Heather and Victoria were amazing to work with! They are both so sweet and responsive and made me feel confident going into our wedding, as they took over communication with my vendors during the month before. Victoria was our day-of coordinator and everything went so smoothly during the rehearsal and the wedding day, down to the little details. If anything went wrong, I have no idea because Victoria handled it. Highly recommend Vintage&Lace!
Heather & Victoria were absolute godsends! There is no way everything at our wedding would have come together without them. For over a year, Heather made a budget & timeline for me, suggested (amazing) vendors, listened to me whine and cry about all the stress of wedding planning and she did it all with a smile and the most proactive problem solving. She handled every piece of communication with our vendors and made sure I paid them on time. She was there for every call I needed her on and was willing to talk as often as I wanted. And Victoria, on the day of our wedding, was incredible! My family couldn't stop raving about how helpful she was. She talked me off a ledge when it looked like weather was going to interfere with our day and helped us come up with a fix on the spot. She also thought of so many little things that went such a long way with us - sending to go boxes of our wedding food home, making sure our favorite champagne was available at our seats, our bags were packed and in our getaway car. These two are an absolute dream team and although I hope not to get married again, I would jump at the chance to work with them again!
Heather & Victoria are truly amazing! From the first phone conversation I had with Heather on the phone I knew Vintage & Lace would be the perfect fit for helping plan our wedding. Leading up to the wedding Victoria was everything we needed. She was flexible and met with us multiple times to help ease our minds leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she made sure everything went smoothly, kept us calm, and took care of a small situation with a guest without anyone else noticing. We are so thankful we hired Vintage and Lace and would recommend them to anyone!
Heather and Victoria are incredible. We planned our wedding from out of state and relied heavily on Heather to help us find vendors, keep us on track, and bring our wedding vision to life. Victoria stepped in month of and day of and handled everything beautifully. She will keep everything on schedule and keep track of every item that needs to be set up and packed away (guest book, frames, votives, party favors etc) while you relax and get hair and makeup done. As the bride, she had my back when the venue made mistakes, when I needed a drink, and when I felt overwhelmed. V&L will not disappoint!

Please please please take my advice and work with V&L. Heather and Victoria are the definition of the dream team. Both my fiance and I felt confident in booking them the moment we did. They were always responsive in emails, made sure we had everything in order, followed up with all of our vendors the week of and if something didn't work out the day of, Victoria did not let it slip. Victoria was our day of coordinator and I could not imagine having my big day without her help. We were able to eat, enjoy cocktail hour, dance the night away, participate in all the activities we had (photobooth, food truck, donkeys) because she kept things moving and I don't have a single critique to give. 10/10 would hire V&L again!!!
Heather and Victoria are an outstanding team. They helped manage and plan for our big day from afar - as day-of coordinators, they did SO MUCH MORE than I could have expected. Heather did a fantastic job of collecting the critical information and packaging for a smooth hand-off to Victoria for the big day. She was always available for questions, and was so crucial in helping me find a team of A++ vendors. Then comes Victoria - felt like my sister! She was grounded and confident, but also extremely flexible to our unforeseen day-of needs. She kept things running behind the scenes and was still entirely present for the event. Don't even think about looking any further for your wedding coordination needs - Vintage&Lace is the only answer!
OMG! AMAZING! Heather and Victoria were nothing but amazing. I am not from Austin originally so they were SO helpful in suggesting recommended vendors and helping with all other Austin related questions I had. They were both helpful in checking in on me on the way and keeping me on schedule. They were both always available for phone calls, emails, or zooms. I mainly worked with Heather leading up to the wedding and she was fantastic with helping me with anything I needed. I worked with Victoria for the rehearsal and day off and she was just amazing! She helped to ease my anxiety, she did not worry me with anything that was going on, she helped the schedule flow, and she helped with picking up at the end of the night was very much needed. They also were able to send someone out to buy more liquor because we ran out of some! As someone who struggles with creativity and making decisions, I would HIGHLY recommend a wedding planner and would definitely recommend this team!

