We just had the most perfect wedding at the Red Horse Barn.
Michael & Robyn - From day 1, they made the process so much easier than you'd imagine. They always return your inquiries in a timely fashion, they make sure you have everything prepared, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is how the couple wants it to be. These 2 have been doing this for a while now and it shows. They don't just know what they're doing, but they understand what you want based on your comments and they have streamlined the process to perfection. By having the DJ, Bartender, caterer, cake, etc all together, it makes the process so much easier as you know these vendors are constantly communicating with one another.
Robyn, the Day of Coordinator, was unbelievable on our wedding day (and of course prior). She has the entire thing down to a science but in a way that is warm and welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always filled, that we had appetizers and food at our table. She had everyone in their right places. She made sure our gifts, cards, and personal decor was properly packed and ready to go. There was so little for us to actually do because Robyn was in control of everything. Everyone's lives would be so much easier if they had their own personal Robyn! Weddings are stressful, but Robyn makes sure it’s as stressless as possible.
The venue - Absolutely stunning grounds. Don't do a generic golf course or banquet hall wedding like 90% of people. Dance outside under the lights, stars, and gorgeous floral background, instead. You will find the atmosphere so charming.
The food - Amazing. I know I'm biased, but they have some of the best food you'll ever have at a wedding. And plenty of it! No one will walk away hungry from your event at the Red Horse Barn. Days later, people are still texting us about how much fun they had and how good the food was!
DJ Andrew Yates - Awesome DJ. Communicated with him through email and he played all the music we wanted and nothing we didn't. Everything went off without a hitch and people had their boogie shoes on as a result. Andrew pays attention to your desires and makes sure to make it happen.
Floral - Again, stunning Dianne has a unique talent for arranging florals for bouquets and for decoration. The arch was decorated so lovely with flowers that were eventually moved to the gazebo where the cake cutting takes place. People kept telling us how beautiful the venue and floral looks!
Cinderella Cakes - Wow, excellent cake vendor. You get a 3 tier cake with 3 different flavors and fillings if you desire (we did) and everyone loved our cake. Way more cake was eaten than I'd expect, especially given that we brought our own ice cream sundae vendor as well.
The staff - I’ve praised Michael and Robyn and they both deserve it. But the rest of their staff is also just as amazing. From the bartender to the rest of the staff, everything was seamless. They will bring drinks & food to the elderly/disabled for them. They make sure everything is set up just right. They're barely even noticeable but the times you do notice them they're smiling and clearly helping out. Our guests have come up to us to tell us how great the staff is; something I wouldn't have expected. Michael and Robyn have put together an A+ staff.
If you can do you wedding here, do it. You won't just not regret it, you'll question why you even looked elsewhere!
The experience of getting married at The Red Horse Barn can be summed up in three words...effortless, magical, and gratifying! Michael and his team make you feel welcome from the start! From the moment you sign your contract to saying good bye at the end of your event, everything is easy, exciting, and fun. The team is organized and detail oriented. With the all inclusive package, they took care of everything including: DJ, cake, flourist, caterer, staff, decor, and day of coordinator!
Our wedding was better and more magical than anything we had imagined and we would recommend The Red Horse Barn to anyone looking for an amazing and stress-free experience.

Absolutely, hands down, the most incredible experience EVER!!!!! My husband and I were recently married here and do not have one single complaint! From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. Mike and Robyn are SO organized and top of things, and made the process so simple for us! All of the vendors were provided to us and were all incredible! The florist, DJ, catering company, decorations, videographer, Photo Booth,, all of it!
Both Mike and Robyn are extremely personable, very responsive and easy to talk to. The whole planning process went extremely smoothly and we were so excited for the outcome and to see it all come together. We were absolutely blown away the day of our wedding!!!! Their team is absolutely incredible as well. By the time we showed up to the venue, most everything was put together already and everyone was working so hard and so well together to make our day exactly the way we envisioned it. All of their staff was so helpful throughout the whole event and really made the day and night truly spectacular. We've received MULTIPLE compliments from guests about how gorgeous it all was and how amazing the staff was. We cannot recommend The Red Horse Barn highly enough!!!
If you are looking for the wedding of your dreams, then look no further. My husband and I purchased the all inclusive package at Red Horse Barn in Huntington Beach coordinated by An All Inclusive Event. We were so impressed by the amenities included in the all inclusive package for a deal that we couldn’t find anywhere else. From the start, Michael was so helpful in providing us information and answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Robyn did an incredible job in making our vision come to life. Not only did she help iron out all of the details, she was readily available and helped me work through all hiccups throughout the entire process. We were blown away with the professionalism of the staff. They were so on top of everything and it made our day go so smoothly. As the bride, I was completely relaxed on the day of the wedding because I knew we were in such great hands. Our guests were so impressed with how beautifully everything came together and were also so impressed with the food! Even the picky eaters were pleased! I had high expectations but those expectations were greatly exceeded. I would HIGHLY recommend An All Inclusive Event for your big day, you will not regret it.
