(1) Details: venue was at the Perot (four-story science museum), timeline of events that included all levels, plated dinner with assigned seating. (2) Vibes: We made sure we picked a planner we got along with. She understood our vision and helped us plan the wedding reception of our dreams. We interviewed other planners, yet we chose Charlotte because she was the only person who genuinely listened to what we wanted and even shared her own ideas while brainstorming. We wanted a wedding reception that did not include a lot of wedding traditions, but instead made up our own. Once we explained this to Charlotte, she helped us with ideas to fill out our reception timeline with events that would be memorable. (3) Vendor connections: The vendors she recommended to us were also top notch and she has prior experience working with them. She gave us vendor options that met our needs, while being within our budget range. We liked that she gave us multiple options for each type of vendor as well as sharing each vendor's pros/cons to help us decide. (4) Communication: Charlotte is accessible via text, email, and phone call, and she accompanied us on vendor meetings and venue visits. She facilitated a lot of our communications with vendors (and communication between the vendors). (5) Execution: As we got closer to our wedding date, our friends were asking us if we were stressed about wedding planning and they were surprised that we said "no" because Charlotte helped us prepare for everything in a timely matter so we weren't stressed out. Charlotte ensured decor, floorplan layout, transition from floor-to-floor, and event timeline was covered. She set up our decorations exactly how we imagined, and the reception was executed flawlessly. (6) Special Note: We are a lesbian couple and we wanted her to vet vendors who would be LGBT-friendly as homophobia was a stressor we wanted to avoid in our already stressful planning process. Charlotte treated us with respect and ensured that our vendors were equally respectful.

She was so helpful leading up to the wedding, and this led to a flawless ceremony and reception the day of. A funny, yet great example of Charlotte's dedication was when the large, heavy mirror that displayed the seating chart fell off the easel and somehow Charlotte managed to catch it inches from the ground to prevent a disaster! She really does go above and beyond, and was very affordable compared to other quotes we received. But most important to us, it was evident that both Charlotte and Paige genuinely cared about us, and were excited to be a part of our special day. That meant so much to us, and words cannot express how grateful we were to have them be a part of our Wedding.

The first time I consulted with Charlotte she won me over with her genuine passion for wedding planning and her kind demeanor. It is so clear she loves what she does and she is VERY good at it! Once we began to engage, Charlotte and Paige were so responsive, and made me feel that they were genuinely invested in the success of our wedding and were supportive and collaborative in regards to our vision. It was most important to my husband and I that we have a wedding focused on making our guests feel special, and centering our activities around connectedness with friends and family. World Fare Events puts on events that highlight the individuality of the customers they support, and always have the most creative, unique, and thoughtful details. This is so evident in any event I've seen them spotlight / post and held true for our special day!  Paige and Charlotte made the process easy for us. Before our official work together began, they were kind enough to answer the many questions I sent their way. One we officially got started - the World Fare Events team has detailed templates, tools, and best practices that were a lifesaver to us as we were feeling overwhelmed with the wedding process. They gave us a sense of relief and support because of their vast experience planning and coordinating weddings. Whatever scenario you can think of, WFE has experienced it and can provide solid guidance and advice! Working with them made planning easy, and felt like we have partners in those final few weeks of stress. The team at World Fare is kind, professional, hard working, and genuine.  Paige and Charlotte did not stop there, though! They were with us from the beginning to the end of our celebratory weekend. They came for rehearsal practice through reception tear-down and kept things running smoothly every step of the way. I'm not kidding when I say we could NOT have pulled off the weekend without them. Our friends and family were gushing over how great of a job they did and how resourceful, helpful, and on top of things they were. It really felt like they were a part of our close knit group by the end of the weekend.  If you still aren't sold, here are the things we LOVED about working with World Fare Events. We could contact them at any point in time about any question and they would thoughtfully respond. They were so easy going and very fun - it felt like having built in extra friends who were helping to alleviate the extra stress and pitch in on anything and everything! They have extensive wedding planning experiences and a sense of style that came in handy when I needed someone to help me bring my vision to life. They took special little videos and spotlights and posted them of the weekend which captured some of my favorite small moments (seeing my bouquet for the first time, or dancing with our nieces). The moment our engagement began they took over all the coordinating of the vendors which alleviated so much of my stress.  Everyone told us that we seemed like a very relaxed couple on our wedding day and I truly think that's because the World Fare Events. We cannot say enough positive things about this vendor! THANK YOU WORLD FARE CREW!!

They were wonderful to work with, professional, asked all the right questions, and were a huge reason why my wedding went so smoothly and perfectly. They were extremely patient and upbeat throughout the whole process. Best of all, they handled all the little details that I was afraid my mom/dad/bridesmaids were going to have to deal with in the extremely short two-hour window we had in between checking into the venue and the start of the ceremony. I literally felt a weight off my shoulders after my first meeting with Charlotte and Kasha. Charlotte was communicative and kept me on track the days before the wedding. My best advice for ANYONE getting married and not wanting to hire a wedding planner—Do yourself the favor of hiring World Fare Events for a day-of coordinator. It is worth the expense and you won’t regret it!
