Everything about them was wonderful!. I was not stressed at all day of, with them taking the reins and making me feel so at ease! Any questions I had, they were there to answer!

We hired Haley from Party Perfections for our wedding Aug 3rd. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner. She handled everything professionally and allowed us to enjoy our night! She gave suggestions for vendors when asked but made sure we had our wedding the way we wanted! She was so organized and very communicative! Loved hiring this vendor!

Wilmington brides, hire Haley for your wedding! This girl was spectacular. I came to her in a pinch, my full time planner had quit for personal reasons. I explained my situation and wanted to go with partial planning. Haley felt for me and saw how much work I had already done and was so close to all vendors booked. She suggested month of coordination, which would help my budget and still provide me with much help pulling it all together. Haley went above and beyond. I had a couple vendors that I still needed to book, she helped initiate the quotes so that I had a starting point. Thank god for her! That helped me lock in my final vendors. Let’s talk about month of. Haley was willing to meet me at my home where we went over ALL details. I was behind anxious a month out, but caught my breath as soon as she stepped in. Communication was great! She created our timeline and got us all prepared at the rehearsal. Day of. WOW! When I say we couldn’t have done it without her, I mean it. Haley and her assistant were top notch! Most of all she helped me emotionally keep it together. With so many feelings and adrenaline leading up to the ceremony, she helped to ease my mind and keep me grounded. Once the wedding started, she was there keeping it all rolling. When my husband and I would go to set down our drink for a photo, one of them were right there to grab it. Unbelievable! She even held a fan under my dress to cool me off! Beyond grateful for Haley and Party Perfection being a part of our biggest day ever! Haley is so sweet and organized!

My husband and I were married on 03/30/2024 at Amelia Grove and it was the best day of our lives thanks to Party Perfection! Her knowledge and expertise helped guide my fiancé (now husband) and I through the whole wedding planning process, and even managed to alleviate any concerns from other family members. Haley went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most magical day. She made sure all of my dreams came true! She is so personable, helpful, supportive and I feel like I gained a friend through having her as my coordinator! Haley was amazing! Through the planning she was very detailed and organized. She stayed on top of everything. Haley replied to texts and emails immediately and talked me off the ledge more than once! I cannot recommend Haley with Party Perfection Weddings enough!! If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner DO IT! Take this as your sign! Haley and Grace made everything absolutely perfect for my backyard wedding! I had a normal house when I walked into my room to get ready and when I walked out I had a beautiful venue with every little detail perfectly in place! Haley also made the planning process super easy and stress free leading up to the big day. I had an issue with my bouquet I picked up the day before and she completely deconstructed it for me and turned it into exactly what I was envisioning! Haley, Annabelle, and Grace, thank you SO much for everything and for the huge role you played in making my husband and I’s wedding day perfect and stress free. My husband Brandon and I live in Pennsylvania and we planned on having a destination wedding down in NC where we are both from. We wanted something small on the beach and found the perfect Airbnb that hosted weddings. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into and didn’t realize how much additional planning goes into something like this that isn’t a formal wedding venue. We knew almost instantaneously that we needed to invest in a wedding planner. I was speaking to my photographer who was local to the area and asked her for recommendations for wedding planners and that’s how we found Haley. I reached out to her and got a response almost immediately that she was doing a wedding that week in the same Airbnb we booked for our wedding in September. That’s when I knew that we had to book her for the wedding because it felt so right. Haley helped us out so much between recommendations, communicating with vendors, and check-ins to make sure that we were up to speed on everything. She did so much more behind the scenes than we ever could’ve asked for. When our wedding weekend came and we got word of Hurricane Ophelia hitting the area, she made sure we had a solid backup plan in place and reached out to all our vendors to update them on the plan. The whole wedding day she ran around all day making sure that everything was being set up correctly and periodically checking in on me and my MOHs while we got ready. Everyone always says that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day but thanks to Haley’s help, everything went so smoothly and the wedding went off without a hitch. We are so thankful for Haley, Annabelle, and Grace for everything they did for us and we cannot recommend them enough for all of the hard work they put in on our special day. All of our guests were raving about her and her team all weekend and how amazing and professional they were at their jobs. For my wife and I, our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives, and we can both honestly attribute it to Haley. The idea that we were considering not using a wedding planner at the start of our planning is now unthinkable after working with Party Perfection. We wanted a big wedding at a remote, private family home, which required way more logistical planning, vendors, rentals and so much more than we originally anticipated, and Haley helped us every step of the way. She is not only extremely responsive and professional, she is also resourceful and has a wealth of knowledge about every part of a wedding. Haley recommended wonderful vendors and took the task of managing, scheduling and communicating with them off of our plates. She offered rentals, websites, resources and ideas for anything and everything we suggested. If you think of it, she will do her absolute best to make it happen. Haley’s personality and commitment to her work is also a huge asset. You need someone you can trust, someone who’s not afraid of conflict or telling people what to do when you need it most (vendors, guests, family members). Someone that if anything goes wrong, you know they’re going to handle it, and Haley can without a shadow of a doubt. Out of everything I could say about Haley, one of the most valuable things about working with her is that she genuinely loves her work, and will do just about anything to ensure you have the wedding you’ve always dreamt of. Any time we felt anxious or stressed, Haley would swoop in and take care of anything that we were feeling nervous about. All the while reminding us that this was a time of joy, a once in a lifetime experience, and that we should soak up every moment of it and leave the rest to her. Haley is an unequivocal wedding planner, you really can’t find a better, more genuine, harder working person than her to take care of one of the most important days of your life. We will remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives as a day of pure magic and joy, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Party Perfection!

