Montclair Event Venue

A beautiful local venue! We absolutely loved this venue, their in-house catering company, CN Catering, ended up being a great help in that so many decisions were made with the same point of contact, which really simplified the planning process.

This Venue was outstanding! All our guests were super impressed and amazed. Thank you for making our day a dream come true. We picked this venue because the grooms suite had a shuffleboard table and my husband and I met over a game of shuffle at a local dive bar and we knew it was fate! Allison did such a great job of helping with everything and was so sweet!

The Montclair was fabulous! Alison was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions. CN Catering also was also incredible! Our guests were all fed very quickly through the buffet line and the food was absolutely incredible! We had so many guests come up to us to tell us how good the food was. The best part about the Montclair is that it provides a modern blank space for you to decorate it how you want. We went with a simple elegance look with white florals and greenery, and we loved how it turned out. I would recommend the Montclair to anyone!

The Montclair is a beautiful venue that we both loved the moment we walked in! Allison did a great job throughout the whole process as we went back and forth on adding and removing various details. Our ceremony was at a separate location at a Church in Keller and they were accommodating to work out our schedule accordingly. We also loved the BYOB option as not many venues seem to allow that. The food options with CN Catering were also very extensive and had everything you could think of. We also loved the vines on the balcony, but make sure you think about the time of year. As in they may not look the same as when you initially toured (fall colors, etc.) but we loved them as the backdrop of some of our favorite pictures! Several prices increased from when we initially were quoted in the summer of 2022 and our wedding in September 2023, however, we asked if they would honor these prices, which they did. All in all, we absolutely loved this venue and have so many beautiful memories and pictures!

The venue is beautiful. I wouldn’t suggest having your wedding here if you are on a strict budget because they pretty much require everything to come through their vendors which are super expensive. But if you have a 50k budget or more you’ll be fine.

The venue was absolutely beautiful! Allison went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. She was amazing from the first tour all the way until the wedding day! We absolutely loved her patience and guidance throughout the whole process!

Very happy we went with Montclair for our wedding venue! The space is beautiful and well decorated. Allison, our direct contact, was great - professional, straightforward and accommodating. The in-house caterer was a big plus for us as the food was amazing. Two things that could be improved: 1) Lighting in the bridal suite 2) Photo booth attendant's communication - we paid extra for the glam filter but it appears a lot of our guest didn't know it was an added feature. Besides that, everything was great!

Working with Montclair and CN Catering was such a great experience! Allison was very professional and guided us through our menu options as well as details for the day. We received tons of compliments on the food and appetizers as well. We chose to have a buffet dinner and were happy to see they cover the catering trays and serve the plates to your guests so you’re still able to have a gorgeous reception room with a buffet option. They provide real glassware with bar packages - even if you choose to bring your own alcohol. Loved working with Allison!

This venue was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Brooke went above and beyond on the day of our wedding to help make sure everything was executed flawlessly. She was amazing from the first tour through the wedding day itself, and is a huge benefit to getting married here! The CN team was also fabulous - we received many compliments on the food and the bartending. All in all, we cannot recommend the venue or service enough!

Montclair is the venue of our dreams! We walked in and immediately fell in love with the beautiful staircase and overall ambiance. On our wedding day, it was more beautiful than we could have imagined. The chapel was even more stunning with flowers, the foyer was perfect for a fun cocktail hour, and the ballroom looked enchanting in candle light. What I did not anticipate is the amazing service Brooke and team provided. Brooke answers emails quickly and thoroughly. She was willing to meet with us several times to find just the right menu, linen color, lighting, and layout. She is great! Other vendors told me they loved working with her as well! CN catering is an amazing company that over delivered our expectations and made sure every detail was perfect. Several guests told me afterwards how delicious the food was. Thank you, Brooke and CN catering!

This venue is absolutely breathtaking and very well kept. Our venue coordinator Brooke Millis was wonderful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions/concerns along the way, and ultimately made sure we had the best experience possible. Brooke's communication throughout the process made me feel confident about everything. And the venue's in-house catering service, CN Catering really knocked it out of the park, and their staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this venue, and Brooke, to anyone planning to get married. Wonderful experience and my wedding day was so memorable for all the right reasons.

