Olivia was wonderful to work with! She was professional with great communication. For our wedding she did the name place cards for each guest at their seat on vellum-super classy and a great touch. I would 100% recommend working with Olivia!

I had been following Olivia on Instagram for quite some time and knew I wanted to use her for guest addressing for my wedding. While getting to know Olivia and her work I realized she could add custom touches to so much more than just envelopes. When coronavirus derailed our original wedding vision and plans Olivia was right there to add a personal touch to our intimate 25 person wedding. She created custom coasters for each guest made out of agate with their names, wedding signs, and table numbers on acrylic and of course our guest addressing. Olivia is responsive, full of great ideas on how to enhance your wedding through the details, and very easy to work with. I would recommend her again and again. Olivia is an angel on earth. I am a wedding planner, but while planning my sister's wedding as MOH, I had so much more on my plate than with any other wedding. About 3 weeks before the wedding, I realized that I did not have the time or energy to tackle some of the last minute details I so badly wanted and I immediately thought of Roc Pen & Ink. She did such an incredible job with ALL of the different projects I asked her to do - even the ones I threw on her last minute! She wrote out 100 name cards, menus for stations, in lieu of favors sign, 15 pie flavors signs, the CUTEST signature cocktail signs with custom drawings of my sister's sweet kittens, and the most incredible guest book I have ever seen. I sent Olivia a picture of my sister's wedding invitation and asked that she duplicate it on the cover of a book - she NAILED IT! She even admitted that she was nervous it wasn't going to come out like I hoped, but it exceeded all of my expectations. Olivia - I love you and your outrageous talent. Olivia from Roc Pen & Ink comes highly recommended from a planner! From the first email to Olivia, to the final text message, Olivia was quick with communication and overly accommodating. She did not hesitate to take on all my requests and fine tuning of details - including but not limited to: doing multiple sample suites and finessing the placement and size of text. I am from Baltimore and I picked Olivia because her calligraphy style was unlike any local vendor for me. It is modern calligraphy, but overly elegant and best of all - it's readable!

After trying to find the perfect calligrapher for what felt like forever, I happened to come across Olivia (RocPenInk) on Etsy and I am so happy I did! Her work is stunning and her customer service is amazing! My fiancé and I are having a micro wedding (14 people) and for obvious reasons, it has been very difficult to get a lot of attention from our vendors (even after booking with them) but not with Olivia. She must have responded to my emails within a few hours (not days or weeks like most) and was always so happy to help. She shipped our envelopes and place cards out so quickly after we placed our order and they arrived in perfect condition and carefully wrapped. There was even a small issue with one of the envelopes, but I emailed her right away and she got back to me within the hour saying she would ship out the new envelope THE NEXT DAY (!!!). This envelope also arrived quickly and in good packaging (necessary for paper goods and a perfectionist like myself). Overall, I have to say that Olivia has been my favorite vendor to work with so far (and we have all vendors booked). At the end of the day, we are all stressed when planning our wedding and I think I speak for everyone when I say that we don’t want a lot; we just want quick responses back on these details which feel so important leading up to our special day and for the work to be done well. I can honestly say look no further than RocPenInk. Olivia is awesome at her job and totally gets the importance of customer service. Book with her, you will not regret it!
