Shannon was a wonderful bridal consultant. She was patient and made my vision come to life. I love the fact that they do not pressure you to buy a dress on the first visit. Wonderful customer service !

When I went wedding dress shopping I was so nervous I made tons of appointments. A friend recommended Sweet Elegance Bridal and it was the first place I went...also ended up being the only place! I absolutely loved it here, I went with my mom and sister and everyone was SO nice and amazing to work with. I never felt rushed or like anyone was trying to oversell me. I actually went with the first dress I tried on and I am OBSESSED. I also got my dress altered here through their contracted tailor. I got so many compliments on my dress and I always tell people to come here- incredible experience overall!

I found my dress here and I have absolutely no complaints. Alyssa was my assistant and if I had the option to dress shop again, I WOULD!! I actually had an appointment right after with Anthropology and I ended up canceling it because my experience was so great here and I found my dress so quickly. 10/10 I highly recommend!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Sweet Elegance Bridal. From start to finish, Alyssa was incredibly patient and attentive. She made sure every dress was clipped properly before I had the chance to view it, allowing me to appreciate the full effect and really envision myself in each gown. Alyssa never rushed or pressured me into making a decision, which made the entire process so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The entire team at Sweet Elegance was equally amazing, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and supportive. Compared to other boutiques, Sweet Elegance Bridal was by far the best. I worked mostly with Nancy and Kristin, but everyone at the shop was always so friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured by the team and they were willing to work with me until I found the perfect dress. Great bridal shop in the Decatur area!

I had originally planned on having a beach wedding, so I had a simple yet elegant gown a year out. Due to health issues we decided to not have a destination wedding, so we switched to having it local. Then we decided to have a church wedding and have it more worshipful. So I needed another dress that I felt was more appropriate! Kristine and her crew are awesome. Nancy was the one who helped me and she initially tried to talk me out of buying another dress but agreed to pull some things for me to try on. I ended up choosing a lovely Pronovias gown and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding! It is absolutely amazing!

I found my dream dress at Sweet Elegance Bridal. Nancy was such a sweetheart to work with. I was amazed at her skill. When I had my dress appointment, I told her all about my style, and the very first dress that she had me try on fit me more perfectly than any other dress that existed. I am so glad to have found sweet elegance.

I just happened to see this boutique driving by and I'm so glad I chose to book with them. The staff ,especially Nancy, are so professional, attentive and passionate about what they do. I felt very cared for and that my day was special. Nancy listened to my tastes and budget. I was open to her recommendations and you can tell she really knows what shes doing. We worked together for a while and her energy never waned! She's so upbeat and personable. Needless to say I found my dress!! I was nervous prior to all of this but as you get into it, it becomes a special experience. I'm so happy. Thank you Sweet Elegance!

NANCY was the WORST. She objectified my body. Asked if I was “shy” while in the dressing room. Continued to make comments about my body. She put me in dresses that did not fit my description. I told her I wanted a princess dress without the heaviness. She proceeded to put me in mermaid dresses and giant ball gowns. She didn’t let my crew look at the dresses or photograph the dresses. When she FINALLY let us walk around, she told us to hurry up. Also when they made suggestions, she simply told them we didn’t have time for it. Absolutely awful. We found a dress that I loved, but Nancy ruined my experience. Luckily I found another salon with the same dress and they were so supportive. This salon can do better without Nancy.

This was the third place I went to while dress shopping, and even though I found an absolutely perfect dress I am literally going to the only other store in the metro area that carries that brand instead to actually purchase it. First of all, this no picture policy is INSANE! I mentioned it to another store and they said that it was completely normal to allow photos. They also would not give you the details on the style number, and I had to write down the designer secretly on my phone to remember it. Like sure other stores carry these dresses, but I can literally also find all of these on each designer's website? What's the point? Do you think I'm going to go home and sew it myself? Second, they immediately made me undress once I got there? Which was so weird. The stylist also stayed right on me while changing, not even asking if it was okay. Every other store has let me get myself in the dress in private then helped me zip up after. Third, I came in and gave her some very specific styles I wanted (A-Line, Off the shoulder). She immediately brought me a mermaid dress with sleeves? I was being nice and tried to put it on, but she had brought me a size 4 dress! I am clearly a 12/14? It was embarrassing to say "this won't go on me" and she had to take it back out. My MOH was trying to look around and get some ideas of what I could try on, and the staff kept telling her to sit back down. They did let us browse at the end, but at that point I was pretty over this place. Such a weird place with weird rules that do nothing but make the event stressful. As I said, I found my dress here, but I am going OUT OF MY WAY to buy it somewhere else.

