About this vendor
Oklahoma wedding venue.
Redbud Ranch is a hidden gem wedding venue located in Binger, Oklahoma. Couples will be able to experience this calming oasis that is this wonderful destination from the moment they step foot on the property. This venue's main draw is undoubtedly the striking all glass chapel, situated on a far-reaching field. You and your loved ones are invited to celebrate your special occasion here.
Begin your big day in our beautiful bridal suite. The suite is an ideal location for your wedding party to prepare in. With multiple seats, mirrors, and an en suite bathroom, your party can relax and have fun before the walk down the aisle. There is also a cabin available for the groom and his party, a cozy and rustic chic spot equipped with a bar, bathroom, and poker table. Your ceremony can be held in the chapel, a beacon on the property, standing tall with a white facade and quintessential steeple. With wide windows stretching around the exterior, there is plenty of natural light to illuminate the warm, wooden pews and traditional barn doors. From there, you can journey to the reception venue. Juxtaposing the white chapel, the reception venue is a moody and sleek black color. Inside, however, it feels light and airy. It features an open-plan layout and contemporary architecture, which will make your decor pop.
And just when you think it couldn't get any better there is a gorgeous lodge with a wrap around porch, a double sided fireplace and a game room upstairs. We also have three rustic cabins available on property for all your out of town guest.
The Redbud Ranch team will be available to assist with anything you may need for your wedding day. Along with weddings, the venue can play host to rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, reunions, and retreats. Should you wish to learn more, you are welcome to get in touch and discover all that is on offer when you book here.

I would suggest anyone with a heart do their research on this venue. I don't even need to meet with the owner to know the level of unprofessionalism they've got going on.
The owner was extremely helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and they just added lodging to their packaging. They have a beautiful chapel at a affordable rate. They have a List of exquisite caterers that you can choose from as well. If you’re considering this property definitely go out and check it out or just give her a phone call. When I first found this property I saw the other reviews and upon further investigation realized that they didn’t even use her services. If you were looking for a stress-free wedding I ask that you consider Redbud Ranch
Redbud Ranch is a unique venue. It is a large wooded property that was at one time a Girl Scout camp. The reception hall has been remodeled from those days and has a lovely bank of windows and a large kitchen facility and small outdoor patio. The chapel is recently built and absolutely beautiful. There are also 2 cabins ( one more of a bridal night cabin newly redecorated and the other more bunk style) and a larger newly built lodge building that can be rented for overnight stays . Rates for the reception hall were quite reasonable, although double if the chapel is rented as well. The selling factor for us was the extended hours, with rental taking us from 5pm Friday for rehearsal and setup through noon on Sunday so we could take our time with tear down. When we were researching for upcoming 2023 wedding, owner Hailey was responsive and helpful. We did end up choosing this venue. This venue was not yet listed on The Knot when we were initially looking about two months ago . I was very surprised then to be back on The Knot and finally see Redbud listed but with all one star reviews. Apparently an event held in early December 2022 allegedly exceeded occupancy and allegedly involved illegal drug use leading to an early ending of a Quinceanera party. It appears all negative reviews posted after this single December event either reviewing generically ( no detail indicating the writers knew much about the venue) or suggesting the owner as racist and afraid to be around Hispanics. Based on our interactions with Redbud, it appeared to us they had previously worked with people of many backgrounds and I can find no prior history of reported issues or negative reviews relating to race or anything else. According to news reports following the event, physical threats were made by some attendees in person at the event and later on social media, against the owner, her family and her staff . The resulting cancellation of a portion of the event appeared to be in response to those threats. The facts of that weekend will play out as will the history of the business. Sharing our experience so far for you here so you can make your decision based on your personal needs and experience and to offer our sincere view free of an agenda to either tear down or build up. I do not know the owner and cant say more than that she seemed accommodating and helpful and our event is later next year. We viewed other newer very nice facilities as well but the combination of Redbud’s uniqueness, reasonable pricing, and accommodating schedule sold us.
Any questions?
Would recommend looking ANYWHERE else first. It’s outdated and really hard to get ahold of the actual owner. Not worth the stress.
I DO NOT recommend this venue, please do your research.
I was looking into this venue for a team retreat for our American Heart go Red for Woman. Especially with it being a women owned business. A classmate’s wife works for this company so I was really hoping to help out a local business. After reading previous reviews I will not be using this location and have advised my staff to do the same.
I’ve been researching with the knot for a few months trying to find a venue for my wedding and was considering this place. This week Redbud Ranch has been facing backlash due to discriminatory behavior to a Hispanic family at a quinceañera. For those who don’t know- a quinceañera is an important Hispanic rite of passage for girls. As someone who had their own quinceañera, I will not be booking with this venue. I advise you to look at their ‘apology’ on their Facebook account before considering this place. Especially if you are a person of color thinking about getting married. Weddings should be exciting and full of love, I don’t want to worry about my family being kicked out because Hailey, the owner, feels unsafe for her life being surrounded by them. So unfortunate, a beautiful place with nasty vibes from the owner.