We were married at the Red Horse Barn in August 2022 and couldn’t be happier with the venue and management team! The Manager, Michael, spent a great deal of time with us planning the details for our special day. He is patient, kind and very easy to work with. He and his team, Amber and Robyn, are all very talented, hard-working and professional. They did an awesome job, and we highly recommend this venue to all who dream of a beautiful outdoor wedding. The venue is pristine, serene and stunning. The gazebo sits under the shade of several trees, and we could hear water flowing and birds chirping. It was a gorgeous setting and a perfect day, thanks to Michael and his team!
Choosing this venue to hold our wedding led us to having the dream wedding we have always wanted. I cannot say one bad thing about The Red Horse barn, Michael, Robyn and their team behind the All Inclusive Event. Since the initial tour we felt taken care of and felt like our wants and needs were heard. Not only was Michael and his team
understanding and accommodating during the Pandemic, but we also had to postpone due to a cancer diagnosis for my fiancé. Not only did Michael and his team grieve with us while helping us navigate wedding planning with the uncertainty of the pandemic and empathize with us as we got my fiancé’s health condition in order. They helped us plan our dream wedding and when the day came, our dreams came true. When I first walked the venue in my wedding dress heading to my first look with my fiancé, I truly felt like a bride and had butterflies in my stomach as I saw the beauty that the Red Horse Barn exudes. You can see the dedication of this venue with the hard work they put into the venue itself and how hard they work day of your wedding in making sure everything is beautiful and perfect. I can’t thank Michael, Robyn and the entire team at the Red Horse Barn for helping make my dream wedding come true. Thinking about my wedding day puts an instant smile on my face as I wish to relive that day over and over.
I don’t even know where to begin! Our wedding was absolutely amazing! From the first time we met Michael at The Red Horse Barn and took the initial tour, I knew everything was going to go smoothly. Michael, Robyn and Teri are seriously all so amazing and I cannot thank then enough. They went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely beautiful. Michael was more than helpful when it came to the venue, paperwork, and was attentive from start to finish. Teri & Robyn were so great, the decor was amazing and the food was spectacular. In fact, we had about half of our guest list come up to us and our parents and make comments on how delicious the BBQ was. The food was absolutely to die for, and I would highly recommend the BBQ option for everyone. The decorations were absolutely out of this world, they created my dream wedding and I wish I could relive it every single day. Another note I’d like to add is that with a group of 180 people, it’s not always easy to keep the peace.... our group was having such a great time, there was no drama.. even the bartenders commented on how polite and enjoyable our group was and vice versa. Our family had nothing but praise for the AAIE STAFF!

Our wedding day exceeded all of my expectations because of Michael and Robyn with An All Inclusive Event at Red Horse Barn. They are so knowledgeable in what they are doing I felt at ease during the whole planning process. Michael was quick with his e-mails and responded to any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner And Robyn, oh my gosh I don't have enough time to even begin telling you what an awesome job she does from beginning to end. Rain was predicted for our wedding day but 3 days before it was only a 20% chance, so I risked it and didn't order the tents. The Night before the wedding it poured and it was now to late to order any kind of coverage for our outdoor wedding. Robyn text me to let me know the wedding that went on that evening also forwent tenting and said guest had a great time even in the rain. She assured me that rain or shine the wedding was going to be great, and that it was. It lightly drizzled the morning and afternoon of the wedding but Michael Robyn and their team Kept our tables covered and dried and by gods good grace the clouds parted right before our ceremony! Their team moves like clock work, and made it so easy for me to just enjoy getting ready for my big day with out being concerned about anything else! Thank you An All Inclusive Event!
We got engaged, and luckily were able to book our venue almost immediately and 5 months later thanks to AAIE & The Red Horse Barn we had the wedding of our dreams. Michael and Robyn were so helpful and answered every call, text and email in a timely fashion, which is huge as a stressed out bride. We wanted an all inclusive venue and we were so happy we made the right choice by choosing AAIE. We met with Michael and Robyn for our details meeting and they didn't have the color napkins I wanted and Michael bought them right there on the spot! Thanks to the amount of time that we were allowed at the venue before the ceremony started it didn't feel too rushed as we got to watch everyone setting up the venue, me from the bride's quarters and my husband in the groom's suite, our wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. Bride's quarters, light and open with the AC unit on a hot summer day and the Groom's suite had perfect masculine touches, perfect for photos. The venue offered great backdrops for our pictures. Everyone raved about the DJ, the florist was the best, they did an amazing job with our dessert spread and placing the donuts on our donut wall. Everyone LOVED the food, the tasting was fun too (Bring wine, we forgot but was able to purchase there). Only tiny downfall is the curfew, we just weren't ready to end the most amazing party of our lives. I would 100% recommend AAIE at The Red Horse Barn to anyone! Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true.
