idesmaids and mom. Once we arrived the bridal consultant was very professional with listening to what my ideal dress and vision was and found options for me to try on and control my guests as well. Ii think I went thru about 10-12 dresses before finding the one. After it was paid they even provided tailors that they recommend and even delivered my dress to the place as well. The dresses that they had in the stores were all gorgeous and had a nice range of styles to look at. Two of my friends said that they would come back there to find their dresses and one other friend got hers there years ago and loved working with them too. Definitely give them a shot.

n. My dress came in early and they held it until closer to my date and delivered it themselves to their recommended seamstress (who was also great). Definitely would recommend!

from. When you walk into Reddington Bridal, you instantly feel at home and like family. With no pressure to buy anything, we were just having fun. They paid attention to how I felt in each dress and made suggestions listening to every comment I make. I found my dream dress and couldn’t have been happier my decision!!! The sizing recommendation was spot on too otherwise I would have been stuck with a dress too small if I chose the size I was originally thinking. They even gave me a recommendation to get my alterations done and coordinated directly with them. Forever grateful to Reddington Bridal!

s. I came with 3 girlfriends and the salon really made it a cute and fun experience. I wanted a sample dress [to save on cost] and told them my budget. They stuck with my budget and showed me such beautiful gowns my friends could not believe what I paid for my Enzoani Blue dress with detachable cape sleeves. The dress was just simply stunning and they had me 'walk' the aisle with a veil and fake flowers to tie the look in. And well I found the dress the day of my appointment! There was no pressure and no sales tactics. It was all very genuine and helpful process. The bridal salon did also have seamstress recommendations that I took. They offered to drop the dress off to the seamstress as well at no extra charge and that is something I did do! I just had my wedding 3 weeks ago and everyone was in awe of the dress.

nd are super speedy at getting a girl into a gown. I tried on at least double the number of dresses at my appointment here versus other salons. I tried several beautiful dresses I liked very much, but none were quite what I was looking for. In the one I lingered in longest, the owners suggested adding lace straps and an additional under layer to give the dress the added femininity and fuller silhouette I was looking for. I was initially against buying a dress with a plan to spend additional money on stylistic alterations, but I was glad I did. They referred me to a nearby wedding tailor, Gail Doyle, who did a fantastic job with the alterations. Interestingly, I had tried the same dress at another location that day, but chose to purchase it here because of the care the ladies showed me. Thank you so much!

de sure my dress arrived on time. I wanted to feel stunning for my wedding day and I absolutely did. Everyone complimented my dress, including the photographer who said it was one of the top 3 dresses he had ever seen. I even had someone come up to me during the reception and ask where I found my dress because she wanted one just like it. Thank you Suzanne and Karen for bringing my dress out and making a welcoming space for me and my family as we were shopping!

They are fun and created the best atmosphere. They are open and honest too. All they want is for their brides to be happy and it truly shows. They will also recommend, if you are local, Gayle Doyle for alterations who helped make my dress fit like glove.

on. We had found our venue and knew the time of year, so the obvious next step was my dress. I was able to have my mom, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law at my appointment. I knew what I was looking for when it came to my dress, but the ladies made sure to show me other options within my budget. I ended up falling in love with dress #4, but my mom wasn't convinced. Thankfully the wonderful ladies over at Reddington helped my mom see that dress #4 was exactly what I was supposed to wear.

It was definitely MY perfect place to go, most importantly, thanks for asking me if I would say yes to the dress when I was in FaceTime with my mom in Colombia, thanks for making her feel like she was here! I love this bridal shop, it is unique in so many levels and everyone feels like family as soon as you walk in.

le of the dress I was interested in but ordered a loaner for me to try on. It came with in a week and was perfect. Due to COVID I didn't have anyone nearby to bring with me, and Karen was so helpful with taking photos helping with a video call to my mom. Can't wait for my dress to come in!

