Rosanny exceeded all of my expectations. She went above and beyond through the entire wedding planning process. We hired her for day or coordinating but she did so much beforehand also. I felt very at ease and calm during everything just knowing that she had my back and would take care of anything I didn’t think of or forgot. My biggest requirement was having a bow on every single ceremony chair. I asked Rosanny if that was something she could do the morning of and she said she would rather take care of it the day before. Rosanny spent countless hours at the venue the day before and hand tied a bow on 150 chairs. She not only did that but also went and got garbage bags and put them on every chair to ensure they would not get ruined through out the night. She then showed up bright and early the morning of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. Myself and my girls did not have to worry about anything. She was in touch with the vendors and I got to stay calm cool and collected all day. I highly recommend hiring Rosanny. She will make sure your day goes off without a hitch. I have NOTHING but the BEST to say about Rosanny. She has been an angel, a God send, an absolute light in our lives for the past year as we planned our wedding. We hired her for FULL planning and she was absolutely exceptional! We lived in Chicago for the beginning stages of planning and from the very first meeting, I knew she was absolute magic. She took care of EVERY SINGLE DETAIL from vendor meetings, familial dynamics, hiring our band, our florist, photographer, videographer, photo booth, and most importantly the venue. She was readily available even extremely late at night and put all of my apprehensions and fears at ease. Her excel sheets are something to be admired, the amount of detail, organization, color coding, etc was astounding. She took care of every minute detail from start to finish. Her connections with vendors in the area is AMAZING and we got absolutely the best of the best in every arena and aspect of weddings because of the relationships she has forged! Everyone loves her, and she will MAKE SURE your vision are executed with perfection. She was hands on with everything down to my alterations at Kleinfeld, and even traveled during CITY RUSH HOUR TWICE to make sure she was present! She even picked up the dress for us. She and her team are naturals and you can tell she absolutely LOVES doing what she does. She has such a gift. Do yourself a favor and hire her as your wedding planner. I worked with Rosanny for full wedding plan (about 15-16 mo) and I'm so glad I carved out the funds from our budget to hire her... Her guidance and support throughout was priceless! Rosanny Torres and her team, by far the BEST vendor I had. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had her. She is absolutely incredible and worth every penny (however she is extremely affordable). She was my day of coordinator but I would definitely consider her a month + coordinator. My wedding was located in NY. She came to every vendor appointment, was available all day everyday for anything I needed. She stayed in a hotel near my venue the entire weekend of my wedding. Rosanny also attended & directed the rehearsal as well. Her duties extended beyond the day of, she was supportive and we met multiple multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding. I had two locations and she made the day go seamlessly. She was with me from 6:30am until 1am. We were even texting at 2am! She also had an assistant come as well who stayed with my husband the morning of and then with us the rest of the day. She went out of her way to go above & beyond. My family and friends were saying how professional and wonderful she was. She is the sweetest and a positive ray of sunshine to have on your day! She made my day perfect. I couldn't have manage coordinating my wedding between two locations without Rosanny and her amazing team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Rosanny is AMAZING. My wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it is truly thanks to Rosanny. I had the pleasure of having Rosanny coordinate my wedding day! I had a completely DIY intimate wedding (45 guests) and needed someone to execute my vision for the reception. We had several meetings and tons of emails during the months leading up to the wedding day, and I felt secure every step of the way. When I needed help tackling rentals, her experience solved all my problems. I stored everything I needed for the wedding at home, and she moved everything from my home to the venue, and even set up the night before. My wedding day was worry free because of her! I will forever be grateful for her expertise and for a wonderful collaboration!

She’s quick to reply and is constantly “on it”. She took it upon herself to set up a tour of the venue to get familiar with everything. She is organized and brings a “can do” attitude. Weeks leading up to the big day she handled all communication with our vendors and made our vison come to life with our décor. She constantly answered all my OCD/ Type A questions and suggested picking up our décor items a few days before our wedding to help release any last-minute stress (how thoughtful). When walking into our venue she was there to greet us smiling from ear to ear. As she guided us through the decorated space, I instantly had tears, she just “gets it”. She even helped put on my lipstick between photos and bustled my dress beautifully only using the pins she brought. Rosanny is your real life Fairy Godmother!!! I never thought I needed a wedding planner and then after one phone call with her I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and we immediately booked with her. Due to COVID my husband and I decided to have an intimate ceremony last year, during this time we lost so many vital family members needless to say 2020 was a very tough year. She helped me finalize details before the big day and took vendor conversations off my plate and even helped me locate a last minute vendor that brought my whole vision together.
