From my first phone call with Michelle after stumbling across Ever Weddings online, our energy just clicked and she was totally onboard with our not-so-traditional wedding day vision. Although I'm a huge planner, Michelle’s expertise and authentic nature made her the perfect companion through the whole process which led to me having the wedding day of my DREAMS. I am not exaggerating when I say my whole wedding day was absolutely perfect, and the help, love and support of Michelle was one of the biggest reasons why it was. I literally did not have to worry about a single thing the day-of, and leading up to the day Michelle was always kind, communicative, grounding, and reassuring. From vendor communications to asking me questions I hadn’t thought of to not being afraid to tell me “don’t worry, it’s all going to work out,” Michelle was the friend I didn’t know I needed during the entire process. And on the day of, her presence made me so happy and confident—not only because of how helpful she was but also because she had been a significant part of my life for over a year of wedding planning and I couldn’t imagine my day without her.

We hired Michelle Lewis as our day of coordinator and partial planner and she did a wonderful job! She helped us stay organized an on track for the huge task of planning a wedding. On our wedding day, she was essential to having everything run smoothly. Her calm and professional demeanor were much appreciated by us and all our vendors. I dont even know where to begin. Eliza was such an amazing person and coordinator and she made sure my whole wedding process was so smooth!! The amount of stress she took off me was unreal. All of the little problems that happened Eliza was there to fix it. I really would have been so lost without her on my wedding day!!! Ever weddings was a delight to work with and would highly recommend entrusting them with your wedding coordination needs. Eliza did a phenomenal job throughout the whole process. It was so helpful to have her as a sounding board to ensure no details were forgotten, and she has a wealth of great ideas/suggestions too! Eliza is very skilled at taking charge while very being professional and providing a fun, calm presence. On our wedding day, despite a few issues popping up, Eliza handled the situations smoothly negating any stress being added to my husband and I.

Eliza was an amazing coordinator and on top of her game every step of the way. She was very responsive, organized, helped us with small details we would have never thought of, and made sure all the vendors were coordinated for a seamless wedding day. She easily tackled our endless list of questions with a calming effect needed during stressful weeks. During the ceremony and reception she tackled any small fire and checked up on us throughout the night. The venue was set up perfect and assisting the clean up/break down after the reception was a huge help to our families who were packing the gifts and decor. Would absolutely recommend Eliza.

Michelle had an amazing calming effect whenever I started to feel any type of stress. She made the wedding planning part so fun and I was able to enjoy every single second. Michelle is also very responsive-it was incredible that I could text her about anything and she would respond immediately! Michelle also would think about every single little detail that I wouldn’t have even thought about (such as what type of knife to use to cut the cake, sunset photos, etc) and she had everything timed to the minute. There is NOTHING I would change about my wedding and it is because of all of Michelle’s help and wisdom! I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle!

Words cannot express everything that Michelle did to make sure all ran smoothly. Being the mother of the bride, this was the best gift that could ever be given. My daughter and I were able to have fun with planning the wedding and have a great time AT the wedding. Michelle did all the heavy lifting. She was the coordinator of all vendors. She thought of every detail, many things we would have not thought of. She made a timeline for every minute and made sure it was met. I never missed an important event at the reception (cake cutting, etc.) as Michelle would discreetly notify the parents beforehand. Michelle started work from the minute we signed our contract and was always available, even though we had a "day of" package. We honestly had stress free wedding planning which was due to Michelle, probably prevented a few mother/daughter drama moments ;). Eliza was great at helping with keeping things organized on the wedding day. Without a doubt, this was absolutely the best money we spent. (very reasonable) I credit these ladies for giving my daughter the PERFECT wedding!