Victoria where to even begin! She is an absolute rockstar and could not have imagined my special day without her. She feels like family at this point! Victoria is so organized, calm but assertive and made the day run so smooth. I was never worried once about anything because I knew Victoria was 10 steps ahead of anyone else. She came to my hotel when I got into town and picked items up from me to take to the venue so I didn’t have to worry about it. She went above and beyond in every aspect. Victoria and Heather were so warm, fun, and helpful putting together our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch! Victoria was amazing at making sure the wedding party and family knew exactly where they were supposed to be and what they were supposed to do. All of the decorations and details behind the scenes were set up perfectly and the night ran smoothly because of it. Highly recommend!
Heather and Victoria were a dream to work with for coordinating our Laguna Gloria wedding. They knew exactly when jump in and provide guidance or nudge us in the right direction while letting us steer toward the vision of our day. Victoria configured our rehearsal beautifully, working creatively within a unique space and a ton of bridesmaids, and adapting to several of our groomsmen not being able to attend due to the travel ban. They were such a calming and warm presence on the day, making sure everything ran to time, that each big moment was captured, and handling everything that could have possibly gone wrong behind the scenes so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We are so grateful.
Heather is a fantastic wedding planner and easy to work with. She stuck with us through three (!) Covid reschedules and was always understanding, communicative, and proactive. I couldn't have done the wedding without her and am so grateful for her guidance, organization, and quick communication.

I cannot express enough how much Heather helped us! She was so amazing and we knew we wanted her for our big day the moment we spoke. She was very responsive to emails and helped every step of the way which was awesome especially because we live in Indiana and had our wedding in Texas! She made our wedding planning so much easier and she executed everything so nicely and better than I could imagine with the timeline, communicating with vendors and putting our centerpieces/decorations together! Heather did an amazing job on our wedding! We had a short engagement (less than 3 months) and were out of state for half of the time. I never once lost sleep because Heather was on top of it all. She was thorough, thought of everything and more than I did, and executed every detail perfectly. It was a restful, joyful day because Heather did all the heavy lifting. She was awesome to work with and I’d recommend her to anyone!

Heather is incredible - you don't realize how much you don't know (or at least I didn't know!) about weddings until you hire her and her expertise, planning, and knowledge will just blow you away. She is a genuinely kind person which makes her a pleasure to work with and she is the definition of professionalism. I was interested in a planner so my mom could enjoy the wedding day and not get stuck with details. My parents both commented afterward that any time they had a question or needed anything Heather was already right there with the answer, a reminder, or a quick fix. She is incredible at anticipating your needs and makes everything flawless! She communicates well before the wedding, makes planning painless, and makes the day of a breeze. Everyone told us not the sweat the wedding because something will go wrong and though you may be upset at the time it will become a funny memory - we appreciated this great advice - but with Heather nothing went wrong, and if it did we had no clue!
Six weeks before my wedding, I panicked and contacted a multitude of wedding planners and coordinators. Due to COVID, I was exhausted from cancelling an overseas wedding and dealing with two reschedules; I could no longer handle all of the logistics. Enter Heather. She was quick to respond and schedule a meeting with me and my then fiancee to discuss details. She was calm, interested, and prepared. She assuaged my panic and let me know that 6 weeks for a 30 person wedding was easy peasy. I cannot recommend Heather enough! With my hectic work schedule, she contacted me via email as my preference. We are based in Philadelphia, and while we didn't meet until the day before the wedding, you definitely couldn't tell as everything went off without a hitch. Well if there was anything wrong during the ceremony and reception, we had no idea. She handled all of our vendors seamlessly and made everyone feel safe during the pandemic. I definitely know now that we couldn't have pulled it off without her!
There are not enough great things to say about Heather!! We couldn't have done it without her and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. After talking with her, she knew what we wanted for our wedding and she made it happen. She helped us when we needed it and she was extremely responsive to our emails and questions. I never had to worry about if something needed to be done or when to pay a vender. She kept me in check and in the loop with every vender and that was extremely helpful (especially for someone who is not very organized liked me). Our wedding was perfect and she helped make it a dream come true.
Hire Heather, really. She saved us so many headaches, was honest about our ideas, and just made everything work.. flawlessly.

Our number one ask of Heather was to make sure that my husband and I were not stressed on the wedding day. She far exceeded our ask. Not only was I not worrying about how things would be pulled together, I was so excited to see how Heather helped our vision come to life.
She understood where to pay attention to detail, and what would get us the most bang for buck considering we focused heavily on the feel and design of the day.
