My husband and I got all of our rings at Meierotto. We absolutely love everyone there, but our go to gal is Holly. She is patient, knowledgeable, and so fun to work with. I personally cant make my mind up to save my life and went back and forth on wedding bands multiple times. throughout the whole process, Holly was more than willing to advise, change courses or offer creative solutions. Meierotto still takes great care of us for any jewelry needs, cleaning, or repairs. I cant recommend Meierotto enough!

From the very start of our interaction in me finding an engagement ring (for my now Wife), to helping us find our wedding bands that best matched and fit our styles, Lance had turned what could’ve been just an ordinary customer experience, into feeling like family / friends of 10+ years. Lance truly cared and paid such close attention to detail. He was patient with my particular needs and wants. Unfortunately (as things like this do happen), one of my wife’s diamonds from her wedding band had been misplaced. Margaret at Meierotto's was fantastic!! I was not up on all the diamond ring designs or the lingo, but Margaret was very helpful. My experience with Melissa at Meierotto Jewelers is by far my best experience with ANY salesperson in ANY industry. What I thought would be a stressful process and purchase was quickly erased within minutes of our first visit with Melissa. She is sweet, kind, fun, knowledgeable, and most importantly a great listener. She always focused on what was best for us. The 1st time I went there, I was fortunate to have Emily Meieretto help me find what I was looking for. That was 23 years ago. The staff are very friendly and the new space is beautiful. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

When we started talking engagement my husband said we just had to go to Meierotto's. His family exclusively used them and we would be too. I was indifferent and figured they were just another jewelry store, but I was wrong. Not only do they produce gorgeous jewelry, but they treat everyone who walks in the door like a number one priority. They are always so helpful and prompt with their work. The day before my wedding my pearl necklace I planned to wear broke. I took it in to get it fixed and before I could mention it was for my wedding TOMORROW the woman helping me said "I can tell this is for a big event tomorrow and I promise we will get this fixed today." and they did! My husband and I wanted a very specific gold ring for his wedding band. We wanted a solid yellow gold ring, with an engraving of The Last Supper around the band. We had never seen a ring like this before, but we thought this would be simple, since we knew what we wanted. We were turned down by multiple jewelers, noting that the design was just to intricate and the request was impossible, and if it were possible the amount it would cost was completely outside of our budget. After our fourth "no" we found Meierotto's. We worked with their talent associate, Matt Gonzales, and he took our idea from concept, into reality! Matt, and the team at Meierotto's did an outstanding job! Within 6 weeks, his custom-made wedding band was ready to be picked up. It looked even better than we imagined! My husband actually started wearing it before we got married because loved it so much. It's exactly what we were wanting, and it brings me so much joy to know my husband loves his wedding ring as much as I love mine! If you know what you want, and you know it doesn't exist, take your idea to Meierotto's! They'll work with you to make your dream, a reality.

For his band, he wanted to combine two bands, and they were able work with the designer to make it happen. To buy engagement rings & weddings bands anywhere else would be WILDLY FOOLISH. Meierotto's is simply the best in the business. As someone who knew little about the diamond industry, I spent countless hours reading & visiting jewelry stores in 5 different major metros, educating myself about the market & diamonds. After visiting 23 different stores, I can say that hands down, Meierottos has one of the best selections in the country and some of the most reasonable margins in the industry, so your money goes into the jewelry, not their pockets. Trust me I checked thoroughly. Above all else is their customer service. It would be superior for a business in any industry. Not only is it family owned & operated, but the family truly cares about each customer's experience & hire staff that will maintain those values. I spent a considerable amount on my engagement ring at Meierottos & have sent at least a dozen other people there since. While all of us spent very different amounts, all of them thanked me profusely. My experiences have been the same ever since. When buying my wedding bands, gifts & even their registry department. Their attitude towards customer service is the difference. They care about earning your long term business & will put forth whatever time necessary to help find the right thing, educate you on something you've been researching, or even just socializing so every interaction is relaxed. You will never ever get pushed or feel rushed. To buy jewelry anywhere else would be foolish. To buy engagement rings and weddings bands anywhere else would be MORE than foolish.

Jenny has been terrific in help me find some lovely pieces. I have become very attached to the Tacori line and with her help she has put together several lovely collections. As far as I am concerned this is the only store in town to purchase your next jewelry treasurer.

I have been doing business with Meierotto Jewelers for over 30 years. Beginning with Carol and most recently working with Jenny I won't go anywhere else. They are currently repairing a vintage engagement ring for my daughter and I wouldn't trust anyone else. From my first piece of jewelry, a simple silver bracelet, to a bridal set, designer jewelry, and a Rolex, they have always been fair-priced and have very unique pieces. I love that I can customize almost anything, too! Most work is done right there on site and very quick turn around time. I know I'll be back!

Jenny Meierotto bent over backwards to help me out. I have never experienced such a high level of honesty, integrity, and customer service in my life. Not only did she spend time assisting me with my purchase from Meierotto's, she even went out of her way to help right a wrong created by a competitor of hers, despite the fact that she knew it would not result in a sale for her or her company. Honestly, I can not recommend Meierotto's enough. If the abnormally high quality of staff is not enough of a reason to use Meierotto's as your jeweler, then the amazing selection should be. Of the half dozen jewelers I looked at for an engagement ring, Meierotto's had the largest and best selection. After our experience, my fiance and I have decided that Jenny is our Jeweler for life.

We spent 3 hours at the store and the manager never got impatient with us. She helped us find a ring that was within our budget that I loved. The store owner was there and chatted with us. She was so friendly. When we picked our ring, they celebrated by giving us champagne! It was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My fiancé took me to Meierotto's in December of 2015 to get an idea of what I would like for my engagement ring. I found a perfect style from Verragio. They sized my ring size and documented the style number in their computer system. My fiancé didn't realize (when he planned to purchase my ring and take it home with him that same day) that it takes time to order the ring from the designer and have it shipped to the store. We were traveling for my birthday in April and he had planned to propose while we were on our trip. Meierotto's let him borrow the store's stock ring with the diamond he chose until the ring he ordered for me was delivered. Meierottos has always provided us with incredible customer service and attention to detail! We recently purchased my wedding ring from Fisher and she was so knowledgable and helpful! We will continue to be customers of Meierottos for many years to come.

Despite there being issues with our rings that were out of Meierotto's control, they quickly and diligently worked with the vendors of our rings to get the issues corrected for us. As a guy walking in knowing nothing about what my gal would want in an engagement ring. I was introduced to Emily Meierotto letting her know I needed an engagement ring for my gal. She asked me several questions, but every answer was "I don't know" and finally I said "she doesn't wear any jewelry". I explained my gals personality to Emily and about 15 options were presented in front of me in no time. I was able to quickly narrow it down to a couple that looked perfect. Emily took the time to explain everything from the setting to the diamond quality. She was honest about the "bang for my buck" and never pressured me to buy "bigger and better".
