Parvani Vida Bridal Salon

I had a great experience from start to finish. Shopping they stuck to my budget, dress arrived exactly when they said it would, alterations were perfect, including re-altering it last minute after losing some stress weight. Staff was super friendly every time I went as well. No complaints, just a positive experience!

I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. We initially chose Parvani because an associate that no longer works there was amazing to work with when purchasing my dress. After I purchased my dress everything went downhill. When I went to try on my dress after it came in, they refused multiple times to steam it for me (mind you I picked a crepe dress, so you can imagine how wrinkled it was coming out of a box). No one was sweet or energetic about coming to try on my dress as I’ve experience with my other girlfriends at their fittings at other bridal shops. No one offered to help put me in my dress. No one asked how my try on was going. They have 0 customer service and just want to make money. We later found out that they don’t even have a manage (go figure) and the owner is apparently the seamstress. Alterations were a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. My dress already fit me so what I needed was VERY minimal. When I went to try on my altered dress the seamstress cancelled an hour before, but I figured my dress would be fine so I went in to try it on anyways. I have never wanted to cry more in my life. She let out my dress so much that my figure fitting dress looked like a sack. Nothing we discussed was done. I have no clue how she was so far off the mark. Not to mention she offered to fix my shapewear so it didn’t show in the back and when I put it on the threading popped open. Then I had to reschedule and go back once again to meet with the seamstress she never once apologized for messing up my dress nor did any of the associates. She tried to fix my shapewear again and it broke AGAIN. Then she refused to give me my money back even though her workmanship was poor (eventually, after kicking and screaming she reluctantly reimbursed me). There were times when I was showing her what I didn’t like that she didn’t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Also, the floors are filthy and the bottom of my white dress was covered in hair and dust. My alterations still were not up to par, but the seamstress basically said that was the best she could do. I left unsatisfied and called another bridal shop to get another seamstresses opinion. When I told them I got my dress at Parvani they said, “oh no.. I’ve heard really terrible things about that place.” If that doesn’t say enough then idk what does. Not sure who they pay for these online reviews but they deserve 0 stars. You honestly get why you pay for and I regret ever coming here.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress shopping experience at Parvani Vida! Everyone was so sweet and helpful and their selection was all so stunning. Unfortunately, there was a mix up when they ordered my dress and they ordered the wrong color. When I went to pick up my dress and saw that it was the wrong color, I was devastated. The manager I spoke with promised she would get me the right color but kept insinuating that the mixup must have been my fault. She asked multiple time if I had changed my mind at all (which I hadn't). They were able to correct the mistake and I got the right color just a couple weeks later. They were even kind enough to ship it to me across the country. I would still absolutely recommend ordering from Parvani Vida!!

I went here for the Stella York Trunk show. They were so helpful and let me try on lots of dresses. The lady helping me didn't try to sell me on anything- she really let me decide what I wanted. It was easy to order and my dress came in on time despite the whole COVID situation.

I had a great experience with customer service. The girl who helped me was patient and didn’t just tell me what she thought I wanted to hear. She was friendly and outgoing. They have a good variety of dresses and prices. I went here when I was first looking and found the dress. Even when I saw it again at another store, I chose to go back here because I had such a positive experience. I used them for alterations as well and it was right the first time. Highly recommend!

I bought my DREAM Stella York dress from Parvani Vida and I could not be happier!! They were so nice and easy to work!

The service was fantastic and the selection was the perfect amount! I got to see plenty of dresses without feeling overwhelmed. My bridal consultant was amazing and she helped me pick my perfect dress! I recommend that anyone in the area go here for wedding dress shopping.

Simona is the BEST! This was my second and final stop in the search for my perfect dress. The first appointment I had was a huge disappointment so I went in hopeful for my visit at Parvani Vida. They BLEW ME AWAY! We were treated like queens and Simona took the time to meet everyone I brought to my appointment and to learn about me and my fiancé. She made me feel so comfortable and like I was family. She had so many great suggestions and really focused on what I wanted. I can’t recommend her or this incredible staff enough!

This place has a lot of dresses to choose from. I tried on about 20 dresses and found the one here. The staff is friendly and help you a lot during your fitting. Alterations were fast and easy as well. I recommend this place for finding your special dress!

