This place is amazing! From when I walked in, everyone was helpful, asking if I needed any help. Yulia was amazing! She helped me find an amazing prom dress and was super helpful throughout the whole process!
Anna was so helpful and patient and friendly! I'm a plus-sized girl and was nervous going in but the dress selection was broad and Anna picked choices that were exactly what I wanted. I found my dress in the first session and couldn't be happier!!
I loved their dresses. Everyone I spoke to is so friendly and nice, from the front desk worker to my stylist to the seamstress. All amazing people that are super understanding and helpful. My dress was beautiful and very affordable. My stylist (Terri!) knew exactly how to help me and made sure the dress I picked was one I wanted, not what everyone else wanted. They also sell bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, and quince dresses!
Very helpful staff, including the one to do alterations. She was able to give an idea of alterations expenses and help deciding what size to order.
Found my dress for Mother-of-the-Bride for a New Year's Eve wedding. Very excited about what they helped me pick. Felt their advice was needed and key to what I chose.
OMG Ana is AMAZING! I was kind of down about shopping by myself (for multiple reasons) but she made the experience so great. I’ll remember her forever! Honestly I did find the same dress a little cheaper at another store (at a later date) but it was her customer service that brought me back (no exaggeration whatsoever). She even got me in when she was already booked with an appointment, so busy but tended to us all with a smile. She’s amazing, their dresses are amazing, just go and check them out.
Awesome place friendly extremely friendly associates and they give I will return for every formal event I attend thank you so much you putting my mind at ease.
I highly recommend Villa!!! I’ve been to 5 stores and tried on more than 20 dresses and was feeling hopeless on finding the one, until I went here. I gave Villa a few descriptions on what I wanted and she basically knew what to pull for me, she was so Sweet, Honest, and Paitent. I’m so happy I found the dress:)
Absolutely had the best experience ever. I have been a little stressed trying to find the perfect mother of the bride dress, I’m a little self conscious of my body but let me begin by saying every single lady here helped make me feel wonderful. Villa (not sure of the spelling) and another sweet blond lady were absolutely angels!!! They took the time to help pin the dresses when I tried them on even when it got busy and one lady was working with 3 women helping them!!! I felt my needs and concerns were very important to them. KUDOS! Other places I did my own “pinning” and had zero help and felt less important to the consultants!!! Panache never let me feel this way!!!! THANKS ladies!!!! What an awesome experience!!! I found my perfect dress and am over the mood happy!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Highly recommend Panache!!!!
Brandi was amazing! I had a relatively small budget for my dress, and there were lots of very beautiful but reasonably priced dresses to choose from at Panache. Brandi was so helpful and sweet too. She took my concerns for sticking to the budget seriously and helped me to figure out what kind of style I was looking for (she picked out the one I chose in the end!). I would highly recommend Panache and ask for Brandi!
Hello neighbors,
I just want to vent and get feedback (advice) on this situation. If this happened to you I would also like to know. If not, and you can just share it I would appreciate it. My sisters wedding is Friday and this should be the happiest day of her life. However, it's actually a big nightmare!! We received the dresses on Tuesday but most of us picked up Saturday. All the dresses were the wrong sizes. My daughter is 13 and will no longer get to participate in the bridesmaid party as although shes 5'1 and Weights 120 they order her a sz 10 dress!! When we paid down payment and got sized we order a sz 6 for her. Please note that at the first meeting they only had the dress on sz 10(big on all of us). The second time they only had a sz 8 to try. This is all wrong as we trusted that they were the experts and they did us wrong. I was trying to work with the manager but that was impossible. I lost it when she said she did my daughter a favor by ordering this sz as the 6 would have never fitted her. She was so insensitive that she said my daughters waist was bigger than mine. Out teenagers have enough insecurities all on their own.( I did get a refund for hers) but that's aside the point as she will no longer be a bridesmaid(heartbroken) as we would ALL have to get a refund to buy something else. It is too late to order anything else so we would be stuck with department store purchases. They won't own up to it and state that we signed a contract (some us did get the info right but not the others). If you look them up online it seems tht this is a constant issue for them. The dresses were 176 and we can't afford to spend more money with out getting a refund on these. We just want them to do the right thing and refund us and were told by other alteration places that this type of dress cannot be altered(type, material etc). They won't lose as either way someone else that actually fits it will buy it.
