My passion comes from the fact that I had a destination wedding and understand the importance of having an intimate, beautiful and affordable wedding.
And with over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategic planning, design thinking, innovating, public speaking, and providing stellar customer service, running Florida Weddings is a dream come true.

I found Nicole and Florida Weddings LLC after having to switch my destination wedding from the west coast of Florida to the east coast after the damages and the devastation the area faced after two back to back hurricanes. Me and my now husband still wanted to keep our planned wedding date! However, now we only had less than three weeks to plan it. I was in a state of panic. Nicole was the first person to respond to my cry for help. She provided me with comforting reassurance that we could still make this happen! That day I had a Zoom call with her to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She was readily available to any questions and concerns that I had. She thought of all the small details that's my last company I hired did not. She didn't try to sell me on extras and she just genuinely wanted to help! Nicole met with us in person the day before the wedding to run through everything to make sure we had everything what we wanted. We were a little nervous because we had high winds that day. But, our wedding day was amazing! Nicole made sure everything was set up beautifully and our ceremony included everything that we wanted. Our photographer Michelle had our pictures back within the day and the pictures turned out great. I would highly recommend Nicole and Florida Weddings LLC 1000 times over!

Amazing! Was not left hanging for days with communicating!!! Friendly, nice, professional to the max!!!! Listened and understood wants and needs , she also gave her input which was amazing as well! Worked well with us and made things happen!!!!

Nikole was amazing! I was so nervous about traveling from Ohio to Florida and trying to plan the perfect beach wedding. She made is worry free. She really paid attention to our personalities and my vision and made it exactly how I imagined. She was in constant communication and her rates were very affordable. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank You again for making our day PERFECT❤️

Nicole was absolutely fantastic from start to finish in helping us plan our wedding and bring our ideas to life. She was super responsive, well-researched, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. Nicole went out of her way to make our wedding bespoke to us as a couple. While I haven't had the pleasure of using Florida Weddings for my own event, I can't recommend Nicole enough!
I had the privilege of working with Nicole, the owner of, at a previous job. Her organizational skills and communication are the best. She has a knack for making complex projects seem easy, and she always kept everyone informed and on track.
Nicole is amazing at understanding a person's vision and nailing down the details. She's also an amazing guide and has helped me navigate difficult hurdles in my life and taught me a lot about how to find solutions and ask the right questions. She's incredibly creative and resourceful, and I have no doubt she can translate your dream wedding into a reality that exceeds your expectations.

I have not been a wedding client, but I can tell you that Nicole is one of the best people I have ever worked with. She is incredibly smart, articulate, hard working and is committed to excellence in all that she does. She is a person of integrity; she does what she says she's going to do, and she does it with a smile. The best part of Nicole is how fun she is to work with. She makes the hard stuff enjoyable. It's rare that you meet someone with as much an attention to detail, the ability to coordinate large groups of people and is genuinely such a pleasure to work with as Nicole. I’ve worked with Nicole for about five years and in that time, she planned and personally ran professional workshops for my group as well as facilitated innovation idea labs. She quickly became a person I relied on to navigate complicated workstreams with lots of logistical concerns. When I learned she was launching a business doing destination weddings, I couldn’t imagine a person more well suited to put at the helm of your big day to take the worry out of the scenario. If I could replan my wedding, I would undoubtedly use Nicole’s service. Plus, she’s genuinely an incredible, honest, and well-intentioned human being! Don’t think twice, you’ll be in great hands!
