guests were very appreciative to be able to get rid of their shoes and wear them to continue to party. The flip flops were definitely a Hit! I am glad that we provided the flip flops to the guests and the cost was very reasonable!

"These pashminas are great looking--just as good or better than in photos. We hosted a pre wedding soul cycle brunch at a cafe in Palm Beach area. Coastal colors were great, dressed up the event space, and the pashminas were pretty and used by the young ladies. I think the big thing to communicate is that these look as good or better than what you see on line, and shipping was as promised. So if you like the looks of them, you will not be disappointed. I placed my order well in advance of my event. Several items were never received. The first shipment arrived within 2-3 weeks. The personalized scarves, organza bags, and thank you tags never arrived. I called the company countless times and have left multiple phone messages with no response. I’ve also sent several emails. One email did receive a response where it was stated they would make sure the rest of my order was sent, but they did not fulfill their promise. They basically robbed me! A disgusting lack of basic customer service.

I got the pack of ten white pashima scarves for my bridesmaids as thank you gifts and they absolutely loved them! They’re super soft and very elegant and lovely. Highly recommend!
Such a hit at our wedding!! The custom tags were a great addition and a TON of girls used the flip flops which really helped keep our dance floor alive!! Lots of people commented about the detail and really appreciated the comfort post ceremony heading into the reception. Would highly recommend this product and company to anyone!
The flip flops themselves are great quality (I still wear my pair from our wedding) and shipped SUPER quick to us and was extremely easy to just pop on the tags and place them in their bins! So worth it!!
For my son's wedding, I shopped all around online and at brick and mortar locations in my city for ballet flats. Prices were way higher than I expected. Happily, I found RFF and ordered 65 pairs, mixture of champagne color and black. The size of my order qualified me for a discount, and the order came in just a couple of days. The wedding venue was outdoors, and the ground was made up of decomposed granite (sandy! pebbly!). Many of the gals (and a couple of guys too ;-) appreciated being able to change out of their open toed high heeled sandals into the ballet flats. Perfect for a night of dancing- maybe even two or three. Terrific vendor- highly recommend.
"The ivory polar fleece blankets were an elegant touch at my daughter’s fall wedding in the Berkshires. The size of the blankets is generous and the quality is quite good. We contacted RFF on a Sunday night, when we realized our outdoor wedding would be a chilly one and we wanted to have Pashminas for our guests. We had only 5 days to have our order processed, shipped, and received, if we were going to have them ready to go on Sunday. RFF confirmed on Sunday that they would ship the Pashminas first thing Monday (we received them on Tuesday!) and the labels arrived on Wednesday. Our guests were warm and very happy with the memento from the wedding. Customer service was professional, speedy and delightful to work with!
Everything was perfect for my beach wedding, and this was a nice touch for the reception!
The product arrived wrong and late, despite me paying a small fortune for expedited shipping. I paid for the entire order again along with expedited shipping a second time to have that item fixed and reprinted and resent yet it took weeks for it to arrive. It finally showed up (bent and mangled and looking terrible) days after the event it was needed for. So I wasted a small fortune on two rounds of orders plus expedited shipping to not have been received my order for my party. Customer Service was absolutely useless, and I was never refunded a single cent.
I ordered 60 Navy Blue Pashminas and 60 White Metallic Pashminas and put two together using the blanket bands that I shortened by one inch on each end. The wording on the bands siad " To Have and to Hold In Case You Get Cold. Use One or Two, It's up to You". The wedding was entirely outdoors in the Northern California Redwoods in early June and we weren't sure how cold it would get so all the females received two pashminas.: one navy blue and one metallic white. It was 60 degrees during the ceremony in the Redwood Chapel, 63 during dinner on the lawn and 55 during dancing in the Barn. The men were comfortable in their suit coats but many of the women wore both pashminas and were very appreciative of the favors. The pashminas were very soft and the metallic white sparkly.
I also ordered twenty pairs of various sizes of white flip flops with navy blue bows. Our vendor required shoes everywhere including in the barn for dancing. All of them were taken.
Bridal Shower Favors........
"I ordered 36 Pashmina's for my daughters bridal shower as favors. I ordered blush, nude ivory and sage green. They were delivered quickly. They are quality scarves and are just beautiful-the color is accurate from the picture on the site-so no worries there. I paired them with the wrap around label -they are going to make such a nice presentation. I will follow up with picture after the shower so you can see!"
We ordered 40 pairs of flip flops for our wedding in Hawaii. It was a lovely touch and suited our setting for guests getting on to the dance floor!

We took 80 pair of flip flops to Mexico for our daughter's destination wedding & they were a big hit. Excellent quality & responsive customer service. I recommend ordering the decorative bands to wrap around each pair.
These were PERFECT! We gave them out as wedding gifts and the guests loved them. Even the guys were wearing them on the chilly October night. This company was wonderful to work with and the order was filled quickly.
An unexpected cold spell came through for my Miami wedding and I ordered a bunch of these pashminas for guests. My guests were incredibly grateful and I was so impressed with the quality and the service I received as I called frantically trying to rush the order. Highly recommend.