Do not buy here!!
Ordered a bridesmaid dress with three other girls on Jan 20th for a wedding on May 12th, with an original estimated arrival of mid-March. Long story short, after several of us following up throughout March and April, the bride was finally contacted the 3rd week of April to let her know that the dresses would not arrive until Monday, May 7th (5 days before the wedding!) We asked for refunds so that we could rush to find backup dresses and they refused. One of our bridesmaid was 8 months pregnant and felt very uncomfortable trying to get a dress custom fitted in 5 days. The dresses ultimately did not arrive until Weds, May 9th at 4:30pm. They still refused to issue a refund and insisted we had time to come in and pay their alterations lady to do all four dresses within a day. We would have had to take off work, and if you have read Google, their alterations are THE WORST. Luckily we had a backup dress we got from Amazon that looked great! Bottom line - Panache's policy is that they have until your event date to deliver the dress! Yes ladies - if you buy your wedding gown from Panache and they give it to you on your wedding day, they feel they have delivered their end of the bargain. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
At first I thought that Panache was a great place. I had 10 girls order their dresses from here. 1 of my bridesmaids got measured and paid her deposit like 2 months before the other ladies. So they called saying all the dresses are back. However we get their and the girl who paid for her dress first, hers wasn't there. They say that it was a mistake from the manufacturer but I believe they never ordered it. Now it's 3 months still my wedding and her dress is still not in and when you call they leave you on hold forever. I'm pissed. I have been nothing but kind to them at Panache. They better figure out where my girl dress is or issue her a refund and we can go find her another dress somewhere else. Brandi is the only one who appears to know what's she doing. That's why the bridal groups I'm in always talking bad about Panache but I took a chance anyway. I'm feel like that waa a huge mistake. 😔
I absolutely love Panache it’s mostly because of Brandi, she made sure I was taken care of. I got my bridesmaids dresses from there I will definitely recommend them!
HORRIBLE!!! I came in & tried on a dress with Ms. Jackie & found the perfect matron of honor dress. Everything was wrote down as far as style & size, okay no problem. A bit later when I go to pay the deposit for my dress I was informed the bride decided to switch the color on my dress to champagne. My cousin had told me she had seen the color swatch & decided to go with a different color. They tell you when you place your order that they will CALL YOU once the dresses come in & you have 10 days to pay the remaining balance. Well our dresses had been at the shop & no one called any of us. The bride happened to call the shop to check on something & was then informed that our dresses had made it in after being there for who knows how long. I go in to try on my dress before paying the remaining balance & got the biggest disappointment every! The dress was NOT the same dress i tried on & wanted ordered, the color was NOT the color the bride picked from the color swatch as they have out dated swatches because we pulled up the color used by the designer and everything champagne by that designer was NOT the color of my dress. The style I originally tried on was not a cap sleeve, had a small train in the back & was well beyond floor length. The dress I got that day was a cap sleeve, dirty egg shell off white colored, not floor length dress that had a weird cut out back. They still claimed it was the same dress after showing them a side by side comparison of the 1st dress to what I had received that day. Everybody gave different views of yes it was the same dress or no it wasn't but nobody would take actually fault that they were 2 completely different dresses. I didn't pay for the dress that day, immediately contacted the bride to let her know about the color & sent her pictures. She went the next day & got the run around by the manager about the color until she finally just said the color would have to due. I go a few weeks later to try on the dress afain. I have them pull the dress I tried on in store the very first time & by pull i mean i had to have the girl let me go down the steps with her so I can find the exact dress I tried on. I tried both dresses on one & now everybody that day acted like they couldnt tell the difference. I pleaded with them that this was not the dress & I was not happy. Was told their was nothing they could do, not even let me pick a used sample dress off the floor & swap it out for the brand new dress. melody told me if I didn't pay the remaining balance then I would be charged $35 fee every month it stays there since my 10 days were up. I called speaking with Anna whom was suppose to give a message to the manager to call me back as they where enroute to the shop at 11am. 3pm I called again and Villa told me nobody knew of contacting me and to AGAIN explain the situation to her before she even would give my name & number to the owner. Melody finally called me at closing time only to have an attitude & be very RUDE telling me that their notes on style # is what was ordered so there's nothing they can do. Still same excuse when Anna called back. I'm not asking for my money back but switch 4 a dress that they already would have on the floor it is to late to order anything else. If your thinking about getting a dress from here do yourself the favor & DON'T! Jackie is the only good thing here. Still have yet to talk to the OWNER as I'm sure nobody gave my info or even told them about the situation. So frustrated!
