From the first phone call with Bill, my fiance and I felt so comfortable! Bill was here for everything we needed and helped plan the day down to the minute! We had a mixed age group and he was able to keep everyone on the dance floor :) thank you again for adding to our incredible night!

From the moment I reached out to Bill to inquire about his availability for our wedding date, he was responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I knew we were in good hands once I spoke with him in our initial meeting. Prior to the wedding, he reached out to check in multiple times and helped us to create a timeline and vision for the day. He had helpful suggestions and brought a wealth of knowledge to our planning process. On the day of the wedding, he was excellent. He created a wonderful playlist for the entire night based off of the suggestions we had given him. He also ensured that the ceremony and reception ran seamlessly. I could not recommend him enough!

Bill was extremely professional and helped keep us on track. He was very thorough leading up to the event and met with us a handful of times to make sure we were all on the same page. Bill replies in a timely fashion and is extremely easy to work with.

Bill was absolutely fantastic to work with. Leading up to the wedding he was communicative and flexible with any changes that my husband and I made. At the wedding he kept everyone dancing! Bill was great! He set up the timeframe of our entire wedding by working back with us on the perfect moments for the right music and sound system. He helped make the day so smooth even when we had to make a swap last minute with our beach setup. The crowd had a blast and so did we, can’t recommend him enough!

Bill was our DJ for our wedding on 5/4/2024 and he was great to work with! He was really easy to get in contact with throughout the whole process and very receptive to our frequent changes. He made the planning process really easy, he was super organized and had helpful ideas when we were unsure of how to approach something. We sent in a list of requests from guests and he made them all flow together really well. Definitely kept the dance floor busy! Bill was amazing, he was detail oriented, calm, prepared, and fun! He was prepared for every meeting and made planning the music for our wedding super easy. He did a fantastic job reading the room and playing songs based on what the crowd was at that moment. We provided him with a list of songs but knowing what to play and when is more important and he was amazing at that. Working with him was great as he was easy to reach and responsive while also being super nice, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Rhythm Express for their great work as DJs as well as the high level of professionalism.

Bill was absolutely fantastic! He was very communicative, organized, flexible, and experienced. He kept an organized schedule that helped us choose songs for various parts of the ceremony and reception (e.g., cake cutting song, recessional, etc.). He was very accommodating during the reception. He replayed a traditional song twice to make sure we could do a Hora Dance. He also gave plenty of heads up to the groom and groom's mother so they'd be ready for a mother and son dance, which was blended into the reception so they could have a special moment without attracting everyone's attention (per their request). He also made announcements for us when things needed to be communicated to the guests at the last minute. Any couple would be lucky to have such a professional, adaptable, organized, and down-to-earth DJ.

We are so grateful we hired Rhythm Express for our wedding. Bill is an excellent communicator - meeting with us virtually prior to the wedding, asking great questions, and helping us craft how music would guide the night. Bill was absolutely phenomenal for our wedding, from planning all the way to the big day. During planning, he met with us multiple times to get an understanding of our preferences, from everything to how we should loop our aisle song if the bride walks slower than expected to if we should allow song requests from family members. At the same time, he had well thought-out recommendations that were specific to what he knew about us to help guide our entire event in a way that non-professional DJs wouldn't think about. Working with Bill was a perfect blend between having our wedding how we wanted, with a helpful guide to make sure our dream vision wasn't a mess in reality! For the actual event, Bill was flexible with his set ups, even in the face of a heavy rain storm 30 minutes before the ceremony. When some of our vendors were new to Weddings, Bill stepped up and offered advice and perspective on non-DJ things to help us understand how to time our wedding. Other random things that come to mind from working with Bill: - Random obscure song not easily found? Bill hunted down a version from SOMEWHERE to play for us! - He found a perfect and SEAMLESS blend through wedding favorites, our modern tastes, and random one-off songs we really wanted to enjoy during the wedding but couldn't find a spot for on our own. - Honesty is so important to us, and we wanted Bill to tell us if something we were planning was a bad idea. He was too kind to say something so obtuse, but he WAS very direct on the limitations of some of our visions while offering advice on how to best make it work! Seriously, I could go on forever about Bill, but hopefully you've stopped reading by now and have already sent him a call or email. Bill was absolutely outstanding to work with throughout the entire experience. He was completely engaged and his execution was 100% there on the big night. We even told him no requests from the guests and even bribed with money, he respectfully held firm on our playlist which also added great stories as a result and are going to be memorable for a lifetime. He was set up in the perfect place when we had to change locations for the ceremony last minute without warning due to rain and the sound was clear, audible and had us dancing all night. Rhythm Express was beyond amazing to work with. From our first call with Bill we knew he was going to be the perfect DJ for our Wedding. The exact moment we knew we were going to book him is when he said that his goal was to make the night as easy and fun for us as possible and his job was to make sure that everything was smooth and executed exactly to our vision. As a VERY organized, detail oriented bride Bill was an absolute dream. He had spreadsheets with every detail and moment mapped out to ensure we would achieve the night we had dreamed of. He played the music we requested and we did not hear a single song we would have wanted to change. The music was absolutely perfect from cocktail hour to reception and no one wanted to leave the dance floor at the end of the night. During the planning process meeting with Bill didn’t feel like we were meeting with a vendor but with a friend we had known for years who was giving us advice and listening to and valuing our input and ideas. He would talk through things we had seen on TikTok or at friends weddings and the logistics of executing it and how we could incorporate them into our night. Looking back at pictures one of our favorite parts of the night was the table dash that bill executed flawlessly where he played a song and we ran from table to table around the room getting group pictures with every table before opening the dance floor with a large group picture with everyone joining us. It really was the most magical night and we couldn’t have asked for a better vendor/friend in Bill to execute this for us. From the planning process to the day of Bill was amazing! We planned our wedding at an Air BNB so most of the planning was done ourselves which could get stressful at times, but every time we talked to Bill we felt a little more at ease! I am so thankful to have had him help guide us on the flow of the day from the ceremony on. Bill was awesome to work with! I interviewed four different DJ’s and his positive attitude and experience instantly put me at ease. He was an excellent MC who kept the wedding on track. We were an older crew (average age range 35-65) and he knew exactly the right mix of genres to keep all the age groups dancing. We had a couple of video meetings with him where he was able to understand our musical tastes and make suggestions for songs. He also set up outdoor speakers and mics for the ceremony and the ceremony music was crystal clear. Highly recommend Bill!
