*****Long Review Alert*** Spectacular Service. A+ My sister was originally planning a casual, 40-guest “I Do BBQ” in her backyard for July 4th, 2026 weekend. Having organized plenty of small events myself, I figured it would be easy and not cost very much. However, once the guest list exploded to 100+ people, it was clear to me that this wasn’t going to be a simple backyard wedding. Where would everyone park? What about bathrooms? The thought of 100 people crammed into a backyard tent at the peak of a Cincinnati Summer sounded terrible. After creating a budget for food, portable toilets, tents, tables, chairs, linens, decorations and utensils, I showed my sister that the DIY route was not only going to cost far more than she expected, but the sheer labor of preparing for this event, then breaking everything down would leave her too exhausted to enjoy her own wedding. After being an exhausted bride at my own DIY wedding, I refused to let her make the same mistake. However, it was already mid April. Finding a venue in less than 3 months, with a specific holiday weekend in mind, that we could actually afford would be a daunting task. I convinced her to let me call Receptions Event Centers in Fairfield to check their availability, and miraculously, they had an opening! I had attended a few events there in the past and knew they always did a wonderful job. From my very first call, the experience was seamless. I spoke with Becky Philpot, who gave me a brief breakdown of costs and booked an appointment for me right away. I showed up 20 minutes later, and within an hour, I had toured the venue, paid the deposit, and walked out with a clear balance sheet, payment schedule, and an appointment for our food tasting. At the tasting, we met Dawnia and Emily, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite there being hundreds of people in the room, they checked on us often, offered great suggestions, and made us feel genuinely seen. In fact, every time I returned to the venue for follow-up appointments or payments, they all remembered me as “the sister wedding planner”. That personal touch gave me complete confidence that the wedding would go smoothly. And I was right. Dawnia was our wedding captain, and she made us feel like valued clients rather than just another transaction. She and the staff truly cared about helping us create lasting memories. The entire evening was flawless because Dawnia understood exactly what we wanted and anticipated what we needed, executing everything beautifully. She was amazingly helpful in so many ways. Im not even sure what Dawnia’s actual position is, But she's Captain Dawnia as far as I'm concerned and she's the one that makes all your wedding day wishes come true. We chose the Majestic Package, opting for the grilled chicken breast with tomato basil salsa and the classic lasagna, paired with seasoned mashed potatoes, southern green beans, and pasta primavera farfalle. I don't know if they have a new chef or a new recipe, but whoever was in the kitchen on July 3rd,2026 seasoned and prepared everything to absolute perfection. The food was incredible! Thank you to Becky, Emily, and especially Dawnia for making the Noble-Wilson wedding wonderful and unforgettable!

Beautiful venue and wonderful staff! Everything went smoothly, and our wedding reception was perfect. We’re so thankful for such a memorable experience. All staff were wonderful! They were so accommodating with special cultural traditions too. 10/10!
