We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Red Table. From start to finish, they were exceptional and played such a huge role in making our wedding feel elegant, seamless, ...
and unforgettable.
To start, the cocktail hour was spectacular. The passed appetizers were not only delicious but somehow still piping hot as they made their way around the room! Every bite felt restaurant quality, and our guests are still raving about how amazing everything was.
For dinner, the presentation was stunning. Each entrée was plated with sophistication and real attention to detail. It genuinely felt like fine dining. We offered chicken piccata, beef tenderloin, and pesto pasta, and all three were phenomenal. The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, the pesto pasta was fresh and vibrant, and the chicken piccata was bright, balanced, and beautifully executed. In fact, chicken piccata was not even on Red Table's original menu options, and they gladly created it for us. That level of flexibility and commitment to personalization meant so much.
The bar service was equally impressive. The open bar ran seamlessly all night, and they crafted custom signature cocktails inspired by my wife Sara and I that were such a hit with our guests. It added a fun and personal touch while still feeling elevated and refined.
The servers were truly white glove level. The staff was polished, professional, attentive, and warm. Plates were served and cleared gracefully, drinks were refreshed without ever being intrusive, and every interaction felt thoughtful and high end. The entire evening flowed flawlessly because of their team.
David and Pierce were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They were incredibly responsive, organized, generous with their time, and fully invested in getting every detail right. They welcomed us back for multiple tastings in their showroom in Brooklyn to make sure we felt completely confident in our menu selections, which speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and client experience.
Red Table did not just cater our wedding - they elevated it at every level. The food, presentation, bar program, and service were all exceptional. We truly could not recommend them more highly!

David worked closely with us to create a menu that perfectly suited our tastes and dietary needs, going above and beyond to accommodate every request. and incorporated custom coffee roasted by a guest into the evening. The food was delicious, and we're still getting rave reviews about it from our guests. Working with Pierce and David was smooth and fun, and we recommend Red Table without hesitation.

endly and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, David &co!
Dave at Red Table Catering was a fantastic key partner for our wedding at The Bordone LIC. From the tasting at their Williamsburg storefront through the day of the wedding itself, ...
he was extremely calm, flexible, and easy to work with. Not only did he and his staff provide incredible service; the food was beyond the quality we expected within our budget. We loved the many choices available and were beyond satisfied with how the food turned out at the wedding. Our guests felt the same - we received a lot of compliments. Beyond handling menu planning and food preparation, Dave was also a great help in working with Broadway Party Rentals and visited the showroom with us to help us choose our dishes, glassware, stemware, and more. (He was also really nice about it when we overhauled almost all of our selections just two weeks before the wedding!) That level of service was exactly what we needed, and we would absolutely recommend Red Table to any couple in need of a caterer for their wedding.

s and phone calls - even from a different time zone. They worked with our budget and helped us coordinate with different vendors - all of which were spectacular! The food... it's light years away from 'typical wedding food'. It's inventive and delicious and beautifully displayed. All of the staff was so friendly and many of our guests went out of their way to tell us so. These guys know what they're doing - in the kitchen, behind the bar and beyond. Thank you for the most incredible day of our lives!!

Hiring Red Table was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. It was PERFECTION. Our guests have been raving about the food, everything down to the starter salad!...
They really know they are stuff and are so passionate about what they do. Not only that, but they are down to earth, kind people. We knew from the second we met Brooke and David that they were "the ones" to take on the job. They really just want to make you happy and make delicious incredible food. They really felt more like family at the end of the wedding process. I really can't recommend them enough. Hire them, it is the best decision you'll make and trust me, you'll want them by your side on your big day.

ier this year. From start to finish, they were amazing. They put together a fabulous cocktail spread for us and somehow managed to do it within our limited budget.
His blood orange margaritas and white sangria were the perfect complement to our Cinco de Mayo-themed hors d’oeuvres, which were delicious and creative, beautifully presented, and plentiful. Their signature market table was a huge hit, with an abundant spread of dips, spreads, cheeses, market vegetables, and more.
The staff was incredibly professional but also warm and friendly - a combination that can be difficult to find. And Brooke was a complete pleasure to work with, start to finish. He was immediately responsive whenever we contacted him during the planning process, gave us great suggestions and also listened to ours, and made sure that every aspect of the event was carefully planned and went off without a hitch.
Red Table will definitely be my first (and only) call the next time I need a caterer. SIX stars.