Reddington communicated with us and acted in a timely manner throughout the entire process - we were never in the dark about what was happening with our dresses. When asking for other vendors, Reddington knocked it out of the park once again! We found our florist, seamstress, and mother of the bride dress shop through them and we still talk about how grateful we are for all of them. Eye rolls, rushed service, speaking over my mom when she would talk and acting like she knew what was best for me and then huffing and puffing when I questioned it or wanted to try something different. I absolutely welcome a professional suggestion, but when it's done calmly, respectfully and with positive excitement, not someone who demands it of me and then pouts. Everyone has bad days, but decide to cool off and not work with customers then. As we left we were given a high-pitched, phoney goodbye; so sorry to have bothered you for possibly giving you our business... Her sister-in-law (part owner) on the other hand, had a delightful personality as we noticed in passing, a very sweet woman; wish we had her instead. Customer service quality has been declining for years, but I've never experienced something like this; didn't think it'd happen for my wedding gown at the very least! :(

h people that are genuinely interested and excited for you. Reddington was just that! I was so excited when I scheduled my appointment with Reddington because they had rave reviews online. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the moment I put my deposit down, I felt like i was actually important and heard. I met with Karen and it was my first appointment looking for my gown. Karen made me feel comfortable, she listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for and she threw in her two cents in as well. I felt like I had known Karen for years. The first dress Karen had me try on ended up being the dress I came back for. I was so happy that this was my initial experience. I went to another bridal appointment the same day just to make sure I knew what gown I wanted. As soon as I walked into the other store, I already knew I wanted to go back to Karen at Reddington. They've made the initial process to easy, I couldn't have asked for more. When I scheduled to come back I was a little disappointed that Karen was off, but I'm glad I got the opportunity to meet her sister in law Suzanne. She was just as sweet, just as accommodating and just as interested in my wedding gown as Karen was. The customer service can't be beat. They have an amazing selection and I was so surprised at the price of my gown! The dress is amazing with all of these intricacies I was expecting to pay so much more! Karen and Suzanne were not pushy, they weren't just looking for a sale, they even said I should see other salons to make sure I really find what I want. I can't wait for my gown to come in, but I definitely can't wait to work with Karen and Suzanne again. If you really want a memory to last a lifetime looking for your wedding gown, I hands down recommend Reddington, you won't be disappointed!

as I was trying on different dresses. They asked me what my vision was and they completely delivered. I could feel their excitement when I found the dress and it was just such a lovely experience. I even had a bridal emergency with one of my bridesmaids who order the dress from another salon and it came in in the wrong color. Reddington was gracious enough to allow us to purchase a floor model that honestly saved my wedding vision. I truly appreciate everything they did to make my wedding as special as it was and 100% recommend to everyone!

They listened to what I was thinking about for my style and I ended up picking out second dress that I tried on. They even had a champagne toast for when I was done shopping. The dresses in there are GORGEOUS and they also have pretty bridesmaid dresses as well so it's a great one stop shop for people who just want to get everything done at one place. I love Reddington so much and I am so grateful to them for making me look like a princess on my wedding day!

d on and made my decision to buy the dress. I was then measured and fitted for the right size to order. However, when I went to try on the dress ordered for me for the first time, it was way too small (the back couldn't be buttoned closed or zipped by 5 inches). When I informed the staff that the dress did not fit or even come close to fitting, I asked them how I would be able to fit the dress and if they planned to reorder the correct side. The response I received was appalling. I was told that they would not order a new dress and could not order any replacement dress in time. The reason I was given for this answer was because it was "your fault because you must have gained weight." Beyond the fact that this is rude and unprofessional, it was a blatant lie. I had actually lost a few pounds (I track my weight for medical reasons). I was given no other option except to take the dress and leave. I took the dress to my tailor to see what could be done if anything. Thankfully, she saved the day. She let out all six seams on the dress to get it to zip and button closed. Since the dress had lace details and a lace train, this required an incredible amount of time and detail in a short period. It also cost a lot to have the dress tailored, which in the end almost doubled the price of the original dress. The experience ended up being a nightmare, in terms of personal treatment and financial loss. Honestly, I cannot recommend Reddington Bridal.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process! I bought my wedding dress and veil at Reddington and am so happy I did! I recommend stopping at Reddington while shopping for a wedding dress!

ad picture on my phone of sample dresses I've seen, and couldn't find anything remotely close to it. It was on a whim that I reached out to Reddington Bridal, and I was able to make an appointment the next day! I showed Karen, one of the owners, the pictures, she showed me a couple dresses, but none were quite "me." She said that she might have the dress I was looking for, which she was actually going to send back to the designer later that day. She went to the back, brought it out and Oh My God, I tried it on and it WAS THE DRESS! It was beautiful and classic and elegant. She was even able to special order some slight alterations for me as well! I know I was looking for something specific, but this shop also has LOTS of options for any bride out there!!

I never felt that I was being rushed when I visited the store, which made me feel that the staff truly valued me as a customer.