Do not waste your time dress shopping here. This was the only bridal shop I went to that did not allow me to take pictures as I tried on dresses. This turned out to be extremely unhelpful because when I was trying to make my final decision, I was not able to compare my favorite dresses from this place to favorite dresses from other places. Therefore, I ended up going with a dress from another place. STAY AWAY from this place if you want to take pictures of yourself in the dresses. This is not the place to go and will ultimately be a complete waste of time.

Sweet Elegance and Bridals by Aimee were my saviors during 2020. I originally ordered my dress from another Bridal Salon (worst decision ever) and ended up not even receiving it and going through so much to even get updates. I spoke with Krsitine earlier this year when we came to purchase my Mom's dress at Sweet Elegance and ever since she had my back with helping figure out my dress situation. I am so grateful to her and her team for helping me with re-purchasing my dress from them. They have been so amazing and my dress is beautiful. Their customer service is out of this world!

The ladies at sweet elegance and bridals by Aimee were so sweet and helpful! My dress was a brand new release online that I fell in love with. They were one of the only stores to have it in stock so they tracked it down for me to try on. I instantly knew it was the one!

Kristine, Jaleesia, and the entire team at Sweet Elegance were wonderful--each of them was warm and helpful as I went through the process of selecting my beautiful wedding gown from their many lovely options. Jaleesia was my main consultant during the appointment, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She and everyone on the team made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable, and I was thrilled to walk out of the store with my beautiful dress. I also appreciated that the team is keeping the safety of their clients in mind during the covid pandemic by limiting the number of guests and adhering to mask-wearing practices. The Sweet Elegance team were perfect. I felt like a princess every time I stepped into the salon and they were very helpful and patient with helping me select my perfect dress. My dress was absolutely gorgeous and their beautiful customer service was icing on the cake.

I had such an amazing experience at this shop. By far their customer service exceeded other shops I had visited. I didn’t feel like JUST a customer and I felt like they worked with me to find my perfect dress! Nancy was amazing... she listened to my requests and was extremely accommodating. She has such a sweet personality, engaged with my friends and family, but was also mindful of my wants, and answered all of the questions I had. I already felt beautiful before my big day. For me customer service is EVERYTHING, and this shop definitely has it. I would definitely recommend

I would give Sweet Elegance Bridal 10 stars instead of 5 if I could. This is by far the best bridal shop in the country! I traveled from Cincinnati last year to visit my sister and made an appointment with Kristy. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Kristy paid attention to all the details about my wedding and picked out dresses for me to try on which were all stunning. She asked the right questions and made sure I narrowed my top picks down without being overwhelmed. I fell in love with my dress the moment I tried it on. It is like nothing I have ever seen. I ended up picking a gown that had a detached train, which I loved because it was different, but so beautiful. I ended up coming back to pick up my dress on another sister visit and Kristy and her mom helped me pick out the most beautiful veil that compliments the dress so perfectly. They also helped me pick out matching earrings and a hair clip which put the finishing touches on my vision. Kristie and her mom made us feel like family from the moment we walked into the shop, never rushing us and making the process go so smoothly. My wedding dress was stunning on the day of. I only wish I could relive the day so I could wear it all over again! I would recommend Sweet Elegance Bridal to anyone. This shop beats all the shops in the famous Cincinnati bridal district. My dress was my favorite part of the wedding!

I made a last-minute appointment and Nancy was super accommodating and set my party up nicely in the bridal room. We were immediately served water and champagne. My stylist, Abby, was amazing! She sat me down and asked me about my wedding and what style I was interested in. She pulled dresses first and then told my party we could walk around after I tried some of her picks on. But, this was not necessary because Abby found my dress on her 2nd try! It was perfect for my figure and better than anything I had tried on before (this was my 3rd bridal boutique). It had notes from my style and some that were not what I had picked, but fit me perfectly! Abby was super helpful in the fitting room and asked me a lot of questions on the feel and comfort of the dresses. She helped me pick out a belt to go with my dress and let me try on several different veils. She was not pushy at all and always made sure we were having a great time! After saying YTTD Abby and Nancy let us sit for a while and celebrate with champagne. This was such a fun and relaxing experience that I definitely recommend for any bride trying to find their dress!

