From the second I reached out, to the trial, to the rehearsal dinner, and wedding day, they were always communicative, listened to all needs and were flexible, and made me and my girls feel beautiful, inside and out! We also had so much FUN. I couldn't recommend hiring these two who will provide so much relief for your next event and will turn into genuine friends of yours!

Brides... BEWARE of this DYNAMIC DUO. You are going to want to scheme up a plan to figure out how to bring them with you everywhere you go! I truly don't know where to start with these two fabulous women. They are QUEENS of their craft. I found Gabby and Sophie on Instagram while planning my wedding in Miami (I live in New York). What captured my attention was their UNFILTERED photos of absolutely stunning brides of all backgrounds. The deciding factors in booking them (without a trial scheduled!) was the quality of makeup/hair, professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth they exuded via email. Could you imagine what they're like in person if they can be so warm via email?! I booked Gabby and Sophie without a trial. I eventually decided to do a preview 4 months after booking them because I happened to be in the area. They knocked it out of the park and I asked them to replicate the exact trial look for wedding day, no changes needed. Had I not been in the area before wedding day, I would've still trusted their work on the day of. Come wedding day, Gabby and Sophie were able to create a flawless, elevated, unique look on each bridesmaid, my mom, my mother in law, and me. This group was unique in the sense that they all had different skin tones, types, and hair types/preferences - yet Gabby and Sophie still nailed it. Not only was their work aboslute perfection, but they were the best friends/sisters you never knew you needed on wedding day. They brought the energy, the good vibes, and the inside jokes. I wish they could've stayed with us all night and I genuinely teared up when they left! Everyone's makeup and hair lasted ALL night at an outdoor wedding that was in the high 90's with full sun. Gabby and Sophie's work is absolutely unmatched. If you want makeup and hair that will last all night, give you an glammed, elevated, yet still "you" kind of look, these are your girls! Words just don't do these ladies justice. Book them and you'll see what I mean!

This team went above and beyond my expectations to get my bridesmaids and I glammed up for my wedding. I should start by saying that we had the worst thunderstorm that morning, but that didn’t stop Gabby’s girls from getting there on time and ready to make us feel special. The experience was so much fun, like having your friend do your hair and make up and coming out looking like royalty. They made my mom and mother in law feel involved and rejuvenated. When it comes to the actual work, our make up was stunning, exactly what we requested, personalized for each girl, and lasted all night long. My hairdo was incredible, Kiara worked her magic with all of my long, thick hair and gave me the textured bun of my dreams. Based on my party size, gabby made sure I had the appropriate amount of girls to do our make up and be on time, we were not rushed. In summary, I strongly recommend this team because of their professionalism, talent, and affordability. They’re know for this though, so I’d recommend planning in advance -as you should to guarantee getting the best.

Where do I even begin?! Gabby and Sophie are absolutely AMAZING! I cannot describe how incredibly happy I was to have them do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I initially found them on IG and immediately reached out because after seeing their beautiful work, it felt meant to be. From the beginning they were so easy to communicate with and made the process so smooth. They both have a special touch that makes you feel so confident and comfortable that they will execute exactly what you what. They really cared about what I wanted and focused on even the smallest details to make sure I was going to look exactly how I wanted. They are both so passionate about what they do and it is so refreshing to be around people who love what they do because it really does show through their work. They truly are artists. We hired Gabby and her team for our wedding last November and they did NOT disappoint. Gabby and Sophie are a dynamic sister duo! They were so kind, fun, and genuine. I was a bit worried since I have really thin hair so I was not sure what hairstyle to do, but Sophie said to pick my ultimate choice, not thinking about my thin hair, and she'll make it happen. And she did! And Gabby is so talented, I showed her one inspo pic and she went above and beyond my expectations. My mom was skeptical with getting her makeup done by a MUA (some artists do not know how to apply it well on older women) but the day of the wedding, my mom fell in LOVE with her makeup done by Gabby! All the girls came out so beautiful. Gabby, Sophie, and the team really did an amazing job and made the start of the big day such a fun and positive vibe. Everyone kept complimenting how amazing we looked. And it stayed on ALL night! The day after, we all kept raving about how amazing Gabby & the team were. I hired Glammed Up by Gabby for my wedding day hair and makeup back in November 2023. Both Gabby and Sophie are obviously incredibly talented, but it makes it that much better that they are also such professionals and just genuinely nice people. I met with them a few weeks before my wedding for a trial run and when I decided to completely change directions with my hairstyle after the trial they were so supportive and gave the best advice which made me feel at ease about pivoting on my look for wedding day. Wedding day morning it felt like they were just part of the group hanging out and getting ready. They were also SO good with my nieces (5 and 7yo) who were very excited about getting their hair and makeup done. I was absolutely obsessed with how my hair and makeup turned out on my wedding day. I never thought I could feel so beautiful and it really was all thanks to Gabby and her team. Can't thank them enough! If you have hair or makeup needs, these are your girls!!

