Dakota and the Garland Guy team was AMAZING to work with! We were one of the couples who had to move our wedding three times due to COVID, and Dakota was super flexible and helpful in pushing out our order each time we needed to. Dakota allowed us to adjusted the amount of feet of garland up to two weeks ahead of our wedding date, as we were solidifying guest count / table count and corresponding needs. She also coordinated with our venue team to make sure that the eucalyptus garland arrived in a timely manner. And, it all looked beautiful! Ordered greenery about 1 month prior to our wedding date, and everything showed up right on time, and looking very healthy! The ordering process was easy and the staff was helpful in ordering appropriate volumes of the different varieties we wanted. Easy to work with, good prices, and beautiful product.

I ordered all silver dollar eucalyptus for our wedding-- 2 5ft. garlands, 10 2ft. garlands, and 2 bunches of stems. They arrived on time and tightly packed (at my request) to easily travel with across New England for my out of state wedding. The garland overall looked really good and only the stems needed some trimming to remove browned leaves. They were very responsive through email and answered all my questions before placing the order.

I used The Garland Guy to bulk order greenery for our daughter’s wedding. Their prices could not be beat & the ordering process was so easy. The garland arrived on time, very healthy, and just what I had planned for. With my “bulk” order I was able to decorate 16 tables with loose greenery and make arrangements for the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (supplemented by flowers ordered elsewhere). I highly recommend The Garland Guy to anyone who needs bulk greenery!

I was over the moon to find this company to decorate my wedding reception. Their work was beautiful and the price was fantastic! Unfortunately there was an error on their end and I received someone else's order of just 4 feet of garland. I ordered 18 feet.....as one can imagine this was a huge issue as the garland was the center table runners for our reception and I had 100 stems of garden roses to put in the garland. With out the garland...our tables would be drab. In my frustration I asked the owner to work with a local florist and they can foot the difference as this was their error and I was told by the owner Dakota "No we won't do that" Which left me with zero table decorations. So instead I had to pay an exorbitant amount to have rush completed the morning of my reception and I am so thankful for the local vendor in having a kind heart working all night to make sure my reception was beautiful. The Garland Guy's mistake caused several people stress and while they gave me a refund; they didn't do the right thing to fix it or make it right. Such a shame to have that mentality. So if I were someone ordering plan enough time in case your order is incorrect. Otherwise the piece of garland received was beautiful.