Aimee and her staff were amazing. Despite being indecisive and not really knowing what I wanted in the beginning, they helped me pick the dress of my dreams. They were so patient and knowledgeable. Aimee went out of her way to ensure my dress arrived on time. When I came to pick it up, she treated me like family and made me feel even more confident about my dress choice (and where I bought it)! I definitely recommend Sweet Elegance Bridal.

The other reviews are exactly right. Run don’t walk to this salon!! Aimee saw my Pinterest board and found my dress on the first try. It was my first bridal salon and first dress too. Such a crazy and fun experience all within budget. She even picked out the perfect reception dress, accessories, and suggested hair styles/earrings to fit the look. We just got married and everyone said it was the best dress they have ever seen. Make this your first stop!

Found my dream wedding gown here! I had a great experience with the staff and finding/picking up my dress. I took off one star because they do not let you take any photos of yourself in any of the dresses before you purchase one, so you have nothing to look at to consider dresses if you’re going to multiple places. They also will not tell you the designer of the dress before you purchase it. Both of these things (no photos and not telling the name of the designer) are purely so that customers cannot find the dress elsewhere for cheaper. This makes sense, but as a bride, also made it really difficult to choose a dress without pictures of some kind to go off of.

I purchased my dress from Sweet Elegance and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! Aimee went above and beyond at my appointment to make sure I would find the perfect dress, which I did! She stayed exactly in my price range and let me try on all different variations of the style dress I envisioned. I did have to add straps to my dress so when my dress finally came in Christine took the reigns and I am glad she did. She put me in contact with the best seamstress who altered my dress exactly how I envisioned it, if not better. I cannot thank Sweet Elegance enough for being a part of my special day.

I had an amazing experience at Sweet Elegance! They had an expansive selection of dresses that fit my style, needs and requests (and their prices were great). The sales associates were all very nice and helpful, the owner even personally helped out with my appointment. I love that they gave out champagne to my sister and I while we were looking/shopping. The only downside is that you can't take pictures in the dresses or know the designer/style number until you purchase a gown.

Super disappointing. I specifically picked this salon because they are one of 3 salons in the metro-Atlanta area that carry the Wilderly Bride collection from Allure Bridals. I even inquired about them when I called to schedule my appointment. Out of the 60+ dresses in this collection they only had ONE sample I could try on. Needless to say I was completely underwhelmed. The staff was nice enough, but if you're looking for something specific they might not have it.

The staff really listened to what I was looking for and what I had envisioned for myself. They were very patient. They helped me narrow down my choices and I was able to find my wedding dress.

My experience at Sweet Elegance was outstanding. Aimee, the shop owner, is genuine, pleasant and incredibly helpful. I had a very particular dress in mind and struggled picking between two, and she helped me in my decision and with perfecting my dress to make it mine. They have a great selection of gorgeous dresses and have very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Sweet Elegance!

I had a great experience buying my dress from Sweet Elegance last fall! We'd been to a few other more discount boutiques before we visited Sweet Elegance, and it was evident from the moment that we walked in that this place was different. I think it was Nancy that I worked with and she was so nice, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me a nice pair of earrings to wear while trying on dresses to get the real feel. My appointment ended up lasting probably about 3 hours and she never once rushed me or made me feel like she needed to get on to another customer. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on, and the price was just as good as some of the other more "warehouse" shops that we'd visited beforehand. The owner was also there and celebrated with us, and everyone was so nice. A few things that may turn people off: 1) They don't let you take pictures of the dresses, but they will take pictures for you once you say "yes" and send them to you. I actually didn't mind this, as my friends and family were fully engaged with me, not on their phones. 2) They pick a few dresses for you (based on what you say you like) before they let you shop the racks, but they do ultimately let you look through every dress on the rack if you want. So in the end, these were no big deal to me, but I imagine some people could get frustrated with the rules. In the end, I absolutely loved my experience with Sweet Elegance and would totally recommend it to anyone in the Atlanta area (and in fact, I've already referred several other friends there)! This place was beyond amazing!! I came in feeling lost, with little hope! They were very patient with me and helped me find a dress that fit me perfectly!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!

