These girls are absolutely amazing! EVERY moment from the first dress I tried on was perfect. They really know their stuff when it comes to finding the perfect gown for the perfect day! Oxana and team communicated every step of the way and were always there for any questions along the way. Great selection of gowns and accessories!

Recently purchased my daughter’s prom dress for 2024 and had an awesome experience. Everyone welcomed us with open arms, even though there were several other people shopping we still were treated as though we were the only people in the boutique. They helped my daughter find exactly what she was looking for and the prices were very affordable. We bought her dress on a Saturday and had to order it in her size, and on the following Tuesday we had a situation arise that meant my daughter may not be going to the prom. Of course we were very concerned. That Thursday her dress came into the boutique and they called to let me know and I explained the situation. Not only were the more concerned about my daughter, the told us there was no rush picking up the gown. They reassured me they would work with me to find a solution if she ended up not going to the prom this year. I never felt pressured at all to buy a dress when we were looking nor did I feel pressured to rush to pick it up. Thankfully everything worked out and I picked the dress up today and the first thing they asked when I came in was how my girl was doing and how happy they were that she would get to wear the beautiful dress they helped her pick. My daughter lives in Hazard Ky, so we will be recommending all of her friends and they’re families to come to GlowGirl. I reside in the Lexington and have told all of my friends how caring they were. We will be returning for all of my daughters dress and formal wear needs as well as my own. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The boutique is absolutely gorgeous inside, very clean and professional. They communication is top notch. I am always trying to find small business to support as opposed to big chains and overpriced galleries and boutiques. GlowGirl will ALWAYS have my support! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
