We had the perfect day! Rehearsal was the day before and Amanda walked us through everything and even mentioned things we hadn't even thought of. The day of the wedding was great. Everything was exactly as we hoped for, honestly it couldn't have gone any better. The gazebo was the perfect place since it was a hot day out and it was cool under there with a beautiful breeze.

Our wedding at Lover’s Key was truly the best day ever! Amanda and her team were so incredible and accommodating. The location was beautiful, and we couldn’t imagine our day any other way! It was truly a remarkable and beautiful experience. All of our guests could not get over how gorgeous and smooth the setting was. We absolutely loved our beach wedding (so much that we have since visited the location to reminisce)!

Everything from the initial visit of the venue to the wedding day was top notch!!! Amanda and her staff were so patient with all the questions since we were from out of town. It’s a beautiful venue and I really can’t say enough about the staff. They were so kind and met all of our expectations.

Amanda was amazing from the first time we met her. She went over all of the options available and showed us where our ceremony was going to be. She provided us with all of the information we needed to make our decision. Our wedding was on April 20, 2022, and it went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Amanda was there for us every step of the way. Thank you Amanda for helping to make our day extra special. We would also like to thank Ellen who was there on our wedding day. She made sure I was ready before going down the aisle. Ellen took my husband and I and our photographers around the island on her gulf cart to some of the best photo spots. Our photos came out beautiful. Thank you again Amanda and Ellen!

Amanda and all of the staff at Lovers key were a delight to work with! From helping coordinate to setup, giving me a FaceTime tour as I don’t live near there, and giving weather advice (it rained on our wedding day and thank goodness she had advised us to set up for the reception in the gazebo or we would have all been drenched 🤣) I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the staff there. It was such a beautiful place to get married and I would choose it over and over again even with the extra variables and challenges of planning a destination wedding!

Lovers key was the perfect spot for my beach wedding. We were looking for beach and simple. Amanda, her team and vendors made our special day even better. Everything was seamless and flowed very smooth. Our guest were amazed by the venue/location and we’re very relaxed in our setting.

Amanda and team were awesome to work with!!! The venue itself is beautiful- but under the stars with the string lights it just becomes a magical location. Amanda did a great job organizing all of the vendors for us before the wedding as well. Be prepared to be a little more hands on here as you do have to choose your vendors (as opposed to having it at a hotel where a lot is already set). However, having the entire beach to ourselves during the reception was fantastic! We also got a bus and chartered our guests in to make the logistics super easy. Would absolutely recommend! We had an amazing party and couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

Amanda was our coordinator for the wedding. She was super helpful and made sure our day went smoothly even when the weather wasn’t cooperative. The beach location was perfect and the chairs/arch were setup beautifully.

Amanda was the best resource to have for our wedding! We decided to do a destination wedding, and as we are from Wisconsin all planning had to happen remotely. She was so flexible and realistic with us regarding what we should offer our guests. It was the most perfect and beautiful day and Amanda made it all go so smoothly. Lovers Key is such a beautiful park, and our guests had nothing but great things to say about the entire experience.

We had the best time at our wedding in Lover's Key Beach. The entire venue was so beautiful and perfect for my husband and I's needs. We were searching high and low for the perfect beach venue and we hit the lottery with Lover's Key. Amanda was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and the day of, as well. Our wedding day was beyond gorgeous! The only fault were the "no-see-em" bugs around the grassy patches so definitely wear bug spray. Other than that, we had the best time ever.

Lovers Key is such a special place to get married. Amanda was phenomenal! She knows exactly what she is doing and went above and beyond. She had an answer for everything, which made me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything! The venue is beautiful and speaks for itself. Everything was even more beautiful than imagined. Would recommend again and again!