Truly amazing! I made an appointment here thinking this would be the first of many salons to go to but I ended up finding the dress on my first visit here! They really do make you feel like family and listen to all of your concerns and wishes. I was able to stick within my budget and my dress arrived with plenty of time. I also had my alterations done here (they have a couple of seamstresses that come on different days depending on your schedule) and that made it very convenient. Every time I came in they were nothing but kind and professional. I even made an appointment just to have someone help me put my dress on a few weeks before the wedding to make sure it still fit since all of my bridesmaids are out of state. The staff was so nice and gave me lots of last-minute tips for the big day.

I had a friend say, "Run, don't walk to Sweet Elegance Bridal" when I asked for bridal shop recommendations. Man, she couldn't have said anything more true! I went to one other bridal shop in Atlanta the morning before coming to SEB. They were great, friendly, all the things that you'd want when trying on wedding gowns. But that afternoon, from the minute we stepped in the door of SEB, I was blown away. They actually LISTENED to what type of dress I wanted and didn't bother with making me try on anything else. They dressed me in dresses that I didn't get to pick out first (which was a little hard to accept internally since I thought I knew exactly what I wanted), but then gave me the opportunity to pick some to try on myself. It didn't matter. The second dress they put me in was the winner. They do not allow phones or cameras in the bridal salon, but once you've picked out your dress, they will allow pictures. They carry the most fashion-forward dresses in Atlanta, hands down, and their service is second to none. I am THRILLED with my dress and just can't wait to get married in it! If you want a unique dress, you have to come here.

I cannot put into words how awesome this bridal salon is! I came from out of state & they were more than accommodating to me with finding my dress & coming back to pick it up! Aimee is absolutely amazing with helping schedule appointments, making sure your dress is fit perfect, provides wedding day advice for shoes & comfort! Highly recommend! Has a family atmosphere that keeps you feeling welcome and like a bride!!

The ladies were so nice to me and my parents. They helped me pick out the perfect dress and made sure I didn't get overwhelmed with all of the choices available. They stayed within my budget and provided excellent customer service. Great job!

I moved to Georgia abt it 2 years ago and every time I would drive by I always said I would go to the bridal salon...I was greeted by very friendly ladies and given an iPad to put in my info... Julissa was my consultant.. she brought me exactly what I asked for and even let me look around myself... I picked the 2nd dress that I tried on! I fell in love...my mom lives in Ohio and they let me make an appointment for my mom to see the dress... and Julissa was with me again! And congrats to her as well! She’s getting married in September

Huge shout out to Jaleesia for finding me my dream gown!!! I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, and she took my vision and turned it into something better. The entire staff was helpful and supportive, and even though we were here past closing, no one rushed us. Overall an excellent experience, and I would recommend Sweet Elegance to any bride!

I am not sure my review can possibly do justice to my amazing experience at Sweet Elegance. I had visited one other bridal salon prior to coming to SE, and I left discouraged that I was sure I would never find a dress that I loved. The outside of the salon is rather unassuming, but don't let that fool you- SE Bridal will provide you with a level of customer service beyond what you have ever experienced. First of all, appointments are 1.5 hours, instead of 1 hour, so they can be sure that they dedicate enough time to each bride. The owner herself sat with me to discuss what I wanted in a dress, and she was so warm and kind that I felt immediately at ease. I showed her a picture of a dress that I loved and she pulled it for me as well as two other dresses that she chose for me. This was different from my previous experience at another bridal salon- they let me select dresses for myself that I liked on the hanger/mannequin (a terrible decision in my opinion, because I had never tried on a wedding gown and didn't know what would look beset on my body). At SE, however, Amy knew exactly what would look best on me. The dress I showed her in the picture looked decent enough on me, but when I tried on the dress she pulled for me, it was a showstopper. My mother, my sisters, and I all knew that this was the dress for me. I tried on two more dresses, and then went back to the second dress (the first she chose for me) and said yes to the dress. Amy knows exactly what she is doing and will put you in the perfect dress. I'd also like to mention that the designer I chose was Pronovias, which I don't believe that many bridal salons carry (which is great because you don't have to worry about every other bride having a cookie cutter version of your dress). This particular designer is not overwhelmingly expensive, so you won't break your budget. The gowns are gorgeous, chic, and sexy, although not over the top for a church wedding. I got married a little over a week ago and I cannot tell you how many people (men and women) told me that it was the most exquisite dress they had ever seen. Brides, do yourself a favor and go to SE if you are anywhere near the Atlanta area. You won't regret it. I had 3 other appointments scheduled after SE, and canceled them all because I didn't need to see anything else.

