Marian is simply the best in the business. Look no further!! We hired her after attempting the planning process on our own and then getting a referral through another vendor. This was the best decision we made. After our first call with Marian, our stress levels dropped. Marian has a true talent and passion for events and for the couples she works with. She listened to our vision for the wedding (which wasn't yet fully baked) and brought it to life, adding her own expertise, design eye and ideas. She learned our tastes and incorporated them into the design of the event while also providing us with different options we may not have thought of on our own. Marian is an all around amazing person, not to mention super calm and even-keeled, which you need day-of as unexpected things come up and the craziness of the day takes hold. She handles everything with the utmost professionalism and level-headed demeanor. Her assistant Sabrina was also terrific day-of, supporting us as we got ready and got to the venue and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I truly don’t know how we would have planned our wedding without Marian! We worked with Marian for our August 2022 wedding, and cannot express how appreciative we were for all of her time, attention, and support throughout one of the craziest wedding years. I was initially drawn to Marian’s unique vibe and aesthetic, and from our first phone call through the entire process, it was like chatting and bouncing ideas with a good friend. Marian does an amazing job of coming to the table with great vendor recommendations (all of who knocked it out of the park!) and out-of-the-box ideas, all while remaining passionate about bringing your vision to life and finding solutions to work around the inevitable constraints that arise. She’s extremely organized from the get-go, setting you up with amazing tools to start your planning process, including checklists, budget templates, workback timelines, personalized moodboards, and so on. There was never any doubt leading up to our big day that the weekend would go without a hitch, and that’s exactly what transpired as Marian and her team went above and beyond in creaming our dream wedding and ensuring that we wouldn’t have to think twice about anything other than enjoying our celebration. I cannot recommend Marian enough for everything from her design expertise, on-point execution, overall attention to detail, and most of all her caring (and calming!) demeanor. Marian and her team are EXCEPTIONAL event planners! I've worked with them as a vendor on multiple events and they really make sure that everything is seamless. Working as a music vendor on events I see a lot of behind the scenes action and drama, but I can absolutely say that Marian's team makes our job so much easier and their is just a general sense of calm on the event and it's really clear who is running the show.

Marian helped bring our dream wedding to life. From the moment we signed on to work with her, Marian was responsive, professional, fun and respectful of our vision, wishes and most importantly, budget. And while she helped us plan a stellar wedding over the course of a year, she shined most on our wedding day - she kept us and our wedding parties calm, cool and collected, maintained organization, had back up plans every time a problem arose (including the groom and multiple groomsmen losing their button studs), and was the calming presence we absolutely needed to fully enjoy the day. We have already said that we wish we could be guests at a wedding of hers to experience them from that vantage point. We would absolutely recommend Marian to any couple who wants a fun, personal, non cookie cutter wedding (whatever that means to you).

I cannot recommend Marian to coordinate/plan your wedding (or event) enough! From the moment we met, I knew that she would absolutely do everything within her power to make our event fantastic. As a recent bride herself, you can tell she truly cares about each couples' event that she oversees. It was great to be able to get the perspective from her side as both a planner & bride! For month of coordination, Marian stepped in when the planning became time consuming and overwhelming and took it all off of our hands. We hired Marian as our month of coordinator for our Brooklyn wedding and it was the best decision we made! Marian is everything you want a wedding coordinator to be: meticulously organized, incredibly communicative and kind. It felt that she was genuinely invested in our day and she did everything she could to minimize stress for us both leading up to our wedding and especially day of, including coordinating closely with our vendors, reworking seating charts when we had last minute changes to the guest list, and working with our photographer to make accommodations when he came down with Covid and could no longer shoot our wedding - they had a plan in place before we even knew he was sick! We are so grateful our florist referred us to Marian (shout out to Yellow Bow Florals, another incredible vendor!) and can’t recommend Marian and her team enough!!