Amanda, the event coordinator, is amazing! She has so much experience and makes the whole year of wedding planning so much fun and so easy! She is organized and professional while being very personable. She and her staff are so accommodating and take any stress out of wedding planning! The venue, sunsets and gazebo made our daughter and son in law’s beach wedding a dream come true! ❤️

Being from Philly, so many people have asked my husband and I why we chose Lovers Key for our wedding destination. We knew early on that we wanted to get married & have our reception on the beach, but didn't necessarily want to leave the country to have to do it as it would make travel more difficult for guests. We also didn't want a wedding at the Jersey Shore. I came across Lovers Key during an online search and fell in love with the venue. It is such a beautiful, natural state park and you can do so many things with the open beach space to make it exactly the wedding you're envisioning. Working with Amanda was amazing, I had the pleasure of meeting her for the first time in person in early 2020 when I flew down for some wedding vendor meetings. Amanda was super easy to get along with and let us hang out in her office while I pestered her with my many crazy questions. She is a workhorse and gets things done exactly how you want them to be. She even bustled, unbustled (for photos) and then re-bustled my dress day of! She is a true pro and I only wish I had an excuse to plan another Lovers Key event with her. Even when we had to postpone our initial April 2020 date she was incredibly understanding and flexible during our many rescheduled dates. If a beach wedding is what you're looking for, Lovers Key is the place!

I fell in love with Lovers Key as soon as I found it! The beach and gazebo are beautiful and made for the perfect back drop for a wedding! Amanda was so helpful down to the last minute and she answered every annoying question I had so quickly! We planned the entire wedding from Ohio and due to covid, booked sight unseen! We ended up with the perfect weather, best twinkly lights and the sound of the ocean was the cherry on top of an amazing day! We loved the flexibility with vendors at this location giving us the ability to work within a budget and Amanda was right there when we didn't know who to call for food or drinks! Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach wedding.

My fiance and I decided to sneak in a last minute wedding in southwest Florida - 2 months before our wedding day. I emailed the staff at Lovers' Key that day and from then on have been nothing but impressed by the service we have received! Amanda and her team were consummate professionals, extremely easy to work with, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. We could not have been happier with them. The location was also perfect. Getting married with the sun beginning to set behind us and the waves crashing near by set the mood in a way that no decor could have. We can't recommend Lover's Key more for a wedding location to anyone interested!

I could detail everything that was above and beyond....Need lots more space!! Bottom Line....Lovers Key Adventures and Events made everything perfect. We have issues but the staff took charge and made things work. Amanda deals with vendors every day and knows what it takes to make it work! The venue is beautiful!! They can support every thing you need! If you want a Beach Wedding stop looking and get things started! Amanda also has great recommendations on excellent vendors for all facets of the wedding process. Awesome, Excellent, memorable!!

What a wonderful experience we had with Lover's Key. The place is a dream for couples that want a beach wedding with gorgeous sunsets as a backdrop! And the best is Amanda, such a lovely person!!! A very experienced planner who will go the extra mile to make easy-breezy "the" special day. We loved her from the very first moment we met her. Without a doubt the best location in USA!

My wife and I talked with Amanda when we first started looking at venues. She set us up an appointment at Lovers Key in her office. She showed us all the details we needed to have our dream wedding. She gave us a tour of wedding ceremony on the beach and the reception area along with the gazebo for the dancing. She allowed us to have outside vendors that went through an approval process. Many of the vendors we used was through her list of contacts which she has established a relationship with and that are reliable. Through every step of the way, Amanda was organized, professional, and always made herself available to us. She definitely eased the stress on my wife with a lot of the details and the wedding flowed so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry at all about the timeline of events. I’m so grateful for everyone at Lovers Key and especially Amanda to make our day so memorable and special. Thank you!!! I give my highest recommendation to this amazing team.

