The Poinsett Bride

I had an appointment on April 27th at 2:30. They were running a little behind so I had to wait, but once the bride in front of me left, Victoria got right to it. She made me and my mom and sister in law feel so welcome. She brought us water and really sat down with me to make sure that she knew what I wanted. When she spoke, I knew that she was trying to get me in the best dress possible for me. I loved her bubbly personality and felt like we really connected! I walked away with a beautiful dress chosen that I can't wait to wear next year. Congrats to Victoria on her soon wedding day, and thank you for helping me find mine!

I had a wedding dress fiasco where I thought I had a dress for a full year and find out 6 months before wedding that I did not. So I quickly scheduled appointments at other boutiques, first was David's Bridal. Great prices, but I didn't have that bridal feeling that could compete with my first dress. Then we came to Pionsett Bride, where after hearing my story, made it a mission to take care of me. They listened to my concerns with my sensitive skin could have with certain fabrics and found the the perfect dress. Not only attention to my needs where met, but also had it rush delivered and it arrived one month after ordering. Had it fresh steamed and picked up day before. And I truly felt amazing on my wedding day. Thank you so much!

I went to several bridal shops looking for the perfect gown and Poinsett Bride had a classic and inviting feel and experience throughout. Kelly helped me choose my gown and helped me through the entire alterations process! I had several appointments and when I was getting anxious about my gown they even fit me into their scheduled to come back and try the dress on again! It also was not expected to come in until the new year and it actually arrived early around Christmas which was so special. The alterations team is amazing and can really make dreams come true! I was so comfortable and confident in my dress on the big day and I'm so thankful we went with Poinsett Bride! They also have a fabulous accessories and I was able to get my beautiful veil and earrings from them as well. I would certainly recommend any bride make an appointment for the experience and their expertise!

I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping as a plus size bride. Jessica made my shopping experience comfortable and fun. The rest of the staff is super helpful throughout the whole process, and Dorian did amazing with all of the alterations! I was able to find my dream dress at a price I could afford, and the whole experience was so pleasant!

Jessica is absolutely amazing! I bought a ceremony and reception dress from The Poinsett Bride, and each time Jessica was instrumental in helping me find the perfect dress. The salon itself has a great selection of dresses in affordable price ranges and offers a high quality experience. I can’t rave enough about how much I loved my entire experience at The Poinsett Bride. My mom and sister flew in from out of state to wedding dress shop with me and I made my appointment about a month in advance. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and delicious mimosas. Everyone at the store immediately makes you feel celebrated and special. Jessica was my stylist and she helped me that day find the most beautiful dress and veil. She was very helpful, informative, kind, and so fun to be around! She immediately made the entire process comfortable, fun, and easy! She picked out beautiful dresses for me to try on and knew the look I was going for with the little detail I gave her. I ended up choosing a dress that is exclusive to The Poinsett Bride, and it’s absolutely stunning. Overall, it was such a great experience and one that I’ll never forget. I can’t wait to wear my dress on the day of my wedding and I’ll forever point any future brides I know in the direction of this store!

We’ve used Poinsett Bride twice now. Once for my daughter’s debutant gown and most recently for my mother of the groom gown. I can’t say enough great things. With limited appointments at one time, you truly get one on one service. I had the pleasure of working with stylist Victoria and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so patient and just a delight to work with. She made me feel right at home and helped me to find the perfect dress!

I so highly recommend this shop! They made me feel so welcome and really valued my input. I never once felt pressured to buy a dress or a veil, but the experience I had really influenced my decision to buy. The consultants were so positive and also were so encouraging when I voiced some body insecurities. They helped me with my timeline and I never once had to stress about the dress. All my alterations/bustle were done in house and that dress fit like a glove! Also, due to my family living out of town, the staff helped me with every step. They took pictures, videos, wrote guides and visuals for my bustle, they showed me how to get into/out of my dress, and helped me get my shoes on and learn to navigate the world of wedding dresses. This is an A+ bridal salon!

