We met Misha on our wedding day when we arrived at the venue as we made our plans from out of town. Everything went so smoothly and she was able to guide us perfectly to capture the special day we had imagined. The photos exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Misha!

Choosing Misha as your photographer will easily be one of the best decisions you make regarding your wedding. I am a wedding officiant (150+ weddings) and event producer (easily 700+), so I have A LOT of experience and have seen the best and the worst. I have hired/worked with Misha on several different weddings and other types of events, and I just hired her for my niece's wedding. Everyone was absolutely overjoyed with the photos and video she created, and my family thanked me over and over for hiring her (not an exaggeration). Thanks for making me look good, Misha! Besides the beautiful, top of the line professional photos that she takes, Misha also gives you some of the most important qualities that every vendor you hire should have... The ability to work with different types of personalities, the ability to make spur of the moment adjustments to unexpected situations that suddenly arise (incredibly important!), honesty, kindness, relaxed demeanor, anticipates great wedding moments that need to be captured, and most importantly, she listens and asks the right questions to make her client's dreams come true. Honestly, I've told Misha she is not charging enough for her skill level, and you can easily see that by comparing her work with other higher priced photographers. You will not be disappointed by making her a part of your wedding. On a final note, as someone who has many, many years of experience with weddings alone, I STRONGLY encourage you to set aside money in your budget to hire a great photographer such as Misha. Long after your wedding day has passed, the photographs taken will become your most cherished possessions because they last forever unlike the cake, food, flowers, etc. If possible, don't try to save money by letting friends take photos on their phones. The quality of those photos compared to a professional's photos is truly like comparing a 5 year old's drawing to Leonardo da Vinci. Your top 3 priorities in wedding planning should be photographer, venue and an officiant who will give you the ceremony that you want. Get those three correct and you're likely to have an amazing wedding day experience. After looking at countless photographers, my husband and I decided to let the venue owners take the reigns and hire a wedding photographer for us. We are so glad we did! Misha was so easy to work with and had such a warm, comforting personality. And her work...so beautiful! We are beyond happy with how our wedding photos turned out. I would hire Misha over and over and over again. There are so many great things to say about her as a person as well as her as my wedding photographer. She went above and beyond for us. Not only is she a brilliant photographer, but she is also brilliant at behind the scenes logistics & at making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. In the past, it's been hard for me to relax and feel natural while being photographed. My lip would start twitching or my eyes would start to water and anxiety would begin to surface. When my husband and I needed to invest in professional head shots and website photos for our business we were apprehensive about the process. There are many amazing photographers out there but it takes a person with technical skill, compassionate presence and a sense of playfulness to draw out the innate beauty of their muse. Misha has all of these qualities in spades. Throughout our photo shoot my body began to relax and the process was actually ..gasp.. enjoyable! So much so I knew I wanted her to be my wedding photographer. Weddings are a big deal and the stress of putting it all together can weigh heavy on one's mind. Having Misha on our team was incredibly supportive and her insights ultimately helped us fine tune the details of our ceremony. We hired her for both photography and videography, which I highly recommend. In every photo you can viscerally feel the energy that was present and having our ceremony, heartfelt community blessings and toasts on video has given us a keepsake of memories that bring forth tears of happiness and gratitude every time we watch them. Documenting life through the camera on my phone has been a fun outlet for my creativity; the problem is I'm hardly ever in the pictures. When the time came for my husband and I to recognize that my beloved best dog friend was coming to the end of his life, I wanted to cherish the time we still had left. During our family photo shoot, Misha's gentle, playful, and sensitive engagement allowed me to move through the tears and come to a place where I felt like this was a celebration of life rather than his memorial. As one life was completing, a new life had been growing within me. At 34 weeks, I had my first maternity photo shoot. I knew just where I wanted take Misha and she was up for the adventure! Off to the woods we all went where absolute magic happened amidst the moss, rocks, and waterfalls. I have never felt so beautiful, celebrated, and alive. When it comes to heartfelt, beautiful photography, Misha is the one you want to shoot your event. I have done fun and funky styled shoots with Misha in the past, and so I knew the high level of artistry she was capable of achieving. When it came to my mountain top elopement, I knew she was the one I wanted to photograph my big day. She was amazing throughout the whole process, reassuring us and making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, which can be hard for a couple like us who is used to being behind the scenes. Her posed shots of us look like they belong in a magazine and she managed to sneak around and get detail shots that are absolutely stunning. She also captured moments for us on video and in other formats leaving us with with lots of cherished memories. When the video she put together for us came out, I cried because it was so beautiful. I have worked with Misha many times before as a model so she was an obvious choice for me when it came to my own wedding. Misha is one of the most talented people I’ve ever met. Her photography/videography skills are nothing short of amazing. From day one Misha was absolutely wonderful to work with. She's very responsive, super organized, and just all around fun. She came to meet us before and then, the day of, seemed to somehow be everywhere at once without us ever noticing. Misha is an absolutely awesome person to work with. She did videography for our November 3rd wedding and she was such a joy to work with. My mom had issues getting me in my dress and she even helped her. She took control and constantly helped pose me- reminded me to fix my smile because it was starting to look a little scary after smiling so much- haha! She fixed my dress, hair, etc! She made me feel so comfortable. She is the sweetest person, so professional, she knows what she’s doing, and she’s such a great person to work with. Misha did a great job at our wedding during the hurricane. She was able to capture all of the great moments of the wedding. It wasn't the easiest to shoot due to the weather but she was able to capture all of the memories. I would recommend her for type of photography (wedding, engagement, family, etc.).