This bridal salon excels when it comes to customer service and dress selection. Make sure you ask for Sloan as your bridal consultant!! She is wonderful at her job, and pulls amazing dresses based off of a quick convo. She was great about giving us time to ourselves without leaving us unattended. She didn’t bombard us or pester us like at some stores. I highly recommend this bridal salon! The area of town may seem a little off, but it is a hidden gem. They have SO many beautiful gowns, veils, and accessories. Thankful for the great experience!

The staff was incredible and so helpful! Thanks to them I was able to find my dream dress! I booked out a vip room and had a more intimate moment with my family members it was just a great experience!

I had 2 appointments at Parvani Vida to try and find my dream wedding dress, and both experiences did not disappoint! My bridal consultant was ELISE who was amazing in every way. I felt like I was talking to one of my girl friends the entire time, and her upbeat personality made the sessions enjoyable and productive. She really listened to the things I was looking for in a dress, utilized my feedback on dresses I tried on, and overall helped the whole process go smoothly. She would tell me what looked flattering on me and also what didn't, followed by a solution or a different option. I really appreciated this, as not once did I ever feel pushed for a sale. Instead I felt like she was really interested in finding something that would make me look and feel beautiful. JEANNIE is the owner, who also stopped by to check up on us. She is very warm and friendly, and made me feel welcome inside of her store. You can tell that she really values providing great customer service. Wedding dress shopping can be stressful sometimes, and I feel that both of these individuals made my experience a very relaxed and enjoyable one. I'm happy to say I said "yes to the dress" here!

The whole staff here is great! I bought my Mother of the Bride dress here. The wedding was beautiful and I received so many compliments on my dress. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Parvani Vida for any of your formal needs!

I found my dress and the young lady that helped me was super helpful,patient, honest, super energetic, and over amazing. She knew her styles and that helped alot. Very informative. Friendly staff. I do have to say the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 start is because I would of liked it to be colder in the building especially in the area of the fitting. I got pretty hot and uncomfortable.

Elise made my experience @parvanivida looking for a dress pleasurable. She was patient and most of all she was not forceful. She allowed me to shop around to only find out I could not find the quality of care given by her. So because of that I went back to the bridal store who had my best interest at heart... I went to several different bridal stores and boutiques before finding Parvani Vida, but this was the best experience by far for many reasons. As I walked in, I was greeted by the wonderful front desk staff! And the way the dresses are displayed gave me a giddy feeling unlike many other stores. The dress selection was absolutely beautiful and very wide! My consultant was Sloan and she was so friendly and helpful! She helped me find my dress and helped me with accessories when I came in for my first fit-on as well. She went out of her way to help my family and I feel welcomed and attended to! I would absolutely recommend at least making an appointment here if you’re looking for your dress!

I stopped in to visit before I took my bridesmaids & Sloan took the time to go through dresses and to find my style then we set an appointment. We booked the private room and it was great. Sloan’s & other staff members customer service was above and beyond. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the PERFECT dress. Parvani was recommended to me by a friend and I definitely would recommend them to anyone. Can’t wait for the big day! :)

I had an amazing experience at Parvani Vida. My stylist Elise was extremely helpful, she knew exactly what look I was looking for and pulled some amazing dresses. The whole appointment was fun and by the end I felt happy about saying yes to the dress and being a Parvani Vida Bride! I would definitely recommend this salon. I highly recommend Parvani Vida for your wedding gown. I went to many bridal salons and ended up buying my dress on the same day of my visit. They listened to what I wanted in my dress and helped me find the perfect dress. Beyond their dresses their alterations are one of a kind. They were able to build up my dress with sleeves making it look as one piece despite heavy beading and lace. Absolutely recommend this bridal salon.

Crooks!!! Mrs. Nguyen is a liar and didn't show any remorse for my dress coming in the wrong color (gold) and claims the dress I tried on (white) never existed in her store! Then after arguing with her for an hour she claims she can get me the dress in the color I want in a week. That was a lie because she couldn't. Good thing I went and found a different dress and wasn't relying on her word because I wouldn't have had a dress to get married in. Now I have to try and sell a gold $2500 wedding dress! 1 star because I have to and i'll give them that because they did have nice dresses.

