We ordered 36 inch sparklers for our wedding July 11 from Wedding Sparklers Now and could not be more pleased. Both the product and the service were fantastic. I never really thought much about the difference between “regular “sparklers” and wedding sparklers but boy is there ever a difference! These sparklers burn so brightly and lasted the entire promised burn time. They shipped very quickly and made for a spectacular exit. We were thrilled with the sparklersand can highly recommend Wedding Sparklers Now!.

Our venue didnt allow us to use the 36 inch sparklers, and when I tried exchanging them for a 10inch, the rep I spoke with said that they dont do exchange, so I had to return them and place another order. Good thing it arrives just in time. The replacement process was very quick as well as the delivery, the representatives are very helpful and easy to reach out to. BIG THANKS! I HAD A WONDERFUL WEDDING!!!

They reached back out to me and have another order on the way. This order should arrive tomorrow and I am hoping they will work. Thank you.
I ordered March 9 and here we are nearly a month later and still no sparklers. They blame UPS for losing the first package yet it doesn’t even show it was ever dropped off. Now I get a new tracking number for USPS and they say it’s been dropped off and when you check the tracking it most definitely has not been dropped off. Two sets don’t just get lost. I need my sparklers!!!

I was so excited to have our sparkler wedding photo moment and sadly that was ruined. I used more than half of my order with my guest trying to lite them for ten minutes and none of them would lite. I wrote to the company to try and get a refund and they told me I had to return the unused ones at my own expense and that there was a 10% restocking fee. So half of them that were burned but not lit and went in the trash are not refundable. For a company to not care about the quality of their product of especially something that is going to be used on one of the most important days of their customers lives is beyond sad. I’ve never been more disappointed in a product or customer service. Don’t take the risk of buying such a cheap product!

Please note that it's stated on our website about the product's details; for the quickest way to light our sparklers, it's recommended to use a torch lighter.
Regarding the refund process, as per our return policy, you will have to ship the package in its original packaging back via ground shipping at your own expense. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be billed for the cost of that on your refund. Refunds will be processed upon the return of products, and once the issue has been confirmed, you will receive the refund within 5 to 10 business days. For all returns, customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Ordered Monday, paid for their "Guaranteed 3 Day Shipping" for a Saturday wedding. Didn't get them til Sunday, 6 days later. When I complained they say " we are not responsible for poor planning and we always advise customers to order ahead of time to avoid delivery delays"
They tell me to ship it back and they'll refund short a restocking fee, but shipping is almost the price of the items.
Their guarantees mean nothing, and their condescending attitude earned them this review.