Where do I even begin. Hiring Michelle as my wedding coordinator was the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process. As soon as I hired Michelle, she was there to answer any of my questions or guide my decision making. We had multiple chats leading up to the wedding where Michelle got me thinking about things I hadn't even thought of (and thankfully so!). Come wedding weekend everything was so seamless. I was able to enjoy my wedding day with no worries while Michelle handled all the behind the scenes details. Somehow, anytime I needed her during the wedding, she was already there anticipating my needs. There are truly no words for the work Michelle did for me, my husband, and my family. Because of Michelle, I got to experience the wedding of my dreams.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Michelle. This review won't do her work justice. From the moment we talked, Michelle was incredible- organized, efficient, so on top of things that I hadn't even thought of. It truly is hard to put into words how much of a positive impact she had on our wedding. She was my go to for everything and I could not be more thankful for her. Seriously- HIRE HER. Ever Weddings helped me create a day that was even better than I envisioned! Ever Weddings is the perfect fit for the bride who wants to be very hands on in their planning but need guidance and all the tools to help them plan the day they envision! Michelle has so many incredible tools for you to use to help plan out the perfect day and keep you on task. She is also so good about checking in to make sure things are getting done and she always put my scattered mind at ease during the process. Then wow in terms of day off, she is EVERYTHING you need. She was putting out little “fires” all day so that I could focus on what mattered. I felt like I got to be completely present and enjoy my day while she took care of the details! We loved working with Michelle, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator to help their wedding day run smoothly! We planned most of our wedding ourselves, but wanted some help on the day-of so that we could focus on enjoying the special day and time with family. We starting working with Michelle just a month or two prior to our wedding, and she was so great! She is responsive and offered helpful suggestions, while also listening well and facilitating what my (now) husband and I were looking for on our wedding day. Michelle went above and beyond in making my daughter's wedding a joyous occasion for our family and friends. Michelle coordinated my wedding a few months ago (January 2022), and I'm so thankful we hired her! As the bride, I knew I could trust Michelle to handle anything that needed to be taken care of on the wedding day, and her help lifted the stress from my shoulders. We had great communication with her the whole time we worked with her, and I had confidence in her abilities to keep track of all the timelines and information. She even made sure my husband and I had food to eat between the ceremony and reception so that we weren't starving during pictures. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Michelle was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She was always quick to respond, had wonderful recommendations, and was always sure to keep me in mind when decisions were being made. I live in Columbia and never once felt like I was planning an out of town wedding. She was always calm and organized and on top of everything. I was so grateful to have her so I could just relax and enjoy the day. She was even on board to help during a bathroom crisis! She made such a great impression my sister will be using her for her wedding as well.

Michelle is everything you could want in a coordinator and in some ways she was like a therapist too! The week of our wedding was nightmare but she helped out so much and talked me through so much. The day of she was attentive and had everyone doing exactly what they are supposed to. Some of our family members are a little rambunctious and she kept them in line. My day was perfect and relaxing….so much of that is thanks to Michelle. She is simply the best!!

We had a small wedding (~35 guests), and I was really on the fence about justifying the need for a wedding coordinator. I ran across reviews for EverWeddings online and decided Michelle seemed like a great fit. This is one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process! Michelle was easy to work with from the start - she communicates so quickly, it makes it effortless to work with her really. She's organized and guides you through your wedding planning process - letting you make the important decisions but helping you feel confident that everything will go well the day of the wedding. Our rehearsal night was kind of crazy - 45 degrees, rainy weather, outside venue (no bride wants to experience that!), but even then, Michelle kept everything as calm as possible, we got the job done, and she made me feel like no matter how the weather turned out for the actual wedding, everything would be ok (and it was!) On the day of the wedding, Michelle was quietly in the background the whole time. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. I found out later there were a couple of hiccups during our cocktail hour and Michelle was right there to take care of everything and made sure not to let it impact our experience at all. She kept our reception on track, but was never pushy - again, just gentle guidance the whole way. Not only is she a fantastic coordinator, she's an all around sweet person - genuine, down to earth, and is truly passionate about what she does. If you're on the fence about whether or not to have a coordinator, my opinion is that it's an investment worth every penny. Even if you think you have it all worked out on your own, you can't put a price on peace of mind.

I cannot even put into words what a dream it was to have Michelle as our day-of (but really week-of) right hand woman. She took on all of the details (and there were a lot!!) in the week before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was here, there, and everywhere making sure every single thing was taken care of, vendors were happy, guests were happy and that made US happy. We did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day, and therefore we got to spend the entire night on the dance floor. We spent the following two weeks just relishing in the memories of our wedding. While planning my wedding in the middle of a pandemic, Michelle was always a call or text away if I needed vendor recommendations or just had random questions. Throughout the whole process she always made sure I was doing what I wanted which was exactly what I needed to stay focused on the wedding day. Michelle from Ever Weddings is an absolute gem. I reached out to her initially because of her amazing prices, but found she was actually the perfect fit for my husband and I; more so than the more expensive day-of coordinators I had interviewed. Michelle is professional and has a calm/collected way of dealing with anything thrown her way. My caterer dropped out just weeks before my wedding and Michelle did EVERY for me and found us other options with quotes and menus. She absolutely blew us away and I don't know what we would have done without her! Other than her professionalism she is also the sweetest person and a fun person to have with you throughout your wedding day! Michelle at Ever Weddings is WONDERFUL. If I were to do my wedding day over again, Michelle would be the FIRST person I called. She is absolutely worth EVERY PENNY, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to take some stress off of wedding planning and coordination duties. She was able to plan a last minute switch to an indoor facility when it rained on our wedding day, and I'm completely sure our day would have been ruined (if not completely stressed) without her help. We received so many compliments on how friendly she was from our guests, and she kept the ball rolling without issue throughout the whole day. Michelle was honestly so great. My wedding was very casual but I still wanted someone to take care of the little things on the day. She did just that and came through for me even though she was 8 months pregnant!