I went to 2 other salons before coming to Parvani Vida. Appointments were timely, and the women we worked with to find my dream dress were so helpful. I chose a dress that the assistant picked out, and I would have never expected to like it. The dress arrived exactly 6 months after ordering, as we were told. They provide alterations services at the salon, which was very helpful. The women who did the alterations did a fantastic job! I received so many compliments on my dress and made sure to tell everyone where it came from! Couldn't have been happier with our experience! My mom loved them so much that we are having my sister's wedding dress altered there (bought in Waco).

Parvani Vida really came through for me. I had found a dress online that I fell in love with. The only problem was that I couldn't find it anywhere in the Houston area. I went to several salons and tried on numerous dresses and didn't like any of them. I contacted the designer of my dream dress to find out where it was in Houston. I got a list; however, the bridal salons withink an hour's drive of me that were supposed to have it didn't. A little defeated, I walked into Parvani Vida on a busy day (a salon over an hour away). I looked around and didn't see the dress. As I was leaving, I saw more dresses in another window in a room I didn't see when I was in the store. I went back in and asked how to get to that room. As soon as I entered the room, the dress I was looking for was featured on the mannequin. I couldn't believe it. And, it was my size and fit me perfectly. I held my breath as I asked if they would sell it to me off the rack (as it was now 3 months before the wedding). They did. The icing on the cake was working with Marisa. She has an amazing eye and went right to the perfect veil and headband. It was stunning and I am really grateful she made the process so easy for me.

I LOVED my dress as did everyone else. This was the easiest choice I made for the entire wedding. They have lots of choices and made the experience fun and painless.

Everyone here is super nice. I had an issue with ordering my wedding dress too small but the owner was super honest with me and worked with me to make sure the dress fit well. We were cutting close in time but dress came out great. Great fit, reasonable price, fantastic service.

I am very happy we found Parvani Vida. I had been to a few other places before we found this little shop and still was a little unsure the exact fit I was looking for. They were very patient and took the time to talk about my vision for the wedding. They found dresses that fit my description and even found some others they thought I might like. My mom was also able to go around and look for others that she thought I might like. I am not a very decisive person, so this process was hard for me. They let me take my time and try on a few dresses multiple times, so I could be sure which one I wanted. I loved the dress I picked and it looked great on my wedding day!

From my first appointment, to the last, everything was great! The dress itself was perfect but of course I wanted some custom items; which they helped at every step of the way. Loved the overall service, and there was plenty to choose from.

I loooved my dress and this shop was just what I needed for dress shopping. I liked that we tried Davids bridal first, because they have so many different style dresses to try on and I wasnt sure what I wanted really. Parvanis was the 3rd dress shop we had been to and I went in looking for an off the shoulder, ¾ sleeve, lacey, A-line type of dress. I took my mom and sister-in-law with me and I think less people worked a lot better for me because I was a little less overwhelmed. At first I wasn't finding any of the styles I liked, but then our associate and my sister-in-law started bringing in dresses they thought I would like. We narrowed it down to 2, very different, dresses and I ended up falling in love with a dress I wasn't even looking for in the first place! It was a nice intimate moment, there was maybe 1 other girl in the store at the time, and the rooms were nice and big to change into. The associate knew just where to pin things to give me the complete picture and the dress was in our budget! Highly recommend this place when you have an idea in mind.

Parvani Vida was our next to last stop after 2 whirlwind days of bridal dress shopping. They were beyond exceptional in listening to what I was looking for and helping me find 'that' dress!!!! Needless to say, I said yes to the dress and couldn't be happier!!!!! Thank you again, Alicia! You were wonderful and I cannot fully express how thankful I am for your help!!!! To any bride dress shopping, i would say- Shop at Parvani Vida first! You'll save yourself time and gas money, as you most likely will not need to look further!!!!!