My daughter was married in 2022. For her bridal shower I ordered pashminas in blush, a soft beige, and navy paisley for her favors. They were soft, well made, and were an absolute hit! I also got the wedding party gold metallic pashminas to coordinate with their gowns and those were incredibly lovely. RFF printed bands that said “To have and to hold in case you get cold!” along with my daughter’s and husband’s name and date. Do not hesitate to use this vendor. Excellent service.
I wrote an review originally on here in November 2019 but can't seem to edit it...I wrote my review because after 3 emails I couldn't get ahold of the company about returning a product that was grossly off on color and I couldn't leave a negative review on their site because they have to approve reviews and therefore only publish the good ones. After I left my review here they finally responded and I got a return label. I've changed my review to 1 star because I mailed the pashminas back but I never heard from the company again and I never got my money back. Thankfully it was a small amount of money so I didn't pursue it. But I think others should know this is the kind of communication and customer service you can expect from this company. My advice is that if you work with them, make sure to order a small sample amount of what you want so if you don't like it you can cut your losses.
Tried to purchase a few Pashimas for my bridesmaids. While placing the order, it said that my card was declined and to try again. Their point of sale is through Shopify, which already had my card on file so all I had to do was select it. When I checked my bank account, it showed that I was charged for the purchase.
I immediately emailed customer service and was told that they "didn't have an order in my name". When I responded with a screenshot of the bank transaction, they said "we have an attempted payment record that shows your card was declined because of incorrect billing info"....okay, so they went from they don't have records in my name to, all of a sudden they do??
Regardless, I explained to them that this is highly unlikely, as; 1.) None of my billing info has changed in recent history 2.) This is the ONLY card I use 3.) I have RECENTLY used other websites that have Shopify as a point of sale, and have had no other issues.
In fact, this specific card has NEVER been declined, ESPECIALLY for "incorrect billing info" the entire time I have had it, which has been almost 3 years.
After explaining all this over email to the customer service rep, she offered no inspection on their end and continued to tell me that the zip code did not match up with the card and argued with me. She said she even contacted Shopify directly who "confirmed" that the zip code was incorrect.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience due to the fact that I could not have done anything else on my part but was treated like some idiot who doesn't know how to make an online purchase. What am I to do when the only zip code that has EVER worked on my debit card, suddenly doesn't work for some reason on ONLY their website? They offered NO reparation whatsoever.
The customer service rep said that the charge in my bank account was a "pre-auth" transaction and that it should "go away". That's funny, because it says right on the transaction that it was a SIGNED PURCHASE, not a PRE-AUTH. And if it were truly the wrong zip code, why would it even have showed up in my account AT ALL? I even went back to my cart again to try to double check my card info, and lo-and-behold, everything is correct, but you can bet that I was NOT going to try to cash out again.
We will see if the transaction in my bank account really does "go away".
I ordered 100 blankets for my daughters wedding. After calling them no less than 5 and emailing them they finally answered and said, "oh yeah sorry we can not fulfill the order, we do not not have enough blankets." For three weeks I did not hear from them and now it is two weeks before my daughters wedding. She said, "we can issue you a refund or send you another color. we have been upper busy". Guess what? Being busy is not an excuse for horrible service. A quick email, text, phone call cancelling the order would have been sufficient three weeks ago..... not sufficient today when I have had to chase you down and you have had my $550 for three weeks.
I bought pashminas in a range of colors for my upcoming wedding. One was supposed to be "blush pink" but was more like bubble gum, did not match the picture at all. There was no packing slip, so I don't even know if they sent the wrong color or if it's really that far off from the picture. Either way, I emailed the company about returning them. I've actually emailed 3 times over the course of a couple weeks and received no response. When I tried to leave a review on the site, I got a message saying the review would be published once the customer support team approved it. Guess what? It's not been published. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the price is unbeatable and the other colors I got were fine. But not responding at all to multiple emails and not allowing anything but positive reviews is pretty terrible customer service. I will not buy from this company again.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered 2 bundles of flip flops for my wedding. In each bundle should be 4 smalls, 13 mediums & 7 larges.
In my first box, I received 3 smalls, 13 mediums and 8 larges. I was ok with this as I had removed all the stickers and baged them up with their labels.
Once I opened my second box, I realized I had no smalls, 8 mediums and 17 larges.
When I contacted the shop, she immediately responded and asked for me to send her pictures of the order. I did this right away.
She then says that she is confused and since she can not see the stickers on the flip flops, this is not "concrete proof"! I removed the little stickers because my first order was fine.
Since I then sent her even more pictures to show the flip flops with close ups of the little tags for the sizes, I have not received a response back in 2 days!! I have sent her 4 follow up emails and have also called and left messages.
She is being unprofessional and the least helpful in this situation! I have given her all the concrete proof she has asked for and since I was able to provide it there has not been a response! Stay clear! It is not worth the money to pay extra to try and eliminate stress because she will only add stress.
It is now 2 weeks before the wedding and I have to go and spend even more money since Sara is so unprofessional in her business
