Our experience with Susan was amazing. We didn't do an engagement shoot so we hadn't met prior to the day but I still felt like she was one of my besties that I had known forever. Susan is an incredible photographer! Her photos are warm and colorful and highlight the joy of life. When we first contacted Susan, we had already decided against a videographer, so we wanted a photographer who would capture the entirety of our wedding day in photos. Susan perfectly captured all of the important moments of the day, and more! Flipping through our album feels like we are right back in the moment. During our engagement session, Susan helped us feel comfortable in front of the lens and delivered so many amazing photos that we feel perfectly capture our personalities. Leading up to the wedding, Susan became so much more than just a photographer. She helped put together a timeline for photos, gave us suggestions on when and where to plan certain parts of the day, helped put together a shot list, and took time to ask about our preferences, the bridal party, and our families to ensure she was properly prepared for the wedding day. Susan helped keep us, our bridal party, and our families calm whenever things had the potential to become chaotic. Susan has this magical way of directing people and keeping them on task without offending anyone. Through the ceremony, portraits, and reception, Susan was able to capture all of the photos on our shot list while keeping us on schedule. Susan will also pose you perfectly, fix your train, and keep you smiling throughout the day. After the wedding, Susan was quick to deliver a blog post with sneak peak photos. Our family loved the uniqueness of a blog post capturing the wedding day details. Our full digital album was delivered shortly after. Susan also put together beautiful album layouts that perfectly captured the day. The quality of the printed albums we received is great! I found out about Susan through my venue. When I first looked through her blog, I love her natural and candid editing style. When I emailed Susan, she sent me a very neat brochure that has all the information on it. At that moment I realized she would be great to work with and I am so happy with my decision! Susan was very organized and responsive throughout the planning process. The day of, she showed up early to do all my details shots before I arrived at the venue after my tea ceremony. She paid attention to all the details and kept me on track with the time throughout the day since there were so many things going on. Susan made the family formal go so seamlessly and seriously the best photographer out there to have on your big day. She watched the crowd and adjusted her work accordingly. We received our sneak peak blog post less than a week after our wedding day and we are head over heels in love with the photos. The photos captured the day so perfectly that we felt like we could relive our wedding date through them. All of our family members, bridal party, guests, and friends love them! You simply cannot go wrong when choosing Susan as your photographer! Susan is such a natural and so easy to be around. She made both the engagement photos and wedding photos a breeze! One of the things that impressed me most was her ability to command a large crowd without ruining the fun-energy or vibe. We had a very large wedding party (22) and a very complicated family dynamic but Susan was able to navigate all with ease. We were able to get every shot and combination that we wanted and still enjoy ourselves! Your photographer is someone that is with you for all the important moments of your wedding so it's really important to choose someone that not only takes great photos, but that you're comfortable with. This is definitely Susan! Now, for the photos... oh my god... people are STILL talking about how stunning our wedding photos are. Susan is incredible… it was a rainy, windy, and cold day in Avalon NJ but you would never be able to tell from the pictures..extremely easy to work with and responsive, would choose her 1000 times over

Susan is absolutely sensational! She was a pleasure to plan my wedding day with. She answered my multitude of emails and questions so quickly! She made the entire process of planning and of course the wedding day of run flawlessly. My parents are divorced and both are remarried so I had a really long list of family portraits to take the day of and Susan made all of that and more happen so fast and the pictures came out amazing. She is incredibly organized, and made sure all of our requests and requested pictures happened, as well as making sure we were enjoying our day! Susan went above and beyond for my husband and I all day and even after the wedding! My sister and her boyfriend broke up after our wedding and her ex was in all of our family pictures and Susan was able to send our pictures to a colleague of hers and they were able to photoshop him out! You could never tell he was ever there to begin with! All of our pictures came out so beautiful!! My husband sang to me during our reception and he forgot to mention that to Susan. Without even asking her, she saw he was getting ready to sing and stayed a little past the time she was supposed to leave to capture that incredible moment for us. A friend of ours recommended Susan to us after they used her for their wedding and I recommend her to everyone looking for a photographer!

Susan-start to finish- was the most incredible wedding photographer to work with! Super communicative, available and easy to get a hold of. Our photographs turned out beautiful, we had trouble choosing which prints to hang in our house (so far we have 6). She gets to know you and your partner as a couple and loves your input regarding the photographs, settings, and overall look that you want for your wedding photos. Truly the best experience!

Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very understanding and flexible. She kept a positive attitude the entire morning it was pouring before my outdoor wedding... And celebrated with us when the rain stopped and the clouds cleared. She captured the absolute best moments at our wedding. I am not a photogenic person, yet Susan made me look amazing! I was drawn to her because of the lighting in all of her photos. Outdoor photography can be tricky, especially on the beach. Susan and her team did an AMAZING job. The pictures came out flawless. Susan exceeded my expeditions! She was so responsive in all coordination, planning, and turn around of photos. She was able to capture so many great photos throughout our wedding day to make sure we can see things we weren’t directly a part of. If I could give Susan more than 5 stars, I would! I cannot express enough how important it is to have a great photographer for your wedding day. Not only are they capturing a major milestone, but helping to make sure your day goes smoothly. Susan was a dream to work with from the start. We did a phone consultation to discuss our venue and ideas for our wedding photos and I knew it would be a perfect fit. She blew us away with the fact that she created our day of wedding timeline for us. This took a lot of stress off of us to coordinate when everyone needed to be ready, what we should bring with us, and where everyone needed to be at what time. I cannot stress enough how much it helped to have her there to help direct the day! I would be remiss if I didn't mention how amazing her work is. Our photos are absolutely stunning! And she was able to give us a ton of preview shots in less than a week to relive our day before the entire gallery was ready. We will definitely be using her again in the future for other photography opportunities!

Susan is absolutely incredible, but if you’re here and you’ve seen her portfolios, you already know that. She’s simply the best especially if you’re having a beach wedding. Do you have annoying family members? Are they selfish and overbearing? Do they care more about their own day than you having the ceremony and pictures you’ve always dreamed of? Then Susan is the photographer for you! Susan worked so hard on my wedding day, when I had no one else to advocate for me to make sure I had what I wanted. After a heartbreaking postponement, all I wanted was a ceremony on the beach. Susan could see that I was becoming upset after family member after family member paraded through the bridal suite during air and makeup to tell me I couldn’t do the ceremony outside (Italian Aunts AMI right). Susan jumped right in to tell them to stop and let me have the day I dreamed of. I seriously couldn’t have held it together without her. We knew the weather changes so quickly in Avalon, and she helped me make a perfect plan with our coordinator. We checked the radar between our photos, and guess what, after a 10-minute sprinkle between pictures, we got the most beautiful beach ceremony and even better pictures. Susan is so kind, easy to work with, and the best advocate for whatever you need and want that day. I would book her 100x over and will absolutely use her again.

Working with Susan was such a great experience! Not only are her photos incredible, but she is an incredible person. I am not overly comfortable in front of the camera, but Susan made me and my husband feel completely at ease taking all of our wedding and engagement photos! Susan was everything we dreamed of in a photographer and more. Her photos are colorful, full of life, and TIMELESS. Susan always answered my emails within MINUTES and when shopping for photographers I loved how upfront she was about packages and how she took the lead in helping us figure out how to make our day run. On our first phone call, she had already looked up the sunset time for our date and gave me a quick sample timeline right then and there - she has everything so organized and incredibly put together. She was so on top of everything from the day we booked until the day she delivered our gallery. Our engagement shoot was rescheduled 2 times due to COVID and she was so flexible in rescheduling and took such stunning photos. She redid my timeline and shot list a dozen times with me as things were changing in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was so patient. I have a huge family with divorced parents, step families, and half-siblings, so our family portraits were a little lengthy and complicated, and she worked through them seamlessly and we finished 20 minutes AHEAD of schedule, even fitting in some bonus shots that weren’t on our initial shot list. My hair/makeup ran 45 minutes late and my flowers were delivered AN HOUR late, both of which could have completely derailed our photo timeline, but Susan rolled with the punches, kept me calm and made everything work without missing a beat or a single photo. If you want a photographer that will listen to your every request, works well with type A brides, will help coordinate your day down to every detail, and be someone you know you can rely on to make the day run smoothly - Susan is your girl!! Our photos are so so beautiful, she captured the perfect balance of candids and posed photos, and delivered them ahead of schedule both digitally and on a USB. We are so grateful we found Susan and had the opportunity to work with her. Your photos are the only thing that lasts once your magical wedding day has come and gone, so I personally felt like choosing a photographer was the most important element of our planning process, and Susan proved me right in showing how invaluable she was to us as a couple and our whole team of vendors. We couldn't be happier with our photos or our experience, and I recommend Susan to any couple or family who is looking to capture beautiful memories, and do so alongside someone who is professional, positive, kind, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way! The second photographer on our wedding day, Josh was so nice and helped our grooms party immensely during the getting ready process. We had the best experience with Susan as our wedding photographer! From the beginning of the planning process, she helped us create a day-of timeline that became the foundation for the rest of our planning and coordination with other vendors. She was extremely supportive and responsive during the planning period, and especially with so many changes that occurred during COVID restrictions. On the day of the wedding, Susan put all of us at ease and made sure we had so much fun during each stage of the day. She made sure we stuck to our timeline, but also maintained a fun and cheerful attitude while taking portraits. Our bridal party portraits and couple session were so much fun! Susan also provides an extremely personal touch by putting together your preview photos with a blog post that tells your story. When I shared ours with family and friends, they were so impressed by the level of detail and care that went into the post - like nothing they'd ever seen before! The photos themselves are absolutely gorgeous. We received ours about 2 months after our wedding and have not stopped looking at them! We loved working with Susan so much that my sister has already booked her for her wedding next September!