Amazing experience!!! I had the pleasure of working with Monica at Parvani Vida. She was great to work with, super sweet and not pushy about me trying to find the perfect dress. My dress was actually custom made by non other than the store owner herself, Jeannie! She made my vision come true and I am still oohing and awing over my gorgeous gown. She was able to order a Kenneth Winston gown and work her magic to transform it into a masterpiece! My original dress was Kenneth Winston 1627 and Jeannie was able to turn it into a strapless gown. she added an illusion back and beading all over it and it was absolutely gorgeous!! She absolutely made my dream dress come to life! The store itself has so many options to choose from. They have a huge variety too! I just had this image in my mind and couldn't find it anywhere but luckily Jeannie was able to make it happen! Definitely go get your dress there, you will not be disappointed!

This bridal salon is AMAZING! The atmosphere is gorgeous! The women are so sweet and helpful! The owner is the BEST! She cares and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you're wanting! I'm so glad I went here and said YES to my dress at Parvani Vida Bridal!

So glad I found this bridal salon! They had tons of dresses on the rack so I was able to try on and order my dress that day. The dress I fell in love with was well within my reasonable price range. Couldnt have been happier with this place!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm shopping for my wedding gown and decided to go back to Parvani to try on some dresses I liked after looking at the pictures I took. I had an appointment and got there on time. I told them that I had tried some dresses on, and wanted to try them again but when I told them that it was not the ones that they had written down I got a "disapproval look" (this should have been my hint). So I look around the store and I'm able to locate the dresses I want to try but for my surprise, I'm told that they are full (EVEN THOUGHT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) and I can either wait or use the room on the back. I said I was fine with using the other room. So she brings me to the other side of the store, puts my dresses in the dressing room and says: here you go, you can try them on here. AND SHE LEAVES!!!! How am I supposed to put on the dress myself??? So I get half dressed and open the door to see if she is waiting outside, NO SHE IS GONE. I wait a few minutes and a guy shows up and asks if I need help. He sends another girl to help me, she comes in to zip the dress and realizes she needs clips. She leaves again, comes back with the clips, but doesn't really know how to use them very well, but we are able to get the dress on. I walk out of the dressing room and realize that there is only a small mirror and no stool. How am I supposed to see how the dress will look like, the way it will fit me. But I'm still decided to buy a dress so I tell her I'm going to try the other one, she unzips me and leaves!!!! So I go on the dressing room to put the other one on and wait for someone to show up to help me. The first girl shows up and I ask her if she has a stool, so she brings one (did I really have to ask???) and then she looks at me and say, "this mirror is not good". ARE YOU KIDDING ME this whole experience has been a disaster. So I ask her why they did not respect the appointment I had and her excuses is that other brides were running late. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM IF YOU CAN'T PROPERLY SCHEDULE YOU APPOINTMENTS. I tell her to unzip me and that I'm done trying on dresses, I that I'm going to buy it somewhere else. I change back into my clothes and by the time I make it to the front desk the manager of the store is there asking if I need any help and that the other brides left, they have room for me NOW (35 min after my appointment) and if I want, they will put me in the VIP room. At this point I'm already stressed out and I don't fell like trying on any more dresses there. 1st - Learn how to run a business. Don't book 4 brides if you only have 3 rooms. 2nd - why didn't they give me the "VIP" room to begin with, or move one of the brides that were running over their 1 hr appointment there? Shopping for a wedding gown is already hard on itself and doesn't need any more aggravating situation. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated and do not recommend going there. With just a little more respect for the customer, they could've handled the situation in many other ways and avoided all the stress and discontentment.

Parvani Vida was so good to me! I went there twice for dress appointments and found a couple very strong contenders. For one of the dresses I wanted to get some custom beading added to the back. My consultant called the vendor and got a quote for me while I was still admiring myself in the dress! I ended up not buying a dress here because I fell in love with one off Pinterest which they did not carry. I did get my dress altered here and bought a veil and got both steamed for the wedding. The alterations were thorough and well done. All of the consultants and staff I interacted with were professional, honest, and very helpful. I definitely recommend Houston area brides look here for your dress. Every time I went in for a fitting I kept seeing gorgeous new dresses on the racks!

Would only recommend this salon to a bride who know what dress she wants and is quick in decision. Have some original dresses. They give you only 1 hour for your appointment, and would not allow you to browse through the salon by yourself. Rushed you, even though there was only one other bride in the salon; and pressured you to buy right away. This is an important decision for a bride, and I was treated a lot better at other salons.

