The preparation and process went great until the actual night of the party when it mattered most. Our party incorrectly ended an hour early and turned the night into a disaster. Please consider another venue. We were told throughout the almost two year planning period that 15 minutes before the end of the 4 hrs of the party, a staff member would come up to us and ask if we wanted to extend an hour before they ended the party. Additionally, they said they would charge a fee per person of how many guests were left. However, no staff member came up to us to ask if we wished to extend the night of. I noticed the time and my husband and I had to take initiative, went to the office to speak to someone and confirm we *did*want to extend since they had clearly forgotten, in which the people in the office who we had never met before rudely asked us why we wanted to extend and asked “aren’t you guys tired already”. We were so upset by this and asked to speak to the coordinator To extend with her and they told us she had left for the night. We were so upset because we were told we could extend the hour throughout the whole planning process and that someone would be there to extend the night of but that proved to be untrue. The staff called her and we communicated with her on the phone and then we were told the price would be based on the original number of guests - not the ones left (which is not what was originally said -more lies). Because of all these problems and trying to actually locate the coordinator the dj ended our party and played the last song! Clearly we were upset as our car wouldn’t arrive for another hour since we had planned for a later end time. We did not know how we would get back to our hotel. Half of the remaining guests left because they thought the party was over! After much back and forth we were able to add the extra hour but by then a lot of guests had left, the remaining guests were confused, , and we were clearly upset at the disorganization and false promises made on our special night. We had said from the beginning we wanted to add the extra hour, and when we tried to add it throughout the year we were told by our coordinator from the venue not to do it then, to wait to the day of the party. Why was this what we were advised but then did not occur the day of. Please be cautious having an event here - the process was great until the day it mattered most. Instead we found out how disorganized, dishonest , and rudely this was handled. No one issued an apology or explanation. I wish I could say it was miscommunication or a simple mistake but I don’t understand how the coordinator just left and never followed through with what was the plan SHE suggested. It’s just negligent. And then the remaining staff were trying to convince us to end the party. The whole thing was deceitful and we would never recommend. Please reconsider another venue. Secondly, the layout of tables given to me when doing the seating arrangement did not match how the tables were Actually set up. I had family and friends that all couldn’t fit in one table And so we accommodated to sit them in adjacent tables so at least they could be side by side, but the day of the party the tables ended up being on opposite ends of the room. I don’t understand

The people that work at this venue are phenomenal. They truly care about you and go way above and beyond to make your special day as magical as can be. Alexys (Wedding coordinator) is incredibly sweet and dedicated to her work. My husband and I live outside the state of Florida and put our full trust in her and her team to help us plan the wedding we always dreamed of and they definitely delivered. It was all so easy and flawless. I was far from stressing because I knew I was in the right hands from the start.

Alexys was the best wedding planner we could have ever asked for. Anything we needed she was there. I never once questioned if anything was done because I knew I could trust her with the biggest day of my life. Reception Palace Ballrooms was very easy to work with and our wedding was beautiful! The food, the DJ, photographer (Jay), and flowers were even better than we expected. Thank you for your amazing team and especially Alexys for everything you did for us!

When we first decided to start looking for venues we searched everywhere and we are SOOO glad we found Reception Palace Ballrooms. Truly amazing! In our first meeting I discussed how I envisioned my wedding and how I wanted everything to be, from that day on it was the smoothest process. Hands down could not have chosen a better, more all-inclusive location to house our reception! We were looking for somewhere elegant and beautiful to give us the most bang for our buck, and this was the place. To top it all off, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were addressed and that we were happy. Big shout out to Alexis and Bernie for being the best!

We got married last weekend and Reception Palace definitely made our wedding reception dreams come true! We had over 1 year to plan our wedding, contacted about 30 different venues, but when we visited Reception Palace, we loved that we got the best bang for our buck. We also really liked the area, and the fact that the building has a nice presentation from the moment you drive in. We were greeted by Aly who was absolutely amazing from day one! She is so helpful, and explains things as much as you need. She gives you a tour of the place and talks to you about all the options available. She even showed us the kitchen and had us taste the butter they make in house! We booked shortly after our first visit. Throughout the course of 11 months Aly always promptly answered all my questions via email, or phone, and was always available when we stopped by on the weekends to chat or ask additional questions. She gave us recommendations and ideas for our wedding as well.