Amazing shop! After disappointing experiences at two other bridal shops, this was our last stop of the day. My two bridesmaids and I were made comfortable from the moment we arrived, and my stylist Emily asked all the right questions about what I wanted in a dress and how much I was willing to spend. This is a top-notch bridal salon, and I had a lot of doubt that I'd be able to find a dress I loved under my budget of $1000. Not only did I find a gorgeous dress within budget, I was never made to feel cheap or unreasonable. Emily went straight for the sample sale dresses (luckily samples are close to my size) and pulled out one, and then another dress that was both beautiful and met my criteria. Even so, I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger on either of them. She asked if I would be willing to look at a dress that was a totally different style than I'd described but that she thought would suit me. By this point, I trusted her, so I agreed, and wound up with a stunning gown that I would never in a million years have thought to try on myself. She even helped style me, so although I wasn't quite ready to decide on accessories, I know what my top options are. I am so happy with my purchase, and highly recommend this shop! A telling anecdote is that we were there for two hours, and all but one of the other brides shopping found THE dress here. Owner Amy is helpful and friendly as well. It's a great environment and was the best possible shopping experience.

This bridal shop is wonderful! After visiting a few other bridal stores, I was impressed with how the owner actually sat down to ask me personal questions about my wedding and dream dress. I went to this salon because I had seen a picture of a dress on their website that I was dying to try on. I tried on the dress, and it was beautiful. I was able to sneak a peek at the price tag and noticed the dress was way over what I was wanting to spend. The owner suggested another dress for me and that dress ended up being the one! The staff (not knowing I knew the price of the first dress which exceeded by budget) even recommended the second dress for me. It just goes to show that they give honest opinions, and not just try to sell you on the more expensive option (it was nearly a $3,000 price difference). The owner also gave us a few other general wedding tips which came in handy. The dresses are beautiful and the staff is great. My sister is now engaged and we can't wait to return in a few weeks to look for her dress!

The people here feel like family to me now. Amy is like a third mom & her daughter is the most helpful, precious person I've encountered in a while. While they are polar opposites, every trip to SE was nothing less than perfect in every way. Here is my HONEST story for you soon-to-be-brides out there. NOTES: 1. They legally cannot serve alcohol. Don't let that damper the experience! 2. You CANNOT take photos until you buy the dress, for good reason. 3. Let them cater to you! You can go looking at any dress you desire at other shops. Tell SE your story & let them do some of the heavy lifting. It is unlike ANY salon in Atlanta. 4. They don't pressure you, at all. MY STORY: I went to 7 bridal salons across Atlanta & Birmingham, AL. The 8th, Sweet Elegance, was referred to me by a friend. For whatever reason, they were last on my list to visit. After 7 salons, I was exhausted & super emotional. I had been lucky enough to find a style I loved. Each salon I saw offered a slightly different variation. By the seventh, I was done. I didn't want to go to another. I felt like I had options and wanted to go home. My best friend, mother and mother-in-law convinced me to power thru 1 more, just in case. We drove into the SE parking lot in Decatur. I'll be honest, the exterior leaves something to be desired. It is in a "developing" area of town, but didn't look like the beautiful or cute little houses we had been going to. But, once inside, I was literally transported to some Spanish/French designers showroom. The most gorgeous dresses I'd ever seen, modern lighting & decor and the welcoming presence Amy and her daughter approached me with. "Are you Shelly?! We've been waiting for you! Come sit. We want to hear everything. Tell us your story, how you met? What your wedding vision is? What you have been looking at? Do you trust us?" At first, I was a little overwhelmed. Amy grabbed my hands and wanted to know everything. I was used to walking in & going straight for the dresses that caught my eye. But not here. After 30 minutes of me blabbing on about everything, she took 1 look at the dresses I had been trying on and her face wrenched up. "While you look amazing in these dresses my dear, they definitely don't meet the vision of the grandiose wedding you're telling me about! We need to show off your body! Would you be open to me pulling some new looks for you to experiment?" I decided I was good with it. Honestly, I was almost too tired to look at more dresses and I knew that if I didn't like what she pulled, I could always go back to the other dresses. I went from the loose a-line dresses I had tried on, to curve-hugging fit & flair dresses dripping in beads and jewels. There is no mirror in the dressing room, she wants the first time you see yourself to be when your friends & family see you. By the third dress, we were all in tears, imagining my groom seeing me for the first time. My family had to pick their jaws up off the floor. It was almost as easy to say yes to this dress as it was to my future husband. I got my incredibly unique alterations through SE. My mom and MIL shopped and/or bought their mother of the bride dresses there. I cannot say enough about the SE team. Be ready for a new & different experience. Embrace it, & schedule trips to other salons so you can see the difference yourself. If you prefer cookie-cutter salons, Sweet Elegance is not the place for you! Best of luck, ask for Amy! I've been to 6 bridal shops in Atlanta and this one was my favorite by far. They had by far the the best quality veils, well constructed that wouldn't rip. The dresses range in styles with lots of vintage re-makes and classic styles. I bought a petticoat here for my grandmother's vintage gown. This was the only place that carried them in a variety of shapes and styles. Great staff and a well lit, comfortable atmosphere. Great selection without being overwhelming.

