Receptions Event Center Fairfield

We had our ceremony and reception here recently and it was such a magical day. Carrie made everything flow so easily for us. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. The food is delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We would like to thank the Fairfield Receptions Event Center for their excellence in ensuring that our wedding day would be a memorable one. Ms. Carrie was very attentive and available for any questions or concerns we had in our planning process from start to finish. Our wedding in their ceremony room was so beautiful and amazing and we loved the easy and convenient transition for our guests to the reception area.. The dinner menu choice we selected was so delicious and the service was excellent. We also used one of their recommended cake vendors, Cakes by Mindy. Our wedding cake looked fabulous and tasted delicious. We are so blessed and grateful to have great memories and we have their excellent staff to thank for it. I highly recommend Fairfield Receptions Event Center. Their service is indeed 5 Stars.

I loved how beautiful our wedding was the staff at Receptions made our dream come to reality they were so helpful the day of the event as well and pricing was great for everything you get with it I couldn't ask for a better place to have a wedding. Thank you so much and Mindy did amazing with our cake to.

They did wonderful setting everything up. The food was great and the staff was also great!

My wedding day was beautiful and Dennis was the best! He was so accommodating and everyone made me feel comfortable every step of the way! The only thing I would advise is to ask to see your cake BEFORE the ceremony. I didn’t lay eyes on it until it was going to cut it and it was not what was discussed with the cake artist and not what I expected. I was really disappointed BUT that was the only letdown. It still tasted amazing!!

We just celebrated my daughter’s wedding reception at Receptions Fairfield. Kayla, Becky and Carrie were all terrific to work with. The venue was beautiful, the staff was joyful and professional and the food was the best ever! Even the pickiest of eaters will leave satisfied. The cake by Mindy exceeded expectations and was a work of art! No one does it better than Receptions!

This venue was excellent to work with. People were efficient, friendly and great to work with. The venue itself was beautifully decorated, reasonably priced, included so much in their package and the captain that took care of us, Brandy, was a pleasure to work with. Everyone that was involved with our event was just wonderful. Food was great, cake by Mindy was delicious and beautiful! Would highly recommend!!

Receptions did a great job! Very easy to work with and responsive to all our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The tasting event was a nice bonus and helped us to pick out our meal. Food and drinks were amazing. Very affordable place too.

Receptions was very helpful leading up to my big day making sure that I had everything that I wanted. The food was great and the staff was amazing. The decorations were beautiful and the food was very good. I got so many compliments on the food selection specifically the macaroni and cheese. The staff even helped me find my son's shoe at the end of the night! Great place to have a wedding!

We held our 50th Anniversary celebration at Receptions and they did an excellent job with decorations, catering, and helping get things organized. Some last-minute requests for changes to room set-up did not happen, but the staff was very helpful with making them before and during the event, including help with AV.

I enjoyed working with the staff with every aspect of the planning and layout of the room for our wedding. I love that the offer a food tasting and cake tasting so you can pick. The all Inclusive feel about the venue was awesome. My family enjoyed the delicious food and the open bar. Again I would love to thank the staff for everything the have done to make our day very special.

Receptions is an amazing place to host your reception. Kayla is so sweet and helpful with all the planning. They did all the decorations and had it set up and ready for us. We chose Captain Dennis to help out during the festivities and he was amazing! My only complaint was that I wanted to save the leftover food and actually get to eat some after (we were busy the whole time) but the food was thrown out. I was disappointed. But overall the day was beautifully perfect.

Receptions was AMAZING!! Kayla worked with me from day one and was always an email or phone call away! Everything was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! The price was very reasonable and the payment plan was easy to manage. The food was awesome and if you need a cake have Mindy do it!! Best cake ever! So, if you are looking for an affordable venue that has everything Receptions is your place. We had our ceremony there as well and it was perfect!! Thank you to everyone!!!

Everyone at Receptions was very nice and professional. On the day of our wedding everything was set up perfectly and it was beautiful. They set up everything that we dropped off a few days before, it was nice that we didn’t have to worry about doing all of that! Then our captain….I don’t even have words to accurately describe him. He was BEYOND exceptional!! He was not only the nicest person but he went above and beyond. He did things like fixing my dad’s tie before we walked down the isle and helping my matron of honor to bustle my dress. Every time we asked him about something he was on top of it. I can’t really say enough good things about him or the rest of the staff.