Words cannot express how happy we were on our wedding day! Staff is wonderful, Alexys you are amazing !! As the bride and groom we didn’t have to worry about things going on and we were able to relax, eat, and have a good time. Our guest enjoyed the food, the decorations, the music, etc.. Definitely recommend this place.

I honestly had an amazing wedding day thanks to the reception palace! Everything was beautiful and perfect! I got the package that was literally explain as “everything but your outfits” and I highly recommend it to anyone getting married! the reception palace did everything for me! As a choreographer and MC, I have visited venues all over Miami and am able to compare customer service, organization, quality of food and décor, etc. Reception Palace is truly amazing. I know that if I recommend this ballroom to my clients that they will always be highly satisfied.

Yo quise ayudarle a mi hija con planear su boda ya que ella no tenía tanto tiempo entre terminando los estudios y el trabajo. Ella quería hacer algo fácil y rápido, pero ella siendo mi única hija quise darle una boda de verdad. Mi hija y yo somos completamente opuestas. A ella le gusta las cosas simples, nada ostentoso. Y a mí me gusta el brillo y el "bling" como me dice ella. Cuando llegamos a Reception Palace a mí me encantó todo detalle que tuviera brillantes y espejos y a mí hija le gustaba la decoración como playa con colores tenues y azulados. Las muchachas del salón de fiestas entendieron lo difícil que nuestro caso pudiera ser pero nos trataron de maravillas aún dándonos ideas de cómo combinar nuestros estilos en en evento elegante y perfecto para la personalidad de mi hija y yerno con un poquito de bling para mí! I'm a guy. Planning our wedding with my wife was complicated enough. So when she told me she wanted to have a second wedding out of state for her family in Miami my nerves went into overdrive. It's not that I didn't want to celebrate with her family. It's just that I saw what the wedding planning did to her: picking flowers, venue, dates, music,officiant, guest list, seating charts, invitations and all the other million details while working full time was overwhelming. Picking the venue in Miami was a no-show brainer. We'd been to a few events at Reception Palace Ballrooms in Miami so we were familiar with the location and quality of food and drink (which was really important for me). I was there during the first phone meeting with Soraya the owner and it quickly became apparent they had everything under control. Over the next few weeks I would ask my wife how the planning was going because she seemed so calm and wasn't stressing details. Not once did she freak out about colors and flowers! To tell you the truth I had very little to do with the planning except for jokingly saying that as long as we could have Cuban coffee I was gonna be fine with anything they did. I didn't see the ballroom until we walked in for our grand entrance and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! I wasnt so sure about my wife's theme idea of Moroccan style for our wedding but it was amazing. The tables were bright and vibrant, there were golden lanterns and pillows by the stage under this awesome canopy. It was like we'd walked into a different country. I actually got emotional about it because every detail screamed in celebration of us. It was joyful and full of love and I had the time of my life along with my wife and her family. And remember that "joke" I had made earlier about the Cuban coffee? Soraya worked within our budget and surprised us (me!) with a Cafe Bustelo Cuban coffee vendor cart that was serving little shots of espresso next to the open bar!!!! That was the coolest thing I'd ever seen, a surprise I wasn't expecting and it's something we're still talking about to this day making my very Italian family in Chicago jealous beyond words! I can't thank Soraya and the Reception Palace Ballrooms team enough for giving us a party we will never forget. They somehow managed to capture our love and personality across the miles and gave us an event beyond words. Love them, love RPB... we'll see you in 2 years for our 10th anniversary!!

When my now husband and I got engaged we knew planning a wedding was going to be difficult considering all of his family were in Chicago where we live and all of my family lives in Miami. Instead of planning one very large wedding that required a ton of travel arrangements we decided on having 2 separate, smaller weddings, one in Chicago and one in Miami. We had been to a number of lovely events at Reception Palace Ballrooms (baby shower, bridal shower and a wedding) and we figured a familiar venue would make the planning much easier. I contacted RPB and spoke with the owner, Soraya, who not only remembered each of the events I referred to but also recalled vivid details about the guests of honor and their event! Her ability to recall those things was a selling point right off the bat...only someone who loves what they do and takes pride in their work can do that. She immediately understood my nerves at planning a long distance wedding and she spent countless hours by phone and email helping me shape my scattered vision into the most beautiful, cohesive Moroccan themed wedding reception that exceeded my every expectation and dreams! Her attention to detail was impeccable and she was able to capture our vision and transform it into the most beautiful wedding event that everyone enjoyed and still comment on today. At long distance, the event she put on for us was even more perfect than the one we planned in person here at home. It has now been 8 years since our wedding and we remember that day with love and beautiful memories. If we decide to renew our vows for our 10th anniversary we will most definitely do so at Reception Palace Ballrooms in Miami...Chicago will have to travel this time to celebrate and party the right way!

