FP DJs

Paul was great!!! I couldn’t say anything better about him. We had a blast at my reception. He was social and easy going, and helped me plan when I had zero idea on how to plan for a reception. I highly recommended hiring his staff for your event.

Paul was outstanding to my husband and I! We had a reception with 100 something people and he nailed it. He kept his communication with us all throughout; texting, emailing and even calling when we couldn't meet up. He showed up early to set up and was on time for all of our request. He was very understanding of our wishes. He did an awesome job with making our night special!

Initially, Paul was on top of communication. Because my wedding was 6 months out, I was required to pay in full. (No big deal.) However, the closer we got to the date, the less his communication was on par with what I needed and expected. There were a couple instances that I had no reply back at all. About 2 weeks out, it got to the point that I was so stressed out about the situation, I asked my FH to handle it. He made an appointment with Paul to have a phone meeting at the beginning of the week of our wedding. Paul forgot, so we ended up calling him about 20 minutes after he said he would call us. (Not promising.) At the time, he said he had everything he needed except our ceremony songs, which we sent immediately following the call. Then Paul calls me at 7pm THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING to tell me that he doesn't have our list of information that I had emailed back to him 3 months prior. I re-sent this list and he said he would see us the next day by 2pm. I showed up to my venue at 2:15pm. No Paul or DJ. When my husband talked to him, his excuse was that his equipment got locked in his garage and he had no way to access it. The most upsetting part about the entire thing was that he should have informed us HOURS before the ceremony was supposed to start, but he didn't. We had an hour to pull a "DJ" out of our ass when we had one paid for in full. Luckily, we have great friends and family and had a bad feeling something might happen that we had our Playlist on our phones. The only positive thing about the experience was getting my full refund.

The only reason to provide a one star is to be able to leave a review. Unfortunately this business did not provide any services. We were organizing a wedding and they were paid months in advance. The bride continued to reach out with her inquiries with little to no response. Around 6:30 pm the evening before, the DJ called and asked if they had ever sent over some information. The bride responded no and stated she has not received anything, not even a response for prior small inquiries and that was the end of the communication until the day of the wedding... 15 minutes before the ceremony was to start the Groom gets a call stating they locked their equipment somewhere they cold not access it. However at this point the DJ should have already been there and been set up. Thankfully we made it work as the venue we were at provided us with Bluetooth speakers and a mic to proceed with this couples big day!! Very poor communication, they were not considered a no show because the Groom fired him and requested a refund 10 minutes before the ceremony. I am unable to speak on performance but zero effort was given from this company. Thank goodness this couple had amazing people to help them accomplish their big day because not having a DJ is something that almost cant be fixed on the spot nor should it have to be a concern.