The Staff at the Fairfield location was outstanding. They met every need and request that we had, and were very helpful with all questions that I had -- all the way to the last couple of days before the wedding. They are very professional and saved me a lot time and headaches looking for and dealing with outside vendors. They are a 5 star company and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Receptions was incredible and was so reasonably priced we couldn’t say no. The ceremony room was beautiful and the reception room was put together so nicely! The staff was friendly and professional, and the package included all set up, take down, clean up, linens, flatware, dinner, cake, cake utensils, centerpieces. The food and cake were so delicious. I seriously cannot believe how easy it was to plan everything with Receptions, and how happy we were with the outcome.

Receptions is a fantastic place to have your wedding reception. Kayla and Becky are so helpful! They answer emails quickly and they have everything organized in great detail. My husband and I never felt rushed when making a decision with Receptions. We always knew what we needed to do next for our wedding reception. They were very accommodating when we brought our families to meetings/tasting. They set up everything for us and our reception was beautiful! Their staff is polite and helpful. Everyone was so nice to our reception guests. Mindy, their cake baker at Receptions Fairfield, made our wedding cake and it was gorgeous! She answered all of our cake questions and everything was perfect!

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received from Receptions! All of the staff members are precessional, kind, helpful and patient with a large crowd! Even with having to postpone our wedding because of COVID, they made sure we were taken care of. The food there is absolutely delicious and they take care of all of the little details (napkins, centerpieces, champagne glasses, etc) so that you don’t have to worry about it. We would 100% recommend Receptions!!

Receptions in Fairfield was the second venue we looked at and we instantly knew that's where we wanted our special day. We booked it! Kayla was amazing and answered every single question I had. Then COVID hit and we started stressing. Becky became our new contact and was just as fantastic as Kayla. Becky got us set up for a back up date and kept us in the loop on what was going on and if we'd be able to have our May 30 wedding. We waited until the last possible minute to postpone to July 25 and it turned out amazing. Diane was our given coordinator and we instantly had a connection. Diane made the rehearsal and the wedding day go so smoothly. She even assured me that although the groomsmen were having a beer before the wedding, she wasn't going to let them get wasted and make fools of themselves! LOL! She's a hoot and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She even packed up literally everything for us at the end of the night - loaded onto a cart and rolled it right out to the car! Shoutout to the bartender of the night also. His name was Nick. We met at a bridal show at Receptions and asked if we could have him for our wedding. While Diane was packing up our other stuff, I asked if he knew where she was so I could get cupcakes that we had for a birthday girl guest. He said she was packing stuff up and brought me the cupcakes himself! As a line dance came on, he even asked which table to put them at and took them there so I could keep dancing. Seriously - amazing! If I had it to do over, I'd pick Receptions and their team every time. Every single thing they did was with our best interest in mind. They had masks and sanitizer out and they cleaned everything frequently. The buffet line was served by staff who were amazing and friendly. I'd go to any wedding at Receptions! PS - have some bourbon chicken when you go. It's new and amazing and everyone raved about it!

There is no other place that I found that offered the value and service that Receptions Fairfield offered. Kayla, Becky and our room captain Shannon provided top notch customer service. Even in the midst of Covid, they did a fantastic job of helping to keep our guests safe. We had several last minute changes and they happily made those changes for us. Our guests raved about the food our reception room. And our cake by Mindy was everything we wanted and so very good. I highly recommend them if you want one stop shop for everything. You will not be disappointed with them. Thank you for making our day everything we wanted it to be and more.

Receptions made everything so perfect for our wedding! I was amazed by how beautiful the hall was and how amazing All the staff was! Shannon was PERFECT and took the stress out of wedding planning! I highly recommend receptions event center!

Everything was above our expectations. From the booking process with Kayla, the cake ordering and tasting with Mindy, and the actual wedding with Christina. We didn’t have to do much of anything except show up. Kayla was great with prepping us and the schedule for the big day. (Nothing was missed) And the cake ,by Mindy, was exactly how we had imagined it would be and tasted so good! It’s honestly hard telling what you’re going to get from a banquet center or bakery, but this was nothing short of incredible. We had an amazing and smooth wedding. The food was so delicious as well. We had Christina as our captain and she was very pleasant and helpful the entire time. We were ahead of schedule the whole time but you would have never been able to tell because of her communication between me and the DJ and the other staff being so good. Christina was able to get dinner started early as well so that my guests didn’t have to sit for so long appetizers. I highly recommend receptions.

We loved our wedding at Receptions Event Center in Fairfield. Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing and very helpful! The coordinator handled everything. The food was excellent! We picked the chicken Parm. We also had the cake made there as well! It was all so amazing and I received so many compliments from our guests about the venue and the food. The best part was that they took all of the stress of decorating off of me! All I did was drop off all of my decorations and they did all of the setup and take down. They handled the food, the cake, the decorations, set up and take down and believe me, that was so much stress that was taken away from me and it was wonderful! I highly recommend this venue for a less stress special day!

