Kauai Elopements

We highly recommend this company if you want to elope in Kauai. My husband and I have attended and been part of many weddings, so we knew what we wanted. We wanted to elope but make it special. Kauai Elopements was able to do that for us. It was very easy to communicate with the team about what we wanted for our special day. When it came to the day of, it was so seamless and felt unreal. The entire team that day gave us the day we wanted, to just get married with no additional stressors. Thank you again to our team for giving us a day we will never forget. They really showed us you don't need to have a big wedding to make it special.

Kauai Elopements was the best way to plan a wedding from afar. Jessica, Hailey, and Andrea were all super communicative, open to questions or ideas at any time, and they executed those ideas perfectly. The ceremony was performed with such openness and sincerity, and their other vendors did excellent work. It was literally the perfect wedding, and everything was better than expected.

We signed with Kauai Elopements for our elopement in January 2020 with a wedding date of October 2020. When the pandemic and all the lockdowns that came along with it started, we reached out to Jessica to postpone and she was incredibly understanding and more than willing to work with us to reschedule our ceremony for 2021. When things weren't looking great in 2021, Jessica was again understanding and worked with us to reschedule our ceremony for October 2022. We were (Finally!!) married on October 4th 2022 and everything went off without a hitch! The flowers? Gorgeous! The location? Amazing! The officiant? Incredible! The photographer? Brilliant! The day was perfect and it was all because of Kauai Elopements and the commitment of all the women who make these things happen daily. Kauai was definitely worth the wait!

There are no words to describe how perfect our experience with Kauai Elopements was. My fiancé and I had pretty much zero time to plan or do anything for our elopement, and Jessica, Hailey and Anysley did everything we needed and more! We were blown away! The only thing we needed to do was buy our dresses and show up. I’m beyond pleased and they hold such a special place in my and my now wife’s heart. Jessica and Hailey were amazing every step of the way and put together a beautiful day with very short notice. There are a lot of customization options to match however simple or elaborate you'd like your day to be. Being a very busy and somewhat disorganized person, they made everything extremely simple and were so kind. Our day was beautiful and perfectly matched our vision.

Where to begin? My husband and I both come from large families and wanted to avoid the stress and anxiety of a big wedding, so we decided to elope. It was easily the best decision we've ever made. Jessica and Hailey handled everything, to the point where we almost had nothing to do! It allowed us to focus on each other and just look forward to our day, which was such a gift. They provided location choices, hair/makeup coordination, videography, music, floral arrangements/drop-off, and probably more behind the scenes. They didn't miss a single detail, everything was taken care of, and we were able to customize our wedding day to exactly what we wanted. Hailey and Jessica were both so amazing at planning our wedding! They get back to you so quickly and really listen to what you want. Crystal did my wedding hair and makeup so stunning. We experienced the elopement of our dreams thanks solely to Kauai Elopements!!! Every detail was taken care of in a genuine way that made our ceremony unique and special to us. All of the vendors we were set up with through Kauai Elopements were not only accommodating, but also extremely authentic and friendly. From our photographer & florist to the makeup & hair stylists, every single person who worked behind the scenes for our perfect day did so tirelessly. Hailey and Jessica did a great job of coordinating with us, even amidst a last-minute schedule change. They also set us up with concierge services, which allowed us to schedule a luau, sunset cruise, and even hire a private chef for our intimate reception. If I could give Kauai Elopements 10 stars, I would; I cannot recommend this organization enough!

Kauai Elopements provided us with our dream wedding day! They made everything easy and stress-free. On our wedding day, we were greeted by one of the owners Hailey, our photographer Annie, and our officiants Primrose and Randy, If you want to meet a human angel that would be Primrose. Our main goal was to have the land of beautiful Hawaii brought into our wedding and she did just that. We would elope with Kauai elopements over and over again and have no regrets about doing it with just the 2 of us, it's what it's all about anyway ;).

