Based out of Bedford, NH, Sonya Lyn- Living Unbroken® provides professional wedding officiant and marital counseling services for engaged clients. Sonya Lyn, the founder of the company, is an ordained minister who is truly devoted to each couple she works with on their journey of love. She will guide you through the ceremony design process, putting you and your partner on course for a healthy relationship. Sonya will focus on the finer details, coordinating a ceremony that reflects your values and beliefs.
Sonya has more than fifteen years of personal development experience. She is a certified professional life coach, energy leadership master practitioner, and a master EFT therapist, Reiki Master, a Yoga teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and more. She has worked hard to expand upon her healing abilities, using her wisdom and life experience to guide her clients through their life paths. Sonya is truly passionate about helping others and will strive to inspire them to venture out of their comfort zones.
Sonya will build a genuine connection with each soon-to-be newlywed, gaining an understanding of their unique partnership. She services a wide spectrum of wedding events including elopement-style weddings, interfaith ceremonies, vow renewals, religious ceremonies, and non-religious ceremonies. Sonya can also accommodate a variety of religious beliefs, including Christian, Buddhist, Baptist, and is known for her energy and spiritual ceremonies. Her online marriage master class runs for eight weeks and will allow couples to gain a deeper understanding of one another’s needs for lasting love. She also offers her couples private yoga sessions.

Sonya was amazing! From our first meeting with her to get to know her and for her to get to know us, all the way through to the ceremony, we knew Sonya was the perfect choice. Sonya was absolutely incredible! From the moment we met her, we had every confidence that she would be able to make our ceremony special and meaningful. She made us feel comfortable, was easy to talk to and a fantastic listener. She created an entirely customized ceremony filled with small details about our relationship and included beautiful readings and ceremonies just for us. Our original officiant had to leave suddenly due to a relocation. We called Sonya and she immediately called us back telling us she was available for our day and time. She set up a zoom call with us the same night to meet with us and get to know us! She was amazing. Sonya is the sweetest, most kind person I’ve ever met. She worked with us right up until the end of our ceremony. She made us feel comfortable and went with all our needs. We highly recommend her!!

Sonya was a pleasure to work with and have as a part of our day. She went above and beyond all expectations and gave us a beautiful ceremony. We were overwhelmed with the amount of compliments from our guests about her service. We asked for a ceremony that speaks about our love for one another rather than a religious ceremony and she did just that. Her personality is amazing. We had a small set back as my dress broke right before walking down the isle she assured the guests that “good things come to those who wait”. She ensured guests abided by our “silent” ceremony. We highly recommend Sonya to anyone looking for and officiant !

To start we are not overly religious could but do have our beliefs. So when we started to look for someone to do our ceremony we weren't sure what we were looking for. We met with a few officiants but none really clicked that puzzle piece. Sonya was the only person that we truly connected with. We felt so comfortable instantly when talking to her and knew she was the perfect person to do the job. She was a delight to work with on the ceremony and it was so nice to get to assist with writing it up. Thank you so much Sonya for giving us our dream ceremony!

Sonya was truly such a joy to work with. From the first time we virtually met over Zoom, we knew we had to have her be apart of our special day. She is very transparent when it comes to writing the perfect ceremony for the couple and what fits their needs. Sonya was so much more than an officiant. She designed a custom nature based ceremony with me, giving me total creative freedom to make sure it was exactly perfect for us. She was so kind and her calming energy put everyone at ease. Her voice and way of speaking during the ceremony was clear, loud enough, and had a great rhythm. Sonya was absolutely amazing for our elopement in October 2021, that we asked her to come back to our (already) scheduled wedding in May of 2022. When originally reaching out to her, she was quick to get back to me and immediately scheduled a phone call to get to know me, my fiance, figure out what kind of ceremony we were looking for, and answered all my questions with ease. I only gave her less than a month's notice of our elopement and she handled it like a professional. We communicated via a Google Doc in which she had already prepared a script of what readings for our ceremony based on our previous phone conversation. We would message back and forth with my suggestions and edits and she would make them accordingly. The day of our elopement, she was early, was well prepared, and got our marriage license quickly sent in and made the whole process super easy.
I could not recommend Sonya enough! Definitely reach out to her for any of your JP needs!

Every step of the way she was so easy to communicate with and really took time to learn more about the relationship my husband and I have to make our special day so personal. She truly cares about the couples she works with. Our ceremony went extremely smoothly and we received so many compliments from our friends and family about her. Sonya’s presence was so calming and her energy really helped calm any nerves we had standing up there in front of our guests. As a professional DJ who has been to over 800 weddings I was so impressed working with Sonya a few weeks ago. She was detailed, well spoken, had a wonderful presence to her and knew how the flow of a ceremony should go. Most of all she cared about her couple. Sonya gave us flexibility to make the ceremony the way we wanted it and was very responsive to our input. She gave us templates to work off of and allowed us to add and remove as we wanted. This all came together on short notice as we only reached out to her a few weeks before the wedding. She arrived early and did a great job during the ceremony. We highly recommend her.

Sonya made all of our COVID elopement Dreams come true! When we emailed her about the idea of getting married on a mountain top she responded in 20 minutes! We had only spoken through zoom and email for about four week before the wedding and she still managed to incorporate so many personal elements into our ceremony! Not only did she agree to do a mountain top ceremony but she even purchased us a changing tent for the top! Our day was more magical than we could have ever dreamt and Sonya was a big part and making that possible!!!!