I held my wedding reception at Receptions Fairfield location. My reception was AMAZING and stress free. Diane was my event captain, and she did an outstanding job. She was funny and all of my family, guests, and wedding party loved her!!! Kayla was also extremely helpful and answered my questions within 24 hours of sending my email (sometimes even within a few hours). Overall, I had a great experience and my wedding reception was perfect. Thank you Receptions!!

Everything about this venue is PERFECT! From the all the things they offer decor wise to all the staff this place really helped be save as much as I can for the amount of guests that we had show up. Becky truly took everything under her wings and always reassured me everything was taken care of. Brandy did a fabulous job as being our captain, her team was always smiling and asking if anything was needed. They made my night & my guests night so much more enjoyable. Mindy decorated my cakes & did an outstanding job! Each tier was a flavor my favorite was cookies n cream. She took our idea cakes & brought them to life. Our guests 3 weeks after our wedding are still talking about how great the food & cake tasted! I truly do recommend this place to anyone looking! Thank you everyone for all you did on my day! Even the donut display you guys added was a hit!

Kayla at Receptions in Fairfield is a joy to work with! She made the preparation for the day go smoothly and helped with any questions I had! My day of Coordinator was Diane and she made the day go smoothly. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that we had everything we needed. Diane made sure that the groom and I always had a drink and even sent us home with some food I case we were still hungry! Receptions took care of everything which is what I wanted. I could not imagine a more perfect day!!

The food was excellent, the staff was very helpful, and our reception was great! Our guests loved the facility.

Cakes by Mindy was so beautiful! She decorated my cake more than I can imagine. I have 7 fur babies and they are my world. She added them to the cake and I’m so thankful for that. All of her fillings are yummy as well as the cake.

Receptions is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I just got married and they made our big day a success..Family and friends were in shock at how elegant our wedding was..the food was delicious,the lighting was gorgeous the space, the bar .Our captine Taylor was attentive to our needs. We can’t say enough good things about Receptions Fairfield!! Kayla was our sales consultant and she was INCREDIBLE! I’m sure we drove her nuts with all of our emails and questions, but she was super quick to respond to everything, and SO helpful every step of the way!! By our wedding day, she felt like a friend! Our room captain, Brandy, was on top of everything and made sure our reception went off without a hitch! The bartenders were extremely friendly with us and our guests. I can’t say enough good about this place and staff. If we did it all again, we would definitely still book our reception here!

My husband Tyler and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here last Friday. It was absolutely amazing! It was so convenient to be able to have both parts of our wedding day in one place. The use of the bridal suite made for a much less stressful day too. The entire staff were great and incredibly helpful. The fact that they set up and provide everything is convenience you cannot beat. The food was delicious, and the cake looked and tasted fantastic. Thanks to this venue and its staff, our wedding day was a dream come true!

Best ever! They make a wedding reception EASY! No stress on the bride, no setting up or clean up, no searching for a caterer (plus they have tasty food!), no finding rentals for this and that, no searching for a cake baker becasuse they have Cakes by Mindy at Receptions (best cake ever!) because they do it all! Kayla and Diane were fantastic as well as the servers, bartenders! Loved it so much!

We had our reception at the Fairfield location and everything was perfect! So much is included in the package that it made it incredibly easy to plan the reception. The room looked beautiful and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Thanks for such a great experience!

WOW! I can't thank Becky, Brandy and Jake enough for making my daughter and son-in-law's wedding day a beautiful success. Becky came through for us when our venue was cancelled earlier this year. She was so accommodating and made the entire planning process stress-free. Jake flawlessly handled a rambunctious wedding party at our rehearsal and Brandy mastered the rehearsal hall as our room captain. The room setup was absolutely beautiful, the staff was so pleasant to work with and they were very attuned to what was going throughout the night. Everyone raved at how delicious the dinner was. Our bartender Nick rocked it out making drinks and showed is so much kindness. I couldn't imagine a better day. Receptions Fairfield was amazing. Our coordinator Kayla was awesome through this process and on the day of Brandy was there to help and was also great! We had a very good time, the food was amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed our reception. The attention to detail from the flow of the evening, the room decor, and layout that we had planned prior was amazing. The staff was professional and helpful. Emails and phone calls asking questions were replied to promptly. Our guests were impressed with the food. We have attended expensive venues in the past with high dollar meals with awful tasting food. We were very impressed with the taste and were excited we had leftovers for the end of the night. We got married at Receptions in Fairfield in March and everything was PERFECT! Kayla was amazing to work with leading up to the big day and Brandy was a wonderful captain for the night of. The staff did a great job at setting up our decor beforehand and cleaned up everything afterwards and had it all ready to load into a car at the end of the night. Also, the food was fabulous!