Montclair and CN Catering exceeded my expectations!! Brooke made sure that our reception went as planned! She was very attentive and made sure that everything was in order for our wedding! Brooke and others made sure our day went smoothly and that everything went as planned. If things needed to get moved up, we were able to change that even on the day of and they are so flexible and ready to go. One of the many best decisions I made for my wedding!!!

Our experience with Montclair was amazing! The space is so clean, nice, and well designed. It was the best wedding ever!!!

The venue was very nice and easy to work with. The only issues were that they opened the doors early before my florist was ready and we weren't able to take pictures before the guests were allowed inside, as well as a few guests who arrived late had issues receiving their food. Other than that, it was excellent!

I am SO happy we chose the Montclair as our venue. It is absolutely beautiful! The venue coordinator, Brooke, was also so incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. We were grateful to have her as their coordinator the day of the wedding as well. I was confident with Brooke there all would be under control. CN Catering also killed it with their food and hospitality. Our guests are still raving about the tacos we had as one of our options & the late night warm cookies with milk shooters were a hit! Couldn’t have asked for a better team and venue for our special day. Thanks again Brooke!!

The Montclair was everything I could have ever imagined my wedding venue to be. It was breathtakingly beautiful and had the best staff to support it. Brooke is amazing and so helpful! She is always quick to respond to communications and went above and beyond to make sure my day was absolutely perfect!

Montclair was the perfect place for us to host our reception! Their team worked with us every step of the way to make sure our event went well. We received so many compliments from guests on the venue and the food.

This place is so beautiful. Brooke was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was needed. She is also very patient! The food was absolutely amazing. I loved that we could get there 5 hours before the event and spend time in the lovely bridal suite. I recommend letting them supply the wine/beer/liquor. I thought I would save money and supply my own. But it ended up being a lot more work and we had way too much left over. I would give this 10 stars if I could

First let me say this venue is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Before construction had even finished on this venue I was able to see what the concept was going to look like and I was IN LOVE. It is literally my dream wedding venue that became a reality! When COVID hit, we made the decision to postpone our wedding about 4 months since vaccines were coming out. The Montclair worked with us on moving our date and everything in between. Brooke, the venue coordinator, was so supportive and understanding throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be more thankful for her! She is AMAZING. To have our wedding there was DEFINITELY worth the two year wait! The only critiques I have on the venue would be the size of the chapel and the bridal suite. Our total guest count including ourselves was about 146. About 125-130 people came and the chapel was quite full. Luckily for us, we didn’t have 150+ guests or else I am not sure how they would’ve all fit into the chapel comfortably. The bridal suite is STUNNING but I wished there was a bit more vanity counter space for getting ready. I had three makeup artists and the hairstylist all inside the bridal suite. We made it work and it turned out Just fine but the extra counter space would’ve have been helpful! Overall, in my opinion this venue can comfortably have a 125-135 person wedding, cocktail, and reception. Any larger than that may be a tight squeeze in the chapel area! Nonetheless, my wedding day was perfect and I wouldn’t have wanted to have it anywhere else but this venue!

Being caught in wedding planning during a pandemic was surely stressful in deciding what was best. However, my wedding day was nothing shy of magical thanks to Montclair. Their professionalism throughout the process was much appreciated. Their in-house catering company, CN Catering was amazing for not only the food, but their friendliness and attention to detail. Montclair and CN did not miss a beat and made my day as wonderful as planned. Thank you!

I loved this venue for multiple reasons...it's beautiful inside, CN catering was great, and Brooke was great to work with as the venue manager! One of the best perks and cost savers was that it was BYOB, while CN catering provides bartenders! Also, the owner worked with me and provided me a good deal on extending hours at the venue since my set up/clean up was more extensive. I had about 150 people attend and it fit the venue perfectly. I had a great experience having my wedding here!

The Montclair was everything I could have imagined and more. Made our day absolutely perfect- Brooke and Mark go above and beyond for their couples and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Montclair for hosting the wedding of my dreams.