Gather round fellow brides and hear my story of October 20th, the day this store sold me a DISCONTINUED wedding dress. TL;DR DONT GO HERE! STORE OF WRECKED DREAMS!
Ladies, I live in California. My mom and BFF, however, are in ya'll's country. Texas. So I took a week, flew out, and prayed to have that dream moment every little girl wants with their momma while picking their wedding dress.
On day 2, Oct 20, the three of us went to Panache. No one was at the front desk. We found out poor Ana was there alone. She showed us the shop and I told her what I was looking for. She helped as much as she could but there were others in the the store so mostly I was pulling my own gowns. At some point she was able to come back down and help me try gowns on.
Then it happened. I found THE dress. Ladies, you know, THE ONE!!! And my MOM was there!! I had my dream moment! My BFF took pics, My mom hugged me... I ugly cried tears of joy. I paid in full and spent the rest of my week wedding planning, shoe shopping, and taking in all the love I miss from my parents on the daily.
I flew home Oct. 24. A few days later I decided to look up the dress online to stick a pic on my wedding Pinterest, and that, fellow brides, is how I found out my dream was a nightmare. Clearly stated on the website was the dress listed as being discontinued. I called the salon and was told that not only did they know, but they had found out the day prior! Yes, only 1 (one) day prior. but they did not initiate any contact with me at all.
I know this is long so I'll wrap up. Everything went downhill from there. Excuses piled up, Sweetie, listed as the manager, eventually called me and said she is also the owner? and apologized (more excuses).
The dress is not the biggest issue here. That moment with my mom is. That is irreplaceable. I hate you for taking that from me. You have no excuse for having left a discontinued dress on the rack. Bridal salons are notified with plenty of time before dresses are stopped. Same on you.
I met Brandi at the Bridal Extravaganza , I fell in love with the display dress so I made an appointment with her. I found a dress that I absolutely loved and had fun doing it!
I was just browsing for wedding gowns and the staff welcomed me in their store. Helped me try on dresses and helped me find THE PERFECT DRESS! The staff is wonderful! Thanks for making my dreams come true! ❤
Great selection, awesome service, go see Melanie. She is awesome . I recommend this boutique to everyone.
The Staff is very friendly, and anytime I visited I felt like a princess... It looks kind of questionable from the outside but I loved them. I would definitely recommend them to other brides! The only bad thing is if you have to get a hold of the owner for any reason.... GOOD LUCK She is never there!
I was looking for my dress and did not want to settle for the inexpensive satin dresses at DBridal. I searched online but was hesitant to trust the websites that offered incredible bargains. I found Panache Bridal while researching online and decided to give it a try, even though it was a bit far for me. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I made. I found a beautiful mermaid dress that was priced perfectly, very affordable. Sometimes they have a sale where if you buy 3 accessories you get a discount so I got everything there. I got my dress, my veil, my bra, my petticoat....all for under a grand. Everyone told me how beautiful my dress was at the wedding and it made me feel good to know that i did not have to spend an arm and a leg for it. Just make sure to book an early appointment to get the best service as they do get very busy in the afternoon. Thank you Panache for giving me my dream dress at an affordable price.
