We had a great experience with Boston Chauffeur! We had a large wedding of 200+ people, with many out of town guests, so we knew from early on we would need several coach buses for the event. We ended up renting 3 of them and heard nothing but great things from guests about their experience. Our experience coordinating logistics leading up to the weekend was great as they made sure all of the necessary details were accounted for. Highly recommend!

100/10 service! Our driver Kevin was amazing, everyone was talking about him the next day and how funny and accommodating he was! Booking and getting all of our details set up was so easy, and Thane was so amazing at adding and altering some services the week before our wedding when we needed to add on a limo! Everything was so smooth and easy, I absolutely recommend!

Boston Chauffeur made transporting my guests to our wedding easy with their 55 passenger coach bus! Thane arranged the bus to make several trips before and after the wedding to ensure all guests were able to arrive on time for the ceremony and safely get back to the hotels after the night of celebration. The bus was great looking and cost effective for the size when compared to the smaller buses. The bus driver was on-time for all the pickups and even made an extra trip at the end of the night to ensure all guests made it back. I would highly recommend working with Thane and Boston Chauffeur for a headache-free and seamless experience of transporting your guests on your wedding day.

We're glad we hired Boston Chauffeur to get our guests safely back and forth between our hotel block (Peabody) and our venue (Salem). Bryan made two trips before the ceremony and continuous round-trips after the reception until 2am. We got a photo from our guests on the final trip of the night: music and party lights! Overall, Boston Chauffeur was professional, easy to book, good with communication, and arrived on schedule.

Look no further! Boston Chauffeur was an absolute dream to work with! The booking process was easy, and we even got to video chat and book with Mark Kini, the founder and CEO of Boston Chauffeur. They were punctual, professional, and accommodating as we had a last minute time change just a few weeks before the wedding! There was also a slight miscommunication about a second round of guest pick ups at the hotel, however, everything was handled smoothly and taken care of in a timely manner!
Our driver, LaMonte, was great and I would 10/10 recommend Boston Chauffeur, especially for wedding parties/guest transportation!

We got a 13 passenger spritz limo van. Our main priority was getting the bride and her bridal party from our hotel to the wedding venue (~30 minutes away) safely and cleanly! Thane was really great and proactive in giving information about options, and just super dependable in getting all the details taken care of. They have automated systems in place to give your driver info and details multiple times through text and email leading up to the actual event. We expected a one way charge of about $400, though we were a little surprised the final charge came out to be about $500. However compared to some of the other one way limo options we had seen, we are really happy with the service provided and the price, and would highly recommend you consider Boston Chaffeur.

If you have a wedding coming up- big or small, I highly recommend contacting Boston Chauffeur for any and all transportation needs! Due to Covid-19 my wedding took several different forms; the location changed three times, the size of the bridal party, and shuttle services needed were constantly in flux leading up to the big day. Mark and his team went above and beyond to accommodate ever changing plans, and their attitude and willingness to help was so appreciated amid a pretty stressful planning period! If you want the piece of mind that the day's schedule will run smoothly and everything will remain on time, Boston Chauffeur is the way to go. :-)

When my daughter changed her wedding from a large event in the fall to a very small event just 3 weeks away, I had to scramble with a ton of details that needed to be finalized in a very short period of time. Thane at Boston Chauffeur was fantastic. He lined up the right vehicles and drivers for our needs. He was extremely responsive to any questions or changes. The vehicles were perfect and very clean. The drivers were very professional and practiced all of the right safety and social distancing guidelines.

Right from the start, I knew Boston Chauffeur would be the BEST! The office staff was very personable and explained all the different vehicle options to accommodate our bridal party. Price was great, limo was immaculate! Our driver Chris arrived early and helped to keep us on schedule. Boston Chauffeur kept our minds at ease and left us with a memorable evening.

We used Boston Chauffeur for two shuttle buses and for limo transportation for the wedding party. I was nervous about the shuttle buses, since it would have been out of my control, but all 82 guests were safely transported from the hotel to the church to the reception and back again -- on time! Our limo driver was great, even willing to change our route so we could get some last-minute pictures on the beach! They were a little pricier than some other vendors, but it was well worth the extra expense to ensure the buses would accommodate our guests' needs.

I rented 3 55-person motor coaches to transport my guests from the hotel to the church and back to the hotel for our wedding. I didn't ride on the coaches, but from the outside they didn't look like they were in great condition. And the third bus was almost late in getting to the wedding on time. My ceremony started at 3 and they arrived at 2:57. Then when they came to the church to bring guests back, they parked a block away instead of pulling up to the front. It was confusing and I was mad my guests had to walk.
Then we had a limo for the wedding party. It was a very, hot and humid day and the A/C in the limo was broken!!! We didn't want to roll down the windows because all of the bridesmaids' hair would be messed up. So we sat there sweating! The only good comment I have was that the limo driver was very nice.
My fiance and I used this company because it was priced lower than others. Buyer beware - you get what you pay for! My suggestion is to pay a few exta $$$ and get good quality vehicles and service.

Nice car. Willing to go where was needed, and very prompt.;If there is a special car you want (e.g. the WHITE limo, make sure to verify shortly before. We didn't and got the black limo though we'd requested the white one. No big deal for us, but some people probably are more particular.