Finally, she was really kind in helping my family on the day of. My oldest brother was quite concerned with making my day wonderful, and Heather included him gracefully.

Heather Girotti was the day-of coordinator for our daughter's wedding. She was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Heather is very calm, organized and so helpful. She recommended some vendors (which all worked out great) and her attention to detail is unsurpassed. Heather is a true professional, very reliable and basically thought of every detail. She organized the rehearsal, and was on target with the details during the event. Every aspect of the evening went along like clockwork because Heather was on top of everything. HIGHLY recommended!
Heather was amazing, a lifesaver for wedding newbies!!!! She was always available to answer questions, and make great suggestions. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything, and all with such professionalism . She is a pleasure to work with, super organized, and a calming influence. From day one, Heather was on the ball. Always prompt and thorough in her responses, she was the kindest and most compassionate person I could imagine working with. Heather and Victoria were amazing! From the beginning, they dealt with my neurosis and were able to calm me down. They were extremely organized and very responsive to all my emails. They gave us a very detailed timeline of everything and took all of our wishes and incorporated everything we wanted. Heather ran our rehearsal and Victoria was there day of. They were both amazing! Victoria killed it day of our wedding. She kept everything running smoothly, she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and I didn’t have to worry about anything all day. If any minor thing came up, Victoria stepped in and solved it. Victoria even brought some of our personal items to our house a few days later, she really went above and beyond. Vintage and Lace really was an amazing and invaluable addition to our wedding. We could not recommend them enough!
Vintage & Lace is your go-to for all your wedding coordination needs!! I feel so lucky to have had Heather, Victoria and Jasmine on my side!! Heather was amazing in the entire planning process, always answering my random questions at all hours of the day! Victoria was ALWAYS 3 steps ahead of my semi-rowdy bridal party (mostly the boys) and effortlessly corralled everyone together taking charge without even thinking twice about it (while holding my bridesmaids baby) she is actually Superwoman. What a relief this was for me- to get to sit back and enjoy my wedding! Victoria took care of every single detail on the day of my wedding. I mean everything. If there was ever a problem I had no idea (and still to this day do not know). THAT is what you want and need for your wedding and Vintage & Lace will take care of you! I was lucky enough to sit down for 2 minutes with Victoria and my MOH during the wedding and I have to tell you it was one of those "we did it!!" moments. I will cherish this memory for all of my life (and that is really saying something about someone I only recently met in this planning process). Heather was absolutely the biggest help before our wedding and the day of!!Throughout the whole process she was organized, calm, and professional. She was quick to answer any questions we had and brought to our attention many things we weren't thinking of regarding the whole wedding process. She was super helpful at our rehearsal and the day of as well. It was raining the whole day of our wedding and she made the call about 2 hours before the wedding that we were able to have it outside. She coordinated with everyone to make that happen on short notice. She helped me when my bustle button broke and pinned me up with a safety pin and made sure vendors were ready for the next thing that was going to happen during the night. She also coordinated all the clean up so that none of my family and friends had to stay behind to clean everything up. There were many other great examples of how helpful Heather was! She was super awesome during the whole process and definitely has a ton of experience!
Y'all - I cannot imagine my big day without Heather and Victoria. They absolutely know what they're doing and handle things seamlessly. They have relationships with vendors in Austin and are extremely experienced. Additionally, they were extremely flexible as we had some last minute needs arise and schedule changes. VERY attentive leading up to wedding day and allowed the groom and I to truly enjoy our day without being stressed about anything. Worth EVERY PENNY! I recommend Vintage&Lace wholeheartedly - would use again if I ever hosted a big, important event. Thank you, Vintage&Lace!!!!
Heather is simply amazing! My biggest regret is not hiring her to be my wedding planner. I didn’t have a wedding planner, and I hired Heather for coordination only. She was always at least two steps ahead of me, and she thought of everything I didn’t. The day went so smoothly, and I owe this all to Heather. Also, I had hired someone to take of transportation for my guests and myself to and from the wedding, and that person was a nightmare to work with. Heather took over all communication with her for me. And Heather had a back up plan if that person fell through. I can’t thank Heather enough. She was always there by our sides during the wedding reception, but never in the way. She was very professional. You won’t regret hiring her.