I would defenilty be going back for any other event, it was wonderful and the staff made me feel comfortable and they were very helpful and professional. We had a great experience having our wedding at this venue. Everyone was very friendly and worked as a team to make the day go perfectly. Alexys was amazing at helping with every detail. She was very patient with us and responded to our messages quickly. I highly recommend this venue!

We recently had our wedding here and I can honestly say that we had a great experience. Alexys, Maggie and Soraya do a great job. The prices are more than just affordable. My fiancé does not live in Miami, so it was difficult to go visit different vendors. At Reception Palace, we could get everything we needed with one place in one package. It was nice to have the staff at Reception Palace taking care of all the little details, so we didn't have to worry about them. Reception Palace is super flexible and easy to work with. Other venues we considered, or where friends had their weddings, have very strict rules about a lot of things. Reception Palace isn’t like that, they work with you to make sure your big day is exactly the way you want it. Every time I called to ask a question, or make a request, they never made me feel like I was bothering them. They are happy to help with all the details, and they also help give you advice on how to plan for certain things. This team is professional, they know what they're doing. I can honestly say I didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, I knew they had it handled. A lot of places want to charge you for every little thing, this place is not like that, they helped us save money on different things. Additionally, the food is great. We picked the chicken chasseur with rice and veggies, and everyone enjoyed it. Even two months after our wedding, people still tell us how much fun they had! Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The room, looked gorgeous and everything was just really well done. The DJ did a good job, but didn’t stick to all of our requests. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here.

We used Reception Palace for our daughter's Quinces and we cannot speak highly enough about our event coordinator, Alexys. She was professional, energetic, and such a pleasure to work with. I have such a busy schedule and I was very worried I wouldn't have the time to execute my daughter' dream party, but she saw our vision and thanks to her, my daughter's 15's was absolutely perfect! Thank you Alexys and the whole team at RPB!!!

My experience with the Reception Palace was terrible. Everyone was very nice but they lie to your face. I went this year to reserve a date for a wedding I was supposed to have here for July of 2018 but 4 days after I made the reservation and paid the down payment for the event my fiancé and I broke up. I called the next day to cancel my reservation and I was told that I couldn't get my down payment back of almost $3,000. This place did nothing for me. All I had done was reserve the day and give the down payment. I had not picked anything, I had not picked any details, no food, nothing! We hadn't even started planning the wedding, they did NOTHING for me. All they managed to do was take my $3,000 when I was going through such a hard time. Two different people that worked there told me that they would speak to their bosses and call me back once they spoke to them to ask if I could at least get SOME money back, but they both lied because nobody has called me back. Also, they said that I cancelled after 14 days and that they had already started planning my wedding which is a lie, I never told them any details for my wedding they literally just got almost $3,000 for free because they did not even start planning or did anything for me. Now I have debt for no reason and its so sad because I really liked them until they began to lie and say that I had used their services and they couldn't return me the money. The contract does begin after 3 days but I called on the 5th day and they hadn't even started planning. I think its an abuse on their part to just keep my money like that.

Highly recommend this Venue, we booked Reception Palace for our wedding reception and every single detail was absolutely PERFECT! Our wedding planner Alexys was AMAZING, she truly has a passion for coordinating events and helped every step of the way. Honestly, don't know what I would have done without her. We trusted her with every detail and she exceeded our expectations in the final outcome. Prior to the wedding she was very hands on answering all of my questions and made sure we went over every item to ensure she knew my expectations. The night of the wedding she ensured everything was ready and the night ran smoothly. My guest still comment on how beautifully decorated the venue was and what a great time they had. Food was also delicious not one plate went back unfinished. 5 stars all around for service, professionalism, decorations, food, drinks, DJ, cake were all Excellent!!