Beautiful venue! My husband and I moved from the east coast of Florida over here to the west coast and knew we wanted a sunset wedding. Our first venue to look at was Lovers Key and we immediately fell in love with the scenery. Our favorite part of the beach was seeing the giant pieces of driftwood for perfect photo ops. Amanda was our coordinator and she is one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met! She was always on top of getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had. Everything we asked for, she was able to do. The day of our wedding, it rained all morning and we for sure thought we were going to have to postpone but Amanda was able to wait just until the rain stopped and her and the rest of the crew were able to get the tables, centerpieces, chairs, our arch, the decorations, etc. up in no time. The amount of professionalism and dedication that she put into our wedding amazed us and we are forever grateful for that. Everything was even more beautiful than imagined. We went with neutral colors that complimented the scenery very well. The gazebo was decorated with linens and Edison lights for the dancing and drinking part of the reception. For the dinner we also had the Edison lights set up on the beach. It was one of the best nights of our life and I wish I could do it all over again. Amanda is absolutely amazing to work with. She responded to all my emails and met with us when we went to visit the site to give us a tour. We fell in love with the venue and the affordable options to rent out the beach for the ceremony and gazebo for reception. Our guest loved the experience of getting on a tram and not having to go anywhere after the ceremony. The ambience was perfect and Amanda was a huge help for the day of setup. Lover's Key State Park was the PERFECT venue for our beach fairytale wedding! When we were venue shopping we were looking for a beach venue where we could have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in the sand. This was harder to find than you may think as most venues just have the ceremony in the sand and the remainder of your event in a ballroom. Luckily, my parents saw Lover's Key as an option and it sounded perfect! From our first visit to Lover's Key, we were in LOVE! Lover's Key State Park is like no other venue! And it was everything we were looking for - a dreamy, private beach venue that we could make our own. A venue where no wedding is the same. A place we could have our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing all on the sand under the Florida sky. We especially loved riding on the tram through the beautiful nature park that led to the beach where there was a huge gazebo right on the sand, perfect for dancing! From the initial visit, Amanda Reynolds was so helpful in providing us with all the information we would need to make a well informed decision - from recommended vendors, venue layouts, rental pricing, and sample invoices, she had it all ready for us! Amanda was truly phenomenal! She is so sweet and we quickly realized having her to organize and coordinate our wedding was INVALUABLE! She became my right-hand throughout the wedding planning process - working hand-in-hand with myself, our caterer and DJ to create a realistic timeline of events and venue layout. There were a few rental items I fell in love with and Amanda worked hard to secure them for our wedding - namely our white chiavari chairs and our beautiful four-post arch. She was so patient and accommodating and was a the key to making our wedding day run so smoothly. She guided us through our rehearsal and was there the day of to direct my wedding party down the aisle as well as coordinate all the vendors and ensure everything was set up in the correct place the day of the wedding. She even offered to set up our personal decorations on the day of the wedding. When our wedding day came, it was truly MAGICAL! Everything at the venue looked more beautiful than we ever expected! The set up was true to what we discussed and the decorations were so dreamy! Throughout the whole event Amanda was right there for anything we needed! She directed everyone down the aisle and took my husband and I by golf-cart to the driftwood for our photos. She went above and beyond her job description - even helping our photographer to pose us and bustling my dress before the reception. We had a special request for a fire entertainer to perform over dinner which had never been done at Lover's Key before. This was initially declined, but Amanda unexpectedly made it happen! We were overjoyed and our guests are still raving about the performance and our unique venue. So in summary - Lover's Key State Park was the PERFECT venue for the beach wedding of our dreams! Amanda will ensure your wedding day is as perfect as it can be by going above and beyond her job description. Thank you so much Amanda for all you did to make our wedding day so special and so perfect. You really took the stress off of us so we could have a magical and fun wedding day!

Venue was amazing for ceremony and reception! It was a destination wedding and I didn’t see it until the day of and couldn’t have been happier.

We had our wedding reception at Lovers Key on April 6th and it was absolutely the best place! While we live here, it was a destination wedding for most our guests and they absolutely loved the beach BBQ we had that night. We keep hearing how beautiful the location was, how gorgeous and perfect. Admittedly we completely lucked out on the weather, but it was the exact atmosphere we were looking for: outdoor, relaxed, fun. We had yard games and Lovers Key provided a volleyball net. The gazebo makes an awesome bar area and dance floor. The strings of lights create a perfect ambiance over the dinner area. Amanda was awesome in helping us plan and make the arrangements and was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Unfortunately she got called away for a family emergency for the day of but she made arrangements for someone to take her place and the night went off without a hitch! The location is beautiful and Amanda was professional and great to work with! We feel so lucky to have been able to have our reception and take some of our photos in such an idyllic location.