Gabby and Sophie are the absolute best!! They made my daughter feel radiant on her wedding day and look like she should be in a bridal magazine. I am 53 years old, and was told by many guests that I looked 20 or 30 years younger!! (that is how amazing this team is). This team is professional, efficient, fun, caring, and provides a natural look that is also totally glamorous and absolutely fabulous. The eyelashes they applied did not bother any of us at all! The makeup and hair stayed all day long! They brought 2 assistants to work on a total of 10 of us. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are and HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Gabby and Sophie are an amazing sister duo, and they provide excellent hair and makeup services. I reached out to Gabby a littles less than a year before my wedding, and she was extremely responsive via email. I had a destination wedding in Miami, and Gabby’s responsiveness made me feel confident while I was choosing vendors from afar. I went to Miami a couple of months before my wedding; at that time, I did a hair and makeup trial with Gabby and Sophie. They were enthusiastic during the trial, and I loved how my hair and makeup turned out during the trial. I do not regularly do my hair, and I usually wear very minimal makeup, so I was not very skilled in communicating about hair and makeup. However, Gabby and Sophie ran some ideas by me and subsequently provided me with hair and makeup that fit me well and made me feel comfortable going into my wedding day. Closer to the wedding day, Gabby was again very responsive, and she provided a schedule for me and my bridesmaids. She and her team arrived early to our hotel and did hair and makeup for several hours. All my bridesmaids looked incredible, and I absolutely loved my look as well. Prior to getting my hair and makeup done on my wedding day, I communicated with them about how my hair and makeup wore after the trial; they were very receptive to feedback and adjusted my wedding day makeup based on my feedback. My hair and makeup lasted all day on my wedding day—I got my makeup done at 9am and my hair done at 10am, and both still looked fresh at the end of the wedding, around 10pm. I was so pleased with my hair because my long curly hair usually has a hard time holding waves/ if I straighten it it usually re-curls quickly, but whatever Sophie did lasted all day and night. Also, Gabby did my makeup such that it felt light but still looked glamorous; as I said, I usually wear very minimal makeup, but Gabby made it look amazing while feeling light and moisturizing. Gabby, Sophie, and their team work well together, and they were even ahead of schedule getting us ready. I also appreciated that they did some touch-ups for those that got their hair and makeup done the earliest. I highly recommend Glammed Up by Gabby!!!

I was NOT expecting Gabby to be my makeup artist at my wedding day, but when she did my makeup I could not have been happier. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I am not a makeup person and I put 100% full trust on Gabby and she exceeded my expectations. Amazing work!!

She has a wonderful eye for color, listens to your requests, and moves throughout the getting-ready period of the day with a relaxed, collected stress-free attitude. I was so calm all morning because I knew we were all in such great hands. I had a very large bridal party, alongside family, so decided to hire Gabby and her team to work alongside another HMUA team on my wedding day. She and her team worked with absolute brilliance. All the girls were super talented, patient and kind to everyone they interacted with. Can't recommend highly enough. When Gabby realized that the alternate team that I initially contracted to bridal HMUA and a few of my family members was going to run significantly over-time, Gabby's team jumped right in to help without hesitation or complaint. I would recommend them over and over again without any reservation, you won't be disappointed! Love these girls and can't wait to get to work with them again in the future!

The greatest sister duo to make me feel and look like the ultimate bridal dream. Gabby and Sophie were the perfect make-up and hair artists for our wedding! It was a super small wedding and I contemplated even having professional hair and make up done- I am SO glad I did. They were so fun and laid back, we had a lot of laughs and none of the stress that I have seen at every other wedding I've been in. They even finished up much earlier than expected, building in time for anything that could go wrong. Everyone looked AMAZING. Gabby and her team are amazing!! I booked from out of state for my wedding so we never did a trial and honestly Gabby made me feel so comfortable I wasn’t even worried about that! Gabby and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! The communication beforehand was great. I didn’t have time to do a trial before my wedding which made me nervous, but these ladies exceeded all expectations. When they finished hair and makeup and did the big reveal, I had literal tears of joy. My makeup lasted through even more tears at the ceremony and the hair held up even through dancing on the upper deck of a windy boat (although it did take three rounds of conditioner to get all the hairspray out lol). Gabby and her team are so sweet. It was such a joy to spend my wedding morning with them.

