I contacted Nick at Red Carpet Limo just a week or so before the event. Nick was able to provide the services we needed for the times we needed. The wedding party said the driver was outstanding! Customer service at Red Carpet Limo was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

A reservation was booked on 11/27/24 for a May 2025 wedding. The itinerary was clearly given to Red Carpet Limo: Omni Hotel to Allegheny Courthouse (.1 mile); Allegheny Courthouse to Omni (.1 mile) for quick lunch, the driver was welcome to join the wedding party & family; a 3 hour round trip to the groom's mother in a nursing home to include her in his special day; and finally the Omni to the Art Room (1.1 miles). The groom's mother unexpectedly passed away in 02/25 resulting in the round trip no longer needed. The reservation was cancelled on 02/28/25. Yes, I signed a contract the deposit was non-refundable. Due to the circumstances, I inquired if they would consider refunding the deposit or even a partial refund. I was told because the reservation was booked 11/27/24, they wouldn't do a refund as they had turned away reservations for the 14 passenger bus. I told her we weren't going with another company, the groom's mother unexpectedly passed away and there was 3 months before our reservation date to rent it. She told me, I didn't know if they would be able to rent the bus and there would be no refund and hung up on me. I immediately called back 3 times and was put on hold twice by the same person, she was playing the how long will she stay on hold game and then sent directly to voice mail.
My issue is not that they wouldn't issue a refund, my issue is the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM shown by HANGING UP ON ME and then refusing to take my call.

months. As you mentioned, the deposit is non-refundable. You were aware at the time of booking and signing the contract. We did offer to provide services for the new itinerary, times, and locations. You declined. The nursing home in Washington was only one stop out of many. The remaining locations were for pickup in Pittsburgh at the hotel for the bride, take to the courthouse for the ceremony, getting lunch at the Omni and dropping off at the reception. If you were placed on hold, it was because the reservationist was on the line with another customer. If you waited on hold, your call would've been answered in the order it was received however it sounds like you didn't.

Really thrilled with our experience with Red Carpet. We got a party bus as transportation for the bridal party the day of the wedding in between the church and venue. The driver arrived early and he was so kind, the bus was extremely clean, and we had fun with the drinks after the ceremony on our way to the reception! Absolutely recommend!

We loved our limo bus and the driver. He was incredibly patient and helpful the whole time. They arrived 15 minutes early every trip and got us everywhere we needed to be on time. We had so much fun with the lights and the sound system.

We loved the party bus! We used Red Carpet to get from the Fairmont, to all of our photo locations, and then to the Wintergarden for our wedding. The bus audio was able to be synced to our phones so we just played what we wanted on blast. They had well alcohol on the bus as well as champagne. The driver was very nice and got us from point A to point B without any bumpy rides!

Red Carpet was perfect for my wedding day. The limo driver was early and friendly! He went above and beyond by escorting bridesmaids and me into the church while carrying an umbrella. The bus was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. It was such a fun atmosphere for the bridal party.

Such a smooth booking process for my wedding party transportation! I called with changes and they were so flexible. Our bus was the perfect size for us and had a great sound system and lights! Our driver was courteous, dressed formally, and rolled with our plan changes at the end of the night. An amazing experience and so many vehicle options!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The office staff was incredibly patient and helped me figure out the perfect timeline for our transportation. The driver navigated from our hotel downtown to the ceremony at St. Louise De Marillac to the Omni William Penn with no issues! I couldn't believe how easily he maneuvered through the city. The Hummer was clean and it looked perfect in photo's! Recommend, Recommend, Recommend!

Our wedding was held at the Omni William Penn and we needed to have the guys and girls transported to the ceremony separately. We had an extremely tight timeline and we were worried we wouldn't stick to the schedule and be late for our own wedding.. The driver was absolutely fantastic, he arrived 15 mins. early, kept us on schedule the entire time, and had no issues getting to any of our locations ! I would recommend 100 times if I could!

Our day went smoothly and everyone arrived on time thanks to our driver. He was dressed well, held the door for us, and he was so polite. We had 2 vehicles rented. A party bus for the wedding party and a shuttle bus for guests. The guests we spoke with also said their driver was great! I couldn't recommend this company enough! They truly go above and beyond from start to finish.

We just got married in October and I can’t recommend Red Carpet Limousine enough! So professional, beautiful and clean party bus's, and their office staff is beyond helpful! Janelle worked closely the entire time with my wedding planner to figure out the best timeline for my guest shuttle bus. They also recommended a lot of great vendors which was super helpful since I am planning the wedding while I'm out of state. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with this vendor. I am hopeful that our experience was just a fluke and that our driver may have just been new, but several things did not sit well with me. First of all, as soon as my bridesmaids and I entered the limo to head to the venue, we were hit with an overwhelming stench of manure. No one was sure where exactly this scent came from but every group that took the shuttle informed me of the same smell. Next, our driver got lost on several occasions taking us to the actual wedding and even turned onto the off ramp coming off of 279 going to wrong way into traffic. He had to back up into oncoming traffic to avoid cars coming off of the ramp. Because of this, he was late picking up my husband and his groomsmen and kept informing me he would “do his best” to get them on time. The driver kept blaming his tardiness on traffic and not the fact that he had no idea where he was going. The trip from the Renaissance Hotel to the National Aviary is a 1 mile trip and should have taken no more than 6-10 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in the limo for double of that time causing the driver to be late getting the rest of the bridal party.

Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a great experience with our driver from Red Carpet Limo. The hummer limousine was beautiful and exactly what we expected. The staff up until the day of the wedding was also easy to work with. However, our driver caused nothing but problems.
The driver had to ask for directions to a pre-planned location and then still missed it causing a 15 minute detour. At another stop, where we informed he we would only be about 5 minutes, he drove off for over 20 minutes with everyone's cell phones, our wedding rings, and our vow books in the limo.
After our ceremony, we did a sparkler exit from our venue to the limo. The limo driver decided on his own to start lighting people's sparklers even though we were not yet ready. And during our last photo stop, he decided to get out of the limo and have commentary about our photo location as we're trying to shoot.
The driver added a lot of extra stress to the day and really made the limo experience a let down. The most frustrating part is that my husband reached out to Red Carpet the day after our wedding to inform them about the issues with the driver and they have never responded.

The party bus was great for the wedding transportation and was very clean/spacious. They were very easy to communicate with and arrived on time. We did miss our exit to return to the reception, but that did not effect our timeline much.

Red Carpet Limo is so, so good! If you are having your wedding do yourself a favor and get all of your limos and guest transport from them. They make it super easy and straight forward. They worked with me through postponements and all of the craziness that COVID had brought on through our wedding planning process. Not all vendors were as accommodating and it was very much appreciated! The office staff ( Nick & Janelle) were so kind and understanding and the driver Lance made our day so easy and even went as far as to fixing my train before I walked down the isle!