Hailey and Jessica practically became family during our elopement planning. We were delayed 2 years because of covid and when the day finally came, they were equally as excited as we were. Everything was so smooth and easy, from beginning to end. Kauai Elopements’ entire process, constant communication, quick responsiveness and easy customizations made us feel so relaxed throughout and made our wedding day turn out exactly as we had imagined it. Kauai Elopments was amazing! I could not be happier with the communication, the timing, the options of vendors they work with and the on-site coordinator. We had a group of 15 including myself and my husband. Everything was super easy the process of choosing the efficient, the flowers, the photographer, write down to getting the marriage license appointment, and putting the schedule together from everything we needed to do when we landed to the evening of our wedding. If you only want to make choices and not lift a finger this is the service for you. The wedding Kauai Elopments helped us put on was the wedding of my dreams: from the flowers to the beach wedding to the officiant and the Hawaiian ceremony. We selected Rachel Craine for our photographer and she was amazing. I am not good at posing and staging and she was happy to direct every movement to get the best lighting. Everyone that we worked with through email and in person was incredibly helpful, calming, caring and ensured everything that we could possibly need was found or given to us. Everybody work together to ensure that we got to the beach on time at the ceremony on time it had the best lighting for photos. They also ensure that we got to our restaurant on time after the wedding as well. The hair and make up artist the photographer and are on site coordinator knew each other were communicating the whole time and it was so nice not to have to do that on our honeymoon/vacation/wedding day. I highly recommend this service but make sure that when they give you beach options and vendor options to do research on your own so you make sure that you are the happiest you could be. I did the research and I am thrilled with the results. You could also ask for their opinion on who to choose as they fully understand the vision of anyone’s wedding and you will not be disappointed with any of their recommendations.

Kauai was paradise and Kauai Elopements was an incredible company to work with. I would choose this route again and again. The process was simple and enjoyable. I thought it was going to be challenging planning my big day without being able to see everything in person before, but Jessica made it so easy and convenient! The Kauai Elopements team helped us to have a very easy going elopement day. Each individual that was part of our elopement, from start to finish were absolutely delightful to work with. Hair and make up by Kauai Bridal was arranged to meet at my hotel room for convenience and Susan did an outstanding job giving me the perfect look. Meredith, our day of coordinate helped orchestrate any last minute changes and was a delight to work with. NS buds and blooms created the MOST beautiful flower arrangements. Rachel Crane, our photograph was able to capture the day perfectly. I was a bit nervous to have an officiant whom I had never met however, the second I met Tommy I felt like I had known him my whole life. He had the most beautiful vows prepared that truly captured what marriage and life mean to my husband and I. I cant thank the Jessica and Hailey enough for planning all of this and putting together an incredible team of people that made this day so memorable and beautiful for us.

This experience could not have been better or easier!!! We made initial communication and Jessica was wonderful at accommodating us and our date. Then, we selected vendors from a list of fabulous people!! We went with Fotopop for both photography and film and would HIGHLY recommend!! They made our wedding!!!! We used Julie as the officiant and she was simply elegant. We chose the waterfall and Hanalei Bay and would not change a thing!! Hailey was so accommodating when I changed my flower order as well. The day of, Aynsley was amazing. I really cannot say enough positives. This is the place to get married and the people to do it with! HIGHLY SUGGEST KAUAI ELOPEMENTS! We will never forget this!

We cannot rave enough about Kauai Elopements. Our special day went flawlessly thanks to the professionalism, responsiveness, and organization of Jessica, Hailey, and other staff. We opted for the Ali’i Elopement package and thought it was of great value considering what’s included (e.g., 2 hour photography, 2 hour videography, hair and makeup). Kauai Elopements has a great vendor list and ways to customize your ceremony to fit the needs/style of the coulple (e.g., floral arrangements, music). We were so thrilled with our vendors including Keri Cooper (photo), Joel Guy (video), and Meghan Daul (hair/makeup). Overall, our wedding day could not have gone any better! What an amazing experience we had with the Kauai Elopements team! Jessica was so helpful and answered all of my questions. We had our ceremony at Shipwrecks with Kahu Chuck officiating. He was wonderful. Susan did my hair & makeup and kept me sane. I felt like I was getting ready with a friend. Mami & Joel worked together to get photos and footage of our day and were so patient with us photoshoot newbies. Celeste met us at the beach with my bouquet and was so sweet and helpful. She even snapped some photos of the ceremony on my phone. The day was everything we hoped it would be and we highly recommend Kauai Elopements! Thank you all for everything!