Seriously don’t have enough good things to say about Misha!! Sweetest person you’ll ever meet with such a positive attitude. I wish I could get married every day so Misha could photograph. Misha shot our wedding alongside Myriah as the Falcon & Wolf Weddings team. Together they photographed our engagement photos (would highly recommend!) and provided photography and videography for our wedding day. I feel like both days were the muggiest, grossest, buggiest days of the summer, but you would never tell from the images we have from both days. We absolutely adore our wedding video and love that it has been easy to share with loved ones. The turn-around time on receiving our photos and video was reasonable and we feel like we truly got a lot for our money.

Misha photographed our Lake Eden wedding this summer, and we had such a great experience all around working with her. From her pre-wedding day prep templates and phone call to her laid-back and fun but we’ll-organized demeanor day-of, she’s really a top-notch professional. Where do I start! I have known Misha for many years now! I met her when I lived in Asheville. Not long after I found out she was a photographer and videographer like myself. We started working together and she quickly became one of my favorite people to work with at a wedding. After I left Asheville we stayed in touch and would work together randomly when I came back to town. But recently! I had let her know I was coming to Asheville for a wedding and thought it would be so much fun to do a photoshoot, so my boyfriend (at the time) and I were going to model. So here we all are in the rain of the blue ridge mountains. Misha setting up a photo, asking me to look away into the light, me not being able to hear her over the sound of the waterfall, and I turned around there he was down on one knee!!!! I SAID YES! of course! They planned it all along! so sneaky! Misha and my now fiancé! had done this whole thing, I was so surprised. She is amazing! In the rain when its practically dark out, bugs everywhere capturing one of the most important moments of my life. She is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful humans I know. She goes above and beyond in everything. Her ethic, technique, dedication to the work she creates and her friendships and those she cares about. She is my first choice to refer clients to since I don't live there anymore and I would recommend her over and over again. Misha was a joy to work with, she was very easy going and made our wedding day stress free. She went above an beyond to make sure our pictures captured the moment, at one point she stopped and wiped the sweat off my upper lip to make sure she got the perfect shot!

From our first contact she was quick to respond to questions and easy to talk to. She is very professional and easy to work with. Her quality of work it top notch. Misha took photos at our welcome reception at the Grove Park Inn and she did video of our wedding ceremony at the Inn on Biltmore property. We received the photos within a week and our ceremony video within a month. My husband and I just finished watching the wedding ceremony video and we loved it! I couldn't wait to share a review.
