I was recently in a wedding and things went south very quickly. Chelsey was hostile, unprofessional, and plain rude both the week before and after the wedding. I would not recommend her to anyone because of the way she spoke to the bride and the MOB. She was upset with us for calling to confirm the timeline on the day of the wedding. There was a different coordinator on the day of (not the original plan) which was honestly unfair to her. The day of coordinator was clearly unfamiliar with the events the bride had planned with Chelsey. Multiple things that were important to the bride and her family were not completed, like certain flowers being put down the aisle. To a guest, it wasn’t that noticeable, but the flowers had been made by a family member who was in attendance. Brides shouldn’t feel anything other than ecstatic on their wedding day, and Chelsey left the bride feeling disappointed.

Our venue required a "month of" coordinator for our daughter's wedding. When I talked with Chelsey, I realized that I could use help right from the start! Chelsey is so enthusiastic but she is calm and reassuring. She was very respectful in dealing with both the MOB and the couple. Because this was a destination wedding, I had no idea where to start finding vendors for everything that we needed. She provided a few to look at in every category and I was able to find vendors that I felt every comfortable with. As the wedding got close, she coordinated all the schedules for the vendors and helped pull together the final orders for tables, linens, table settings etc that completely overwhelmed me. She even had her daughter help out with dog-sitting and brought the couples' dog to the venue for a few quick photo ops! We had a great time working with her and I would recommend Chelsey at Five Feathers to help with wedding planning.

We worked with Chelsey for our April 2023 wedding. She was beyond helpful, professional, enthusiastic and made sure our event went off without a hitch. Leading up to our wedding she not only helped us think through the details, but also source decor items we might need! It was wonderful to have her manage all the vendors and ensure our wedding ceremony & reception were exactly how we envisioned. I cannot recommend enough the value of having a day of coordinator so that you & your future spouse can focus on the most important thing - your love for each other. Worth every single penny. I highly recommend Five Feathers Events for all our wedding coordination needs!

Chelsey was amazing! She helped me find some outstanding venders, in particular, she located the best florist and photographers any wedding could ask for! She made sure my day ran smoothly and handled any bumps in the road with grace and efficiency!

Chelsey was absolutely wonderful to work with! I highly recommend her if you want someone who is there for you and your partner to help you plan your perfect wedding day! She is such a sweet person and knows exactly what she’s doing! We unfortunately didn’t get to finish our planning journey with her because we have decided to get married in Key Largo, FL at a venue that provides a planner and our budget is very small. I definitely recommend you hire this wonderful lady though, she’s very professional and will make sure your day is absolutely what you want, and will work with your budget to do so. I am so thankful to have been able to work with Chelsey at Five Feathers Events for our wedding in May 2022. We decided to work with her as a partial planner because we had already booked the majority of our vendors. I became very overwhelmed as I began my final year in graduate school and decided to reach out to Chelsey for help with the remainder of our planning and I am so glad I did. From day one, Chelsey helped ease my stress and helped me create the overall vision for our wedding day by helping us find an officiant, MUA, and a florist as well as create our day-of plans. On our wedding day, Chelsey was a literal superhero the entire day and made sure my husband and I were happy and having a fantastic time. On the day of the wedding, we had some last-minute challenges arise (as expected with any wedding) and Chelsey jumped in immediately to ensure everything went smoothly and there was no stress on our end. Chelsey was always very quick to respond and incredibly sweet during the entire planning process with my husband and me. I highly recommend Chelsey and Five Feathers Events for any and every bride in the area. She has such a genuine soul and most friendly attitude and I am so thankful to have been able to get to know her and have her on our wedding day.

Thanks to Chelsey of Five Feathers Events, our destination vow renewal ceremony was amazing! It truly was one of the best weekend of our lives! What I'm about to say is undoubtedly going to be viewed as exaggeration or hyperbole, and while there is little I can do to combat this I must really hammer home that this is nothing but the honest truth; this business is the pinnacle of exceptional customer service. I simply cannot overstate that single fact. Chelsey was a pleasure to work with; we were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, her good-natured, firm guidance, her attention to detail, her calm demeanor, and most of all her sense of humor and laugh! She was incredibly responsive to every question we asked. Apart from being friendly, as one would expect in a wedding planner, we were treated as though we were a close family friend. She was personable, considerate, [fill in any other word for extremely friendly and easy to talk to]. I say that 100% honestly. She took a genuine interest in us. Chelsey is FANTASTIC! As a former paralegal, she knows how to wrangle in vendors (and the occasional unruly parent). I could not have pulled off my day without her or kept my head on straight during the planning process. My bridesmaids hired her as a gift to me after my bachelorette party and realizing that as an attorney myself, I just did not have the time to dedicate to planning the wedding. Chelsey stepped in and got things done. Forty days out from my May 2020 wedding we had to cancel due to COVID. Chelsey stepped up again and helped me run about a dozen different scenarios under the uncertain circumstances and we planned and entirely different family only wedding in an entirely different location. She is truly a god send. Hire her for your day, you won't regret it.

Chelsea was the wedding director for my son's wedding Sept. 12th at the Isle of Palms. She and her daughter were fantastic! Very hard workers, great personalities, very calm under stress and fun to be around. The wedding was beautiful and everything could not have been more perfect!

Chelsey and her husband were an actual life saver! We brought her on rather late in our wedding planning and she came in and immediately tied up all loose ends. She was our planner and coordinated day of and during the rehearsal. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. She made the wedding actually enjoyable for me as I didn’t have to worry about anything and could just enjoy my day. Thank you Chelsey!!