This place was horrible! I went to visit in February. The younger manager was very judge mental/snooty. The consultant who called herself the manager, asked my budget, what I wanted and turned around to say “ that’s prob not in your budget” . I tried on a few dresses, they do not let you take pictures or give you the names of the dresses. When I was there, the manager was very insensitive, not knowing my situation, she stated you can face time your father later.....little did she know, it was hard enough but he is no longer with me! It was a horrible experience and they act like they are the only ones that sell top notch dresses! I found my dream dress elsewhere and it’s the same dress she told me was probably not in my budget! Stay away if you want a good bridal experience!

Best place in ATL. Went to a million dress shops, but this was by far the best! My consultant really listened to me and what I wanted. I found the perfect dress, and they made alterations easy! The ladies here were so nice, their selection was fabulous, and they have beautiful dresses for great prices! Def recommend this place!!!!

I didn't buy my dress here but did try on dresses because *several* of my friends bought their wedding dress here. I even went with one of my good friends when she found her dress at this store several years ago and the owner was the one who helped my friend as well as me. Compared to other places, I felt pressurized at this store to purchase a dress and guilted into feeling like trying to find a wedding dress on a short 3 month timeline was impossible and I should just settle for anything and choose one of the dresses among the ones I had tried on that day because I'd likely find nothing better and these dresses would probably be gone if I returned the next day... It was ridiculous. I admittedly felt anxious and desperate (so she was successful) but when I returned a few days later with a good friend who had seen me in wedding dresses at a different store and said I looked absolutely terrible in the dress the store owner kept telling me was perfect for me. She said it accentuated all the most negative features I have and made me look very slutty. My friend was the rational person who showed me I was falling prey to the wedding industry's pressures. I ended up buying a designer dress off the rack at The White Magnolia (a much, much, much nicer store) that was absolutely stunning! I got so many compliments and the photographs look like pictures from a magazine, a large part due to that dress. I would have regretted that dress I was being pressured to buy at this store. There was absolutely no comparison. Also, wedding planning is stressful enough. There's no need to manipulate peoples' fears and emotions for a sale. Clearly, this store doesn't care about the bride and they just want to make another sale. I wouldn't tell someone NOT to go here because they may indeed find their dream dress (as my friends seem to think they did)... I'd just say be cautious and be sure to bring a friend who won't fall for the coercion. The good thing: they allowed me to try on many dresses. The appointment times seemed to be appropriately long.