Kayla at Receptions Fairfield was amazing to work with. She returned phone calls and emails promptly and made sure every last detail was taken care of on my daughter's wedding day. The wedding day turned out perfect! The ceremony and reception rooms looked gorgeous! Everything was set up the way we had requested. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the evening so special for everyone. Our guests loved the St. Paul Stations and raved about how delicious the food tasted. They are still talking about the appetizers and steak with blue cheese sauce at the American Station. I can't say enough about how good the food tasted. The bartenders were awesome and made our guests feel welcomed and relaxed. Our room captain and servers were always working to make sure everything was perfect. The wedding cake was designed and made by Mindy. It was not only beautiful, but delicious. Everyone had a piece or two. I can't thank Receptions Fairfield enough for making the day full of wonderful memories that will last forever.

We were so blessed to have found Receptions in Fairfield. They were so helpful from the first meeting to the actual reception. They have it all and made our evening the best it could be! If we had to do it over again we would still use Receptions. Kayla and Diane were great!

I cannot say enough positive things about Receptions in Loveland. The whole crew did an amazing job from the time I booked them until my wedding day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! My vision came to life and I could not be more pleased!

EXCELLENT! My fiancé and I were so happy with our reception. The food and staff at Western Hills was phenomenal and the cake by Mindy was both elegant and delicious. The facility was extremely well kept and there was plenty of space for our guests (about 250). Our Captian, Josie, was so professional and she even made my fiancé’s plate so she could keep her dress clean! Kerri was so helpful in the process of planning out and pricing our reception. Overall, my fiancé and I were so incredibly impressed and happy with our reception!

We HIGHLY recommend Receptions! Both our wedding ceremony and reception were held at the Fairfield location. Kayla worked with us throughout the planning stages and was so helpful. It was wonderful to work with an expert. My husband and I highly enjoyed the tasting night where we can taste and pick out our reception dinner. We had so many compliments on the food. My husband has a lot of food allergies and Receptions was able to take our menu and make a special plate for my husband. They went above and beyond! They took care of decoration set up and tear down - something I absolutely appreciated so we/our families didn't have to worry about it! During the event, Diane took care of everything for us, helping to keep us on schedule and calm. She even made sure my 'something blue' handkerchief from my grandmother was returned after the event. We can't say enough good things about Receptions. Thank you so much for making our day so special!!!

I can't say enough of how great our experience was with Receptions! We worked with Kerri at the Western Hills location and she helped keep us on track and made suggestions on how to make the reception go as smooth as possible. Aspen, our captain for the night was also amazing! If you're looking for the easy way to plan a reception, definitely go here, everything is taken care of in house by the amazing staff, we even brought in a ton of extra decorations and basically pointed to how we wanted them done and Kerri set it all up exactly how we wanted it. I couldn't imagine a better and more stress free experience to planning!

First left me say this venue in Fairfeild is beautiful. I have to personally thank two people. First Kayla she was super nice and so professional. She responded very quickly to any and all questions I had. She was a breath of fresh air coming from the disaster we dodged at our previous venue. THANK YOU! Now to Diane. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You are gifted at what you do. I owe you the biggest HUG ever. My family is crazy and you kept all of them in check. I truly believe your are the sole reason our wedding day made it to the end with no problems. You are AWESOME! Thank you again.

I could never say enough good things about having our reception here. Mercedes was amazing from start to finish, was so easy going and accommodating. She was easy to get ahold of and genuinely cares about how you envision your day going and works with you to make it perfect. Mindy made our cake which was gorgeous and SO delicious. Food was awesome, staff/ bartenders were so attentive and fun, and Carrie was an amazing night of coordinator- the bustle on my dress would not stay and she spent so much time and attention to help perfect it in a pinch! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband and I were able to have the wedding of our dreams at a fraction of the cost of many other venues we looked at in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had the absolute best experience with Receptions in Loveland. Mercedes was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We went into our planning expecting to come out with a Saturday event date, Kayla at Receptions was kind enough to inform us of the prices for a Friday date. They were just what we were looking for, and a lot of the extra's I wished for were in our package. We had both our ceremony and reception at Receptions Fairfield, and it was AMAZING! I could not have asked for a better experience, the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They were quick and always one step ahead. The rooms were set up beautifully, and just how I imagined. We received numerous compliments on the food, and cake which all was provided in our package. I cannot believe how laid back I felt the day of my wedding, and that was all because of Receptions.