I had previously heard of Panache from my sister's prom. I was looking for a specific designer and they were one of the few places in the area that carried it. They have a lot to choose from and you can definitely get a great deal if you look on the sales racks as well. They also have bridesmaids dress to look through as well.
I had read good things about this place online, but my appointment was a complete disaster! First, they didn’t have my appointment in their book, (yes, a beat up book with handwritten appointments in pencil) and they acted like it was my fault. I should have walked out then and never looked back, but there was a consultant who could “squeeze me in.” They advertised a lot of great designers on their website, but they only had a couple low end dresses from each one. I brought a list with me of about 25 dresses I wanted to see in person, but they only had one of those dresses which I ended up not liking. The girl kept bringing me more dresses and each one she showed me got worse and worse. Every time I tried to explain what I didn’t like about it, she assured me alterations could fix. “Oh, you don’t like the bodice at all, alterations can put this skirt with a different bodice,” or “Oh, yeah, you specifically say said you wanted a corset back, but alterations can take out the zipper.” I’m sorry, but if I’m buying an expensive designer dress, I’m not having someone tear it apart and make something else that I really have no idea what it’s going to look like in the end. The store’s prices were low, but it is NOT worth it. The store smelled funny, there’s not a decent fitting area, and there were kids running around screaming everywhere. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, and when I did finally leave, I had a migraine! Stay away from this mess!!!!
Very good selection of dresses. My dress was very beautiful
I've been obsessed with dresses since I was three years old. You know what that means? Having the WORST trouble when finding a wedding dress. I even traveled three HOURS out of my way! Nothing. Not until of course I was driving by a building with my now husband and he goes, "isn't that a dress place?". I looked and there it was Panache Bridal. The outside looked pretty bad. Like if I went inside the whole place would just collapse, but the inside was INCREDIBLY deceiving! I let my husband drive to the mall which was two minutes down the road while I looked around. They had SO MANY selections and someone was even able to assist me. She asked for my budget and we went through several dresses. Finally I just about gave up. Until she gave me a look and said she would be back. It was a discontinued dress and they were throwing it out that day. I LOVED the look of the dress so I told her I would try it on. PERFECT FIT! I was already tearing up without it even being corseted on. When it was all tied up and ready to go I was excited that I had found the dress! What stop me was the price? $660 and my budget couldn't pass $450. The store manager worked with me considering it was discontinued. She gave me a smile and said I could have it at $432 and that's tax included! I was so shocked! Their staff is amazing and very nice.
This place isn't too fancy, but it's a nice change after visiting a ton of snooty wedding dress places. You don't need an appointment, you can just walk in and choose dresses to try on off the rack. The employees are helpful and the alterations people are great too. I just wish my dress had been cheaper :)
Anna was the person that helped me the entire time and she was the sweatiest person ever! she rushed my dress and gave me a really good price on my dream dress! excellent service...
This was one of the first places I went. I definetly did not get that bridal experience but the dresses were a little cheaper here than other places...
I found my dress online and called them to order with them. They are really nice and helpful.
They provide excellent service without being pushy. I was not sure exactly what I wanted and the panache representative helped pick out dresses that would suit me. I fell in love with a dress there beyond what I had wanted to spend, but was saved by the fact that they even offer layaway for a bride on a budget.
I found my dream dress here and I had the best service!! Maria is amazing! She was very patient and worked around my schedule! She did all of the alterations and fittings herself and really made me feel like my dress was as important to her as it was to me!
Panache was a great place to search for dresses. There wasn't a time limit, like other places, 45 minutes and you have to leave. Rosa spent many hours with me, tested bustles, veils, etc so I could really get a good visual of the whole package. I had a couple "freak out" moments in the weeks leading up to the wedding and Rosa was great at calming my nerves and had a few "secret" alteration tricks that really made my dress look like it was CUSTOM MADE to fit my body. I felt like a Queen!! Rosa also went above and beyond for me and our BM dresses. True customer service like hers is hard to find! Thank you for everything!
