Carolyn was the perfect choice for my wedding! We heard from several of our vendors that she was amazing—and I couldn’t agree more! She was so personable, kind, and easy to work with. She was also very responsive to the many emails we sent her as we updated all of our plans. We had her help with our rehearsal too, and I’m so glad we did because she made sure we knew exactly what to expect during our ceremony. She kept our ceremony short and fun, which was exactly what my now-husband and I were looking for. I highly recommend booking with Carolyn!

Carolyn was an absolute delight to have as our officiant! Throughout the whole process, she was prompt, informative, and easy-going...it made our special day SO incredible and SO stress-free! Her warm and genuine demeanor was perfect for what we were looking for.

Carolyn was an amazing officiant! We hired her for the whole shebang (coordination and officiant) and she did wonderful! She is such a nice, sweet lady and I felt comfortable with her from day 1. She was the first person I found when searching for an officiant, but I reached out to many others and they just didn't stand out like Carolyn. It was a bonus that she helped us out with day-of coordination because my wedding was very DIY! We had a rented building and that was it. It was a sigh of relief to find someone who could not only officiate our wedding but also help greet guests, take rental deliveries and help clean up a little. Our phone calls and meetings were great and she helped me out so much by coordinating my rehearsal and making sure everyone was in line and in the right order for the rehearsal and real ceremony. She was flexible and did whatever made me happy. She even wore my wedding colors on the day-of! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! She was worth every single dollar and I recommend her to anyone!

Carolyn was perfect for our wedding! She's sweet, genuine, and very thorough . We booked the Super Liasion package and we were incredibly happy with her every step of the way! She makes sure all the bases are covered and it was great relief to have her run the show behind the scenes. Our wedding day was perfect and Carolyn is the one I thank for that.

Carolyn was helpful throughout the planning process, communicating what steps we needed to complete and when. We also hired Carolyn to lead the rehearsal at our venue. I am so glad we did this because I would have had no idea how to organize 20+ people and make sure they knew their roles for the big day. Thanks to the extra help we got at the rehearsal, the actual ceremony went off without a hitch! Carolyn did a terrific job officiating, making our ceremony both meaningful for myself and my new husband and entertaining for our guests. 5 stars for everything!

Carolyn Burke officiated our wedding on 10/7/17. She was very organized and made sure all the details were ironed out before our big day. Any questions I had she answered. She was also easy to get in touch with, especially the morning of when it was clear Mother Nature was not going to cooperate with our outdoor ceremony. We very much appreciated the attentiveness and thoughtfulness she gave us. Thank you!

Carolyn was SO helpful and our wedding ceremony would not have ran smoothly without her help. If you are having at wedding at the jewel box you NEED a coordinator -- I promise! It took the stress of me and my mom and we got to really enjoy each moment while Carolyn ran around and put up our sign, helped anybody who had a wheelchair, made sure we had enough seats, kept the groom away so he didn't see me, and helped in many other ways. I can't imagine having a wedding at the jewel box without somebody there to help with all of these tasks. She even picked up our decorations at our rehearsal dinner and brought them to the Jewel Box and set them all up before the wedding then torn them down. She also had a nice hour-long phone consultation with me the week or so before the wedding and we went over EVERYTHING. It helped calm me and I knew we were on the same page! Carolyn also sends you e-mail updates with reminders of things you need to get done so you don't forget anything for your big day. I highly recommend her!

We worked with Carolyn for our wedding last year at the Butterfly House. Carolyn did a great job as our day of coordinator and in the lead-up. She provided an invaluable service in how well she ran our rehearsal, making the entire wedding party feel comfortable the day of. Carolyn made sure we knew where we were in the schedule that she helped to craft, but was great in allowing for flexibility. She was terrific to spend our joyous day with as well.

Carolyn was such a wonderful coordinator and officiant! She was very helpful during the planning process, and I loved all the ceremony wording she had for us to choose from. That really sped things up. Carolyn made sure our rehearsal and wedding day went smoothly. I am very happy we hired her, and I would recommend her to anyone! The Jewel Box can be a bit tricky since you can only reserve a small time slot, so having an expert by your side is the way to go.