Man, where do I start? Originally, we were planning a big fancy beach wedding and it did not feel right. We went to Hawaii for vacation, and it felt SO right. We found Kauai Elopements with a quick Google search, and it was destined. I can't thank Jessica and Hailey enough. Jessica and Hailey from Kauai Elopements were so amazing to work with! Everything from submitting our interest form to coordinating the day itself was incredibly seamless and stress-free. I even had time to just get lunch on the beach prior to my ceremony! They have incredible vendors and are so helpful with connecting/providing referrals for various services for your wedding. Crystal was my makeup artist and hairstylist and she was so down to earth and I was so happy with the outcome! Keri was our photographer and she had such great energy, which really helped with taking photos since I can be awkward when posing for photos haha. We found Kauai Elopements after a very quick google search “Kauai elopement” - no joke. Without much research, we set up some time to speak with Jessica and knew we didn’t have to look further. The team took care of us from the moment we spoke with them through planning the vision and to the moment we said “I do.” We had 9 guests for our intimate wedding and all of us felt so taken care of and were absolutely in awe. Kauai Elopements was great to work with. My partner and I did the Bali Hai Elopement, and it included everything we wanted (we ended up adding some leis into our flower option). Hailey and Jessica were great to work with - they set up a call to answer any pre-booking questions we had. The vendor selection process was easy and they provided information about each officiant to help match styles. There was a little bit of a mix up coordinating the pre-ceremony marriage license appointment, but that was mostly because the state of HI had changed their policies just before we arrived on the island. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and having Kauai Elopements as our coordinators eliminated a lot of the traditional wedding planning stress. Our other vendors (officiant: Primrose // photographer: Rachel Crane // stylist: Meghan Daul) were also amazing. Primrose did an absolutely incredible job - it was an intimate, personal, and moving ceremony thanks to her. We are so grateful for Kauai Elopements! Review for Rachel Crane Photography: Rachel did an amazing job photographing our small wedding ceremony. My partner and I have never really had photos taken by a professional photographer before, so we were expecting kind of an awkward experience in front of the camera. Rachel did a great job at making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She balanced giving us direction and making sure we got all of the shots we needed. We received the pictures quickly, and they were all gorgeous. We will definitely treasure them forever!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Kauai Elopement team. The team truly makes the process so easy and stress free. They took over all the planning (which is great for someone who did not want to plan a whole weeding). On top of that everyone on the team was a true pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond and assist in anyway possible. Our wedding day was magical all thanks to amazing team of hair/makeup artists, photographers, officiants and coordinators. Only thing I REGRET is not having found Kauai Elopement sooner! From beginning to end, I wouldn’t of had it any other way. I’m used to planning every detail of every event & having Kauai elopement handle everything was awesome! Fast email responses & easy online forms. Incredible coordinators, florist, makeup artist, officiant & photographer. They took the time to learn about who we were as a couple & personalized every detail. They are an excellent women owed company that caters to couples who want personalized planning. This was the best decision we’ve made as a couple as we used the opportunity to fly to Kauai not only for our secret elopement but also our honeymoon. If you’re looking anywhere else other that Kauai elopements, your wasting your time & money.

Kauai Elopements were incredibly helpful! Their coordinators Jessica, Hailey, Celeste, and Sarah practically took all the stress away from the setup portion of the wedding! They streamlined the system so you just need to answer questionnaires along with your imagination if you prefer to customize it and they'll care of the rest. Since we are from the mainland, they were the boots on the ground at Kauai and followed up with local events and laws that may have affected our wedding and accommodated us every step of the way. Our wedding was just perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone getting married in Hawaii.

