Our goal is simple: to help couples enjoy a beautiful, organized, and stress-free wedding day without asking family and friends to manage the details behind the scenes. From final timeline creation and vendor communication to décor setup, ceremony flow, reception logistics, and end-of-night cleanup, our team is there to help bring all the moving pieces together.
Planned Elegance offers several levels of support, including wedding coordination, wedding management, partial planning, décor rentals, fresh and faux florals, and full-service coordination + décor packages. Our most popular option is our Coordination + Décor package, which allows couples to work with one trusted team for wedding-day management, décor rentals, delivery, setup, styling, and cleanup.
Our décor collection includes centerpieces, candles, signage, table numbers, arches, backdrops, floral accents, and other wedding details designed to create a cohesive look for your celebration. We also offer fresh and faux floral options, including bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony florals, and custom floral designs.

rience. Tiffany took the time to go over every detail of our wedding from decor to the seating chart and ceremony run through. The time line prep was also HUGE she communicated with all of our vendors to ensure everything the day of went smoothly. The decorations were absolutely beautiful and Tiffany went through all of the decor and center pieces in detail to make sure it was how we wanted. If you want a stress free day and not having to worry about venue decor set up and communication with vendors, we would definitely recommend Planned Elegance for your wedding. Planned Elegance was money well spent for our wedding. If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator/decorator, do it.

She thought of every detail and made sure nothing was overlooked. We even had the rare gift of some much-needed rest before the ceremony, which felt incredible on such a tightly packed day. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who truly makes everything stress-free and seamless, Planned Elegance is the way to go!

Years ago a friend of mine got married and said “did you know you can rent your wedding decor and someone will set it up and take it down?” I had no idea that was an option! I bookmarked that conversation and knew when I got married I would want to do that! I didn’t want the hassle of having everyone involved that day in our families work a full time job the day of and then have to figure out what to do with all the decor afterwards! So I sought out to find a company and found Tiffany and her team. Tiffany has been in the biz for a long time and was previously a florist. So her designs and packages offer an elevated look and feel. I went with a decor package and her and I talked through what I wanted and how she could make that work. Her company also offers wedding planning packages if you desire or need that too. Do yourself a favor and look at her website and chat with her. You will love the dream coming to life and working with a business that loves what they do. Thank Tiffany and team for making our dream day amazing and I will forever share about you with everyone I know!