This was the FIRST and ONLY bridal shop I went to find the perfect dress, and I FOUND IT!!! I had such an amazing experience and the service was exceptional! I brought along 10 of my family members and closets friends, and the shop had no problem at all accommodating us. I was fortunate enough to have the shop owner- Amy, her daughter, and another stylist assist me throughout my appointment, and they ALL made me feel so special! They catered to my group from the very beginning. When I first arrived, Amy pulled me aside and asked me my budget and kept it between her, me, and my mom which I so much appreciated. I showed Amy a few pictures of dresses that I liked that I knew the shop carried. Amy said “I will pull those dresses for you to try on, but I don’t want you to try those on first. I was totally okay with that, since I wanted to try on as much as I could. The first dress Amy brought into the dressing room on a hanger - my immediate response was, “I don’t think I am going to like that!” She replied, “Don’t go by how you see it on the hanger, and wait until you have it on.” She dressed me and put jewelry on, along with a veil. She didn’t allow me to look at myself all while she was doing this. I walked out and my group’s reaction was priceless!! They LOVED it! Once I was able to see myself, I KNEW this was the dress I wanted to get married in! I tried on maybe a total of 10 dresses, and still went back to the first one. At the end of my appointment, Amy put me back in the first dress and added the veil and belt I wanted. IT WAS PERFECT! My group and I started crying, and so did AMY! I said YES to the dress!! The ladies at Sweet Elegance were beyond my expectations and made me feel so special! They were so much fun and had us laughing all day long! We will definitely be going back when my sister gets married!

The absolute best experience! This was my last stop after visiting FOUR other "top" rated bridal salons. From the moment my mom and I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and not pushy. Leah helped me find the PERFECT dress! She is so personable and understanding. The owner, Amy, will make you feel like family. She is so fun! All the dresses were absolutely beautiful and the prices are the icing on the cake! LOVED this place!

After going to 6 different stores, I was relieved to find Sweet Elegance Bridal store in Decatur! These ladies know their stuff. They have a great selection of gorgeous wedding gowns for all budgets and sizes. I came in with one idea of what I wanted my dress to look like, and my stylist pulled a different dress for me to try that I absolutely loved and ended up going with for my special day! The ladies here are never pushy, and treat all customers with the utmost care and respect. I had two of my friends buy their dresses here at this store after recommended Sweet Elegance to them. Interesting fact: the owners travel to Spain and Italy at least three times a year to hand select some of the beautiful gowns they have in store!

After a few lukewarm experiences at other bridal shops in Atlanta I am so happy to say I found Nancy at Sweet Elegance bridal. The day I went to try on my dress was very fun and easy. Unlike some other stores, Nancy made trying on super easy, she brought everything to the room and humored my family at the same time. She made me feel comfortable even though I was almost completely naked. She buttoned, tied, laced, and zipped dresses quickly like a pro. Loved every minute of it. She was a stickler about NO photos though (until you buy the gown). I ended up getting a Pronovias gown and I had their recommended seamstress Valentina add custom straps for me. I ordered extra lace and netting from the designer, Nancy facilitated this and got in contact with them directly so I would get my fabric on time. What a hero! Sometimes the shop was very busy and I would have to call back, but the personal attention is worth it. They are like a family in that shop! Thank you ladies for making something that could be stressful be very fun!

I had the best experience at this bridal shop. They were so welcoming and Nancy made me feel so at ease. She pulled dresses that I would never have chosen for myself but they looked amazing on. I never felt pressured to purchase my dress. It was an amazing experience and I can't thank Nancy enough.

The owner took my Pinterest board and upped it a notch after sitting down and speaking to me. It is a super comfortable environment, and the very first dress she put me in was the dress that I chose. You feel like family here. The staff is accommodating and fun to work with. I'm so glad I bought my wedding gown here!

I had such a great experience here and would highly recommend it. My consultant was the one to pick out THE dress for me. It was something I never would have picked out for myself, but it was absolutely perfect. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel special, even though it was pretty busy since it was a Saturday. Great selection, great service, and I even came in under budget!