Heather is worth every penny and more. Not only is she completely professional, but she made me feel like my much more qualified friend was helping, not just someone I hired. Although I am a native Austinite, I was planning my wedding from New Jersey while my husband and I both tackled new jobs as attorneys. Heather took the time to discuss what kind of wedding planner we needed her to be (e.g. hands-on, strict to the budget, one that provided many options or only a few options to keep us from being overwhelmed). My husband and I both worked long hours and needed someone to gently but firmly keep us on track with planning. Heather had a great sense of what we would like, and when we needed to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly truth about wedding planning. The best part about hiring Heather was that I have no idea if anything went wrong on our wedding day because Heather handled everything. All I remember is having a great time with my friends and family.
Heather went above and beyond from day one to help with anything from recommendations to organization. She was incredible and reliable and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She was also great emotional support and helped calm me down at every bump in the road :)

Hiring Vintage&Lace was the best decision I made throughout this whole process, and it was worth every penny! As an event planner myself, it can sometimes be difficult to let others take the reins on a big event, but with Heather, I felt completely at ease and confident that she would take care of everything. Her promptness, professionalism, attention to detail really allowed me to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. Loved working with her and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a coordinator!
“Thank goodness for Heather!” is what my mom and I said to each other 100 times during the wedding planning process. Heather is AMAZING, and I say that because I can’t think of a better word to describe her. In retrospect, hiring her for planning + day of services was the best money spent on the entire wedding. On our first call, she told me that if anything went wrong the day of I wouldn’t know about it, and that was true. She also recommended amazing vendors for our every need and is extremely knowledgable about the entire process, so I think it’s unlikely anything would have gone wrong anyway, since we had her involvement. I can’t think of one time I had a complaint when working with her, she truly was the most amazing, perfect wedding planner and generally cheery person. She was always available and responsive, always remembering details that I was not, and even was able to answer most of the questions I had for vendors. My wedding day was truly magical and I got to actually enjoy it, all thanks to her. She is THE BEST!!!! Hire her now if she’s not already booked up.
I cannot say enough great things about working with Heather. Throughout the whole process, she was so responsive and communicative, which was HUGE as I was planning our wedding in Austin all the way from DC, where I live. As a hyper organized person myself, I also have to compliment how completely on top of everything she was at every moment. I felt fully confident no balls would be dropped or details overlooked, even when *my* brain was totally overloaded. She took care of everything she promised to and also reminded me when I had forgotten little things here and there. She was always ready with expert advice and adjusted quickly/smoothly/professionally whether I took it or decided to go my own way. I felt like I could ask her recommendation on anything and took it 99% of the time (she knows what she's doing) but never felt pressure to, which I think is what makes her such an exceptional coordinator/planner. She eased any tiny concerns I had the day of so that I 100% relaxed and enjoyed myself, and she worked with the vendors so that the timeline was executed exactly how we wanted. As an added plus since we chose to have 6 little ones in our wedding, she's also great with kids! Her interaction with them during the rehearsal/before the ceremony/etc. is definitely a huge reason we had no tears going down the aisle. More than appreciate her and HIGHLY recommend!
Last September my husband and I began our engagement journey together. We both agreed that a wedding planner was a must. Hire Heather! Our wedding was an absolute dream and we were truly able to ENJOY ourselves only because Heather was there to ensure every single thing was in order. Heather both executed our ideas perfectly and was able to fill in creatively when we were out of ideas. We never felt rushed or stressed or in any sort of crunch during the entire planning process and on the day of we were truly able to focus our attention on our friends, families, and each other. We could tell our vendors love working with Heather, as well. She clearly has a great rapport with the Austin wedding planning community but also puts her clients first. Really, hire her! We hired Heather to do week-of coordination for our wedding. We were travelling to Austin from California so having her help with the vendor coordination and general planning was a lifesaver. She was so organized and very accommodating. She helped us with so many details we had not thought of and was seriously on top of her game. The day of the wedding she was there making sure everything went smoothly, and that enabled me to fully enjoy my whole wedding day. Just knowing that she was there helped me relax and soak it all in. Do not try to plan your wedding without Heather! We had a pretty complex wedding - multiple vendors, out of town guests, transportation etc., and Heather lead the entire process every step of the way. I'm pretty type A and thought I could plan our wedding myself but after a couple of weeks in I asked Heather to take over. I'm so thankful I found her. Our wedding was perfect, everything ran smoothly with every single vendor and she really honed in on my sense of style. All our guests were amazed with the styling of the event and how seamless the day/night went. I am so glad we invested in her services!