The Montclair Event Venue was a dream come true! I knew it was the perfect venue for my wedding the moment I stepped inside. Brooke, the Montclair event coordinator, was amazing to work with. She was organized, personable, patient, and extremely helpful! She met with my mom and I many times to go over details and was always happy to do so. She worked with us to make sure my day was perfect. She was at the venue all day on our wedding helping us set up and accommodating to our every need. She is truly the best! The Montclair is beautiful, elegant and has fabulous lighting for pictures. It also has awesome bridal and groom suites, a great bar, and an amazing catering service (CN Catering). The staff was incredible. Our guest raved about our food, the ballroom, and the beauty of the Montclair all night! 10/10 I would recommend choosing the Montclair for your wedding venue.

The Montclair was the most amazing place to host our wedding. Brooke, the coordinator, is awesome and very helpful in all planning aspects. The space is a modern elegance look and was an easy space to decorate because it is beautiful to begin with and also brand new! The bridal and grooms suites were perfect to get ready and hang out in the day of the wedding. The photographer was able to take magnificent pictures around the venue. The space was absolutely gorgeous! I am so thankful we chose The Montclair to host our wedding. It was PERFECT and helped make our wedding the best day ever!

We fell in love with this venue the moment we laid eyes on it and our wedding day did not disappoint. We are so happy we chose Montclair to bring our day alive!

Due to COVID, Montclair merged with CN catering to have one point of contact. I was a little concerned at first, but it actually made planning so much smoother. It is quite apparent that Brooke is well experienced in weddings and catering. She made everything perfect up until our wedding day and on our wedding day. She is very prompt in her responses and flexible where needed. We could not have asked for a better wedding day. Montclair deserves much more than 5 stars!

The venue is gorgeous! It is clean, modern, truly a venue for a classy bride. Little decor is needed because the venue is so nice

My wife and I got married here on 7/11 and I can’t say enough how perfect our day was. The whole process of selecting and booking vendors was amazing and I have to say all the vendors were incredible and really went above and beyond. But I have to say the most amazing person we worked with was our Coordinator Brandi Morgan. She helped us find virtually every vendor and helped us with vendor management and many other things. She made our special day perfect!

I am writing this review from the prospective of a very protective MOH. Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m not easily impressed and very rarely take the time to write reviews. However, I must say my experience with Montclair was too good not to share. My best friend got married March 20th just as everything was shutting down because of COVID. To say the least it was a very emotional time for everyone. Brandi and the entire staff at Montclair truly went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable and welcome. The day turned out beautiful and we all had a blast. Chatting with Brandi was like catching up with a girlfriend you hadn’t seen in a while. By the end of the night, I truly was sad she wasn’t coming with us. If you are on the hunt for a great wedding venue, please be sure to keep the Montclair in mind. Not only is the venue brand new and absolutely breathtaking every single person you meet will go out of their way to accommodate you and your guest.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Brandi was to work with. As a florist I have been to many venues but this was my first time working with Montclair and it was so enjoyable. When I called with any questions Brandi responded promptly and made the day run very smooth. All of the vendors worked so well together. Everyone had such a pleasant attitude and truly loved doing their job. This truly reflected on the bride and groom who could not stop talking about how wonderful everything was.

Fantastic venue! Brandi is amazing and I highly recommend her for wedding planning. Every guest was blow away from this venue.