I can't thank Aimee and her entire team at Sweet Elegance Bridal. This place is unsuspecting from the outside and top notch! There honestly is not enough room to give them their due praise but let me try. Sweet Elegance Bridal was the 6th (and last) bridal gown boutique/shop I went searching for my bridal gown. From the second I walked in I was greeted by some of the friendliest (and beautiful) staff. I answered a few questions on their iPad and was ready to begin my search. I brought my mother, two sisters and two nieces. I have to say they were amazing with my two young nieces (4 and 8 yrs old). This was our last stop of the day so the girls were a little "energized" and not into sitting still. Aimee and her staff were very understanding of their need to let out a little energy so a HUGE THANK YOU for that alone. Back to the dresses...Aimee listened to what I wanted and was ready to style me. The first dress I tried on was a winner. It was everything I asked for (and didn’t know I wanted). Aimee has an amazing eye for what looks good on your body (and actually listens to what you say). Her process of keep one/get rid of one is the best process for choosing a dress. I think I tried on 4 dresses total and once I hit the 4th dress I had a problem: a wonderful problem of loving two dresses. After what probably felt like hours to everyone with me of debating, I finally chose my dress and couldn’t be happier! I immediately purchased my dress. I am beyond excited that Aimee made me feel really comfortable and special and to top it off found me the dress of my dreams. Every other place I went before I only felt “meh” about the dress. This was the first and only time I actually had the feeling of “this is my dress”. And, I owe it to Aimee and her team (I think their names were Leah and Christine). I know I am missing everyone’s name but please know I thank you all! Aimee even helped me find my veil and jewelry. This place is the absolute best.! Not to mention, I recognized another bride at Sweet Elegance that was at another bridal shop with me earlier in the day. She also found her beautiful wedding dress at Sweet Elegance Bridal. This is my advice (take it if you will): Try maybe two or three other bridal salons before you go here. This will help you figure out what you like/don’t like so you can better verbalize it if you are anything like me and don’t have a clue. Also, experiencing other places’ customer service will really make you appreciate the incredibly high level of customer service at Sweet Elegance Bridal. Next, run to Sweet Elegance Bridal and be amazed by the wonderful people and dress options available at reasonable prices! You will not be disappointed! In a nut shell, Sweet Elegance Bridal makes my heart happy.

I can not say enough great things about this store and staff!!! I went shopping to about 7 bridal salons and Sweet Elegance is definitely one of the best!! The dresses are BEAUTIFUL and at a great price, but Aimee and her staff is really what makes this place stand out!! The girls who helped me were 100% attentive to what I wanted and to my group (they were not distracted or helping other costumers) and they really did understand exactly what I wanted. They pulled dresses I immediately loved! However, I realized I had my mind set on a dress at another store, but I so wish I could have bought a dress from sweet elegance because they were so AMAZING. And Aimee (the owner), was incredible, even though she knew I had decided on another dress at another store, she did not treat me any differently she actually gave me some very helpful dress advice - how I should alter it etc.! I will definitely be bringing all my future bride friends here!!!

A must-visit when you are shopping for your gown! We went to about 6 places around Atlanta, and had the best experience with Amy and team at Sweet Elegance throughout the process. My mom & I went the first time and really had no idea what I wanted. Amy asked me a few questions, then asked that I trust her & brought me a few gowns to test out. Based off my response, she would eliminate and keep the favorite, requiring a choice each time, which really helped narrow down! She would take in to account what I liked, and bring more until we got to the one ... and we did get to the one on the first visit! We didn't buy that day, as I really didn't expect to love that style, so we shopped around. We kept circling back to the gown at Sweet Elegance, not only bc it was gorgeous, but bc Amy and her whole staff helped make me feel my prettiest, sexiest, & most beautiful! On our trip back to try it on again, we added an amazing lace jacket and everyone cried ... including strangers shopping for their gown, who waited until I had tried on all options before leaving bc they wanted to make sure I picked "my gown." I did, and it truly was amazing on the big day! I saw those ladies a few months later at the Peachtree Road Race and they remembered me! Said they had talked about the dress & how perfect it was, hoping I had bought it - what a nice compliment! My mother also got her dress here, and was truly stunning! Mom is only 5'2", but wanted a long dress to match the elegance of mine for a fall wedding, & Amy helped us find the perfect dress to enhance mom's figure & make her feel her most beautiful. It was navy & perfection! We got some coordinating navy dresses for my bridesmaids and ordered everything! I highly recommend Sweet Elegance, so many dresses & price options. Just make sure to book an appt bc they get booked up, & hard to adjust bc of the time they dedicate to you when you are there. Prices are very reasonable. You'll love it!!
