The dress is not the dress we ordered. The sleeves are wider when they should be thin. There's mesh in the chest when it shouldnt be. It's not form fitting nor does it flare like it's suppose to even though we measured according the their specifications. There is not neck piece. You clearly see there is mesh on the front of the dress. The pattern is not the same nor does is shimmer the material they used is inaccurate.

Take the advice of all you see here and do not buy from them !!! Sent me the entirely wrong dress, wrong color, wrong size! Return policy very clearly states full refund (you pay shipping and I was okay with this) if it was their fault for the issue. Emailed them the day I got it and was told I could pay to ship it back, a restocking fee OH and I would only get 10% back! Filed a dispute with PayPal and if they try to say they aren’t in the wrong I will move heaven and earth to get my money back !

Terrible experience. Bridesmaid dresses took months to arrive. By that point I had given up and found other dresses. Tried to get a return and refund, but terrible customer service, and they would add so many service fees, it made it not worth the stress of the refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

You get what you pay for. The dresses are a cheap knock off of the stock picture. The dress I tried was starchy satin, itchy tulle, and costume sequins instead of beading. I bought a standard size and standard color because based on their return policy I thought I would be able to return minus shipping. They will argue with you for days (you only have 15 days from day of receipt to submit a return), and in the end said they would have to charge me a fabric fee, storage fee, and warehouse fee in addition to the shipping fee. So at best I was going to get 45% of the original price with the risk that they might not even accept the return when it gets there. Not worth the risk, not worth your money, don't buy from this website.

First of all, I ordered it at the beginning of February. It took months! I contacted at the middle of March and was never answered. It finally came recently here in the second week of April. AND IT'S UNWEARABLE! It's sleeves dig into me and force my shoulders to curve forward. In the back it will only zip up halfway, even with help, and in the front it is loose and hangs away from my chest! Anyone taller than me can see me exposed chest, all the way to my naval! It is supposed to be a modest bridesmaid dress! On top of all this, while the website, and even a tag on the dress, brag that they do easy returns- THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN. After sending emails back and forth for five days, they now told me that I would have to cover shipping to China and I would have to pay for the warehouse storage, PLUS they would deduct more for their inconvenience, so if I even got any money for the return, it would be minimal. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They do not honor the promises on their website or even the tag attached on the product that says as long as it is still attached they will help with returns or exchanges. The dress they sent me is DEFECTIVE yet they will not return it.

I ordered a pantsuit according to the sizing chart and when I received I was very disappointed when I tried it on the pants were double the size! After several emails trying to get a return authorization I was told that I had to prove that they made it wrong and then I still might not receive even a partial refund. So now I will need to pay a lot of money (more than the original price) to have a seamstress remake the pantsuit or try to sell it for penny’s on the dollar. I would not recommend this company.

Cannot speak to the dress and delivery but the customer service has been very good. They had a stocking issue and immediately reached out, presented options, and worked out a fair solution. Some places, especially online only, will try to ship incorrect items hoping people won't return (highly suggest going through your credit card protection for that). Very refreshing that didn't happen here and appreciate the honesty and quick reaction.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered my wedding dress from them in June 2021. It arrived in October 2021. No tracking order, and it showed up in a FedEx small bag, rolled up and wrinkled with beading falling off. I ordered a size too big, and what I received was 4 sizes too small and too short. In order to return the dress, they deduct tailoring and shipping, which is well over $100 since I would have to ship it to China. The dress was poorly made with cheap materials. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!! The dress looked nothing like what is shown on their website. The fit was completely off and they refuse to let me return it and refund me. They initially said that it would cost me $60 to return it (which is more than half of what I paid for the "dress") and then became completely unresponsive so I still haven't been able to return it. Don't buy from them, they will screw you over big time!!! I would give them negative stars if a could. What a scam!!!! Absolutely awful!

I purchased some dress of this website and i love them! They are so pretty! The fabric is so soft it was a bit late but worth the wait! I would definitely buy dress from here again. :)

They have a big selection of dresses and lots of colors to choose from. I asked a bunch of questions before I ordered and was told I can request color swatches and try on a few dress styles before buying, which I did to check my size. Got my dress on time and it was perfect! Thank you BMBridal!

Bridesmaid dress arrived directly from China with faulty zipper. Very very difficult return, had to pay return shipping for damaged dress. Would NOT recommend this company. Difficult to work with during stressful time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They refuse returns or refunds if the dress does not fit. I’ve been battling with them for months back and forth about how the dress I ordered does not fit when I thought it would based on my measurements. Terrible customer service. Their phone numbers are out of service so you can only email for a response. I’m now a lot of $ down the drain and a dress that doesn’t fit to show for it. Also the dresses are very poor quality,

This company has literally the WORST dresses ever. DO NOT ORDER. I ordered for my sister and they came in horrible. Not good quality at all. Worst of all is when we tried to return it BMBridal refused. They would not give us our money back. Worst quality dresses and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would NOT recommend

I was skeptical to order at first but the dress I received for my sister's wedding was very beautiful. It was an ivory chiffon dress, and it was lined well, construction was great and the fabric is very soft. I would order again for another event!