When I first stopped in, they had great customer service, but each time I returned to pay or alter my dress, they were scattered and I got crappy service. The lady who helped me the first time left that location, and since then, I had to wait while employees stood around. The dress was beautiful, and the alterations were great, but I give them low ratings for each time I visited and received negative customer service.
Rosa was the one who helped me and she was great. I had gone one time before and was totally disappointed that I drove across town to have to share and wait in line for the one and only stage they have. I ended up going back to have rosa help me and found my dress. I would have given the store a five but when my mother went to pick up my dress on the day that we had scheduled, the dress was still wrinkled and I didn't find out until that the pads that were supposed to be sewn in weren't there until my wedding day. My dress kept falling and was close to have a wardrobe malfunction the whole time of my wedding.
My Casablanca dress was a dream come true! I wish i could wear it every weekend! It was a strapless A-line dress with lace and a beautiful belt with jewels was added to match perfectly. I felt like a princess. The customer service was great up until the day i got the dress and the seamstress was a little rude but the dress was awesome!
I got my wedding dress here. They have a lot of different style options and you DONT need to make an appointment to try on dresses which is very convenient. Plus I got two free items (veil and slip) when I purchased my dress. The girl that attended me, Ana, is absolutely the best!
They told me to order a dress that was 2 sizes smaller than the sample. It was way too small. I barely ate and found a good tailor, and was able to get into it, but is was really close up until the week of the wedding. They also held the bridesmaid dress orders after I asked them to place the order. They couldn't get it in in time for the wedding. The other girls already had their dresses. We finally found another bridal shop that could, but the girls that had ordered from Panache had to pay a lot of extra fees in order to get the dress in time for the wedding. I gave them 2 stars only because the employees were very nice when I went in. Overall, I was very disappointed and their actions caused a lot of extra stress.
I loved my dress! I bought a dress right off the rack that had been damaged! They ladies at Panache were able to do the necessary alterations and it looked amazing!
bought my wedding dress and daughters dress and they were beautiful
We purchased our BM's dresses and my Wedding dress here. The only other shop we went to before this was DB and the quality was a vast improvement. I loved every dress I put on (compared to DB where I didn't like any very much). They are very friendly and helpful while you are there. They let you pull your own dresses and take your time trying them on without rushing you. They can be difficult to get help from over the phone or to get them to remember to call you back when they say they will. We had our alterations done there as well. Probably would've saved money by going elsewhere. My dress was $1k - more than I might have paid at DB but not outrageous.
wonderful friendly staff. Just a joy to work with. Rosa the seamstress is a blessing! She works wonders!!
They were all very accommodating. I actually designed my own bridesmaids dresses. I told the seamstress what I wanted, she sketched it and made up her own pattern from it for all the girls. It was perfect. The sketch is actually on display at the salon and others have chosen the design for their bridesmaids. I had 9 bridesmaids.. three of which were pregnant and the seamstress was able to work up until the last minute to accommodate growing bellies. I even had a bridesmaid come in from Spain the week of the wedding and she made her dress in just a couple of days. The staff was amazing, and so very detailed, not a stitch was out of place. You could tell that they took a lot of care with their work and had a lot of pride in what they do... I loved them. My bridal dress was beautiful... was actually a floor item and they had it cleaned, and took great care in the extra beading needed, etc. It was beautiful!
The my sales person was attentive, the owner always made me feel welcomed.;The store itself is not great it is not sectioned out well amd it doesn't have a feel of a great bridal salon. So, don't expect well dressed associates and a grand or professional looking store.
I had picked my dress long ago and they helped me find it in a catalog to order it.;I would use a different alterer than the one they provide. They didn't do a good job on the neckline of my alteration. Only I noticed though, of course.
Panache is good place if you want to find a name brand dress for a bit cheaper. Thats about the only good thing I can say about them.; Their customer service is awful. I took my dress in 4-5 times to get altered never turned out right. The week of the wedding I had to take my dress to Brickhouse Bridal and get alterations done and Ana Hulan was beyond words amazing!! Panache could have never done the job that Ana did!