Once we decided to elope, we realized we lacked the knowledge and the time to coordinate it ourselves. Finding Hailey and Jess changed everything! They handled every aspect of the wedding: flowers, makeup, photographer, license, location, officiant. All we had to do was pick out what to wear (which Jessica still helped me with!) and show up. As a type-A person who has trouble relinquishing control, Jess and Hailey made it surprisingly easy for me to relax and enjoy my day without having to worry about logistics. My fiancé (now husband) and I had been engaged for over a year when I found Kauai Elopements. I myself am a planner type and wanted to make sure I picked the right one, so believe me I did my research and chose them with the utmost confidence. Due to Covid, we decided to postpone our wedding an additional year and Jessica and Hailey were so sweet and understanding about that. They catered their services and packages to exactly what I needed for my wedding. I had several meltdowns due to various issues out of my control (road closure leading into Hanalei where I was getting married, Airbnb cancellation) and Jessica talked me through all of them and assured me they would work out whatever needed to be done come wedding time. I was immediately so relieved knowing someone else would be handling it. Not only that, but I had felt so overwhelmed at the time that I considered changing my venue to the south shore. Jessica again reassured me that I had picked the venue on the North shore because it was my vision for my big day and not to give up on that. I am so happy I didn’t!! It was the absolute best day of my life and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. Celeste and Sarah were my on-site coordinators and they were incredibly sweet and communicated so well with me on the day of the wedding. I felt at ease knowing they were there and everything was perfect and set up when I arrived. Kauai Elopements helped me choose the best officiant (who literally everyone commented on how much they loved) and the best makeup artist (could not have been happier with Mia). They handled every detail of the day of and I am blown away by them. I wasn’t 100% sure I needed a planner when I got engaged, but trust me when I say you most definitely do and it should most definitely be Kauai Elopements.

Jessica and Hailey are absolutely AMAZING; they made our wedding into an absolute fairytale. It was as stress-free as any wedding/elopement could possibly be. The vendors they utilize were incredible and made our special day even more than we could have dreamed it would be.

Jessica and Hailey created and curated for us the most magical day ever. i would not change a single thing. They are available 24/7 via email, Jessica is very responsive. The questionnaires they sent out ahead of time helped us narrow down what we wanted and didn't want. One of the best things about Kauai Elopements is that all the vendors are vetted, it takes out all the work required to search for HMU, photographer, etc. The waterfall location was beautiful and so unique. We were able to secure our first choice officiant and photographer. We reached out to Jessica about three months before our elopement and it worked out perfectly. Thank you Jessica, Hailey, Kahu Chuck, Harneet, Garrett, and the florists for participating in our ceremony. I would highly recommend this team if you're considering getting married on Kauai.

With the exception of our children being born, Kauai Elopements provided my wife and I the most memorable experience either of us have ever had together! They were AMAZING and the vow renewal that they provided us was just as good or better! Jessica and Hailey (business owners), Celeste, Kelvin (the officiant), Jonathan (photographer), were each as good as the next at their respective role and it made the entire experience absolutely beautiful - one that we will remember our entire lives. Because of their help, we were able to quickly plan our elopement as soon as Kauai reopened, and on our desired wedding date! Jessica and Haley helped us plan the most amazing elopement on the north shore beach of Kauai. We had the best team ever - makeup and hair artist (Mia Moriguchi), photographer (Harneet Bajwa), Kahu Ai (officiant), Garett (musician). Mia was so friendly and pleasant. She did miracles with my hair and makeup. We arrived at the beach with everything perfectly planned. We literally just had to "show up". Haley had our beautiful leis, bouquets waiting for us at the beach. Kahu performed a fabulous traditional/Hawaiian wedding ceremony. Garret played my favorite music I had requested. Harneet our photographer was so patient and easy to work with. He sent us a few preview photos that same week and they were jaw dropping gorgeous. We can't wait to see the rest of the photos and video. Thank you Jessica and Haley for planning our day and we highly recommend using them if you want a stress free and beautiful Hawaiian wedding.

