I encountered one of The Poetry Society of New York's typewriter poets at my friend's wedding this summer and the poem I got blew me away. I have no idea how she wrote something so beautiful and on point in just a few minutes. The poet was a huge hit and everyone at the reception was freaking out about their poems. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

I went to my best friend wedding where they had a typewriter pet from the Poetry Society of New York and WOW - What a truly unique and creative experience this was! Not only did I get a personalized poem in 5 minutes (that made me cry and still gives me shivers) but I got to take home something from the wedding that I now have framed in my own home. Symbolic of love that gifts itself over and over again. Cannot recommend this enough!

Such a great experience! We got a typewriter poet for our wedding, and she was such a great touch. My guests loved her and couldn't stop talking about their poems at the reception. She wrote a poem for my husband and I that made me cry. It was so beautiful, I had it framed hung it in our home. Hire these poets!

The Poetry Society of New York's typewriter project helped make my wedding so special! My wife and I wanted specialized gifts to give out to all of our guests and these typewriter poems were so unique! highly recommend!