Marian was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She was willing to help with anything we asked. The day of the wedding, she was SO calm and collected and I knew everything was in control. The day went so smoothly and I never had to think once about the logistics and details. Marian was our planner for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Cooper River Room for a March wedding. We were incredibly impressed with Marian’s organizational skills and the way she was able to bring our vision to life for both of these events. We were planning in Charleston while living in Texas and were very grateful to have Marian’s expertise locally. Marian helped us narrow down vendors which was so valuable in a large market like Charleston where there is a lot of choice. She did a great job of checking-in and giving us updates leading up to the date. We appreciated that she updated us frequently enough without it feeling overwhelming. She created a beautiful mood board for us and coordinated flowers and a blue grass band that perfectly matched the space and what we were hoping for! We loved that leading up to the date, we knew that Marian had it all! She has great vision, is organized, incredibly hard working and will keep you calm throughout the whole process!

Marian was awesome to work with! She had very good communication and also got on the phone with me ( I was the wedding videographer) and the bride and made sure we were all on the same page before the wedding. She is super easy to get along and was such a big help on the day!

Off the bat, I felt confident in Marian's skills and talent to help me coordinate a flawless wedding. While I never had an exact vision of what my "dream" wedding would be, Marian went with our flow and encouraged us to continue planning what felt right, rather than what is typically done. She exceeded the "coordinator role" she was contracted for in every way. Throughout the planning process, she was always 100% responsive with any questions I had, including videographer and glam reccos, unique ideas, floral color palettes, flow and logistical questions. Our venue had challenges during the pandemic (didn't we all) and Marian was so on top of every detail they had missed. We were in constant communication the entire planning process, starting on the day of schedule months in advance and speaking every few days in the months leading up to the big day. There were so many moments of sheer panic I had regarding COVID-19 safety, reliability of our venue/the food, etc. and Marian was so helpful to reassure me and help me work through any challenges. I should preface that I work in PR and am no stranger to planning events. I inevitably knew some things would go wrong, but honestly, with Marian as our coordinator, the day was SO smooth. Marian led a rehearsal with our family the morning prior and was present for our wedding day from early in the morning through the late night clean up. I never once panicked on the wedding day that something wasn't taken care of. I was so relaxed knowing she had it all taken care of, and was excited to be there for us because she felt like a friend. In addition to the coordinator role, I worked with Marian on the seating chart, signature drink menu and tablescape. All of our guests have repeatedly told me how beautiful the room was decorated, with every detail wowing them. Marian really helped me bring a beautiful summer wedding vision to life with so many flowers, colorful candles and low votives. I would highly recommend Marian for any type of wedding planning role you are considering, and I will absolutely be working with her again for any other event need.

Marian was the wedding coordinator of my dreams! We brought Marian in eight months before our wedding for month-of help but she went above and beyond the task, checking in monthly to see how things were going and being a thought partner in the process. Her communication with vendors was impeccable. She got acquainted with the vendors 4 months before the wedding with an introduction and then created a meticulous day-of schedule 6-3 weeks before the wedding by maintaining vendor communication via email and phone and perfecting the schedule by the week-of. We had rain on the forecast for our outside wedding; Marian made herself available multiple times the week of the wedding to think through and finalize a plan a, b, and c in case of rain. Fortunately, there was no rain(!), but I so appreciate Marian's flexibility and calm throughout. Marian is proactive, creative, warm, and direct when necessary - everything you want a wedding coordinator. She truly gets the job done. My day went off without a hitch because of her! <3

WOW, pretty much sums up our entire experience with Marian. We decided to look for a day of coordinator 3 weeks prior to our weeding and I cannot even express in words how blessed i feel to have found Marian, she was nothing short of Amazing. Not only was she extremely professional & organized, she is really graceful, very easy to work with, & always so responsive. Although we were faced with some difficulties 3 days prior to our wedding, Marian did whatever it took to make it better, she never failed to stay calm, positive, and reassuring. I cannot even express in words how much of an angel Marian is. I cold called her via Instagram a month before my wedding in a bit of a panic - I was looking for a day-of coordinator but she ended up being a full blown month-of planner, therapist and logistical queen.