Highly highly highly recommend! This was my 4th bridal appointment in 3 weeks. Annilie is amazing at what she does! She helped me realize it was more about how I felt in the dress and not how the dress matched the vision I had formed in my mind of what I thought I wanted. I cannot sing her praises enough

I cannot recommend The Poinsett Bride enough! This was my first time ever trying on bridal gowns, and I found my perfect dress on the very first time! I had the pleasure of working with Annilie, and from the very beginning of the appointment, she was so welcoming and friendly. Throughout the appointment, Annilie kept my focus on the real reason I was getting married and eliminated any stressors or pressure of having to do anything I didn't want! She was very respectful of my budget and kept this in mind the entirety of the appointment. She really listened to what I liked, my preferences, and was never pushy or made me feel like I had to try anything on that I didn't want to. Once I had it narrowed down to 2 dresses, I tried them both back on, and decided on the one. She had me envision my wedding day, seeing my family and fiancé, and really made the moment of "saying yes to the dress" extra special and memorable for both me and my mom and sister who were there with me. I would like to sing all the praises about The Poinsett Bride. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica. She has been absolutely wonderful in the wedding dress experience, especially considering I didn’t have the traditional shopping experience. From the first day I came in just to order the dress I found else where, but not in my size, she still made sure that I was truly in love with the dress. Every appointment after has been awesome and probably the only time I have truly felt bridal through the whole wedding planning experience. The Poinsett Bride also takes it a step further after your have joined their family and they welcome their brides to the Sisterhood, which comes with a yearly celebration. What an incredible experience! I would recommend to everyone as the entire team made me feel included and welcomed! From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with smiles and offered Mimosas. I went shopping with just my fiance and we had a private room all to our selves where I got to try on about 10 dresses in the 1.5 hour long appointment. Kellie was so kind and really helped me just enjoy the process. She listened carefully to what I was liking and not liking about the dresses and refined what she was pulling based on that. Kellie also helped me include my mom and sister through face time calls as they were not able to make it. And thanks to Kellie and her team, I now have the most gorgeous wedding dress :)

Hayley + team went absolutely above and beyond helping me find my dream dress! All day I felt so comfortable trying on dresses and was continuously impressed that they were able to come up with creative ideas to find what I was looking for. The whole process was seamless!

Love love love this place! Just ordered my wedding dress here. Katie was very helpful and seemed really excited about helping me, she was with me about 2 hours before I found my dress bit she was patient the entire time.

I love this place! Walking in it is bright and open (even on a cloudy and windy day). Jessica met us at the door. I love her, we made a connection instantly. She was the biggest hype man you could ask for! I was very nervous but she was very patient and open. I felt like I gained a friend. I can’t say enough things. She made me instantly smile and laugh. I almost said yes but we had another appointment that day. I went there and I didn’t get the same kind of service and I instantly wanted to go back to Jessica. I left that appointment earlier and went back to Jessica to buy my dress right before they closed. I couldn’t do it without her!

I had the best experience at Poinsett! This was the third place I went shopping, and I knew I would find my dress here. The environment is very welcoming and not intimidating at all. Hayley was so friendly and supportive, and really helped me make a decision (which is a difficult task!). I loved all the dress options, but ultimately found the one for me. All the staff members were also there to lend an opinion when needed!

Mother of the Bride perfection! Paige and her team have the highest level of customer service I have experienced, and their alterations expertise is spot on. Paige has helped me find two perfect mother of the bride dresses this year. Please do not shop online for such an important event as your daughter's wedding. I had the best time at the Poinsett Bride. Olivia was my girl and she was amazing. She pulled the dresses I needed and knew how to make me feel comfortable and beautiful. We ran over the time allotted, but no one was trying to hurry us. They worked with me on adding sparkle to my dress while staying under budget. It was the best bridal experience by far!

Olivia made my bridal experience a 10/10. I felt so understood and she knew exactly what questions to ask. I came in almost sold on purchasing a dress from a different location. I walked in and from the beginning, the staff treated me like a queen. The selection of dresses to choose from is phenomenal, and after trying on dresses and nothing was hitting me as "the one," the lovely lady helping me went to the back for just one more. And guess what? She nailed me! Every interaction post-sale has been just as spectacular. They are clear about payment and schedule and really desire to make your dreams come true. I highly recommend!

Jessica was so helpful! I dress very casually and was worried about finding formalwear for my son’s wedding that I would feel comfortable in. She showed me gowns within my budget, and we came up with two great choices in styles and colors that are still very much me! She showed me how the length could be altered to make them tea length if I chose. Overall a wonderful experience.

