I went by to get my wedding gown. The staff was more than helpful and Mrs. Sylvia knew what I wanted before I did! She gave me her undivided attention and helped me in and out of gowns with ease. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a dress in the bossier area.

I had my dress picked out before I went to the salon, and they had it ready and waiting for me. My shopping experience was relaxed, and the girl who helped me was so sweet and knowledgable. The dressing room area is cute and comfy, and we felt very welcome there.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Was given option of 10 or 11:30 appointment and chose 11:30. We drove 3 hours to be told we were scheduled for 10. Everyone going was sent a text for 11:30 immediately after it was scheduled and it was written down. Will never be back!! RIDICULOUS!!!

I had a great bridal dress shopping experience at Azarue's Bridal. My consultant Tiffany gave me her undivided attention and listened to my vision and thoughts. I highly recommend shopping there as they have a great selection and very friendly staff.

I went to 4 different stores with no luck and recieved poor customer service at each. I wanted something simple and inexpensive, but still having the wow factor. I was about to give up and then remembered Azarue's. Immediately, I walked in and was pleasantly surprised at the size and appearance inside. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and showed me dresses in my size. I didnt have any wait, and the 2nd to last dress was the one! It was very affordable, fit me perfectly, and had the wow factor I was looking for! You just know when you find the dress! The best thing about my experience at Azaures, outside of finding my perfect dress, was the customer service! I'm glad I went there and I honestly wouldnt recommend another place. David's Bridal doesnt compare! Unattractive dresses and over priced with no customer service! Thank you Azarues for everything!

Azarues was my first stop for wedding dress shopping. I am a little under five months away and was super nervous about 1) finding MY dress 2) finding MY dress that is take home ready off the rack and 3) MY dress in my budget. Cassidy was my saving grace!! I told her exactly what I was looking for and wanting, and she brought me everything that was in my price range. I am very thankful that she stuck to my price range and didn’t throw something in that was way out of budget that I would fall in love with and have to leave without. The dress was not exactly what I had described or pictured but Cassidy saw the vision way before I did and made magic happen! Trust your consultants here at Azarues ladies! They will not lead you astray! Thank you so much Cassidy for making my experience amazing and stress free!

I absolutely loved the experience i had here! The staff was friendly and very helpful when trying on dresses. I fell in love with four dresses but finally found the one! Their selection was everything i could have hoped for. I also found out this store is family owned and passed on to the second generation which is pretty awesome. I love shopping local!

I had an amazing time picking out my wedding dress at Azarues! Chelsea was so sweet & knew exactly the dresses to put me in. She made it as stree free as possible & never made me feel rushed. She even let me go over my appointment time since I was her last appointment for the day. I highly recommend giving Azarues a try. You won't regret it!

This was the first store i went to. I had the most amazing experience, from calling to set up an appointment, to checkout. Walking in I wasn't sure what to expect, but Sylvia was so great. She listed to what I wanted, looked at pictures I liked, and found me the perfect wedding dress, belt, and vale. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and that it was about me and my dream dress. I'm so happy she was there to help me. The rest of the staff was great as well. Azarues was my first stop and I could have not made a better choice! Caleigh had everything picked out that I thought I wanted in a dress! I ended up falling absolutely in love with my first dress I tried on. I decided to try in a few more afterwards but kept going no back to my first one ten billion times! She never once made me feel like I was being rushed and made me feel like s bride! Thank you so much Azarues for such a great experience!

Azarue's was the first place I went when I started dress shopping, and I am so glad about this. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I got there a bit early and they completely took that in stride, and the appointment went uphill from there. The team, and my consultant, Cassidy, listened to exactly what I wanted and took all of my concerns into consideration when pulling dresses, and listened to any comments my party & I made. It was the best possible experience I could imagine for dress shopping. I found my dream dress, and it was a low stress and wonderful experience. Azarue's was my first place to go wedding dress shopping. Hannah was FANTASTIC. She picked out several dressed for me to try on that were the exact style I had explained to her previously. She was very patient and understanding while I tried on and modeled the dresses. I ended up finding my Maggie Sottero dress at Azarue's, however I didn't purchase it that day. I found it at another boutique the next week for around $400 cheaper and ordered it there. Hannah called me for a follow-up and when I told her she was very understanding and informed me for future reference that they do price match. Overall I had a great experience at Azarue's and would recommend it to anyone!