Gabby and Sophie are an excellent team and I feel so lucky I got to work with them! Sophie did a great job creating a variety of styles on a wide range of hair lengths and textures, and Gabby absolutely nailed my bridal makeup. My husband said that he expected me to look good, but not THAT good! Best hair&makeup team in the business! Gabby, her sister Sophie and the entire team are the absolute sweetest. From the first message I sent requesting information on their services they were very responsive and professional which is not the case of most of the other hair/makeup vendors I contacted. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Since I live in NYC I did the craziest thing - to schedule my trial the week of the wedding! They were so supportive and I loved them at my trial - they listened to what I wanted and captured it spot on. Their energy is positive and calming which is so appreciated on wedding day. They are very punctual and were just a true joy to have - all of my bridesmaids and family looked stunning. Their work is amazing, everyone looked so beautiful and yet natural which we all really loved. I had them stay for touch-ups and they not only helped with makeup but with my dress and other miscellaneous things on their own - they take initiative and love to make your day as smooth as possible. You'll love them during your trial but wow on wedding day - they will blow you away with their skills. I even changed the style of my hair on wedding day and Sophie knew exactly what I wanted. When I saw myself for the first time with full hair and makeup done I had to fight hard to not cry because this sister team know how to make you look the most beautiful you've ever been. I recommend them highly for a wedding or any event that you need hair and makeup, they are very talented and I feel blessed to have had them there with me on my wedding day.

Gabby and Sophie were the dream team! I had a 9 am wedding and 3 people so had to start getting ready at 5 am. Gabby texted 10 min before to give me a heads up and arrived on time and quickly set up their stations. I could not have been happier with my results. Gabby listened to everything I asked her and I showed her pictures of what I liked and I could not have been happier with my results! She brought my vision of what I wanted to life and even made it better! I got tons of compliments! Sophie was also super careful with my hair and the end result was amazing! I am so grateful I was able to hire Gabby and Sophie for our big day! These ladies are so sweet and have amazing skill in what they do. I did a trial for both hair and makeup which I highly recommend. I have extremely curly hair and didn’t know exactly what I wanted so I ended up doing 2 hair trials, both which were beautiful. When I saw what the hair and makeup looked like together, I was blown away at how beautiful they made me look. On the big day, I was a little nervous about my hair, especially because it was a rainy day. Sophie did a hybrid between the two hair trials and incorporated my natural curly hair like I had requested, and it was absolutely perfect! Gabby did a natural bridal look and it was exactly what I wanted, I loved it! As I said our day was a rainy one, and we had to make it work by taking pictures in the rain. My hair and makeup lasted the ENTIRE day through it all! I was blown away, these girls know what they are doing and prepare you for anything! My whole bridal party looked absolutely gorgeous. My mom had no idea what she wanted for hair and makeup and let the girls take the reins, and she looked so gorgeous, my dad was blown away and said she looked like a model :) As far as communicating, Gabby was the lead and is extremely reliable and responsive. She actually texted with me for a couple hours when I was stressing about my hair style one evening lol I was indecisive about what I wanted and she talked it out with me, sending me pictures of ideas. These ladies genuinely care about you and want to make sure your vision comes to life. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Gabby and Sophie were amazing to work with! I was referred to them by our venue coordinator and was not disappointed. When it came to logistics, timeline, and scheduling hair and makeup trial appointments, I worked directly with Gabby. She was always very responsive and had clear communication. I personally loved her pink touches (like the font color in her emails and the design of their services package). When I did my hair and makeup trial, I was amazed at what these two sisters did! I was going for a Hollywood 1950's glam look (with red lipstick and all) and they delivered. I knew I'd be in good hands on the day of my wedding. Gabby and Sophie were also very helpful in helping me identify a hairstyle for my bridal party. As for the day of, I would say it was smooth sailing! They were both punctual and began working on my gals right away. Everyone looked spectacular. Anytime I show a photo of my wedding to friends who didn't attend the wedding, they say, "wow! your hair and makeup!" And I say "I know! That was all Gabby and Sophie!" Honestly, I'd recommend these two in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10. They're down to earth, easy to talk to, have reasonable pricing, and they're very Miami, which I love because I no longer live in the 305 and it made my heart very happy! Gabby was very easy to work with since I reached out to her from being out of town. I felt very comfortable meeting her and her sister Sophie for my hair and makeup trial for my engagement shoot. There aren’t enough words to express how amazing Gabby and Sophie are. I reached out to probably 10 hair and make up artists. Half didn’t answer, and the other half gave me short responses weeks later. Gabby was the complete opposite. Her responses were quick and cheerful, unlike the others that made me feel like I was bothering them for even inquiring. I annoyed Gabby through email and Instagram DM’s more than I wanted, but was never treated like a nuisance. I did a bridal trial a few months before the wedding and Gabby and Sophie were quick, talented, and it felt like we were friends for years! No one wants to get ready with boring hair and make up artists that make them feel awkward. The day of the wedding they arrived on time and got straight to work. They did hair and make up for me, my sister, and my daughter. And just make up for my mother in law. All in under 3 hours! Our make up was flawless and lasted from morning til night. Our hair was absolutely beautiful and our curls held up on even the straightest hair that never holds a curl! I can’t thank them enough for making me feel like prettiest version of myself. I would absolutely hire them again for any occasion.