I was nervous to begin the wedding dress shopping, but poinsett bride was the best experience! Jessica really listened to what I liked but also encouraged me to try things I never would have picked for myself. Everyone was so kind and let you live in the moment.

I had the BEST bridal experience at the Poinsett Bride! Megan was an absolute peach! Every employee was so personable and really wanted to make the experience fun and welcoming. They really listen to what you want and what you're looking for. Can't fit into every sample dress they have? No worries there! They do anything and everything they can to get a dress on you, even if it's pinned on top of another dress that you are actually wearing. I have had two of my fittings already and I have yet to encounter a negative experience. Customer service is supreme and it is such a fun environment! I was there for one of my fittings for almost 3 hours, but it definitely did not feel that long! I honestly just can't say enough good things about this place. 10 out of 10 would recommend, ladies!

She pulled as many of my original loves as available and then found some great alternatives for the others. She also made a point to stay within my budget and not show my anything outside of it. I loved how sweet and helpful the staff was! I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and my consultant asked me multiple times if I was doing okay and if I was enjoying my time, etc. She was very helpful in listening to what I wanted but also giving me new ideas to expand on my vision!

My experience at The Poinsett Bride was nothing short of incredible. As a first time gown shopper, I was nervous about the gown shopping process and overwhelmed by not only finding a dress, but finding out what I did/did not like in dresses as I went in totally clueless. Cara and Olivia were patient and kind in directing me towards the right type of dress. In the process, I felt they were actually interested in getting to know me as a person as opposed to throwing me in random dresses and hoping for the best. We ended up finding the perfect dress and I could not be happier! I would recommend The Poinsett Bride to anyone on the hunt for the perfect dress 10/10 times.

She is personable and instead of just throwing me in dresses, asked about my venue, asked to see my ring, asked about my fiancé, etc. She makes it a mission to find you a dress you not only love, but also a dress that makes you feel like a bride!

My first time trying on dresses and I ended up saying yes to the dress! Miranda did a great job taking the time to figure out what I liked and what I disliked- all the way down to the type of lace. All of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Give them a visit, brides! You won’t regret it!

I could not be happier with my purchase from The Poinsett Bride! I'm not local to the shop, but they have been amazing every step of the way to help coordinate fittings, ordering, etc. even with me being far away. They've been extremely kind and accommodating. The fittings and the initial dress shop was amazing. All of the ladies made me feel so comfortable, and most importantly, there was NO PRESSURE at all. I was so nervous about being pushed into something but everyone on the team is amazing. They're making my dress exactly what I always dreamed of and the experience has been AMAZING.

My experience at Poinsett Bride was great! I didn't feel any pressure or pushing, but was given time to find "my" dress. This was nice because I was so nervous about the whole process before hand. I loved that my stylist called me the day before and had ideas already in mind & encouraged me to think outside the small box I put myself in as far as my dress style!

I had such a great experience buying my dress from the Poinsett Bride. I walked in the door and was greeted warmly. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Olivia, and she is nothing short of AMAZING. I showed her photos of a few dresses I liked, one photo was simply the back of the dress, and she picked out the most perfect selections. In fact, the photo I showed her just the back of was one she had in store! It was the second dress I tried on, and knew immediately it was the one! When it came time to fit my dress, everyone was so accommodating, and Olivia was there every step of the way! Both her and the seamstress were so detail-oriented and ensure that the final product would be nothing short of perfect! I would highly recommend the Poinsett Bride!

My bridesmaids and I has the most amazing, positive, and truly outstanding experience at The Poinsett Bride this past Saturday. I had previously visited when my best friend found her wedding dress and after her wonderful experience I knew I would come back when it came time to find my dress. My consultant Olivia was incredible. She really listens to her brides and is encouraging, positive, and so very helpful. She took her time with me, and we were able to find a dress that made me cry tears of joy. Olivia helped me visualize my wedding day, and when I put on that dress, everything became real. I was a woman getting married, and I was so incandescently happy. I cannot thank Olivia and the Poinsett Bride for the exceptional service, experience, and helping me find my beautiful organza and lace gown. I will continue to give my highest recommendation this store and their amazing employee Olivia!!! 

Olivia was wonderful and was really great about listening to me, making me feel comfortable, and for standing up for me when my mom was being out of control (lol). My friends weren't kidding - this really is the best place to find your dress!