Michael and Robyn were a dream to work with for our September 2016 wedding. From our first meeting with Michael at the Red Horse Barn, I knew immediately I wanted to book with them. The venue is picturesque, and you can find my review of it at The Knot page for the Red Horse Barn. Michael is warm, attentive, and has a keen sense for interpreting his clients’ needs. Robyn is sharp, straightforward, and organized. We worked with them for almost an entire year, and I’m kind of sad it’s all over! They were calm professionals when responding to our sporadic emails, called or texted us when we had questions, and filled in the blanks for us when we were too busy to pay attention. I have to praise Michael for handling our unexpected tribulations with grace as well. We made it through several date changes, contract revisions, add-ons, cancellations and special requests without feeling overwhelmed. Michael helped us secure the perfect date, he was on hand for our catering tasting, and he made sure we had an unforgettable grand exit after our reception ended. We loved the process of designing the layout of the property with Robyn. We chose a unique configuration with respect to the ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner spaces, and they seemed stoked to try new things. Robyn was also imperative to our rehearsal. She knew exactly where each person should sit, stand, walk, and pose. She clearly is very experienced in event planning, and our wedding party was more prepared with her direction. By the time it was all happening, it was so relieving to have someone directing the day and prioritizing the happenings. I don’t know how she managed to be everywhere at all times, but I never felt lost with her around. She made sure the bride and groom were brought every appetizer, tried every dinner food, had a drink in hand when needed, and made sure we had a few short moments alone to bask in the awesomeness of our wedding day. Everyone always prepares the bride and groom by telling them that something always goes wrong, and that’s ok, and to just roll with the punches. Looking back, I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong! I feel like an accomplished wedding planner after working with An All Inclusive Event, and we can’t recommend them enough.
Terilyn was so amazing she went so above and beyond to make my day the magical wedding I always dreamed of. People thought I spent over $30k on my wedding and I just laughed - Sweat Pea Ranch was my perfect location, awesome pics, great food, awesome dj, I can't think of one thing I was not happy about. They all went about and beyond to make sure my special day was beautiful. Thank you so much and if you want the perfect planner and venue call Terilyn.
I HIGHLY recommend An All Inclusive Event for wedding planning. They did a fabulous job of planning our wedding as well as coordinating the day of our wedding in April 2014. My husband and I did a lot of research on all different aspects of planning our wedding and found that An All Inclusive Event was not only the best economical decision but also the best quality of service. Michael, Terilyn, and Diane were incredibly professional, accessible, and helpful throughout the whole process. They work with many vendors which made it sort of a "one stop shop" as its name implies--"An All Inclusive Event." For a set price we received catering and wait staff (including bar tender) rentals of tables, chairs, linens, dishes and flatware, centerpieces and other table decorations, flowers, the DJ, the wedding cake, and wedding planning and coordinating before and during the event. They also offered wedding invitations as part of our package but we chose to do our invitations separately and they deducted from our total fee. Our wedding was held at a private home so Michael and/or Terilyn and Diane visited the location several times in order to help with the logistics. They thought of location and spacing of ceremony and reception, bar, first dance, bouquet toss, etc. We really wanted to have the ceremony itself next to the pool and on top of the jacuzzi so Michael even connected us with a contractor who was able to build a wooden stage to fit on top of the jacuzzi. This served as our ceremony site as well as our first dance. They also gave suggestions as to what to do with the existing indoor and outdoor furniture in the home in order to make space for all of the rentals and other setup. An All Inclusive Event took care of every last detail the day of our wedding. I knew I was in great hands with their professional team and staff. This really made our day the best day of my life and completely stress-free. They executed everything on our timeline (as we had previously discussed together leading up to the wedding) so that all transitions were smooth and the activities flowed from one to the next with great timing, rhythm, and pace. At one point when we were getting ready to do the cake cutting and bouquet toss on the balcony, as I was making my way upstairs and outside to the balcony I had a thought: "Oh no, I don't have my bouquet with me" Well, sure enough, there it was sitting on the cake table ready for me to toss it over the balcony and down to our guests just after the cake cutting. So, again, they thought of every detail so that my husband and I could just relax and enjoy our special day. Many of our guests commented on how wonderful the ceremony and reception was and several people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We had several people ask about An All Inclusive Event because it was evident that the owners are so experienced and know exactly what they're doing in the way that the entire evening/night unfolded.

