We have nothing but wonderful things to share about the staff and experience with Appalachian Wedding Company and the Mountain Views package! They were all phenomenal and helped us so much on our wedding day on July 13th. From changes during the planning process to helping us have fun in 100 degree heat to taking care of details for us, they made our special day truly wonderful. Taylor and Sarah were communicative during the whole planning process and always answered all our questions, no matter how small they were. The venue was so pretty and everything we hoped for with a view of the mountains in the background and a creek nearby. All the other staff that helped the day run smoothly, including the photographer, DJ, and day-of coordinator, were so kind and helpful as well. We feel lucky to have found them to host our wedding!

I just got married at mountain views on June 20th. Everything about the venue and people were amazing. For a young couple who couldn't spend a fortune on a wedding this was perfect. Taylor did amazing and my family could not stop raving about the way he spoke at the ceremony. The views were even better than the pictures and everything was flawless. They made sure everything was stress free for me on the day of and it was tailored for exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend mountain views and Taylor and Sarah enough!

Taylor was awesome! He patiently waited for my daughter to be ready to walk down the aisle. In the thunderstorm that was going on, he was a voice of calm. He added special touches to the vows and made it personal to the couple. I highly recommend this vendor for all wedding needs!

Due to some misunderstanding we were without an officiant last minute! So immediately I called the first place that popped up in my search but they were fully booked so they referred me to Appalachian Wedding and thankfully, Taylor Caldwell an officiant from Appalachian Wedding Company told us he could work us in the next day and marry us and it was on a Saturday afternoon ! How amazing is that? We thought we would have to reschedule everything for another day, so he was a life saver!! Our small intimate wedding turned out amazing and Taylor was very professional, timely, and really cared about making the day special for us! I purchased the Mountain View’s package. Absolutely breathtaking scenery perfect for photos! There was more than enough space for all my guests (around 80). I can’t say enough good things about this venue! Extremely professional and kind! When I say they will do everything within their power to make your wedding special, that’s no exaggeration! I asked if I could allow my cat to be the ring bearer, and they had no issues whatsoever. I asked if I could change the decorations closer to the ceremony than I should have. They didn’t even bat an eye! My cake company forgot the order and didn’t deliver. Taylor personally ran to the nearest available place and purchased our cake for the guests! Sarah saw me too nervous to talk to people before the ceremony and gently and kindly led them away assigning tasks to give me space! I had special gifts to give my groom and his family. Tosca, the photographer, caught the exact moment they opened them for a beautiful photo. We explained both of us are shy and nervous about standing in front of all those people. Taylor was able to deliver a beautifully crafted speech specifically to us and our relationship while still keeping the time down to respect our nervousness. I highly recommend them! If you hire this company, I you won’t regret it!

We reached out to Taylor with Appalachian Wedding Company on the recommendation of another wedding venue which couldn't accommodate our potential guests (up to 20). What an absolutely lovely experience! Taylor was responsive, kind, and worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for our small ceremony. He also took care of our guests while we were taking pictures with the awesome photographer. We had fun and we have the gorgeous photos and memories to prove it. Highly recommend this venue for a beautiful location with a mountain or rustic vibe and kind staff.

Taylor was an amazing officiant for our out of state elopement in Gatlinburg. He was very quick to respond and super flexible with our spontaneous and last minute needs. He was kind, professional and very pleasing to work with. He made us feel very comfortable and and our small and intimate elopement turned out so beautifully. I wish I could relive the day over and over. He also helped to connect us with a photographer, Tosca. She was the sweetest person ever and so comforting to us. They were both a great team and took all of our stress and nervousness away. They didn’t feel like strangers at all. I would 100/10 recommend Appalachian wedding company to help plan and officiate for your big (or small) day! You won’t regret it!

We got the package with Taylor, and the photographer Cameron. We weren’t planning on making our small wedding a big deal, but the two of them made it feel very special. Taylor and Cameron were very communicative and willing to work with our venue request, despite the rain and mud!Taylor was even alright with our request to make it short, and non religious, and did a beautiful job. As someone who is awkward in front of the camera, I was nervous about photos. Cameron did an amazing job giving us direction despite how awkward we are and we love the pictures. Even the poses that were out of our comfort zone!

We had been planning our wedding for months when some unforeseen circumstances arrived on our doorstep. Without goin into detail, we were no longer able to afford the dream wedding we had been planning. Worry and panic set in. Spent a lot of sleepless nights talking to the man upstairs. That worry and panic was fleeting as soon as Taylor entered our lives. He was an angel and helped us recreate alot of the things we could no longer afford on a cheaper budget.
