We had a small intimate ceremony of 18 people including the bride and groom. Our Portland Head Lighthouse wedding was perfect in every way and Ruth, our officiant from All In One was great. She was responsive quickly and offered many options/ suggestions. I cannot recommend Ruth with All In One weddings more!

Sealed the deal 4/26/2026. All In One was great from start to finish. Rachel was there to answer ANY questions I needed and even gave me the recommendation of my perfect venue of an outside deck with an inside option. Opted for a package that gave me everything for a great price. I had the pleasure of working with Ruth as our officiant and Sydney as our photographer which both were pleased with. This was such a pleaser of having everything I need with a one stop shop.

We had the pleasure of renewing our vows in Maine at Acadia National Park at Otter Point. It was a truly magical location, even better than we could have wished for. Our officiant Malen Hsu is truly wonderful, we were blessed to find her. she is professional and so helpful in arranging all the things we needed and had great advice for lodging. Can't say enough great things about All in One Weddings, Mikaela was also extremely helpful in answering all our initial questions and starting the process. My fiancé and I wanted to get married but didn’t want the stress that came with it. So we decided to elope and have a small simple ceremony just for the two of us. All in One did all of the work for us. They provided recommendations, an officiant, witnesses, a photographer, flowers, etc., and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our officiant, John, was friendly and kind, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Our photographer, Brooke, was also friendly, and very talented. Our pics came out great. Very happy with the overall experience.

The ceremony was customized to accommodate our cultures and John was responsive every single time that we had questions or scheduled chats. We are so glad we made this choice!! John made the wedding ceremony planning a breeze. He even grabbed coffee with us twice (for several hours) before our big day to help us decide on how we wanted the ceremony to flow, and he provided recommendations as needed. Honestly I do not have words for what an amazing group of individuals that took part in our wedding. John was an amazing officiant that you would of thought knew us our whole lives. Cheryl took care of everything and anything I needed day of and there was not a single hiccup in the plans, as we stayed on schedule. Tammy and her husband, we’re phenomenal, such sweet and fun individuals, the way she tended to our needs and likes were amazing. I was very unprepared on what we wanted for photographs but it was almost like she knew exactly what I had been pondering. There are not enough works with how satisfied I was with our big day! Reverend Charlie was fantastic! He included all elements we requested and understood our vision perfectly. My husband and I grew up religious but don’t really practice too much anymore; however, we have some family who are still very devout. Rev. Charlie helped us with including some religious elements in our ceremony while keeping it casual as well. We felt it was the perfect blend for us and our families. Very personable and added a dash of humor to the ceremony which everyone appreciated. Highly recommend Rev. Charlie! Additionally, the wedding ceremony options given to us by all in one weddings was extremely thorough, organized, and helpful!

Firstly, John is naturally born with a professional looking. All the guests were able to tell that he was the officiant by is looking. We got engaged right before the pandemic hit, so wedding planning hit the fan right from the beginning. Over a year later, my fiance and I decided to elope with the knowledge of our close family members and friends. I thought I could handle all the logistics independently, but let's be honest. It's your wedding day! Do you want to drive every logistic on your special day?!? NO! Connie saved me from having a stressful day. In less than two weeks, she was able to act as our officiant, coordinator, and found a hairdresser/make-up artist for me in a blink of an eye. She knows everything and anything about weddings and is the kindest woman ever. We were so fortunate to have her for our special day. So, if you want to focus on the love between you and your loved ones on your wedding day, I HIGHLY recommend that you work with Connie's team!

We got married this past fall and were very happy that John was our officiant. Throughout our time working with John, we could tell how much he enjoyed performing wedding ceremonies and getting to know us and our families. John was very flexible as we developed our ceremony, providing us examples of other ceremonies he had done (helpful because otherwise we’d have had no idea where to start), allowing us to customize the script however we desired, and ensuring we ended up at our desired length of time. John did a great job during the ceremony, setting exactly the relaxed/light hearted tone we were hoping for and walking us through our parts at the pace we asked for. John went above and beyond by calling us every so often to check in on us and keep us positive. It was something that helped us get through the tough times. After an unexpected change in plans, I frantically was on the hunt for a new officiant. I was struggling to find anyone with availability for our date until I came across All In One Weddings. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry with information on their numerous officiants and answers to the questions I didn’t know I would have. Our officiant John was very responsive and walked us through all of the details in advance so we knew exactly what to expect. Charlie as our officiant from All in One Weddings - how fortunate we were to have met them and to have them as part of our special day. We were lucky enough to have John Portela officiate our wedding. He was thorough, thoughtful and organized. He checked in with us leading up to the wedding and offered any assistance we felt we needed. He was on time (got there early), clean-cut and dressed neatly. He gave us the exact ceremony that we wanted and he did it with care. You would have thought we'd known him our entire lives. He felt genuinely happy for us - you can tell he loves his job. He filed the paperwork immediately and followed up with a photocopy for our records. You can't go wrong with him as your officiant. He will forever be a part of one of our sweetest memories.

After a heartbreaking postponement due to 2020, we finally had our ceremony this summer and John was there to help the entire way. He checked in with us on a regular basis, made himself available via phone and email for any and all questions and was kind enough to meet with us in person to talk through our ceremony. We reached out to All in One Weddings to find an officiant for our June 2020 wedding in Portland, Maine. They were quick to respond and easy to work with. We chose Reverend Charlie from a list of potential officiants they provided. We had to reschedule our wedding to June 2021 due to Covid. All in One Weddings was very flexible and accommodating during the rescheduling process. They also provided a long word doc with different options for the ceremony so you can really customize it to be exactly what you want. Rev. Charlie showed up on time for our rehearsal and wedding ceremony and did exactly what we asked for. He was very nice and professional throughout the whole process.

We kept running into little set backs and John and Connie were right there to help us and accommodate our every want and need. Our photographer was absolutely amazing as well, he was so helpful getting everyone gathered and set up.. everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! ❤️