Well as soon as you walk into the Reception Palace it is exceptionally clean and smelled excellent. When you walked into the office they are very polite and professional. I also am very pleased how welcoming they are and made us feel like family. 😁 I will most definitely continue to recommend them to anyone who wants my same experience. I would like to add that every person on there package they recommend to use for any event also gets 5 stars feom us as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about Reception Palace, Soraya, and staff! We had Karen"s Quince there and it was amazing. The bartenders were great and there were no long lines waiting at the bar. The food was beyond awesome. I wish they were open for dinner every night! I had multiple guests come to me and say how delish the food was, the venue was gorgeous, and that the music and DJ rocked! He played an awesome variety of songs that went well together and there was something for everyone. I was extremely nervous using an in house DJ but I was pleasantly surprised with everything he did. The appetizers and the dessert table was beautiful and delicious. We were even allowed to take our leftovers home! Soraya made everything easy. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. This is one place where you will find quality and quantity! I am glad that we booked our reception ! --

Reception Palace Ballrooms was the perfect venue for our Reception. For a very good price I had access to amazing selections, beautiful flowers, nice ride, good food and spirits for all my guests. It was beautifully put together and I was treated like family. They took care of my family and us during our big day. Definitely will choose Reception Palace all over again without thinking about it.

Aly and Luisa were extremely helpful throughout this whole process. I really enjoyed having most things done for mw where I just had to show up and choose from the options. Sometimes if I didn't like an option I would say what my vision was and they would find a way to make it happen. I had an amazing time at my wedding, the décor was beautiful, the food was delicious. drinks were great, and the DJ really kept the party going.

I recently celebrated my wedding ceremony and reception at reception palace Ballrooms. From planning to the day of the event my wife and I were very pleased. Their food was delicious. My photographer was outstanding and we had such a great time with the rest of the vendors they recommended. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. My quinces was an absolute night to remeber. I will always hold this night close to my heart thanks to all the staff at this ballroom. This venue was all I could ask for and more for my son's wedding. The food was hot and delicious. The flowers were exceptional and everyone at the venue was so helpful and polite to all my guests. The coordinators helped with every little detail. Would definitely recommend for any event.

This venue was truly beautiful, and the service was exceptional. Aly, the Senior Sales Excutive was very attentive and has a keen eye to detail. All of the resources she provided as well as the vendors were top notch. The decor was sophisticated and classy, absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend this venue.

There is so much planning that takes place leading up to your special day. From the details, to the general wedding to do's, Alexis (our wedding planner) was there every step of the way. She ensured everything was taken care of, so as the bride a lot was taken off my shoulders. I recommend, not only the service of the wedding planners, but the place itself. Very reasonably priced, and willing to accommodate almost any of the couple's requests. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because of a few things that went wrong on the wedding day. There was a mix up with another ceremony which caused that ceremony to be before ours last minute. My guests were walking in and their wedding signs were still up. We were a little disappointed our welcoming sign wasn't where we wanted it to be. My guests were pretty punctual and because of this mix up it caused my wedding to be pushed back a few minutes. Things are never perfect, and although there were some things out of the Reception Palace's control, they did do their best. Overall, I am so very pleased with everything the Reception Palace offered, the food was absolutely delicious (they even make sure to accommodate vegetarians and vegans), the photo booth, video, sparkler send off was a success, and the ceremony was gorgeous. Alexis even made sure the bridal party was taken care of with drinks and hors d'oeuvres while taking pictures after the ceremony, it's the little things that make a huge difference. The little glitches that went wrong really did not make such a difference in my overall feeling. Our day was magical!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Receptions Palace. After much research my fiancé and I had decided to do our wedding reception here. The coordinator seemed professional and their services seemed lovely and affordable. We made our deposit and signed a contract for our reception. We later received a call that the wedding party that booked before us had more wedding guests than they anticipated and would need half of our reception hall to accommodate them. Rather than offer us a discount or advise the other wedding party that they had booked the other reception hall they wanted us to move either our time for that day or our wedding day. Although they kept claiming that they needed to be fair to both parties they made no attempt in accommodating our needs knowing that we were now paying clients. We had already booked our wedding date at the church, months in advance. Since "we" we're not willing to move our time they said they could not accommodate us and gave us our deposit back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This was extremely unprofessional in their part and I could not let this go unnoticed.

I used Reception Palace for my Reception for my Wedding/Vow Renewal and it was amazing. The staff were great and helped me each step of the way. Everything turned out beautiful and I couldn't have asked for better.