I booked Susan for my microwedding after my original plans were postponed multiple times due to COVID. She made the process of pulling together a wedding on a month's notice super easy, and we were so fortunate to have her expertise leading up to and during our wedding. She works with you before the day to create a timeline, and has a form to fill out for your shot list to help you make sure you're not missing anyone. It was raining all day, but she worked with us to capture great pictures and you can't even tell it was raining! We're so happy to have hired her for our microwedding, and would recommend her for weddings of any size.

Susan was my favorite vendor to work with!! She was an absolute gem during COVID and rescheduling my wedding 2 different times and venues. My husband and I are not typical photo people and a bit too goofy for serious photos but she was able to capture really genuine moments that turned out amazing. Susan was absolutely perfect for us! We fell in love with her and her work during or engagement session. Then our wedding was scheduled for June of 2020 during a global pandemic, no only was she so supportive but she basically planned my whole microwedding for me at no extra cost. Out of all the vendors we worked with at our wedding, Susan by far was the best and our absolute favorite. Not only because she was a consummate professional but because she is a truly lovely person who is committed to helping you have the best experience possible. From the beginning, Susan was a joy to work with. My husband and I planned a semi destination wedding in Moorestown, NJ and we are from the NYC area. Susan was so accommodating in setting up Skype meetings and helping us figure out logistical details. Her attention to detail helped us schedule the day to a T and she helped the day run so smoothly. While we chose to have only Susan and not a second shooter at the wedding, This was not a deterrent. Susan had two different cameras attached to her and the shutter never stopped clicking. Her sneak peek pictures that she sent to us about a week after our wedding were truly amazing and we are dying to see the rest of them! We had a cold winter day for our wedding but still tried to march through and do as many pictures outside as possible. Susan was awesome in getting the shots and then literally gave me the coat off her back once we got inside to help me warm up because I was shivering! I could go on and on about how wonderful she is, but just look at her work and let it speak for itself. You won’t be disappointed in choosing Susan for your day! I promise. Of all my favorite picks from our wedding day on 9/29/19, and trust me there were a lot, Susan absolutely took the number one spot (besides my groom of course!). From the first phone call with her, I knew she would be the perfect fit for a type A person like me. She promised to produce a timeline of events, enabling her to answer every small question like when my mom should get dressed. She got everything on my shot list and then some. She skillfully handled my bridal party portraits after the groomsmen had too much to drink on the party bus. And she knew that pictures were important to me but not important enough to pull me away from celebrating, allowing us to have so many beautiful candids. In fact of all the positive feedback I’ve gotten on my photos, it’s that they look natural and real. Her teaser came only a few days later while we were honeymooning and did not disappoint, and the remainder came well before what was anticipated in our contract. Susan was nothing but professional from day one. She was so sweet helping us navigate the wedding vocabulary and figure out our style. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple to make our day more fun than we every could have imagined, AND she managed to capture every bit of that emotion on camera. One of the best wedding decisions we made was choosing Susan as our photographer! She was so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. From our first FaceTime call, I knew we made the right choice! She provides a very detailed wedding day timeline. Her questionnaire regarding what photos you want was amazing. She is very accommodating and will make sure to photograph the special shots you want. On the day of, she kept us on schedule and made us feel so comfortable. She comes prepped with all the supplies to save the day if needed too! (My bustle broke toward the end of the night and she pinned it up for me!) Having Susan around was like having another friend part of our day! Our wedding photos are something we will always treasure. We cannot thank Susan enough for the amazing job she did. Susan was the best photographer we could have asked for and more! I had originally booked another photographer, but it didn't end up being the right fit and we ended up going with Susan. That was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding! Susan did our engagements photos and made us feel so comfortable. It felt as if we had known her for years! She was attentive, fun, and listened to everything I said. She was so much help and would check in with me often to see how everything was. She created a “day of” timeline that took a lot of pressure and stress off of my shoulders. I was able to live in the moment and not worry about small details thanks to her! Susan is more than just a photographer, she is an amazing person and I am so glad my husband and I picked her. We highly recommend her!!