Everything I am about to write here is strictly my opinion. I have not physically visited inside this venue but I have spoken to a representative from this location and I feel it is my duty to give a fair and unbiased opinion on what I discovered. I am a West African woman and a Nigerian to be specific. IN MY OPINION it would be hard for a woman like myself to have a proper cultural wedding at this venue due to catering restrictions set forth BY THIS VENUE. This venue requires that all guest must use only one specific catering company. I politely let the representative know that wedding from my culture are extremely particular about food served at weddings. IN MY OPINION AGAIN most Africans can understand that our food is very difficult to make and can be even more difficult when cooking in large quantities. *300 people* The representative suggested that the catering service they require could make the food and gave me the number to contact that company. Upon this venues request I contacted the catering company and was dismayed to find out that someone that is not from Africa at all and is not open to assistance from a knowledgeable cook would be making the food. I was then told to send over recipes for foods from Nigeria that I specifically wanted. This request from the catering company did horrify me however I do not put any blame on the catering company. I put blame on Montclair Event Venue because they are requiring the use of the catering company in the first place. They are also aware of the fact that the catering service that they require has someone not familiar with different cultures making food from different culture. This is disturbing to me. Montclair should consider how to PROPERLY accommodate guest from every backgrounds. I am a woman of color and a woman of African descent. A big day like my wedding day should represent who I am accurately and in totality. It is again my opinion that a venue that has such hard fast restrictions on something that is essential to ones culture could knowingly or unknowingly be completely rejecting whole groups of people and I personally take offense to this. Again word written here is my opinion and I would hope that Montclair considers the fact that there is a large African community in the DFW area and weddings are a huge part of our culture. Instead of getting my reviews taken down they should review their venue policies to make sure there is room for inclusion. Thank you. p.s. We were the second wedding here on 11/2/2019. The Owners— Mark, Drew & Samah, and Venue Director, Brandi are the RIGHT type of people you want to be working with for your big day! I’m a small business owner in Southlake and I know what it takes to build a brick & mortar, get it open and build relationships with your clients. From day one, it was that! I knew there was “risk” being a first or in our case, second wedding at a brand new venue...but really, what is that risk anyways? You get to set the stage for being the “standard” of a stunning venue — and get excited for those that will be married there one day! From my tour with a hard hat to my big day, it was flawless. It was amazing to see the space come together. It’s the only venue I saw that has a chapel with CATHEDRAL ceilings! It made for a cozy and very intimate ceremony for us— it was perfect. The bridal suite is spacious and for my 11 bridesmaids, the Moms, two stylists and four makeup artists— it was perfect! The lobby, bar area, etc all make the space flow so well. Guests aren’t “jammed” in anywhere, there’s ample bathrooms, etc. We had 165 guests and it was perfect. I LOVE that they have 12-person round tables!! All other venues have 10-person ones. The ballroom has neutral colors so your lighting will be amazing. The HUGE European patio was a selling point for me too. The doors opened up for more space & fresh Fall air! This is the prettiest, most detail-oriented venue in DFW that’s not gaudy and over the top. The cement floors in the chapel give it a bit of modern/industrial vibe. We filled the windows with votives in the chapel and ballroom and as the sun went down it was lovely. Best of all, it’s the people you work with to make your day amazing. It’s your WEDDING DAY, not an event that should be stressful. Book here, enjoy being taken care of by the owners and Brandi and you’ll have the best day. All of our guests have raved about the venue and how clean, bright and beautiful it was. I could keep going!! My wedding was October 5th, 2019. We were the first wedding at Montclair Wedding venue in colleyville. My family and I have been trying to deal with this behind closed doors but they have ignored us and blocked me on there business instagram. I was promised a finished venue and reassured that they (Brandi and Mark) would help me through the process since it was stressful dealing with a venue that kept pushing back their finish day. The venue was never finished by the time I got married like they promised. I know this because Brandi specifically told someone ”don’t worry the venue isn’t finished, we aren’t telling the bride.” The walls still had wet paint, toilets and other plumbing wasn’t working. The stairs weren’t finished and they just painted the concrete instead of putting in the stone. They also had our wedding with out having proper licensing from the city. These people aren’t trust worthy and are having people pre-review before they have an event at the venue. When it came to my wedding day they weren’t helpful and when I or a vender needed my wedding planner (Brandi) they were no where to be found. They don’t have good customer service and they won’t treat you correctly. My family kept telling me that this was a bad idea and I trusted Brandi and Mark. I wish I would have listened to my family. Save yourself the headache and go with a different venue.

Brandi was absolutely incredible, we ended up selecting another venue but this was our runner up and very reasonably priced for how beautiful the venue is.

Montclair is stunning! I love the design of the whole place with the marble floors, the beautiful built-in bar, the existing chapel, and the INCREDIBLE bridal suite! They really thought of everything. They had makeup mirrors in the suite and even had loved a monitor where you could watch your guests filing into the chapel — little things like that really help day-of! More importantly, Brandi was the nicest, most helpful venue manager. I felt like we were in good hands the entire time of our tour.