Honestly, I was a little confused as to why someone would host a baby shower at such an extravagant location. Once I actually attended the event I realized what a good choice my dear friend made. Everything was taken care of! Everything! Every tiny detail is personally handled by the reception hall, and as an expecting mother that is a huge weight off of your shoulders. From now on I will definitely recommend any of my expecting mothers to trust a reception hall to handle their event. Very nice.

As a guest, I can honestly say there was one element that stood out to me. The music was incredible! Yes, the ceremony and reception were very nice, the decor was beautiful, but as I guest I can personally tell you that MY experience at Reception Palace was awesome. When it was time to party, boy did I party! Definitely worth it.

This location is beautiful. The decor and the actual building itself is absolutely stunning. My sister's wedding had everyone in awe.

Finally! A location where the food does not taste like banquet hall food! The meal was actually served warm in my plate,and when I took that first bite...wow. Delicious. I was honestly so surprised that I had to compliment one of the staff members on a meal well served. I was then informed that this venue has it's own professional chef, with a fully equipped and operational kitchen, and an entire kitchen staff on site that freshly prepare the meal on the day of your event. No wonder, you can definitely taste the difference that this service makes.

I have to say that Reception Palace has it going on. We had my brothers ceremony and reception and those girls are ATTENTIVE They exceeded any expectations we had and can honestly say we really enjoyed ourselves the night of. Would recommend them to any bride & groom

This location is breath taking. I literally fell in love with the venue. Everything is beautiful, the service is top notch, and they truly cater to your every need. I felt in safe hands throughout every step of the process. I have no complaints at all, the only thing that bothers me is that I cannot relive my magical night all over again! This venue is hands down the best in the market. Let me tell you that my sister is a serious bridezilla and without the patience of Reception Palace and their staff, we would have never pulled through. I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Reception Palace Ballrooms this past June 2015. I am so happy I went this route rather than trying to handle everything on my own. They handled it all; flowers, décor, linen, food, drinks, lighting, favors, photography, seating chart, coordinator....And best of all, was that they delivered above my expectations and delivered everything we had planned and written on the contract. It really was a pleasure working with them and it's transparent that they are the experts of our community in throwing events. I highly recommend Reception Palace Ballrooms.

I worked with Luisa at the Reception Palace Ballrooms for my daughter's wedding. Everything was top of the line from the ceremony, the flowers, the table settings, food and more. My wife and I were very very pleased with everything that the entire staff has done. They were all very courteous, professional, informative, friendly. Everything went according to what we wanted and more. The entire staff really went out of their way the make it happen for us. The decorations, food, and service during that day was amazing. All our guest had a blast. I'm even thinking of having my 50 birthday bash there. Until now we are hearing great things about Reception Palace. Would we recommend them, ABSOLUTLY!!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience at Reception Palace! We recently celebrated our wedding there and the Reception Palace crew and vendors went above and beyond with making it the wedding of my dreams. The night was well organized and our guests cannot stop talking about the beautiful venue and amazing food. Thank you soooo much for helping us plan an unforgettable event.

I really loved this place. Reasonably priced for all that they offer. I had my ceremony and reception here. The venue itself is really nice. They have many packages to choose from and they do alter to fit your budget. I believe I had the grand package, it included: Photographer Videographer Linens Flowers (center pieces) Bouquets Cake Limo DJ Accessories were included but I cut them out to lower the cost. (Favors, guest book... Etc) I added to have the ceremony, which was only $100 or so more We also did 2 meals, which was $100 more depending on how many second meals there were. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars, was because of my party planner and a few hiccups on the night of my wedding. My party planner was kind if MIA throughout my planning, but the other planners were there to fill that gap. My photographer was an hour late (provided by the venue) The sparkling cider was flat. They messed up with the tables. The sat my immediate family in the back, after I gave them a detailed spreadsheet to match the layout they provided me. These would have to be my only complaints. Overall I had a great time, the venue was set up beautifully. I had great reviews on the food and drinks. All my guest loved the venue. My advice to those who plan to use this venue, please stay I contact with your party planner, checking in at least once a month. I moved to Chicago prior to the wedding so face to face interaction with my planner was hard as well as other things. But I must say, all of the other planners were very helpful and minus the few hiccups, my wedding night was wonderful! I definitely recommend this venue! It is like an all-inclusive resort, but for your wedding!!!