Heather came recommended to me from a wedding planner who did a friend's wedding that had since gone in-house at a venue I was not interested in. When I checked out her reviews, I thought this was too good to be true, but it wasn't!
We had a phone call and scheduled to meet in person. I live in Dallas, and was going to be home in Austin for Christmas. Through terrible weather and scheduling around family events the four of us (my parents, fiance (now husband), and I) plus Heather made the meeting happen.
When Heather said she worked in google docs and color coded schedules, I knew we were a match. We hired Heather to help plan for the duration, not just the day of.
I wasn't the bride who had a vision book for her wedding or has known what she wanted since she was 4. But Heather knew the right questions to ask to get vendors narrowed down so I wasn't overwhelmed with choices.
When we looked at venues, one coveted place said they had a cancellation that had just opened up a spring Saturday 6 weeks away. You MUST use Heather at Vintage & Lace Weddings as your wedding coordinator!! I thought planning a wedding would be so easy and I quickly realized I was in way over my head. I decided to use a wedding planner and after finding Heather, it was like the biggest weight was lifted off my shoulders. She created a wedding timeline for each month leading up to the wedding that we could follow to know what needed to be done and when. She gave us countless vendor options and was in constant communication with the ones we chose. But as great as she was in the months leading up to the wedding, she was a true star when it came to the day of. She had a whole schedule created and sent to all the vendors so everyone was on the same page, she gave her number to everyone so they contacted her and not me, and she made the whole day stress free for me. When finally something came up that was out of her control, mother nature, she stepped up big time and turned the dining hall into the most beautiful ceremony sight I have EVER seen, and all while kept me calm as I cried in a back room because of the crazy storm going on outside. I truly cannot speak highly enough of Heather and promise you that you would not be disappointed at all by using her services. CALL HER NOW AND YOUR WEDDING WILL BE EVERYTHING YOU COULD HAVE DREAMED!!
Selecting Heather to be our planner was probably the best wedding decision we made. After trying to do some of the design work ourselves, we even ended up hiring Heather for portions of that. There is no way our wedding would have gone as smoothly and looked as great as it did without her help. We had an absolutely wonderful day, and we got tons of compliments on the decorations and the flow of the event.
Leading up to the wedding, Heather was available when we needed her, even though I'm sure she had many other clients. She made time to videoconference with us, and was responsive to my emails. She came to meet in person at the venue with the onsite coordinator. I was very glad to have expert help when listening to the two professionals discuss options I didn't know existed!
After we hired her to help decorate, we shared some ideas back and forth (lots of pinterest) and settled on some concepts. Heather took care of finding the vendors and providing quotes for us to OK. She did an amazing job staying within our budget while being dead on matching the design to the final outcome. She even did pick up / drop of instead of delivery for some of the rentals to save us a little money, which was definitely above and beyond. She also made our table labels for us and provided smaller items like the flower girl baskets and chalkboard signs without charge.
On our wedding day, we basically had to show up and follow her direction. She handled all of the setup and decor placement, and managed the vendor deliveries. If there were issues, I never heard about them. As the evening progressed, she would discreetly come over to cue us (and the DJ, and photographer) to the next event - time for toasts, garter toss, etc. She stayed calm when we got behind schedule, but made sure to get us back on track. At the end of the night, we got to head out and Heather took care of the cleanup for us so we didn't have anything to worry about.
Our wedding turned out exactly as we wanted, and it would have been impossible to do without Heather.
I hired Heather(owner of V&L) to do my April wedding. From the moment I met her I knew that she would be perfect, she knew my style exactly and I really trusted her opinion and knowledge. We had both recently moved to Texas while most of our family was still on the East Coast. We had been engaged a year and still hadn’t done anything in the way of planning. We knew what we wanted but our jobs kept us so busy that we never had time to execute anything. We lived in Houston but planned to host our wedding in Austin. In addition, 80% of our guest list was from the east coast. This is when I decided we must hire a wedding planner and boy did we luck out in getting Heather! Our daughter was married in Austin, Texas on New Year's Eve 2014. We live in Virginia.