Michael, Terilyn & Diane were great. They really made my day what I wanted and helped and listened to me along the way. I could not have done it without them. I really was able to enjoy and not worry about anything. That is priceless!
I was really happy with them. I love them and they worked with our budget and it was so helpful! We hired them for day-of coordinating and they were on top of things. So helpful even before the wedding.
The title says it all! Unforgettable is what Michael and Terilyn made our wedding day! Everything from the cake to the dj to decorations and the service, anything that we needed or wanted was brought or set up. They went above and beyond to make sure that our day and planning before hand was stress free. They even went as far as to help us handle controlling parents and keep them sidetracked. The day of we didn't have to do anything but walk down the aisle, enjoy our day and our family/friends! We have recommended them to many people since our big day and will continue to do so in hopes that more people can take advantage of their top notch service! Michael and Terilyn genuinely care about you and do their best to make sure that your day is just how you pictured it to be!
You will not be sorry with An All Inclusive Event! My husband and I got married at the Vista de Oro site and it was a stunning wedding. Mike and Terilyn are the absolute best wedding coordination team ever. The WHOLE planning process was so enjoyable and stress free. They have all the hook-ups with the BEST vendors (photography, DJs, flowers, stationary, etc.) and most of it is included in the price. As Mike said, "If you see it in our office, pictures or our storage unit, you can use it."
Our wedding day was picture perfect! Their wedding day staff is a fantastic size and they are all very well trained (helping people walk up stairs, finding the bride's bouquet when she couldn't find it, smiling, filling drinks, communicating with each other). I did not have to lift a finger from beginning to end. I loved how the girls and the boys both got a tray of cheese and fruit with champagne in our quarters while getting ready. The ice even had live plummerias in them! It was an absolute pleasure working with An All Inclusive Event!
Extremely accommodating, great suggestions, honest people, very attentive to details, organized, friendly, amazing all inclusive price, caring, great with email contact, made the wedding of our dreams happen in only a few months, large-trained staff, I could go on and on.

This is a beautiful, breathtaking venue with a romantic, vintage Hollywood atmosphere. This estate offers so many ammenities in addition to providing a wonderful backdrop to any occasion, especially a wedding. It provides short-term stay lodging for the immediate wedding party and a few additional guests. I attending a wedding August 2012 and it was amazing. An All Inclusive Events provided great, above and beyond service to the families of the bride and groom and also to each guest. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The event coordinators, Terilyn and Michael take great care and attention to every detail that created an event that was close to perfection! Thank you to Terilyn & Michael and the whole staff and crew of An All inclusive events for a wonderful evening.
My Wife and I just had our wedding on Friday (July 27, 2012). I could write a book on how great Michael and Terilynn are! From day one they planned, booked, and assisted us with every detail ensuring it was exactly what we wanted. By them doing all the planning and execution it allowed us time to work on small details and relieved a ton of stress. They were there to answer any question any time and their response was quick. The day of the wedding I was stressing big time but the way they run the show it calmed me down, we had nothing to worry about, and they made our day the most beautiful day of our lives. Their staff is all amazing and the bartenders were amazing. The DJ was great and played anything my wife asked for, he also had the party going no stop. There was one little miss communication with the shuttle but Michael handled it in 2 minutes and everything was fine. Every guest at our wedding continuously kept telling us what a beautiful location we had, how good all the food was, and how great the whole experience was. I highly recommend this company to everyone. They will take care of you and they are worth every penny you will spend. I just cant say enough about how great they were. Thank you again Michael we really appreciate how great you made our special day.

They did such a great job, and it was so easy. I did not have to stress about anything and everything went perfect! Whenever I am talking to a guest they never say anything bad, they complement the food, setting, smoothness, cake, EVERYTHING!
I absolutely love this venue. Michael and Terilyn, the owners, make this the most personalized experience for you. They allow you to customize everything the way you want it, without having to search for a different vendor for every aspect of your wedding. They meet with you or talk via phone or e-mail as often as you want. They devote as much time as needed to you for your big day. They have made my wedding experience so far a wonderful one. Planning has been super easy. I am sure my big day on 7/7/12 will be equally as great due to the great planning they offer. Even with my wedding over a year a way, I have met with them several times, e-mailed, and pretty much have all the details worked out. I love this place, and the owners, they are fabulous!