For a super easy and convenient micro-wedding/elopement, Kauai elopements is the way to go! We booked them <3 months out from our wedding date and had an amazing time eloping on Kauai's north shore in October 2021. Kauai elopements offered easy communication, access to local vendors, etc. We were happy to know that money being spent on the island was going to local vendors! The only improvement I could recommend is possibly that we did not really get a great itinerary of the day's timelines until pretty close to our date, but honestly if you're a go-with-the flow planner, this won't even be a concern for you. Definitely recommend!

We could not be happier with our experience working with Jessica and Hailey at Kauai Elopements. We had planned our initial wedding date pre-pandemic and like most people, we had to shift our plans when the pandemic happened. Jessica and Hailey were so supportive, professional, and flexible and worked with us as we shifted our dates 3x!! Thankfully 3rd time's a charm. Even then it wasn't without some hiccups and Jessica and Hailey were able to find us the most gorgeous last-minute venues when COVID restrictions caused us to shift plans yet again. Every step of the way, Jessica and Hailey took any and all stress from planning away and we could just focus on enjoying our Big day and the magic of the island. Her team- Rachel, Celeste, Christie, Kahu Chuck and Molly all made our day so perfect-- we are still floating from the whole day and experience. The vendors were exceptional! We did a private first look and vows and then had a traditional Hawaiian ceremony with our families present. (Would strongly recommend Ai Kai for a super spiritual and intimate ceremony). We were amazed at how the team tailored our day to our individual preferences. Harneet’s pictures captured the day perfectly! Hailey and Jessica organized a ceremony that far exceeded what we could have ever dreamed of. Forever grateful that we chose Kauai elopements!

We especially valued their local expertise and prompt communication. They gave us great tips not only for our wedding planning but for travel logistics and exploring the island overall. They were all we needed to ensure our wedding and our entire visit to Kauai was a success. Our wedding ceremony was perfect, peaceful, beautiful, and 100% stress free. The makeup artist they provided, Misti, was a super talented GEM!! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident. she provided her expert guidance while also making sure the look was a fit for me. Best makeup ever!! We also appreciated the quality of our officiant (Julie)‘s services— her words were absolutely beautiful and resonant with our relationship. KE also presents a handful of talented photographer options to chose from. Once we hired the KE team, we knew we could kick back and relax because we knew we were covered.

Choose Kauai Elopements! I can’t express enough just how amazing Hailey & Jessica are. They really go all out in their business and you can tell they really care about making your day special. I was so hesitant on using an elopement planner especially living almost 3,000 miles away and trusting someone to make our day perfect. Let me tell you, these ladies and their experienced vendors did not disappoint! Their handy questionnaires and easy vendor selection process was key. They were so patient with all my dozens of question and even helped with recommendations for a dinner after the elopement. The dinner at Postcards was intimate and just perfect! They also truly helped match us with vendors that fit our style 100%. The stylist they set me up with, Crystal, made my hair and makeup wedding dreams come true. She was sweet and funny and even joined in on the FaceTime laughs when our friends and family called. The vendor that did the flowers and ceremony circle… wow just wow. So breathtaking! Our media duo with Foto Pop Photography & Video were amazing! Nicolette and Jeff made us feel so comfortable and guided us through with ease. They laughed and cried with us and are the perfect team for a genuine experience. We will be using them EVERY time we come back to Kauai for more photos. We can’t wait to see the amazing photos/videos because we know they put their hearts into every shot. Last but not least, our officiant Kelvin Ho was better than we could have imagined. It felt like he was taking the words right from our souls when doing our ceremony. We are so grateful for his kind words and his authentic heart. Honestly, I couldn’t have designed a more perfect day. Five starts just isn’t enough for Kauai Elopements, they need 10! Thank you Hailey and Jessica from the bottom of our hearts for all you did for us. You two are the real essence of a dream team!