Let me start by saying that if I could give 6/5 stars I would! We were planning this wedding from over 400 miles away, and Party Perfections made the whole process organized and stress free. Haley and her team are actual wedding angels, and they did everything in their power to make sure my big day was perfect. Communication pre-wedding was prompt and thorough, and they did an excellent job coordinating with vendors. During the wedding, Haley and her team were prepared for anything and handled every hiccup so I could relax and enjoy the moment. They even went as far to get down on the ground and help me take my shoes on and off for dancing!! I truly felt like my wedding was in the best hands possible, and I couldn't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a planner!

I can't begin to say enough about what an excellent job Party Perfection did at our wedding. Once Geneva arrived I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding and reception knowing she had contacted everyone and would make sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. Haley and her team was absolutely incredible. I literally did not have to lift a finger the entire day. She made it so easy. I woke up, got hair and makeup done, and got married. She did the rest! I had not a single ounce of stress that day. I would do it all again just so I could work with her.

Haley Thomas played a huge role in making our day better than we could’ve ever dreamed of. Having a multicultural wedding (I’m Mexican and my husband is White), I was a bit worried about how our wedding day would play out with the Mexican traditions I wanted, but when I tell you Haley and her assistant, Grace, were on top of every single detail. Wherever they were needed, they were there. My family has never used a planner before and my parents were in awe at how Haley communicated so well with everyone, her professionalism, and attention to detail. We’re not used to sitting back and not touching a single thing, and there was a point where Haley told us to sit back, relax, and enjoy our day. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would! We seriously could not thank her enough!❤️

Marissa made our wedding day a breeze- not only the wedding day but the entire process. To say I felt calm throughout this process is something I never thought I’d say. That was no small task. Let me add, I was in Florida the whole time (wedding was in NC) Marissa did things for me I didn’t even know I needed. We got married on March 4th, and after having time to reflect on our special day I have heard many funny stories of things that weren’t perfect but she handled immediately without anyone knowing, including me and my husband. She played a large role in making our wedding perfect. I’d recommend Marissa to anyone and everyone. Even if you don’t think you need a wedding planner… you do!

A month before our wedding we contacted Party Perfection Weddings + Events hoping we still had a chance to find someone. Haley worked with us giving us peace and confidence going toward our day. She was patient with us and our complex schedules and made it so our day went absolutely perfect. We didn't have to worry about any details, everything was in it's place when we walked down the aisle. Haley was so helpful and kind. She even brought us food during photos! It was so nice having someone who had had experience, knew what she was doing, and could think of all the things we didn't or missed. Working with Haley and her assistant was a great experience! I definitely would recommend her to any of my friends.