Really great selection with good prices and frequent sales. The rooms are fancy and make you feel like a star! Would be 5 star review, but their alterations costs are exceptionally high, as they sub it out to a local woman.

The selection at Parvani vida is not very good and definitely not an option for a bride looking for high end dresses. I only saw one enzoani dress that was worth the visit but ended buying a different gown elsewhere. The location leaves a lot to be desired. I had to wait for 30 minutes because the consultant had not arrived and this is the only salon that made me wait, I was about to leave actually. I would look elsewhere.

My overall experience at Parvani was nice. The girl who helped me pick my dress was really helpful. I was a little upset as we had asked certain questions about my alterations and were told we didn't need to order the dress in a certain way and we actually did. My alterations cost me more because of it but the lady who does the alterations is amazing! She made the changes I wanted and I was really happy with the end result.

After going to 10 other bridal shops in Houston, I finally found my dress at Parvani Vida. The shopping experience was WONDERFUL! The were so helpful and had absolutely beautiful dresses... and definitely different than anywhere else! They even let me have a "reveal party" for my mother-in-law and bridesmaids the next day. The only reason I gave Parvani Vida 4 stars is becuase of the alterations process. The tailor wasn't very friendly and made me feel very uneasy about what could be done to my dress. However, it turned out perfectly and was stunning for my day.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I purchased my wedding gown here. During my first fitting, I explained to the sale representative that I was told by Maria (the lady that sold me the dress) my alterations, bussle, storage, and steam were included in my final price. She said Maria had previously said that to another client. She told me to go ahead and try on my dress, and we will see what they can work out. The owner/manager, Jeannie, came in to review the terms and policies in a contract that they typically have all customers sign. I pointed out to her that I have never seen that document, and the contract was not signed. I asked her how can I be bound to an unsigned contract? She stormed out of the fitting room and returned with an email written from the sales clerk, Maria. The email asked me to send a confirmation email saying that I had received the email and attachment that included a receipt. The owner continued to yell and say that that email was considered a contract. I politely said to Jeannie as I was standing in my wedding gown for the FIRST time..."are you really going to continue to yell at me, your paying customer??? What type of customer service is this??? You realize that I am highly educated, and I know the difference between an email and a signed contract??? Then, Jeannie told me to take my dress and get out of her store!!! I changed and collected my things. As I was trying to leave store, I overheard Jeannie tell the sales representatives to lock us in the store because the police were on the way!!!!! She said since you were yelling at me I called the police!! As we are waiting on the police, the woman that originally placed me in the fitting room explained that she was mistaken about Maria telling customers alterations were included in final price. All the sales employees including Jeannie pretended not to know who was in charge nor who was the owner. The police arrived, and cannot believe this whole debacle is over alterations! They also inform Jeannie that she cannot lock people in your store because that is unlawful captivity!!! I was completely mortified by this experience. I have never had any issues that have required the police. Furthermore, if Jeannie would have taken the time to apologize for the misunderstanding, and work with me to resolve this issue it would have never escalated so far! If I would have received an apology instead of someone incessantly trying to prove that she was right, I probably would have paid full price for the alterations. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they do not believe in customer service nor doing what right preserve the customer experience!! I really believe that my wedding dress is tainted by this horrible experience, and hope that no one ever has to experience this!

Overall a great experience. I found a beautiful gown that I got many many compliments on - it was actually the talk of the wedding which was pretty awesome :) Anita helped me while trying on dresses and she was great and so enthusiastic which made the process less stressful. I would definitely refer friends to Parvani Vida!

I am so glad I found Parvani Vida! I got excellent service and found my dress easily here. They knew my style within 5 minutes of talking to me! I like the nice, easy setting as well. They were great with all my alterations and everything was on time. I already recommended this store to one of my friends and she found her dress as well!

long story short, parvani vida ordered the wrong wedding dress (one i previously liked) however it was meant to be because it was better than i could have ever imagined! ms jenny was able to make this dress into "my dress" by making alterations. i like how the alterations are done in house and not sent to another strange place! everyone at parvani vida was wonderful and personal to work with. i am thankful they turned what could have been a disaster into my beautiful dream dress.