Azarue's was my third store of the day for my wedding dress. I thought I had already picked one at a previous store but my mom and aunt talked me into looking around more. Sure enough, the first dress I picked out when we got to Azarue's was the dress I ended up picking to walk down the aisle in. I'm so excited and Caleigh was a great help in deciding on my dress!

I have never had such a wonderful experience when looking for a dress no matter what it was for. I showed Hannah a picture of the dress style I liked and she came back with several gorgeous dresses. The first one I put on I fell in love with it and Hannah took pictures of me in the dress for me! She was just extremely helpful and very fast at putting dresses up and getting them out and helping me into them. I'm from Pollock, LA. I drove up there with my grandma, mom, and two of my bridesmaids and as soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smiling face. I had an amazing time here and I found my dream dress!! Thank you guys so much for the experience I had there!! I will definitely refer you to my friends!

My daughter and her grandmother went to Azarue's looking for a homecoming dress and luck would have it they found one!!! Except it was too small. Two of the stylists stuffed her into the dress, and when she questioned the "zipper" not wanting to zip the stylist said it was a string caught in it. When we took the dress 6 days later to have it hemmed as my daughter is only 5' we couldn't get it on her. The zipper lacked 3 inches from zipping. This was a $697 dress. I'm highly disappointed that these people took advantage of my daughter and her grandmother. Knowing the dress did not fit, they stuffed her in it, made a to do over how wonderful she looked, and sold it. I will never return here. It's a sham.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with smiles and made to feel completely welcome. I showed Hannah a picture of the style I was interested in for my gown, and she immediately knew what dresses to pull. I ended up buying the second dress I tried on! I recently bought my wedding dress at Azurue's! I brought a picture in of the type I wanted after having searched at two other stores locally and Hannah knew the exact designer after a quick glance. She was so sweet and helpful! It was the first of three dresses I tried on there and was pleasantly surprise to be done dress shopping so fast! I had originally planned to not visit Azurue's because I was afraid of going over budget. But I have to say the dress I found is flawless, figure flattering and under budget by 300.00!!! Thank you Azurue's for getting me my dress dress, and bridesmaids dresses! Thank you Hannah for being the sweetest helper ever!

Azarue's was fantastic! I did not feel pressured into buying my dress, and Hailey and Sabrina were awesome at giving me time with my group to be sure I was picking the right gown. I would highly recommend going to Azarue's if you are anywhere near Bossier city. We drove about an hour and a half to visit.

I was beaten out of my money going to Azarue's Bridal and Formal in Bossier City, LA. I was told that this store was the best store to come to for formal attire in the Shreveport/Bossier area. I drove over 80 miles to come to this store. I fell in love with what I thought was a one of a kind dress that I purchased for my 15 year wedding anniversary party. While online I ran into my exact dress that I paid over $740.00 for listed on a CHEAP prom dress site for $149.99. Now I'm left with a dress thats not only NOT one of a kind but is cheap and easy to purchase. I was hustled by a store that is claimed to be "THE STORE" to go to for your formal needs. And on top this horrible discovery, theres nothing that I can do because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I will be sending out flyers to let other buyers know to beware of the price hike at this store, EVERY PROM AND WEDDING SEASON until I feel Ive gotten my monies worth, in the shreveport/bossier area and my area of Longview, TX and it will read something like... instead of spending your hard earned money at Azarues, go online and look for CHEAP prom dresses and youll get the same dress as you would at this corrupt store. I rate this place a NEGATIVE 100%. Completely Annoyed and Angry, Jennifer J.