Do not hesitate to retain Party Perfection Wedding and Events! Our wedding was last Saturday at Pine Lakes in Myrtle Beach. Haley was our planner and Grace was her assistant. These two are the “dream team”! They got to the event and worked nonstop so our wedding was perfect. Leading up to the event, Haley answered every question we had and met with the venue to make sure it would all run smoothly! They decorated, organized, helped vendors, pinned on corsages, and made sure everything was on time. This was all done with a smile and so much energy it was amazing!! I cant’ recommend them highly enough. I’m going to miss talking to Haley every day. She really is the BEST!!

The Party Perfection team was recommended to me by my venue - Beaufort Hotel/Boathouse Marina. Hiring a day-of/week-of coordinator was the BEST decision we've ever made! The stress just melted away once we figured out specifics and Marissa Zinni was amazing. She was at the rehearsal and then again showed up punctual on the wedding day to get everything set up! I would get pictures on how the venue during the day looked and she and her assistant, Erin, would update as the day went along per my request! The day would have gone in a completely different direction had it not been for this team! 10/10 would recommend.

Geneva and her team were absolutely amazing!! Our day was perfect and flawless thanks to her! She took care of all the details so I could relax and enjoy my day stress free! She was there with a golf cart when we needed a ride or snacks and a beverage in between our photos. It was those little things that brought such ease to the day! I know she did a million other things behind the scenes I don’t even know about which is why she is the best!! 100 % the right decision for us. The best advice I was given was to get a wedding planner. 10/10 recommend Party Perfection Weddings! Haley Thomas made every vision I had come to life! For months none of my friends or family could see my western/boho vision. Haley got me from the first day we talked! Not only did she make the day of so stress free she was there every single day for months to keep me on track and help to keep me calm. We got engaged in May and by June I had hired her. I truly believe the wedding I had dreamed of my entire life was able to happen so perfectly because of Party Perfection Weddings + Events. The day of my wedding apparently my wedding cake never showed up. I would have never known because Haley went out of her way to buy a cake at Publix and decorate it and set it out herself THE DAY OF THE WEDDING while she had 1737282 other things going on! I cannot say enough great things about Party Perfections!! Haley was absolutely the best! I’ll be honest I was skeptical about having a wedding planner…after having Haley, I don’t know what I would have done without her. All of the stress that should have been there, was not at all. So incredibly professional! My family and guests were also blown away by her. It was as if she was part of the family on our special day. There’s a Gallup poll question for businesses that ask their clients “Can you imagine a world without (insert business name)?” My answer would be “No!” I couldn’t imagine a world without Party Perfections and you wouldn’t be able to imagine your wedding without them either. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Party Perfections, specifically Haley, was the reason we had a perfectly magical day!

Haley is amazing to work with. It ended up raining for our outdoor ceremony, but Haley had a back-up plan in place and was prepared for every scenario, which made the day smooth and stress-free. We hired Geneva in summer 2020 for our wedding in May 2021 and we are so glad that we did. Geneva was always there for us when we had questions and concerns, especially in the covid era. When we needed recommendations for vendors, Geneva had the best list of people to choose from. When we wanted to book our venues at Tyron Palace and Cypress Hall, Geneva already knew exactly who to contact and got it done. She reviewed every contract and every aspect of our wedding. On the day of our event, Geneva was so on top of everything that had to be done, and all we had to do was enjoy our wedding day. Usually you hear about one or two things that go wrong during a wedding, for ours there were 0, and we attribute that to Geneva and her team. After our wedding, we both said we could NOT have done this without her, and we truly mean that. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding planner for your wedding, run don’t walk to Geneva. If you’re thinking you might not need a wedding planner, reconsider that thought and think about all of the things a wedding planner does to make your day perfect. To summarize, just hire Geneva and her team for your wedding, you won’t regret it.

When we had to postpone our wedding because of COVID, they were so accommodating and made the process of rescheduling so easy. Haley is perfect. This review cannot do her justice. She is flexible, responsive, and supportive. She has made every part of my day stress free. We had to postpone TWICE and she has remained super calm through the whole things. She helps me stay organized and balanced while still feeling like a bride. I have gained a wonderful friend from this whole experience because Haley puts her whole heart into planning. T'Kiyah was a dream! I honestly thought I could do my 170 person wedding without a coordinator or have a friend do it and I was wrong. She got all of my vendors on the same page, hopped on issues quickly and came up with solutions, initiated weekly phone meetings, performed an in-person walkthrough. On wedding day she was fantastic in organizing everyone and making my vision come true! She was worth it!
