Oak & Olive

We were required to use Oak and Olive through our venue but I'm so glad we had the opportunity to work with them! We got custom cocktails that were absolutely delicious, they did a wonderful job serving and being inviting and friendly with guests, and they insured that myself and my husband were never without a drink even if it was just water. My only concern was the slow response time but this was never a large concern as we did most of the planning pretty far in advance with plenty of time to spare.

Absolutely amazing selection of drinks and staff. They were able to keep some custom bottles specifically for the bride and groom. The staff was extremely fun and helped keep our party atmosphere going with their great drinks and recommendations, awesome personalities and dance moves!

We hired Oak & Olive for our wedding last year. The bartenders and staff who worked this event were incredible. For them alone, this should be 5 stars. That said, the communication from our contact (Taylor) leading up to and post-wedding have been really poor. We went weeks without hearing from Taylor leading up to the wedding. From 7 weeks to 3 weeks out, he never responded to us or our wedding planner. We started off with another O&O contact, who was wonderful, but Taylor took over our account and you could tell he had very little interest in communicating or responding to us at all. We informed O&O when we signed contracts (about 6 months before our wedding date) that we'd be doing signature drinks. About 10 days before the wedding, Oak & Olive finally set up a tasting for us to narrow down our signature drinks. They invited us to the venue after a Christmas party. While we were there, Taylor knew very little about our headcount or anything that we had been planning on the wedding. There was no apology for the lack of communication to us or our wedding planner. We ordered two signature drinks for the night + a full bar. Post-wedding, our family informed us that one of our signature drinks stopped being served before dinner took place because they "ran out". I don't know how that's possible. Over 100 signature drinks within an hour and a half? Seems unlikely. We also specifically paid for an upgrade in our whiskey. Us and our families are big whiskey drinkers and we did not want Jim Beam. We paid extra to make sure Jim Beam was not provided and Bullet was. While we know Bullet was served at our wedding, so was Jim Beam. So, we paid extra for them to specifically use liquor that we requested to be removed. They did not run out of Bullet, as the open bottles were given to us at the end of the evening. There was plenty left. That's unacceptable. We've since messaged Taylor and were hopping to get some sort of response or feedback. To no surprise, we haven't heard from him at all. Again, the bartenders and staff at the event were WONDERFUL. Everything outside of that was a very poor experience.

We hired Oak & Olive for our wedding, and we are so happy that we did! Oak & Olive has an incredible staff - They are attentive, quick, energetic, and lots of fun! They truly acted like they loved and enjoyed their job - All of them were constantly smiling, dancing, and incredibly friendly to all of our guests. Oak & Olive allowed us to customize our bar package with specialty cocktails, updated top-shelf liquors, and specific types of whiskey that we asked for as the bride and groom, and our guests really enjoyed the added touch of them taking orders during our seated and plated meal. In addition to this, the drinks were strong and plentiful, and no one was ever left empty-handed. The service was truly impeccable. Thank you again for helping to make our day so perfect and magical!

We loved having Oak and Olive at our wedding! Taylor was awesome to work with and all the guests said they were fantastic and loved their drinks. They had drinks waiting for us in the bridal suite after the ceremony and had drinks by order for our wedding party ready! We loved their leather aprons and display behind the bar! Thanks!

Oak and Olive provided fantastic bartending service for our August 2022 wedding! They have a very straightforward pricing tier structure, and they were great at accommodating some non-standard requests we had for our bar package. They offer a comprehensive list of classic & novelty cocktails, and provide a really classy experience all around. The bar was a hit all night, and we got so many compliments on the drinks. The Oak and Olive staff were easy to work with, and handled all the details effortlessly. The bartenders were so much fun, so friendly, and really truly just felt like a perfect addition to the wedding.

What an incredible crew! Oak and Olive was great to work with from start to finish. They were communicative, answered all of our questions, and ultimately helped us to get exactly where we wanted to be. They were also flexible and accommodating with last minute additions that we wanted to make. During our big day, they set up two beautiful bars, created a fun environment behind the bar, and made the tastiest cocktails. Our guests raved about them. Their level of professionalism, fun, and talent is something to be admired.

Oak and Olive was so great for our wedding - slinging delicious cocktails with experienced bartenders that knew what they were doing! Taylor was also so helpful throughout our planning process. He was able to give us incredible suggestions for the style we were looking for at our wedding and was so accommodating whenever we had questions or requests. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

Oak&Olive was absolutely fantastic for our wedding at Moss Denver! We received SO many compliments about how quick and efficient they were at keeping the bar line down and how AMAZING the drinks were. Our signature drinks were the Spicy Margarita and the Maple Whiskey Sour -- both of which were absolutely perfect (the spicy margarita was to die for)! We also received a ton of compliments on the attire that the bartenders wear. I would book them over and over again and recommend them for any event!

We received excellent personal service from Taylor and the Oak and Olive team. When one of our wines was unavailable 2 days prior to the event, he arranged a special tasting so we could choose alternatives. At then event, the bartenders were responsive and personable!

My husband and I met at a juice bar, and so really wanted our bar to include mixed drinks with juice from said juice bar. Oak & Olive was super accommodating and came up with delicious drinks that everyone raved about! The bar staff was extremely attentive and always made sure that we had drinks in our hand. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but be aware that emails and calls are not always returned as promptly as you might want. At the end of the day I am so happy that Oak & Olive was part of our wedding! Thank you!

Oak & Olive provided some delicious ingredients to make some killer old fashioned drinks with a variety of local bitters. They filled a basket with the ingredients, glasses, and the sweetest note with well-wishes for our marriage.
