When we got engaged, finding the perfect photographer was one of our top priorities, and we truly struck gold with Marien. From our very first conversation, we knew she was the one we wanted to capture our wedding day. Marien didn’t just take photos—she built a meaningful connection with us, even before our engagement session. What sets Marien apart is her genuine passion for her couples, their stories, and their relationships. She goes above and beyond, exceeding every expectation. She listens to your vision while offering thoughtful guidance and suggestions to make it even better. Leading up to our wedding, she stayed in close contact, created a detailed timeline, and was incredibly flexible when we made last-minute changes. On the day of our wedding, we discovered that she had visited our venue several times beforehand to scout the best photo spots—a true testament to her dedication. Her presence is commanding (in the best way!) and calming. Her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional talent shone through every step of the way. We are absolutely in love with every photo she captured and are thrilled to have found not just a wedding photographer but our photographer for life!

Marien was our photographer for our wedding day and she was a huge reason that it was the best day of our lives. From the first interaction we had with Marien, she was incredibly organized and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Marien made sure to check in with us multiple times before the wedding and also took the time to make us a personalized timeline for the day of the wedding to make sure that everything stayed on track. She kept everything moving perfectly on our wedding day with the timeline she made. She was able to capture every image that we had asked for and also made sure to capture every aspect of the day that made it so special. Every picture she took came out perfect and she worked incredibly hard to get us all of our images even earlier than she had promised. We cannot recommend Marien enough!

Wow. I don't even know where to begin on what an incredibly dedicated and talented photographer Marien is. She is kind, fun, friendly, and is so easy to relax with for people who aren't used to always getting their photos taken. She went above and beyond for our wedding- she worked with us for months ahead of time to make sure she had a timeline and knew exactly what was most important to us to capture. She sent several emails with just general advice and was always available to reach out to and quick to respond. She came early and got plenty of detail pictures, went back and forth to get pictures of the bridesmaids and groomsmen, captured the venue, and got amazing pictures of all of the important moments. I was so happy with her guidance on family portraits and individual shots, but even more impressed that she caught the candid moments too in a way that felt so beautiful and authentic. The pictures came out absolutely perfect and truly capture the emotions and memories of the day. If you are looking for a photographer who is talented, dedicated, and a genuinely great person, stop here because I wouldn't have picked anyone else.

We can not say enough about Marien! She was wonderful to work with from our first meeting all the way to get our pictures back. I felt like I was working a best friend. My husband and I eloped locally at a state park and then celebrated at a brewery. The way she captured the day, light, and emotions was exceptional! She also wasn't afraid to get a little dirty on the trails! :)