I almost cancelled my appointment the day I bought my dress because I had been so overwhelmed with dress shopping, but I said my dress may just be there I won't know unless I go. I tried on about 7 or 8 dresses and almost got discouraged then spotted the back of a dress and decided to try on one more!! I stayed in my dress for like two hours! I was a little nervous about looking for my dress because I had previously looked at another salon with no luck. I didn't think I was going to find one. As soon as arrived at Azarues I was greeted with such enthusiasm and they sincerely wanted to help me find my perfect dress. Hannah was so sweet and professional. She listened to what I pictured walking down the isle in and we went from there. After I tried on each dress we would discuss what I liked or didn't like and then she would pull dresses accordingly and 4 dresses later I was on the platform under the lights in MY wedding dress. I was so thrilled, beyond excited. Hannah had helped me find my dress. It was a wonderful experience that I will never forget! Thanks Azarues!

I had such a great experience with Azarues. It was the first place I went to for shopping for my wedding dress and it was the last!!! I only tried on 5 dresses before I found the one and it is absolutely beautiful. They had a great selection, and from what I saw they have a good size selection for prom dresses as well. They were extremely helpful and they knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Azarues to anyone.

I can say that Azarues is the best formal shop I have been to. I got my prom dress from there in 1992 and decided to shop for my wedding gown unexpectedly. Well a sweetheart named Hanna made me look like a princess and my heart just melted. I have recommended friends and family to shop there for there formal needs, And I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I was thrilled with the service and the dresses at Azarues. The first time I went Viktoria was very patient and helped me find my perfect wedding dress. The second time I went to pick up my dress she had it out and ready for me to try on for my mom. While I tried it on she pulled multiple veils and hair clips to help complete my look. Viktoria also let me try on bridesmaid dresses to see the different looks. I found my perfect bridesmaid dresses at Azarues! My bridal party and I are going to look amazing on my big day. ALL of the workers at Azarues are so helpful, especially Sylvia. I had shopped at other places before but always felt a little rushed and pressured to make a decision right then (I am the type of girl who makes pro/con lists about everything so it was also going to take me some time to decide on something as important as my wedding gown). At Azarues I never felt that way! They were so nice to me and my family and so patient with me when I went back and forth between two dresses. Finally I got so flustered trying to make up my mind Sylvia jumped in to rescue me from myself. We left and went to lunch so I could think about it a little more. After I made my decision we went back and another girl put me back into THE dress and helped me pick out the most beautiful accessories to compliment the gown. It was the best bridal experience by far! I cannot wait to walk down the isle to the perfect man in my perfect gown!!!!! (Also, I know I am a complicated bride but after telling my best friend about my experience at Azarues she went a few weeks later and found her gown on the first try!)

I was nervous and excited to try on bridal gowns for the first time but the staff and my Bridal consultant, Hannah, helped me find the gown of my dreams! They worked with my budget and my wedding date to accommodate all of my wedding gown needs!! Fantastic place to buy any type of gown from wedding to prom! Well after reading the other reviews I really wish my experience had been more like everyone else's. My first experience trying on gowns was at Azarue's and my bridal consultant was a male... ok perhaps its just me but I don't care if the guy is gay or straight I just do not want a guy zipping me in and out of gowns, so make sure you will be comfortable with that before you go here. Secondly, he didn't immediately clip me into the gowns so I would have to stand up there with an unclipped gown hanging on me like a potato sack and making me feel like I look just awful in the gown. I didn't want to constantly ask him to clip me in but geez I would think its common sense not to have your client standing there with a heavy dress sagging down and making her look just awful. I was really hoping to walk into fun attitudes and friendly atmosphere but it just was not that way. I admit I had some nerves about how I would look in a gown going in, but the consultant just made it so much worse. It was awful to have to stand there looking at myself wearing an ill fitting gown and having a blasé attitude guy say 'oh yeah sure ill clip you in if you want'...I left in tears because I felt like I would look awful in every dress I tried on after that. It was a terrible experience. The next day I went to another shop and the ladies were incredible! My consultant was a woman and she helped me in and out of the gowns properly and made sure I was all clipped in before leaving the fitting room! I ended up getting a beautiful gown and had a great time. I just wish I had never even gone to Azarue's but it did make me appreciate the other store!!

I am in love with my dress. I knew I would be walking away with a dress as soon as I walked into Azarue's. The service was great and they have a big selection of bridal gowns! I can't wait to wow my future husband in my beautiful gown :)