First off, I have the say that Montclair is beyond gorgeous and has everything I could have dreamed of! Not only is the facility breathtaking, but the owners are fantastic and Brandi is full of happiness and energy to help you get through the stresses of wedding planning. Now that we’ve officially booked, we’re just counting down the days until our big day at Montclair! Couldn’t have made a better decision.

We were looking for an elegant venue for our daughter’s wedding and found Montclair and Brandi Morgan. Brandi was gracious to take us on a tour while they were still working on the flooring, and she brought the image of Montclair to life with her description on the venue. Brandi is awesome and has helped us tremendously. We are so excited and feel blessed to have our daughter’s wedding at Montclair.

Brandi is absolutely amazing and the venue is gorgeous. I walked right into the venue during construction and I instantly fell in love with the place. They had everything I wanted and things I didn't even know I wanted in my wedding. Planning a wedding was so stressful for me because I did not know what to plan for. Brandi has gone above and beyond to help me. You need go tour the venue, I know you will fall in love with the venue just like I did.

Stop looking and just book this venue!!! Montclair is seriously making all my wedding dreams come true. The DFW area is saturated with venues, but not a single one compares to this one. There is a beautiful chapel (one of the biggest deciding factors for myself), an amazing ballroom, and perfect bridal/groom suite spaces, ALL under ONE ROOF! You don't have to worry about the unpredictable whether that Texas is sure to have. Not only is the venue amazing, the staff members have been just as wonderful. Brandi has made the early wedding planning process a breeze and I have loved working with her. I am so thankful to have found this gem! My sister and I are BOTH getting married here and we can't wait to see our Pinterest boards come to life!

I toured this beautiful venue and Brandi was awesome! She’s very transparent and will answer any questions that you may have. She also took her time and explained every detail of the venue.

When I came across The Montclair on The Knot a few months back, I was so excited! Not only does it have both a chapel and a ballroom (something I really wanted) but it’s also in the PERFECT location. When I saw it in person and met Brandi, I was sold! My sister and I are both engaged and on a budget, so I brought her along and she ended up choosing The Montclair for her wedding too! The attention to detail at this venue is impeccable and so rare compared to other venues we toured (17!), but more than that, Brandi sets this place apart from the rest. She is so responsive, genuinely wants to help, and is truly excited for every bride. She’s the real deal and so is The Montclair! I can’t wait to get married here next year.

LOVE this venue!! The colors make it a light and airy atmosphere and modern! The marble floors and bar are to die for! And the chandeliers are amazing!! Absolutely stunning.

I found Montclair on a whim, scrolling through The Knot randomly, after I thought we'd found our venue. It was still just bones during my first tour with Brandi, but her vision for the space was clear and perfect. Turns out, it's much better than anyone imagined! All things I've been thankful for during this process include: 1. Brandi (of course!!). 2. Excellent professionalism and attention to detail. 3. Accessibility of the venue and manager isn't a hassle at all. 4. I'm a physical therapist, so an elevator for guests with disabilities to get to the second floor is extremely thoughtful. 5. A full-service kitchen means hot food! 6. It's just a stunningly intimate space. I can't wait to meet my groom at the chapel.. or the stair case.. or the balcony! It's all beautiful, but you have to see it for yourself.

Brandi has been such a joy to work with since we toured in June of 2019. She painted such a great picture and we had to book. I recently visited and the Montclair is beyond the picture Brando painted its magical. I can’t wait to have my wedding in March 2020. Brandi always replied back to my many questions and is just a joy to work with.

I looked at this place back in June when it was just roof and framing and I knew that I had to book this place for my wedding. It is absolutely stunning, and elegant with chandeliers, marble floors, and 30 foot ceilings. If you are looking for a romantic, modern french theme this is it!

This space is absolutely stunning! I’ve been to a few wedding venues in the DFW, and this one is top notch. Once I saw this place I booked my wedding date on the spot. Highly recommended.
