Suzanne at Naser Diamonds was amazing to work with. She helped my fiancé and I pick out my engagement ring, getting us the most within our budget. When the time came for him to make the purchase, she made it very easy for him to get everything finalized. My ring is absolutely beautiful. We are so excited to go back in a few months to shop for our wedding bands! I go to the Salem store frequently to get my ring cleaned. Everyone there is super friendly and easy to work with as well!

My fiancé and I had the best experience working with Naser Diamonds! They worked with him to make my dream ring come to life! A Tacori cushion cut diamond with a pavé setting and a platinum band. The team at Naser were all kind, knowledgeable and very helpful in every step of the way. They worked with his short timeline to get my ring done just in time for the proposal! Naser Diamonds exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience. We will back to get our wedding bands soon.

Naser Diamonds is seriously the only jeweler I will ever trust. My fiancé and I got my engagement ring from them and I get a ton of compliments a day. They were lower priced than everywhere else and their selection of bridal is huge! I can’t wait to get our wedding bands next year.

I could not be happier with my ring. I try and tell everyone to go here. The service is simply the BEST of the BEST!! I was given my mother's ring so we decided to reset it. I was so picky and just couldn't find anything I really loved... this is where Naser Diamonds really shines. They will help you make your very own custom ring. Mine is absolutely perfect. We also came here for my husbands band. They had a great selection. I wouldn't change a thing.

They carry Tacori which not a lot of jewelers do. Very friendly and always make me feel like family when I go in.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Naser's Diamonds. My engagement ring was specially made as my husband had my grandmothers diamond from her wedding ring incorporated into mine. They designed a ring to make it fit and didn't charge a ridiculous amount that others would have charged. They saw the meaning behind the ring and genuinely wanted to make it a memorable experience for us. They also custom made my wedding band when the one I had really wanted was discontinued and no longer available. I have never had such an amazing experience and feel like they really care about the customers needs. They truly made the planning process very memorable for us.

We got our of our rings with Naser and were happy each time we went. My husband did a great job (with a little help I'm sure) picking out my engagement ring and I was thrilled with the service and quality for the value when we went back to pick out or bands. I even changed my mind about my band and they gave me full credit towards another with NO questions or hassle. Will definitely go back for other jewelry needs!

My husband felt so taken care of when he walked into Nasser on Loudon Rd in Concord. Carolyn helped him out the entire time, and he choose the engagement ring of my dreams. She was also very helpful when we picked out our bands, and is in touch with us every three months to come in for a cleaning and to have the rings inspected. We thought it was nice that we weren't going to a chain, and really felt take care of. Nasser will definitely be getting more of our business over the years to come.

My engagement ring, my wedding band and my husbands wedding band were all made at Naser. The stones for my rinds were hand picked by my husband and they pieces were made by hand, in house. Very professional and easy going staff and the pieces are beautiful. Flawless work every time.