I really want to say that this place is one of the best banquet halls in Miami. I wanted a nice wedding without spending so much money in a hotel or the Biltmore. So when I saw how nice this place was inside along with the best customer service I've had in regards to banquet halls, I was very impressed. Alexis and Veronica helped me a lot and were very attentive to all my questions and needs. The food was good, the music was great, and the overall attention me and my husband received was unremarkable. I would consider having other parties here just because it is the best in Miami :)

I was married on Saturday, August 7, 2010 in Chicago, IL. It was a beautiful day, but most of my family was unable to attend since they live in Miami. For our honeymoon we chose to go on a Caribbean cruise that would depart from Miami so that we could spend a few days with family before returning home. Upon returning from our honeymoon we were going to go out to dinner with family to celebrate our marriage, but were SURPRISED instead with a SPECTACULAR wedding reception at Reception Palace Ballrooms!! Without my knowledge, my family planned out this beautiful Moroccan-themed party (which is what I always wanted!!). My cousin entrusted the owner and staff of the ballroom to bring my vision to life and they did just that - way beyond my wildest dreams!! Reception Palace Ballrooms was given a concept and they gave me a better reception than the one I planned personally back home. The flowers, table decorations, party favors, cake, music, food and bar were all beautiful and of the highest quality! They were friendly and professional, and their attention to detail went above and beyond even my own expectations!! The party was truly custom made for me as if I had been planning it with them for months. I had the best time, and what a beautiful surprise it was!! My husband and I were able to celebrate with my family after all! I have since kept in touch with Soraya, the owner of Reception Palace Ballrooms, and she is already helping me to plan our vow renewal in 2015 which includes a ceremony in their outdoor courtyard!! Let's see what wonderful things we can come up with for the second time around...

Reception Palace Ballroom - captured my dream reception and exceeded my expectations! They had everything I was looking for and within my budget! I work full time and crazy hours and I was looking for a reception ballroom that was not only beautiful but a one stop shop since I couldn't be handling everything on my own! I loved that I didn't have to hire a wedding planner since they do it all for you ! They have different packages, I loved that mines had the cake, decorations, party favors, the invites, the limo and so much more ! My wedding was a fairy tale ... All my guest were super impressed with the decorations, the food, the music, the cake - they provided it all! I would highly recommend them to anyone without reservation ! We have been using Soraya and Reception Palace Ballrooms for over 20 years. Have celebrated weddings, 15's, wedding anniversaries, New Year's Eve celebrations and birthdays. Not once have we had any issues. Will continue to use her services without hesitation.

Let me start by saying that the ladies that helped me plan were lifesavers. I was so stressed that I could hardly sleep and EVERYONE at Reception Palace made the process so much easier than I ever could have imagined. They could picture how I wanted my wedding to be and it came out even better than I envisioned. From helping me pick the theme to helping me with the design for my invitations I couldn't have picked a better team to help me with every last detail. I will forever be grateful to them, which I now consider as very good friends for honestly making everyone of my dreams of true. Even the ones I didn't know I had.

This is the perfect place to get married,i had my ceremony & reception in there and was absolutely beautiful,the ballrooms are amazing, the bathrooms are clean, the staff was very friendly,Sandra was my planner and work with me on every detail since the first day until the day of the wedding when she and soraya open the ballroom door for me and i was so nervous that i can only heard their voices telling me Every is going to be allright, this is your day so enjoy it!, there is no words to described this place, i definitely recommended to any bride to be,They are professional and friendly and they care about you and your occassion. Reception Palace made my day the most amazing night that I will ever have in my life. Walking to the facility and seeing the tents and their magnificent appearance was breath taking. As the all the decorations such as chairs, dance floor which was very nice to dance on, and the table decorations were more then I thought that I would get. Their style is different then any of my other friends wedding and their small details made everything perfect. I would book them for any other event I plan because I know that the quality is the best our there and Chef is absolutely the best! the food was one of a kind!

My wedding reception took place at Reception Palace Ballrooms on July 2011. I have to say they have helped me since i booked them on June 2010. Will Solorzano helped us with every single detail. The ballroom looked amazing the day of, not a single detail was missed. He is also a great DJ! Food and Service was awesome. Thank you Reception Palace!!

Because they are so inclusive in their services, all of the major items are handled directly through them. You don't have to worry about finding different vendors. They take care of it all or as little as you want. Whatever you need, they can probably make it happen and with a big smile on their faces. I was very happy with their service from beginning to end.