From our first email exchange and conversation, I knew Gabby was 'the one.' I could already see from her portfolio on IG of other brides that she was talented. What set Gabby apart from other MUA's I spoke with was her personality and customer service. She is kind, warm and friendly. Confident, skilled and professional. Good energy, positive vibes. Just the kind of person you want with you on your big day to get you in the right mindset. I loved my make up and hair for my trial and engagement photos and loved it even more for my wedding day. It looked clean, natural and like myself just glammed up (by Gabby). I got so many compliments about my make up and my hair. Sophie, who did my hair, is as lovely as Gabby. Both will listen and if you give them some space and creative license, will bring your vision to life, I promise. They also did my sister's hair and make up for my wedding day and she was so happy. The two of us had Gabby and Sophie over at my house to get ready and had a chill, low-key, happy getting ready party. I would highly recommend Gabby and her team to any bride! I do not get my makeup done often and was so happy with the natural glam look that Gabby helped me achieve. Having Gabby and her girls with us on the morning of the wedding was so easy because they blended right in with the rest of us, chatting and singing to Taylor Swift while they worked :) Myself, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride all felt so beautiful after having our hair and makeup done, and it stayed all day, even with the rainy South Florida weather and dancing all night! From the time leading up to my trial, through to my bridal shower, and, finally, wedding day, Gabby and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I'm not one to wear make-up often and was scared I wouldn't look like myself, but Gabby always emphasized my natural beauty, right down to making sure my freckles were still visible. You can really tell that Gabby and those she surrounds herself with truly love their craft. It was that love for her craft that initially drew me to Glammed Up by Gabby over other artists. I cannot wait to work with Glammed Up by Gabby again!

Glammed up by Gabby was one of the best vendor decisions for my wedding! Gabby and her team were super nice, communicative, understanding, and completely professional and on time! My photos looked amazing and they honestly made the process so easy! They showed up on time to the hotel, had a schedule, were super funny and did their absolute best in supporting me and the bridal party. Being the Type-A bride that I am, I created a spreadsheet and compared a bunch of makeup artists from south FL. I researched for MONTHS and started following each artist on Instagram and reading their reviews, to see who would be the best fit for me and my expectations. After finding Gabby, it was clear to me that her talent was what I was looking for. I decided to do a bridal trial before booking her for my wedding, just because I am very particular with my makeup/hair. The trial was an amazing experience and I totally recommend it. We got to play with different styles and see how it would look the day of the wedding. I decided to book her for my wedding date after the amazing job she did during trial! Her and Sophie were outstanding the day of my wedding. Not only did they made me feel like a queen, but they also did an amazing job with my bridal party makeup, including my mom, aunt, and my sweet abuelita (6 people in total)! Hiring Gabby for my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made to bring my wedding vision to life. Gabby and Sophie were punctual, talented, and made my bridesmaids and I feel amazing! They are funny, talented, and super professional. Our makeup lasted all night, even with all the dancing and humidity in Miami. Honestly, I just wish I'd have found her sooner, but all those hours I spent researching paid off! PS. I will definitely hire her and Sophie again for any future events.

I hired Gabby for our civil ceremony, and she did such an amazing job. Even though I was doing something small, she made me feel so special and beautiful on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Gabby for any event (no matter how tiny or large) as she is extremely talented.

Once I told her my ideas for my wedding make up, she gave me exactly what I was looking for. My make up lasted all day and the experience with her was absolutely amazing.
